Sam Kalazieh: I just had today the worse custom upholstery ,the worst experience ever. After finishing the work which was not good at all. They did not accept credit or debit card. I urge them that I will leave my credit and driving license with them till I go and get a cash from the machine. They refuse and stated that I have to pay them before taking my car. I said this is a very bad customer service. I left without their permission to get the money. While I am on my way to get the money they arrogantly called me few times saying that they called the police and that I have to come and bring the car within 20 minutes, they were trying to frighten me. I came within 15 minutes and paid to them. They did not warranty their bad work because I left without their permissions. That is definately illegal reason for not getting a warranty. I consulted my lawyer & stated that I can take them to court. I would not recommend worse custom upholstery ever ,they are worthless.

Daniel Hilbert: They did a great Job and saved me Hundreds of dollars! I have a Volvo C70 Convertable. I had gotten quotes on replacing the top because the back window was falling out and every one said you had to replace the whole top. I kept putting it off because the quotes I kept getting were very High and they wanted to keep my car hostage for over a week. I stopped by and talked to BCU they quoted me a great price. They did ask me to pay for the top up front but then when it came in they only needed to have my car for a couple of days. They did a great job and my car looks great. I also had them stitch up my front set that was torn in the seem and that was taken care of with not problems.If you need good work at a really fair price BCU is the place to check out.DH

Best decision ever! My custom cushion for my mudroom was made exactly to my measurements. I liked it so well, I decided to breathe some new life into some some furniture pieces as well. Second best decision ever! Everything turned out beautifully. The prices were fair as well. They also recommended Capitol Fabrics in Wake Forest where I found just the fabrics I needed at extremely competitive pricing. Thank you for exceeding my expectations!

The cushions were redone in fabric we selected and the workmanship is outstanding. Not only was the job done extremely professionally, they worked within our timeframe to get it done. We were quoted much higher for the whole project by two other competitors AND told it would take 4-6 weeks to complete. AFC had the whole project done within 3 weeks and couldn’t have been nicer to work with from beginning to end.

Stephen Irwin: I had six breakfast room chairs re-upholstered. It had been 20 years since I bought the suite, and I wanted to keep it, rather than replace it. The chairs were becoming somewhat tattered from everyday use. The process, while working with Irina at the Upholstered Chair, (from beginning to end), was professional, efficient and competent. There were no surprises or hidden fees. The quality of their work was first class. I would not hesitate to use their services again and I will recommend them to my friends. The customer service and attention to detail, was excellent.

They reupholstered and reworked the springs in the cushions of our beloved 1920's sofa bed that now looks fabulous and makes into a wonderful bed. They also reupholstered a hassock and 2 chairs with pillows for the sofa. Harold is a master upholsterer and it shows. Rob Reconnu: I just had the seat to my center console fishing boat recovered by Raleigh Upholstery and couldn’t be happier. (Before and after pic uploaded) I called around and found their price to be fair and in some cases significantly less than others quoted me. What really sold me on them was how friendly and helpful they were. I sent them a sketch of what I wanted. They offered a few small suggestions and executed exactly what I had in mind. They turned my plain, ugly eyesore seat into the centerpiece of my boat. They were quick, responsive and charged me exactly what was quoted even though they did more than promised.
