La Petite Academy of Raleigh - Hedingham: what do users think?
Aleeceya Cesar: There’s certainly better places to bring your child 🤔 I personally wouldn’t recommend for any of my family or friends that have kids.
Jealisia Webster: My babies have been in La Petite for going on two years now and I wouldn’t dare put them anywhere else! The wonderful women here have taken the best care of my children! All the staff are so supportive and nurturing to the children. You can tell the staff truly love and enjoy what they do based on the love they show to both the parents and children. As a first time mom it’s hard leaving your children with people you don’t know but these people have become family and I am truly grateful!
Memento Morgan (Effect): Would love if I actually got to do the tour. I scheduled a tour for two different locations and it has been super unprofessional. The pleasant pines location called me at my appointment time to tell me her zoom wasn’t working and she would email me to reschedule with a new link. It’s been weeks. Haven’t been contacted again. Then today I had an appointment scheduled for this location. I made it three weeks ago. They call me five minutes before my appointment that I planned my day around to tell me they’re too busy and there’s no other available appointments until 3 weeks from now. It’s really ridiculous as it looks like it would’ve been a nice place for my daughter based on the reviews. Get it together in the front office.
Amanda Draut: We love this daycare! Our toddler switched to this daycare after a year of being at home and another year of being at a different daycare. The teachers are so engaged and friendly and we really feel that our son is well taken care of. They have lots of activities for them to do during the day and provide everything he needs (diapers, wipes, cots, sheets, food) to be comfortable. The staff is very communicative (a big contrast to the other daycare we'd switched from) and proactive. Our son has become very comfortable and has clearly progressed in his skillsets since beginning here. Would definitely recommend!
Lisa Arrington: My toddler attended this La Petite from about 1 1/2 to 3 years old. She LOVED going to school. The teachers were so friendly and would go out of their way to tend to her needs, especially Miss Susie, Miss Amanda, and the 1-2 yr old room teacher. My child learned a ton at this school and it was always a good experience. Unfortunately, we had to move and I'm finding that this exceptional care is not always the case at daycares, so wanted to give kudos to the wonderful staff here!P.S. The classrooms can be a bit hectic, especially with the layout of this location, but the staff is amazing and really cares about each kid. I wanted to point that out, for parents who may be touring this facility :)
Leslie Cenezy: We have been so pleased with this daycare. Our toddler is doing so well and the teachers and staff are kind and professional. I love getting updates through their app and knowing that my little one is well taken care of.
angela hicks: If I could give them a 10 I would! My grand daughters loves going to school and all of the staff are professional, caring and loving to all! By the way... It is clean and the kids are kept clean!
Dee S&S: ** PARENTS OF BABIES/CHILDREN WITH FOOD ALLERGIES: LOOK ELSEWHERE. **I toured this place with my 1-year-old recently. On the phone, I was told that there was space for January. After learning of my daughter's severe food allergy on the tour, there, miraculously, was no spot until the end of February. The Director, was completely unwilling to discuss any accommodations that could be made to keep my toddler from grabbing other children's food or drink at mealtimes. I offered to purchase a low high chair or any other seating that they would approve of to aid in this effort (the children sit at low tables together), but the director was not only non-committal, but patronizing to boot. Honestly, just putting my daughter at the head of one of the tables would've solved the problem. Let's face it - she's two feet tall. Her reach isn't exactly aquiline. The toddler teachers seemed very kind and warm, so it's a shame that their director is so off-putting. Of course I know that it is extra work to keep a toddler with food allergies safe and healthy, but if the parent is offering to shoulder 99% of this work by sending all food and drink and is simply asking for ONE small accommodation in seating at mealtime, this simply doesn't seem like too much to ask. Apparently, at La Petite Academy- it IS. (FYI for food allergy parents, if you look up this corporation's history, you'll find they were sued several years back for refusing to administer a lifesaving EPI-PEN injection for a child with some sort of food allergy. The court made it clear that this was unlawful and discriminatory, so apparently now they've turned to other, more subtle, ways to keep kids with food allergies out of their schools.)By the end of the tour, the Director was inventing idiotic concerns, like that she would be afraid that my daughter would be allergic to finger paints since she gets diaper rash from many commercial baby wipes -(that are full of harmful chemicals) and I had asked if I could send our wipes with her. Really??The Director's patronizing attitude just got heavier and thicker as the agonizing tour went on. She refused to provide any reassurance whatsoever that they would do ANYTHING specific to keep my daughter safe and healthy and gave me a vague "mmmmm....we would do our best...?" with a condescending expression when I kept harping on it. She was also very dismissive (even rolling her eyes) when talking about epi-pen training and procedures, saying that they "do all that paperwork and stuff", basically brushing off a matter of life and death with a nonchalant wave of her hand like "yeah- all that red tape B.S. What a pain {sigh}". A word of advice: It is inappropriate to dismiss or otherwise minimize something as important as Epi-pen procedures when speaking with the parent of a baby/child with life threatening food allergies. Or rather, it's inappropriate when speaking with ANYONE if you somehow happen to be the Director of a childcare facility.Of course, she got her wish which was for us to NOT enroll our child in her facility, but I absolutely will spread the word about how I was treated there so that other parents of children with food allergies don't waste their time and energy visiting La Petite Academy of Raleigh. Absolutely shameful.
Kiswanna Muse: I absolutely love this daycare. My son has progressed so much since attending here and I have had not one concern of his well being here. When I am at work I don't worry knowing he is learning socializing and being taking care of. It's clean, neat, and I love the app where I get notified of is daily activities of living as well as pictures. Great staff!!!!!!!
Dr. Joshua McDowell: My wife and I live in Hedingham and toured this place a couple of weeks ago. It was an excellent atmosphere. The people here were very good with the children and very informative. I would recommend them to most anyone!
Erica Farmer: Our first son started La Petite in the infant room and stayed until he graduated to kindergarten a few months ago. I have been so happy with how well he was prepared to start kindergarten - from socialization with other children to numbers and ABCs! Each of his teachers and the office staff/director have made us feel like part of their family. And, we have made friends with other children and their families through the academy. We have just recently started our second son with La Petite in the infant room and I know he will receive excellent care. I would highly recommend this academy to care for your children and put you at ease.
Holly Atkins: My child started at La Petite in the newborn room and will continue to go until he "graduates" next year. The staff is AMAZING and all teachers are just great! My child has learned social and developmental skills that I don't see many other children having and when he is dropped off in the morning it is like we dropped him off with family instead of a company.Michelle is great to work with if there are ANY concerns you have and if you ever have to call to talk to someone you never feel like your call is unwanted.

Le Count Nursery & Day Care: what do users think?
Sue Demicco: My daughter went to LeCounts from age 1.5 to age 4 & the only reason she stopped is because we relocated. I LOVED this place for her ! They are very professional and loving towards the kids. They have so many activities they do with the kids that they also involve the parents in (family day, Christmas plays, etc). They even helped with potty training my daughter and they keep the kids on a straight line without being too disciplinary. I definitely recommend it to anyone who is looking for a daycare in a smaller setting.
Rameisha: I absolutely love this place! My twins and my three year old attend this daycare. I couldn't be happier with the center as well as the awesome teachers! I would recommend this facility to anyone who wants a small center with a lot of love and still wants their child to receive a good jumpstart on education. They are always warm and welcoming which makes entrusting them with my children so much easier.
Dessa Patterson: Great seasoned teachers who care about the kids well-being. They provide fabulous lunches to the kids. I'm very picky when it comes to food, however, on most days I would love to stay and eat lunch with them myself. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for a school that practices providing love, learning, balance and teachers that use common sense. My grand-daughter cries whenever the school is closed and can't wait to get back after the weekend. Good job and thank you to all LeCount employees for making this a wonderful experience for my grand-daughter. :)

North Haven Child Development Center: what do users think?
Crystal Veler: I searched all of NE Raleigh (I wasn't happy with ANY other places I toured) until I stumbled upon NHCDC. My youngest son has been going here since he was 9 weeks old. To say that I am pleased is a complete understatement! My son is now a very articulate, well behaved (as well behaved as a toddler can be haha) fun-loving 3 yr old and I credit a lot of that to the staff and program at NHCDC!!! He will most certainly stay here until he goes to kindergarten.
stephanie bryant: The only place to leave your kids there are many caring people here .
Maggie Handest: We have sent both of children here and have been very pleased. Our oldest son is now in Elementary School and has been ahead of the game since he started Kindergarten. Everyone there knows the parents and children so the environment is very safe. They get the perfect mix of education, fun and great values and life lessons. We will miss the staff when our youngest son goes to kindergarten.

Childtime of Raleigh: what do users think?
Luke Johnson: Do not leave your child with this daycare. They have had staffing issues, reducing hours excessively, not communicating the severity of their staffing issues, and then giving parents a 12hr notice that we could not bring our children in and they didn't have any sort of timeframe on when that would be remedied. Two and a half weeks they've been closed with no specific date set to reopen their class, and now that we told them we found a new daycare when we picked up our son's blanket, they're charging us for the three full days when they closed early (3pm and NOON!) right before telling us not to come back. There have been a couple excellent teachers here, but nothing makes up for the poor management.
Lindsay Recktenwald: We've been at Childtime since 2017 but I've never taken the time to write a review. It's a tough time for childcare facilities and I really feel that Childtime is doing a great job. They continue to hire great staff and recently switched apps so parents have the ability to check on their kids via camera during the day. We currently have 2 children at Childtime and another son was there until he left for elementary school a few years ago. The teachers in our Toddler and Preschool rooms have been WONDERFUL! Kind, patient, and they truly feel like they are part of our family. I feel like my older son is learning a lot and enjoys all the play time and my youngest son is enjoying spending time with friends his age! Big thank you to Ms. Vanessa, Ms. V, Ms. Onyea, Ms. Antoinette, Ms. Megan, Ms. Bri, Ms. Daisy, Ms. Sylvia, Ms. Angela and all the other wonderful staff who make Childtime a great place to bring my boys!
Casey Duryea: This was the first daycare we ever used and IT IS AWESOME! The staff members are so friendly- full of smiles and friendly conversations. They're all encouraging and seem to truly love what they do. The director Vanessa is so helpful and accommodating! My two year old is never upset to go into school. He has so many friends he gets along with and they all play well together. Vanessa, Theresa, Lisa, Megan, Sylvia, and Shiasia have all been so wonderful with my son. Sylvia and Shiasia have been integral in helping my son to learn how to potty train! They gave me tips and he is doing so well with it- I attribute that to them! We love everything about this place!
Stephanie D: We have just LOVED our experience with Childtime! We've experienced the infant teachers/rooms, and they've been great! The teachers are extremely knowledgable, caring, and even stick to our daughters schedule very well, which can be difficult while taking care of other babies as well. They are also very accommodating when her schedule changes. The director and assistant director are also incredibly helpful with the kids, professional, and very responsive. Our daughter is always so excited to see her teachers and friends each day and it's been an easier transition from home to daycare. I can't speak for the toddler classes or teachers, but I do know every time I see one enter or leave the building they've got smiles on their faces! :) I would highly recommend Childtime to anyone searching for daycare needs.
David Price: Positive:Professionalism,Reliability,Responsiveness
Jasmine Matthews: I’ve been so pleased with my daughter’s experience, and my personal interactions with staff, at ChildTime. Starting with a great initial consultation and virtual tour with the sweet and energetic Ms. Teresa, I knew this would be a great place to enroll my baby girl for her first time at daycare. The location has such kind and responsive staff (Director, Ms. Vanessa and Office Manager, Ms. Vanessa) and caring infant teachers (Ms. Lisa and Ms. Marcheta). My 8 month old is always excited to see her teachers. I’ve been happy with the updates received from the center, daily reports, and activities. Our family is moving and the one thing we wish we could hold on to is keeping our baby with the amazing team at ChildTime! We appreciate you all so much & would absolutely recommend this location to parents considering enrolling their child in daycare - especially for the first time.
Gina Ocasio: I came to Childtime of Raleigh a year ago not knowing the area or anyone here. Every childcare center that I toured prior to coming to Childtime of Raleigh was either way too expensive, or it was affordable...but none of them met my standards for my child. I came to Childtime and was blown away by the professional staff and cleanliness of the facility. Teachers were attentive and if I had any concern, they would address it immediately. This is a place that I did not have to worry about leaving my child while I was away at work and always had a sound mind when doing so. They were very understanding of personal emergencies & situations that have come up in our life. Unfortunately we are leaving due to relocation and are sad that there isn't a Childtime where we are moving to. Thank you all for everything that yall have done for both my child and I!
Vanessa Flores: Very happy with Childtime of Raleigh at Six Forks. Ms. Anita and the Director Ms. Vanessa are friendly and communicative. It’s hard to leave our daughter for 8-10 hrs/day but the pictures, videos (phone app) and verbal reports the teachers provide put us at ease and engage us into her day. At pick up, my daughter is happy, well rested and never hungry. This allows for an enjoyable time until her bedtime. Thank you Childtime!
Mrs. Wheatly: I couldn't ask for a better daycare. I know my child is well taken care of and the staff is amazing. Mrs. Anita is a wonderful addition to the staff.
Ashley Smith: I worked for Childtime of Raleigh and loved it. It was the only preschool I actually felt comfortable working for in a long time. Working under the associate director, Anita, made things a lot easier after the director resigned. She was appreciative of her teachers and would voice that to them. She implemented much needed changes to help to bring order back to the center. She's very genuine with how she interacts with the parents and children. All of the children have grown attached to her. The staff always cares for the children and makes sure that they have a safe environment. I would recommend the center for any parent that wants to leave their child with staff that they can trust and to any potential teacher who wants to work in an environment where they can grow as an educator.
Monshea Brown: I am very pleased to have my daughter start each day at this Child care Center at the Six Forks location. The staff are friendly and welcoming to children and staff. The rooms are neat and clean. They keep me updated with what my daughter does throughout the day. They even send pictures of her engaging in different activities. I love that! Great place for my toddler to start her day!Sincerely,Happy Mom!
Leah Reed: I LOVE this daycare. The teachers are very attentive and communicative. I love the videos and pictures they send throughout the day because it keeps me engaged as to how my child's day is going. My child can't wait to go to school everyday and smiles when we pull up. Definitely recommend to other parents.
Lisa Logan: Childtime of Raleigh on Six Forks took great care of my children. The teachers and the director are excellent. They really want to make your child feel welcomed and loved. I'm so happy that I chose Childtime. The best thing about this place is the teachers really try to teach your children their alphabet, numbers, and manners. My four year old learned so much in the short time he was there. I work short-term contract jobs. We will definitely use Childtime again when I land my next contract.
The Bee Maids LLC: I can only say great things about this place. They are very supportive and the teachers really care about the kids! Well organize and clean is very important.
Kie Tate: This place discriminated against my son for the wrong reasons.I thought highly of this daycare, especially because it has an over the market price. The teacher turn around is ridiculous. My son could never adjust to his teachers. They were switched out weekly. His classmates hit and punched my son multiple times with no repercussions even after I asked about the situation at hand. They put false accusations towards my child and his family to the point where law got involved. The director is not a friendly person and will get defensive when you ask her about what happened with your child. I would not recommend this daycare to anyone. This review would not receive any stars if I had that option.
elyzabeth infante: As a mom of 4 older kids I never thought daycare was an option for me, when my 5th child arrived and my husband and I had to look into daycares. We dreaded plenty of places in the past where we walked in and walked right out. Once we enter Childtime we felt 100% comfortable with the surroundings and with the idea of having our son attend daycare. We are 100% satisfied with the care they provide and love the updates we get on our phones throughout the day on our son's progress. We couldn't pick a better place that treats our son with such love and care. Everyone there is so friendly and caring that the amount of love they have for our son and the other children there is priceless.
Norell Lee: I never write online reviews, but I felt it important to share a great experience. Having recently moved to Raleigh, finding a day care center that I could have confidence in was the most challenging part of our transition. My 3 year old started at Child Time of Raleigh 6 months ago, and we couldn’t be happier! This center has consistently epitomized professionalism and organization. The staff has been incredible… they have been patient, caring and flexible with our family’s (admittedly complex) needs. The director, Ms. Virmeche, is always available, knowledgeable and never without a warm smile and a patient ear. The facility itself is very clean and inviting - genuinely cheerful, thanks no doubt to the support staff who seem to be as attentive to detail as the administrators and teachers. My son’s teacher, Ms. Alicia, is very gracious, informative and sincerely invested in the kids. The support and assistance that she provided during the final months of my little one’s potty training was terrific. The director and staff are never too busy to discuss my child’s day, and I have been grateful for their responsiveness to us. My family feels so fortunate to have found a center that we trust and that our 3 year old LOVES! THANK YOU to the Child Time administration and staff for your exceptional service!
Jane: I wrote an email a year ago to the school to say how wonderful the teachers are and I was asked by the Director to post a review online (I did think that was kind of strange), anyway I did. As you can now see I have deleted that post all together for it doesn't hold true anymore. This school WAS a good school and had great potential. The staff is GREAT but they do not seem to have the help they need to keep classes in ratio or the materials needed for learning. The management team does not seem to have it together there (when they are actually there). I would not recommend this center to anyone.
Peter Hill: Childtime of Raleigh is a very well oiled machine! My son loves Childtime and the staff there. The administration and teachers spend special time with the little ones. My son is 4 years old and he is already counting to 10 in spanish, knows his colors in english and spanish and is currently learning to write his ABC's. The staff is well organized with a monthly newsletter, weekly lunch menu as well as fun activities for the kids to enjoy during the summer months. We have had such a positive experience with Childtime and I would recommend it to anyone with kids needing child care.

Giggles Drop-In Child Care of Raleigh: what do users think?
Maria: My children love visiting Giggles. The staff are super fun and extremely kind to the kids. I’m also happy that they offer spring break camp. I will be recommending this location to family and friends.
Amber Stoddart: I don't drop my son off very often, but I know when I do I can count on Jill and Lindsey, as well as the rest of the Giggles crew to take care of my boy to the best of their ability. They've always been communicative, positive, and willing to help whenever they can. You guys absolutely rock, and I don't say that about a lot of places. GIVE THESE WOMEN A RAISE!
Ricky Gioconda: This place rocks! I recently dropped off my children here for a couple hours and needless to say that had a great time! The staff is super friendly and engaged and the building is secure. This will absolutely become a weekly activity for us!
Kyesha Jennings: I live 5 minutes away from the center and have been following/admiring Giggles prior to becoming a mom. Once I became a mom, I truly looked forward to using their services. Let me preface this review by saying that when I picked up my daughter she seemed well taken care of. The two younger employees who had here were friendly and shared how much they enjoyed my toddler. My review is specifically in reference to the lack of customer service when we first walked in. I wish I could remember the woman's name (Maybe Erica...she's pregnant though)--she did not represent the business in a manner where a first time customer would want to return. Her entire demeanor was very aloof. I wasn't provided a formal/proper introduction (i.e. is this your first time here?), nor was I provided a tour or explanation of how the center is ran. Because of the lack of customer service, we spent the first five minutes trying to find my name in the system and the woman was becoming visibly impatient when not being able to find my name was 100% her fault. She did not even check my ID when checking me in.The most attractive feature that this center provides is the live stream camera. I had to specifically ask about the camera and how to access the stream. When I had trouble logging in, again, she came across as very annoyed. My first introduction to this business and the services they offer, specifically with this one employee was unpleasant to say the least. We will not be using Giggles services in the future. I truly hope that they prioritize training their employees on providing the best customer service to ALL parents.
Courtney Rice: My son has been to this location as was as the Cary location and he absolutely loves Giggles! He enjoys hanging out with the kids there (his friends) & the staff are so welcoming! I was a bit nervous leaving him at a drop In daycare but the open space & visibility of the entire area put me at ease. My son truly enjoys this Drop In Center & we will definitely be coming again.
Erin D: Our children have always enjoyed their time at Giggles. Easy drop off and pick up procedure. Peace of mind knowing kids are taken care of while out running errands or date night.
M Smith: Great place for ALL my kids!!! Ages 1, 5 and 7. Lots of caregivers there, lots of things for the kids to do, easy drop off and pick up. Kids loved it! Even our one year old lights up when we are walking towards the front door!!!! Great for date nights.
Carson Shearer: Thank you, North Raleigh Giggles staff! My spouse and I were over due for a date night and your staff and facility gave us comfort in caring for our 4 & 6 year old. Much appreciated!
Kris Bottiglier: I don’t know what these people are talking about we have always had a great experience at this facility. The staff is always so sweet and helpful and caring for my kiddos. Feel safe here also!
Rob Morgan: A quick note to say thank you to Giggles for providing our children with a safe and fun environment. We've had three kids come through there, at various times, and Giggles has always been welcoming and accommodating. Some of the staff has changed through the years, but Lindsay is our girl! She captains a great ship, and we will be forever grateful to her and her employees for helping raise our kids! Cheers, Rob
Sharmeece Johnson: The employees was every rude and unprofessional, the building smells like urine i just doesn’t suggest you leave your child there.
Lachelle McGirt: I can’t say enough good things about this place. We’ve been using Giggles since we moved to Raleigh and it’s been the same from beginning to now. The staff is always friendly, smiling and remember us.The prices are affordable and they really do care about the kids. No matter how hectic things seem they always have it under control (seriously, they rock!).My son asks to go here and I am happy to oblige. Thanks to Jill and staff!! You guys rock!
Danielle Clifton: This is NOT a good option for 1 year olds. You should consider changing the age limit. The entire time I was in the facility I didn’t see any of the caregivers interacting with the children whatsoever. Just standing and talking.Supposedly they “tried everything” to get my daughter to stop crying but when I returned, she was sitting on the floor sobbing while a CHILD was consoling her, and three caregivers were chatting at the front desk. She didn’t seem to have had a diaper change or any food/water (apparently their “snack” is at 10:30?) and was there for 2 hours.I will not be coming back and I will definitely be speaking out about how the experience was to any and all parents that I can talk to. I’m not happy with this place and you should find caregivers that actually spend time with the children in their care. 😡
REBECCA WILKINS: I cannot say enough great things about this place! They are the lifesaver I never knew I needed. I started bringing my grandkids here shortly after they opened the Cary location 8 years ago. My grandkids live out of town but frequently visit with me and sometimes this Nana just needs a little bit of down time. It brings me peace of mind to know that I have a safe place that they enjoy going to play while I take the much-needed time to myself. They always have the best time and that’s the first thing they ask at the beginning of each visit with me, “when are we going to Giggles!” We visit both the Cary and Raleigh locations depending on what else we are doing that day and they absolutely love both centers. I would hands down recommend Giggles to anyone and everyone, they have made it possible for me to continue to let my grandkids visit frequently but give me a little rest as needed.
Brittany Jones: Positive:Reliability,Value
Tabitha Johnson: This drop in center has always been courteous, kind, and eager to make my child feel welcome. My 6 year old absolutely loves spending time there and socializing with his friends. There are tons of activities for him to participate in and the after school program that provides van pickup as well as homework guidance is so convenient! Jill and Makayla as well as all of the other staff members are fantastic!
Caitlin Roberts: Posted the same review on the Cary location but had to give the Raleigh some love too since we use both, depending on where my husband and I are working. Both locations are equally great!!Giggles has been a LIFESAVER!! We have a regular daycare we use but sometimes we have teacher workdays or my husband and I work half days and don’t want to make the drive to daycare for a short few hours…that’s where Giggles comes in. I love that it literally works as a “drop-in” daycare, so if you have last minute plans, mother-in-laws falls through, etc. you don’t have to explain anything to them-they’re always there ready. My son loves the atmosphere and leaves all played-out with a smile on his face. We always feel safe leaving him there. The staff is always super attentive and doesn’t mind my nervous mom calls to check in. Highly recommend
Patrick Gillespie: Our child LOVES Giggles! He spends the entire car ride there talking about all his friends that he wants to play with and when we get there he is greeted by a group of them chanting his name! When we pick him up he always comes running to the gate with a big smile and usually a couple kids in tail yelling "BYE" to him. All the counselors know him by name and often times will find them holding him in their lap. It's comforting knowing the days when he isn't as active and is more snuggly that the staff is happy to comfort him.
Catrina Nakamoto: Positive:Professionalism,Quality,Reliability,Responsiveness,ValueI love Giggles! It’s a great place to drop the kids and even last minute for a night out. They have a great time and get to play with other children. The staff is fun and friendly. I definitely recommend them to everyone.
Versailles Gonzalez: My kids have been going to Giggles for 5 years I think, it feels like forever, they are like an extended family and my kids LOVE going! The prices are extremely reasonable and honestly can't be beat. They also have wonderful hourly packages you can buy. The staff is super caring and I am just so thankful that we found Giggles all these years ago.The hours are great too, perfect for date nights and I love the theme nights they have!
Matthew Houchins: Great staff and best prices around.

The Learning Experience - Raleigh Northeast: what do users think?
Elizabeth Small: This place is phenomenal and I could not be happier to have my son at a place such as this. The exposure, care, attention and growth and the experiences that are provided to him are truly remarkable. I have a background in Education and was afraid to place my little one in such a large center yet I can truly say that every need has been reached BEYOND MY EXPECTATIONS!!! From the Director, from desk staff to my sons teacher…THEY ARE ALL AMAZING! My 26 month old started in the process of being potty trained with underwear and the staff worked with me and assisted me on Greyson’s success. It truly takes a team especially as a working parent and I truly feel as though the team that I have at The Learning Experience is truly the best decision I have made. The new director is amazing and my little one stops by her office daily for extra hugs in the afternoons…this simplifies how she is with him throughout the day. I am truly impressed and grateful for this location and their staff! I also love how clean they are with maintaining a level of cleanliness after hours. I haven’t had any time of sickness or anything with my little one. I also love how the children receive all types of exposure to seeing animals and different activities that are brought to the school. They had Dan the Animal Man!!! Such a cool experience!!!
Emma Suarez: My daughter loves this daycare this is her first daycare ! She wakes up even on weekends telling me she wants to go see Ms.Sidney! Which is her teacher and my son is very hard to trust people and he absolutely loves the ladies that work there, Ms.Sidney and Ariel are the sweetest. I am very happy with this day care so far the staff are honestly extremely nice. And notify and let me know about everything .
Soham Jain: Positive:Professionalism,Quality,Reliability,Responsiveness,Value
Melissa James: To start off I will NOT recommend this daycare for any first time parent or better yet any parent at that. My child was sick every other week due to lack of sanitation in living area. Mouth/teething toys from PREVIOUS children were given to my child without any consent to this. Due to extreme lack of sanitation my child contracted hands, foot, and mouth disease. It should be no reason that when I walk into the daycare I hear multiple children coughing and congested. Again, I do not recommend.
shadoc4089: Owners are present, management team seems to be on one accord, and I love the bright inviting colors of the school.
A. Marshall: It has been almost two months and I feel comfortable everyday dropping my son off. It took him a while to warm up after having tried two other childcare centers but they took the time to help him adjust to this new experience of not being at home with Mommy 24/7. Everyone, from the director Ms. Kim, the owner Ms. Dipti, and all of the staff that I have met are very pleasant. My son seems to enjoy going to school everyday and I know that I'm leaving him in great hands. It was difficult in the beginning for both him and myself but the TLE team acknowledged this and made it so I didn't have to wonder each day. If there has every been a question or concern, they are quick to address it vs. blowing it off. My son does follow a special diet and they have been so accommodating and understanding with that rather than treating it as an inconvenience. I would recommend TLE NE to anyone looking for childcare.
Lona Shawakfeh: PLEASE DON’T SEND YOUR CHILD THERE!! THEY HAVE THE WORST STAFF EVER!
Krissia Arcos: My son has been at that school since he was 6 weeks old and I like it because it is safe, clean and he learns a lot, I like that you can see his activities in the app, the teachers are very friendly, I do recommend it.
stacey Garcia: This daycare is the WORST daycare ever ! when they are short staffed which is almost every other day, they turn your kids back around and tell you they can not attend daycare that day due to short staffed. One time my son peed on himself and apparently had no change of clothes which they did not notify me and at pick up i recieved my child in just a diaper no one bothered to call me through out the day to bring him clothes. The front desk staff has changed over 10 times in the last year. The owner is an Indian guy and he is super rude all he cares about is money . His wife is super sweet but he is not easy to deal with. Ms Kimberly the director was super nice but unfortunately she quit a while back.DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE
audrey cherry: This center has a most impressive curriculum and very caring teachers. Our children love the clean , colorful, inviting atmosphere. The learning center is fantastic with its up to date facility. I wish my children could continue on in the following year.
Nicole Whitaker: Administration is great! And the school has an amazing team! Love it!
Tracy Johnson: My name Tracy Johnson learning Expernice on 8101 Targe Side Drive in Raleigh. N.C has very poor quality , poor value , not professional, not reliable. I Learn a lot about them when my two old grandson got left in the classroom by his self. And they did not call his mother. The owner of the Learning Expernice told her when she arrive that night at close to pick up the boys. It was a hurt feeling see my grandson in that dark room alone.I would not tell any Parents to take thier children there
sonia zebian: Critical:Professionalism,Quality,Reliability,Responsiveness,ValueI will not recommend this daycare to anyone they are not responsible at all on the kids stuff every week had to take new clothes for my 2 sons and never have changed fir them in a point they leave the facility with pull up only no tops or bottoms if they are lucky sometimes tops that not proper for the season.
Rema sider: The Learning Experience - Northeast is a wonderful place for learning, growing and having fun! My kids are always excited to go see there teachers and friends. The director and owners are always nice and professional. The teachers that I have associated with are friendly and knowledgeable. It’s a brand new facility which has a new playground and indoor play center.
Imani McCummings: Critical:Professionalism,QualityThe new owner is awful and very rude! This school goes through staffing almost every other month.. I do not recommend this school for anyone with children.
Daisy Wall: Critical:Professionalism,Quality,Reliability,Responsiveness,ValueTHIS DAYCARE IS ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! THE DIRECTOR IS VERY RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL AND THEY WERE OVER FEEDING MY 2 MONTH OLD TO THE POINT WHERE SHE WAS THROWING UP AND THE DIRECTORS COMMENT TO ME IS “WOW ARE YOU REALLY MAD” I see why they only have a 2.8 star rating deff will not recommend ‼️
Alexandra Anderson: Positive:Professionalism,Quality,Reliability,Responsiveness,ValueMy daughter loves it here! This is her first daycare experience and she can’t wait to go see her friends.
Michelle Lopez: My daughter was briefly enrolled at this location. There were many concerning factors such as the EXTREMELY high turnover rate in staff. The bare minimum curriculum, or lack thereof, does not contribute to the “learning” experience. There was one day I picked up my daughter and in her 6-7 hours of being there her daily sheet said “I clapped my hands to happy and you know it.” I would not recommend this facility to any parent. They are extremely unprofessional, cannot keep staff, the quality and cleanliness was never up to par especially during Covid. I witnessed a tour being given during hours of operation but I wasn’t even allowed to walk my daughter back on her first day. The cameras are ONLY accessible if the office door is open, and 7/10 times when you walk in the facility the door was closed. Approach this center with caution IF it is your only option.
