Topline K9 Solutions: what do users think?
Sophia Kuttner: I could not recommend Topline K9 more! I took my dog Charlie to the leash manners group class and loved it. It really strengthened our bond, resulting in the best walks we’ve ever had! We will definitely be back for more group classes and I will also be bringing my other dog, as well!
Daniel Trimpey: Working with Sylvie was a joy!
Amy Anne: Wonderful training experience for my German shepherd. Valuable tips on training your dog and Rae always goes above and beyond to help you figure out what works best for each individual dog.
Lacey Brown: Our trainer, Jordyn, is phenomenal. She has empowered us to have better communication and structure with our new dog. I highly recommend working with her for leash training.
Melissa M: We took our foxhound Cooper to a leash training class with Jordyn and more recently had a few private training sessions with Rhonda. Both experiences were fantastic! Everyone I've talked to at Topline has been very helpful and communicative. Rhonda helped us a lot and really knows dogs. She gave us some great management tools and training exercises to work on with Cooper when he gets overexcited and distracted. I definitely recommend Topline.
Amy Gardinier: We are grateful for Topline K9 Solutions help with our very anxious dog. We are pleased with the results from the tips that Mark shared with us. We love seeing her be more calm and less afraid. We could not say enough wonderful things about them!
Jackie Lynch: My dog is very nervous around people and other dogs. This class was a great way for her to be around people and dogs in a controlled environment. Better than a dog park where is no structure. We were different locations each week as good for your dog to experience different environments but not that great for you as we like more consistently. I also gave me a chance to work on basic commands with her with other distractions. I would have liked more practice on interaction with other dogs to get trained on how to handle those situations. But great class overall. The instructor was great.
Ashley Knowles: Had two extremely helpful training sessions with Topline. Staff is knowledgeable and quick to respond to inquiries. I would highly recommend!
Andrew Arabian: We needed help with a spunky puppy with leasing training and manners. Sylvia is very professional and understanding. Julia, our trainer, for the board and train was amazing! Kind, patient, extremely knowledgeable and really helped with the issues. Some of the problems were totally corrected and others she provided a great foundation for us to keep building on. She gives excellent tips and very manageable steps to follow.
Nathan Zeager: We've trained both of our dogs at Topline K9 Solutions, both group classes and personal training sessions. We've worked with a variety of trainers at the organization. All of them have been great to work with and had unique perspectives that helped us figure out what worked best for us and our dogs. Both of our dogs are reactive, and it can be overwhelming as an owner to manage their outbursts. It's such a relief to come away from a training session with new exercises and approaches that will help our dogs be more relaxed in the long run. I also appreciate that they welcome questions even after the classes are finished. Training can take time, so it's nice that you can check back in after you've had time to work with your dog.
karen George: I had one of Sylvie's trainers come to my home for private training and participated in a group class with my puppy. I can't say enough good things about her trainers! Cathie, my private trainer was on time and prepared to help me with my concerns with my puppy Miki. She provided clear instructions and demonstrations, making me feel so much more confident that I could and would survive puppyhood! (Oh what a huge relief!!) Miki and I just completed the Home Manners group puppy class, and once again, I am seeing remarkable results in Miki! Of course if you don't practice what you learn, nothing comes of any training, but my goal is to eventually make Miki a visiting therapy dog, so manners and obedience is a must. I'm looking forward to enrolling Miki in more classes with Topline so that we can attain the AKC Canine Good Citizens recognition! Thank you again Sylvie, Cathie and Lisa!!!
Tim Lehan: Fantastic experience! I have a 2 year old lab mix that I just adopted from Wake County Shelter and he brought a lot of anxiety and energy when he moved in. The four week, in-home training with Jordyn was awesome. Incredibly knowledgable, kind and professional. I am using the tools that I've been taught on a regular basis and I've already seen a ton of improvement. Highly recommend!
Connie Silverstein: Positive:Professionalism,Quality,Reliability,Responsiveness,ValueWe had a very positive experience with Topline. Excellent communication and follow-up. Jordyn did an amazing job working with our puppy and coaching us on training. Highly recommend
Morgan Vail: Our experience with Topline was incredible. We sent our boy Boone to the 3 week training program when he was 7 months old. He was a pretty calm puppy but definitely needed some help with self-control, listening, and leash manners. 3 weeks later when Topline dropped him off, he was like a totally different dog! He almost always listens to commands the first time we give them, even if we aren't near him or in front of him. He's learned to stay off couches unless he's invited up, to not approach the dinner table while we're eating, to walk politely and in tune with us, and to be responsive when he's off leash in our fenced back yard (which was always his biggest struggle area). We have felt so supported in bringing Boone home and getting up to speed on all the commands he learned while he was away at training. Best of all, we love that this company does not use shock collars. They base everything on positive reinforcement and a respectful relationship between you and your dog, which is exactly what we wanted. Some people tried to convince us that we'd never get good results without a shock collar and I'm happy to say that all of those folks have been proven wrong :). I can't recommend Topline enough!
Lynne Wiggs: Jordyn has been awesome to work with! I have 11 year old Shelties that recently came to live with me. Gigi was struggling with nipping visitors- working with Jordyn has allowed me to understand her behavior and learn ways to correct that behavior in a positive way. Topline responded quickly to my request for a trainer, always asked for feedback after a session and Jordyn was positive, caring and loving! They are the BEST!
Ryann Buff: I learned so much from Mark! I’m very thankful for all of the advice and can already see such a difference in Harley! Thank you for working with my tight schedule! Highly recommend Topline!!
Ashley Weaver: Cathy turned our puppy into a well behaved gentleman! He sits/down stays so well and can leave it with ease! And he now waits to get on the furniture when he's invited. He's still a 6 month old puppy, but my husband and I are better equipped with how to handle his crazies. I could not recommend Topline and Cathy enough! Gus loves his new buddy!!! Thank you for everything!!
Florencia Vazquez Avila: The team provides excellent customer service. They have follow-up with me and addressed all my needs. They have been very supportive and flexible to accomodate different circuanstances that came up. The trainers have very strong knowledge and excellent management of the dogs. It was a pleasure to work with them and I will keep their contact handy for future needs.
Marie Outland: Positive:Professionalism,Quality,Reliability,Responsiveness,ValueEveryone at Topline K9 Solutions has been Professional, Knowledgeable and Most of All Caring! It's been a Pleasure working with and learning from them!!!I have recommended them to others and will continue to do so!!
Alyssa McElwee: My pup, Emmett, and I attended the Leash Walking and Leadership class with Jordyn. Jordyn was a great trainer, who was always extremely helpful and encouraging. The class offered great tips on teaching my pup not to pull on the leash so much and how to navigate different scenarios while out on walks with him. The class size was small, which allowed for each pup/caregiver duo to get personalized recommendations and feedback. My pup, Emmett, is anxious and needs to work on gaining confidence and trusting others, and Jordyn was always so patient, positive, and respectful of him. By attending this class and practicing Jordyn’s recommendations at home in-between sessions, I’ve already seen a big difference in Emmett’s leash walking behavior and an increase in his confidence. I’ve already signed up for the Home Manners class with Topline next and can’t wait to see his continued progress. I’d highly recommend Topline K9 Solutions to other pet parents looking to build upon their dog’s abilities and to strengthen your relationship with them.
Saulo Quinones: I got the puppy package that included 2 private lessons. I have to say it was a wonderful experience. Rae took her fine explaining things not only to me, but to my family members as well. She was very patient, incredibly knowledgeable, and very good at handling 3 dogs at once (my sister’s dogs crashed our training session). I wholeheartedly recommend them.

Dynamic Dogs of NC: what do users think?
Amy Blackwelder: Patrice worked with our two rescue pups over 8 weeks and I could not sing her praises any louder! One of our dogs was rescued from a hoarding situation where the individuals faced felony animal abuse charges. Needless to say, he was terrified of EVERYTHING and every one. Patrice helped us build his confidence, so much so that we finished 8 weeks with an outing in public! She knows her stuff and is worth every penny! Working with her was a game changer for both of our dogs and we couldn’t be more grateful for her help!
Jennifer Snyder: Agility course was a disappointment. She advertised akc level training with hand signals and 5 dogs or less. For the inflated price that I reserved 10 months ago, the equipment was flimsy and slippery and for very small dogs, and she was too busy and distracted with getting photos of her previous clients rather than to train. There were about 10 dogs in the class.I tried emailing several times and her assistant replied avoiding all of my concerns.
Ashley Griffith: Patrice is amazing! She has worked with us for over a year to help us have a great relationship with our rescue and other pup. I can not thank Dynamic Dogs enough for every thing they have done! We recently tried pet sitting and Morgan was great! She thoroughly listened to how I like our pups to be handled and did amazing! If you are looking for training or sitting call Dynamic Dogs! We love them!!
Alice Lutz: We completed head start, some in home training and at age 8 months our puppy passed the GCC with flying colors- all thanks to Dynamic Dogs of NC and Patrice. We are "aging" yet love our German Shepherd. With a 65 pound puppy we needed her to be disciplined and us in control. Patrice and Morgan have so much patience and know how to help you train your puppy for lasting success.
Isaac Kielmanowicz: Great people patient with the dogs you can really tell they know what they are doing. thankfully for us because we were having a lot of trouble before and they have just been super great with our little chunky
Alyssa Hapeman: Positive:Professionalism,Quality,Reliability,Responsiveness,ValueI cannot recommend Patrice enough! She was so friendly and so helpful with our dogs. They were fighting really bad and she was able to get them back to being friends again. Her methods work so well and so quickly! I was truly shocked by the amount of progress we made in just two months.
Kyle Wolfe: Patrice did wonders for us with our dog, Moose. We had tried group training and about every Youtube method we could find, but all that did was teach basic commands that were rarely followed with distractions present. Our 2 year old dog was high energy, reactive to other dogs, always barking, and had little to no obedience before with other training attempts. Now, we can walk right by distractions with no reaction at all and have him calm and less anxious is crowded public places. Not only is the dog much less stressed, but we are all more confident in public and day-to-day. Patrice was very respectful in our concerns and took a lot of time to explain everything to us, so we know the process and logic behind it rather than just a new system. This service was a game-changer for us and we could not recommend it more!
Stephanie Davis: Patrice is amazing! We adopted a puppy earlier this year and we were really struggling the first few weeks. We tried every single YouTube dog guru and it was a mess. We decided to call in an expert and we are so happy we did. Before we started working with Patrice, Otis wouldn't sleep in his crate, was being incredibly mouthy, and just not a great listener. After Patrice, he sleeps through the night, knowns his commands, and had more self control. We feel totally comfortable taking Otis out in public and around other dogs. Patrice was a game changer for us and Otis.
Julie Walz: After doing tons of research and having multiple “consultations” with other trainers, we decided to go with Patrice at Dynamic Dogs for our 2 little chihuahua pups. One of the main reasons is because of her educational background and extensive knowledge of dogs/animals. You can tell she is passionate about her work and she knows what she’s doing! After meeting her for the first time, I knew she’d be a great fit for us. It’s a bonus that she’s also extremely friendly and overall just a really great person. We took the Puppy class and every Sat we met in the parking lot at House of Hops and had our class outside. (If it was too cold or rainy, we would go inside and social distance with masks); it was great! And super convenient to grab a beer after class! (Side note: Justin who works the bar is 100%)!Patrice and another trainer, Morgan (who is just as fantastic!) would work with us individually and in groups. We really felt like they spent a lot of time working with our dogs. It was great socialization for the puppies and by the end of the program, our pups now know sit, down, implied stay, can walk/heel on a leash properly and most importantly, they don’t fear stranger other dogs. We would highly recommend her and her team for anyone looking for their services!!
A M: We cannot speak highly enough of Patrice. The 3yo pup we rescued at the end of August was a nervous wreck, but while working with Patrice over the past several weeks we’ve seen such incredible changes in our Mochi that it’s hard to believe she’s the same dog we took in. Patrice was a great with her and great with us. An overall excellent teacher! Highly, highly, highly recommend! We're so proud that our Mochi became a "Dynamic Dog" and so thankful for Patrice for working with us :)
Diane Camu: Y O U * G U Y S !I cannot speak highly enough of Patrice and her work she did with my pup and I. We had a scary interaction on our walk with another dog who jumped their fence today, but because of what we learned from Patrice, all parties left the interaction ok and I had the confidence to take control of my dog and the other dog. I know the same interaction would have ended poorly before we spent time learning from Patrice! Thank you, Patrice and Dynamic Dogs. Laney and I are so happy we know you!
Matt Mangini: Can’t say enough good things about Patrice, so professional and knowledgeable. Our 9 month old Lab Dakota needed guidance and Patrice delivered! She is better now than we could have ever imagined!! Keep up the great work Patrice!!
Libby Tessier: I cannot say enough good things about Dynamic Dogs! After adopting a second dog with a background of abuse and behavioral issues, Patrice’s in home training was life changing for our family. Just a few months ago I couldn’t bring my guarded, aggressive, newly adopted dog around other dogs at all. After working with Patrice, we have regular doggy play dates with friends and both of my dogs are happy, obedient, and amazingly socialized!
Patty O'Neil: Patrice has the knowledge and experience to train any dog...my Dog Whisperer"
Erica Kirchner-Dean: Patrice will work with you and get you a dog that you can enjoy and take everywhere without embarrassment! She is a joy to work with!❤️
Ted Creekmore: Patrice is the best dog sitter ever. We had to run out of town at the last minute during the holidays and she did not hesitate to say yes. Bear adores her and so do we! She is so good with our dog and always finds a good picture(s) to send to us to remind us that he is happy and OK.
David Sardinha: What a wonderful person and dog trainer Patrice is! She is just fantastic. Our 2 dogs were a mess and within just a couple of sessions Patrice trained us and our dogs on how to behave. She is such a joy to work with and get to know. We're so glad we met her and recommend her to everybody we know.
Dan Scala: Patrice did an awesome and amazing job of getting our very stubborn Pitt to obey our walking commands . She is very patient , positive minded and a great dog trainer. I highly recommend her for dog obedience training in the Raleigh Cary , Apex area.

Paws in Training: what do users think?
Emily Childress: I am thrilled with the progress we made with our 13 yr old dog who had never been crate trained by us. The 30 day accountability was exactly what we needed in order to be successful as transitioning him from the beds and couches to a crate seemed like a tall order. Angel understood the physical limitations we were working with and was able to help us with recommendations. We would hire her again in a heartbeat and wish we would have done it sooner! Thank you!!
Nik: Positive:Professionalism,Quality,Reliability,Responsiveness,ValueAngel came for a training session for introducing my two cats when I was afraid there was no hope. Provided excellent behavioral advice and helped us practice specific skills to help integrate the two in the same household. Thankful we found this service; looks like my kitties have a chance at becoming friends.
Reily Lewis: Angel is literally the greatest. I have not a single bad thing to say about her. She came in, assessed our sweet dog, and then was able to give us a plan that seems to work with us and our dog in the best ways! Not only has fear training been a wonderful experience with her, but she has also been great when it comes to working with us and being flexible. Our dog got very sick during our 30 day training plan, and she has been willing to pause our plan for us to focus on getting him better again. She has helped us with more than just the hands-on, but also the what-ifs and the questions we have had about dog behavior as a whole. Best money we have ever spent on our dog! Highly highly recommend.
V Sut: Angel is an extremely helpful behaviorist who took the time to assist us in dealing with a significant issue with our dog’s behavior. I feel that Angel was one of the best investments I’ve ever made. She met with us as a family, several times, before the pandemic, and was responsive to multiple emails and phone calls (during the pandemic) to help us learn how to deal with a special needs dog. She taught the kids how to best interact with him, taught us all how to recognize triggers or issues of concern, and helped us train him (& helped train us on how to best interact with him). I cannot recommend her highly enough. I feel she went out of her way to help as we worked through problems and she will be my first resource for any potential future issues.
Carla Gray: Definitely the best investment I have EVER made for my dog(s). Managing a multiple dog household can be a challenge, and Angel showed me how it can be accomplished! There is very little that this behaviorist has not seen and she eagerly shares her professional knowledge (which is vast!) while adding humor to help ease the learning curve for us humans.
Sian Brown: Positive:Professionalism,Quality,Reliability,Responsiveness,ValueAngel is amazing with dogs and people. She helped me shape my dog into the best possible version of herself. I know without a doubt that Esme would not have been easy to be around without training.
Anna Sholl: I was given Angel’s name by my veterinarian as she is a canine certified behavior consultant. Like the previous review, I do not recommended her services. I paid a high fee for her to teach me about dog body language, email me a couple pdf training documents, and tell me to put my dog on medication. She refused to come work with my dog in person, and suggested we avoid other people and dogs all together because of my dog’s reactivity issues. This did not address the problem. She never followed up with me to see how he was doing with his plan. It is clear she did not care about my dog or improving his behavior.
Megan Kovach: Angel puts more emphasis on avoiding dog issues and what makes the dog upset instead of facing them head on. Most of her techniques made one of my dogs behavioral issues much worse. Pretty much told me my dog was special needs and could never be fixed and I just had to accommodate to how she was going to be. She also insisted on meeting my other dog and shrunk and cowered while he got excited and tried to jump instead of trying to do anything about it. Have since gone with a new behaviorist who actually helps fix issues instead of just avoiding them. I’ll give her 2 stars because she did teach us about dog body language but that’s being generous.
Tina Overton: I have worked with Angel with Akitas and doodles. I have used her in problematic situations and doggie rehabilitation. In every instance we experienced great success. You will not be disappointed! She is a real dog trainer and does not resort to e-collars as a means of training a family pet. She Actually Trains via Positive Reinforcement! Excellent dog TRAINER!
Kelly Galvin: Great class at paws in training. Really attentive instructor who truly seems to love and care about her job. Absolutely worth the money for the training class.
