The Salvation Army Family Store and Donation Center: what do users think?
Abbey Lyons: I always find good things here but the stapling of the clothes has got to stop. furniture is HEAVILY overpriced. sometimes they forget they are a thrift store, i’m not here to pay $100+ for a piece of artwork. for some reason they are very strict about not letting people in after 4:45pm, and they come off as rude, which is not how businesses should operate
Lance Courson: Store is fine along with things found, but the cashier that was there today was rude and basically called me dumb for not reading the sign for where the line starts, when the sign and apparently the start of the line is 15 ft to the left of the register. Why not put the "line starts" sign where people are looking, at the register. Not literally on the window of the building.
Cinsway FromNC: Good prices and nice people
Ellen Radford: I absolutely love this store! I have found so many items from famous brands and in such good condition! And surprise was the 50% off certain colored tags! That was so awesome! I will definitely be back again.Oh I love the way you hang the pants cause you can see the size without much effort!
T Mae: This place is horrible the open and close when ever they feel like it. They shouldn’t be posting times of when they are open or closed because you never no when they are open or closed.
M Smith: Good selection of clothes, a little pricey but found some good deals.
Marsha J: Super friendly people at checkout. Good variety of merchandise and great discount days.
Anita Augenti: Oh my goodness, my family has loved shopping at your store for, so many years that my Mom had purchased a lamp for her house but, I had purchased some vintage vinyl albums as well so they, were only 0.25 cents each! We love your store no matter what somebuddy says to you!!!!!!!
Sabrina Avent: Everything is priced a bit too high and most of the items are very worn. I definitely didn’t see any decent priced items even with the tag sale. You can at least only pay $.99 on Saturdays at the other store that closed on Wake Forest and in Rocky Mount.
Fanecia Daye: This store is very big. They have a lot of shoes in this store. Men's, Women's and Children's. I could not find a lot of blouses I liked, but I enjoyed watching other customers shop at this Family Store.
Indigo: Went for the first time recently and look forward to going back. I only browsed the housewares section and found more than I expected I would. The prices were reasonable. I got a lamp with a lampshade for less than $4. Didn't even realize that it was on sale until I was at checkout.
Cordelia Simmons: Worth it!
Sofia: Have always had a good experience donating items at this location. They're not too picky and despite the back being messy the actual retail store isn't. The bins do become  overstuffed which most likely and very unfortunately, leads to problems and damage of items and if there is anything I wish was different, this would be it. The employees are always very friendly and appreciative. I made my first furniture drop off here this week and they assisted in carrying the piece over which was extraordinarily helpful. The shopping experience has always been positive. No complaints. Organized compared to other nearby thrift stores!
Too Tall’s Hammer Time: After purchasing $35 worth of stuff, we walked out, and realized that we had forgotten an item we wanted to buy, and went back in. We then had an employee chase is through the store and accuse us of shoplifting. It's not right, so we asked to speak to the manager, who didn't care one bit. Train your employees and management better.
John Morris: Let's start with the bad. Cause there's a lot. Metal staples through the clothes listing the prices, damaging the fabric and making holes that widen and get bigger after washing. Old-a** furniture you can find on the side of the road thats been left in the rain with mysterious stains on the cushions, wanting $150? Are you insane? Or hows about broken rocking chairs, charging only $30 less than the same NON-BROKEN, WORKING brand new retail priced model at Walmart. Goodluck with parking. Bolts, nails, broken glass in parking lot. You go to buy cheap furniture or clothes and end up needing a new tire just from parking there. And if you're gonna sell matresses, how about skipping the ones with stains? Aren't you required by law to clean these things or toss 'em if they've had bodily waste in them? What about the good? Honey, I'm going to Guardian Angel or Dorcas in Cary. Expect same "quality" of goods at Cause for Paws as well.
ethan jerome: Ridiculously high prices for the quality of furniture you could find at a yard sale or along the side of the road. As far as providing quality furniture for an affordable price to people that are struggling, this specific store does not meet ones expectations. I would recommend visiting the habitat restore or the cause for paws if you're looking for fairly priced furniture.
Karen Webb: I would rate it Zero stars if possible!!The prices are Outrageous!!!I would definitely pay $7.99 for a pair of name brand shoes that are normally $75.00If they are in a decent condition.I however will NOT PAY $7.99 for a pair of name brand or skipbos's if they are COMPLETELY WORN OUT WITH HALF THE SOLE MISSING, AND LOOKS LIKE THEY'VE BEEN WORN BY AT LEADT 25 PEOPLE THEN DONATED. I PAID $4.99 FOR A JAWBONE BY JAMBOX SPEAKER that Norma sells new for $200 But then paid 6.99 for a worn out beyond used curling iron. Whoever is doing the pricing needs to be moved to another department.
sydney powers: Their changing rooms aren’t open
Random Name: I wish there was a salvation army in Cary. Dorcas is busting at the seams with people. We need more thrift stores in Cary.
Krissi Faith: PLEASE END THE STAPLING OF TAGS. WOULD SPEND SO MUCH MORE MONEY HERE BUT YOU ARE KILLING THE QUALITY OF THESE NICE BRANDS... SEE PICS. L.L. Bean now with hole in the sleeve.. one wash and it'll spread. Revisited this store and reduced the ratings to 1 star. Someone is DOUBLE STAPLING THE TAGS TO THE CLOTHES. I spent $144 in one visit. Some of my items were $4.99 each. I get home and realize half of the items are ruined from staples. Not only that, but that kind of lazy, incompetence is gonna destroy someone's washing machine if they miss a few. I love this store but took me OVER AN HOUR AND A HALF TO UNDO THE STAPLES! 3 large bags of items... all stapled! 2 in each item. Some items were even zip tied. Please fix this immediately. If all sales are final, and this is how clothes are going to be tagged, I will donate and purchase elsewhere. Never seen something so ridiculous in my life. Loft, Ann Taylor, Coldwater Creek items destroyed... I am in such shock that someone would think to do this. Have a little more integrity. This thrift shop has the best deals but they aren't the best of they all have holes in them. They have limited space for a lot of furniture but the pieces they do have are pretty nice. The clothes are a little disorganized but we were there at the end of the day. *Note that they do close at 5pm.* Contacted the store about the staples. No apology or concern. Said they do this because the tags would come off or people would try to switch prices. Offered to find them some tag guns. There must be another solution. They won't be changing their ways anytime soon. Until then, we are gonna visit elsewhere. Sadly.
Jim Zupancic: My husband and I have had a great experience both donating and shopping. Staff is always helpful with getting us carts regardless of whether there on the buy or sell side.

Habitat Wake ReStore -- Glenwood Avenue: what do users think?
Pavan Chaudhari: One of the best ReStores always great stuff to find!
Kendall G: They have LOTS of nice furniture. I feel like the prices are kind of inconsistent though. Stuff that should be cheap is over priced and large pieces are underpriced haha, but definitely some great pieces for great prices, furniture wise. I got these great books for free outside the other day.
Carol Housel: I’ve found so many treasures at this location. The staff are very personable and knowledgeable, especially Maria. Grateful for her kindness and help.
Lexi Tucker: Great selection, very organized and friendly staff!
Karen Jones: Clean, reasonable priced
Kim Phifer: Great selection! Very organized and clean.
Angela Didier: Was amazed at all the treasures I found in here.Loved it and will go back again
velocity7180c: Best prices of any Habitat store in the Wake County area. Highly recommend. Luis is always friendly and helpful.
Merton Canady: Neat items here.
David Hertzberg: Like new prices on unwanted stuff.
Vivian Smith: wonderful organization
Mike Adams: Great prices on some fixer upper furniture. Found a couch that folds down into a bed $25. A few dinning chairs for $20. Gaming chair was over priced for used with broken leather.
Ann Thornton: Always fun to look. Seems as if COVID has limited their inventory some.
Mike Flintosh: Great prices, some great finds and the money goes to help those on need. Worth a pop in every once in a while to see what they have.
JOSE SALAVADOR LEAL SALAS: No gusto
Craig Sampson: Great prices on LED light bulbs.
Luis J. Ledee: This one is a small restore but it has very nice places and not that expensive
Kimberly Griffin-Davis: Got and saw alot of stuff, can't wait to go back.
Kevin K: You never know what you will find here. And the sales help Habitat housing.
Aaron Hawkins: I totally support Habitat's mission. Good things are the stock changes often and the staff is friendly. The bad things are everything is overpriced and very little of the interesting stuff (home decor, instruments, etc) actually makes it to the sales floor. Your mileage may vary.
Therese Lovell: They didn't have what I wanted this time around

The Green Chair Project: what do users think?
suzi israel: An amazing organization serving Wake Co familoes
Norman Clark: I visited with RCHS. WHAT AN AMAZING PLACE. The families in need that for furniture that this place helps is remarkable. Donate your furniture to them instead of throwing it away. This is a great cause to donate money to as well. Additionally they have unbelievable furniture that you can purchase for yourself. I can't wait to stop in again soon.
Sara Kowalsky: They helped with EVERYTHING you would need when you move in. Even down to toilet paper and dishes, cookware! Absolutely never had so much help like this and is given to help us get back on our feet. Was so thank for my referral and still am! Thank you for what you do for our community. It brings hope to families in transition. Thank you.
Coretta Fisher: This is an amazing charity to donate to.
deanna wilson: Green chair blessed the socks off our family! New beds for all 11 of us!! Plus all the other furniture, and amazing decor. What a truly wonderful organization.. Thank you so much!
Danielle Mayber: AMAZING organization! I've interacted with 5 team members-- they're all so kind and very on top of things. I scheduled a pick-up for a couple of items and it was a really positive experience and such a good cause. I'd highly recommend donating your furniture here. :)
Ilene Holmes: They sell some curated tableaux for very reasonable prices. And the proceeds go to support their mission of providing home furnishings to families in need.
Isaiah Hyman: This company provides an excellent service. I had the opportunity to volunteer here and I learned so much about who GCP is and what they do. They supply furniture to citizens in need throughout all of Wake County. If you have furniture worthy of donating, they will come and pick it up from you if you reside in Wake County
Edgar Allan: Good cause but not open to the public
felecia covington: I would like to thank The Green Chair Project for the beautiful package they put together for me. I'm in long term recovery and moving out of the Oxford house into my own place. It has been such a Blessing that the people I've talked to during the process has been truly Amazing in what they do. The deliver men were nice , friendly and very happy to see the joy they bring to the person that is receiving the gifts. Thank you from the Bottom Of My Heart.
Elise Hunter: This is a wonderful project to be to volunteer and help family who are in need and children who receive brand new beds. Honored to serve.
David Craig: Great
Andreaelise Hunter: Very nice to volunteer can't wait go back. Its a joy to bless so that you might bless others
Antwannette Bond: I gave this place a five stars only because I read about what they do. As a civilian I was not able to enter into the location but I read that it does help those who are in need of Home furnishings and that's why I gave it a five-star.
Wanda Scott: This organization helped my family in a very big way, they were very friendly and the furniture is beautiful. My children love their beds. SOOOO thankful for this experience 💗💗💗
Marilyn Wilson: What these people on a day to day basis and help people is a blessing. The donate and help people like me that's starting over. Thank you
Tami Potirala: Nice people. Very accommodating. The docks are behind the building in a small parking lot. There was a picnic table in the no parking spot across from the docks that needed to be moved in order to back in.
Ayse Purcell: I am new in N.C. Need furnitures but they say you need referral from other agencies. Other agencies also don’t help me they all refuse any kinds of help .The Green Chair Project has a “ self certification “ option that you can certify yourself to get a furniture. They also denied that rudely saying I have to have a referral. But how about self certification means ? They don’t explain that. They simply told me to never contact them.Rather they should be a help to me to contact one of their partners that they call to refer me in order to help me.They not only highly rude but also unethical.
Risa Schluchter: Great charity! Was able to pick up items within 2 weeks. They were respectful of my wishes & carried out the job with zero damage to yard & home.
Jay Smith: Great mission!
Rose M Johnson Lee: Haven't been there yet but a dear friend of mine got some furniture and house hold supplies for her apt and it looked great. Keep up the good work.and God Bless you'll.

Goodwill Industries of Eastern NC Inc. - New Hope: what do users think?
Amelia Alexander: Not really worth a visit as they mark up everything, way more than the other Goodwills
basma hamzah: Not so especially
B K: Very picked over & dirty shelves.
Kay Farley: Rude staff
Allen Miller: Five stars for keeping calm and polite while a crazy woman screamed and ranted about a bunch of pots not being as cheap as she wanted them to be. Was very impressed with the manager for doing such a great job of diffusing the situation and calming down the woman without just giving in to her demands.
Vic King: Was not pleased with the customer service or the smell of the environment. I’ll mark this place off my list of places I plan on returning to.
Ahwach tv: This is the worst place ever , even most of all gw are , got a pants missing button so I asked the cashier who seems new if I can get a discount for it since it's missing button's she said le me ask , she went and ask an older lady at the store she told her no we don't do discounts here , I smile and I said I don't want it , Don't know how these People think when they get free damage thing and u do wanna buy it and fix it but they say no we don't give discounts that's ridiculous .Overpriced and is not how a thrift store needs to be .
Purplepakdot Pakdot: The staff is insanely rude. They make you feel very unwelcome. I tend to avoid this location.
Scott Lewis: Rude employees
Wendy Lara: This place is ridiculous. Very overpriced. Rude employees. They mark out original prices and mark them for sale at a higher price! UPDATE: 2022 Still very overpriced.
Ale Banegas: very bad service the cashier is very bad-tempered she does not attend with kindness and looks at you with a bad face
christina jayne: Very clean and well-organized.
glen zaczkowski: Its goodwill!
goldie graham: Some people shopping, without their mask and social distance in the store.economical, I would like the prices was less expensive.
Ondrea Torrence: This one has nice clothes. Not my favorite thrift stores . Usually the prices are too high for something used .
Rafael Carvajal: Cashier to slow
Abdias Carmona: The store is organized, and has different options in women, and formal men clothing
Peggye Day-Warren: They had new cheep Christmas toys
Flor H Chula: USED TO WORK AT THIS LOCATION, STILL GO EVERY DAY! ITS GREAT
2020 JL: Great stuff and selection
Wanda Ryals-Mitchell: First time visiting since I lost my job there due to covid-19. Very pleasant as always to see my co-workers. Will be coming back soon😁

Durham Rescue Mission Thrift Store Brier Creek: what do users think?
rosa Marroquin: The cashier was rude. It seemed like they didn’t want to work. But there’s really great furniture. I was in a hurry so I didn’t get to see the prices.
Denmark Elless: Very disgusting allowing people or employee to sit down in the furniture smoking, the furniture is already used and some are badly soiled to on top of that smellling like cigarette common now! Someone make sense out of that you still trying to sell this furniture is not free so don’t make it worse by being careless!
NIFT SHIRTS: Very nice store. There is a huge selection of items, lots of furniture, and great staff that were very helpful.
aaron live: This place is huge. Enormous selection of clothing and furniture.
Hanna Gibbs: Huge selection of used couches and armchairs. They also help you load furniture into your car, I didn't even need to ask for help.
David Hertzberg: Great place for treasure hunting. Large selection of items. Good Prices
Carlos DEKORA: Today is Jan/28/2023…. They just keep Increase in prices over and over again, Dress Shirts was $3.99 today everything is $5.99, I asked one of the managers can you Tell me why these dirty all black long sleeve shirt is $5.99, Then the guy respond to me back check the brand is expensing one
Han Stw: Good selection of items from clothing to books to decorations to furnitures and glassware. Some items are more expensive than other thrift stores (like goodwill).
Be Joie: Nice employees, huge building and *bonus!* clean bathrooms!!
Lj Shurpik: Great selection of sizes in clothes. Huge furniture selection. Very clean and organized store!
Lisa Hetzler: Good place for some decent used furniture and other items. Nice thrift stop.
Moses Mbutha: I have bought hundreds more of products at this location and although they are not new I’ve always managed to fix and get the desired result from every product purchased. I bought a projector yesterday it had a screen burn in on the LED, it was defective but the manager said it was working even when I showed him the picture evidence, me not being satisfied with the product they refused to take it back. They have given me store credit in the past for unknown reason the manager just refused to budge on this and as far as he was concerned take it or leave it. I left the item there and they will gladly resell that defective product. I’ve learnt my lesson “Buyer be aware” Electronic products are not always perfect but if the seller is not willing to meet you half way don’t buy projectors, computer, sound systems or most of the electronic equipment because they are complex and if the standard of quality is “it turns on” and that is final this is not a good place to shop. The staff are unfriendly most of the time they move around as if they don’t want to be there I still shopped there because I know I’m supporting my community. Never will I shop here again and will spread the word to friends and family
Anita Barnes: A little pricey but you can always find some special items lots of clothes all in many sizes lots of house wares small appliances books CDS DVDs lots of furniture glassware and much more
Yellow Blue: The black woman at the cash register was so rude. Be careful when dealing with her. I thought the workers here are nice given that they’re suppose to represent an establishment that promotes kindness. I was definitely shocked and felt embarrassed. I hope next time, she’ll be kinder with her words. I hope the management teach their workers to be kind too. Thank you.
Laura Lannan LJs Cleaning Service: I would have gave them five stars but they seem to have raised their prices on things some of the things were not priced as a thrift store. I understand with the rising cost of everything that they have to raise prices to make sure that they can stay open so I do understand I'm just letting them know why they did not receive five stars thank you
Tommy Hoover: Very cool stuff!!
Jane G: Always some treasure to find at a good price!
Lia “Sky” Bean: Organized and neat
Lindsey Howard: Amazing selection of furniture, clothes, appliances, glassware, all kinds of stuff at the thrift shop prices. And some of it even seems new, plus they rotate it all out pretty frequently. Great place!
Silverstream556: Great finds and friendly staff.
Tim Mickelsen: Great deals on pre owned clothes.Love that the clothes racks has clothes sorted by size so you don't waste time looking at clothes that aren't the right size!

Goodwill Industries of Eastern NC Inc. - North Market: what do users think?
Jill Phillips: Stopped by this store recently and appreciated how clean it was. The staff was also very friendly.
Ronnie Kaminsky: I absolutely love this Goodwill! I always find name brands with tags! The store is one of the cleanest that I’ve seen and the staff is so friendly!! I dropped of a donation while shopping there last week and the manager helped to unload my car. I don’t live in Raleigh but I will drive the hour and a half to shop at this store!!
London Simone: I shopped at this Goodwill for the first time today; the staff was friendly, and the store was clean. The selection of items was impressive, and the quality of the clothing and shoes was almost like new. I enjoyed it so much that I plan on returning to this store again.
Dewayne Johnson: Great customer service everyone there was nice and they help me pick out the perfect outfit for promotion would highly recommend great stuff for very little cost
Lina Ali: Had an remarkable experience at this location. The staff went above and beyond to help. Mik was especially fantastic. The store was also very clean and organized 10/10
Dave Dowdy: Store looks a lot cleaner lately! Shelves always stocked. Keep up the great work!
wissy Henderson: N.A.S.T.Y!!!
Bubu: Realmente la ropa esta cara
Ryan Miller: I arrived at this location 40 minutes before closing and was told that it was too late to drop donations off. The employee said he was one of two individuals responsible for accepting donations and they were overwhelmed with items and could not process any more today. After returning my donation to the car I went in to shop. The same individual stood by the front door the entire time awkwardly trying to flirt with the cashier and loudly saying that people only donate junk and that people should not donate because "nothing anyone ever brings in is useful". They also began turning customers away twenty minutes before closing. There are better goodwills in the triangle to donate and shop at.
Erin Graves: Went to the North Market drive location today, on a Saturday- closing is at 6. Lights turned out 45 min prior to closing and all shoppers were repeatedly told to check out at 5:20 by the manager so the staff could leave at exactly 6pm. We were then told that their "system resets" at exactly 6pm and that we wouldn't be able to buy what we have if we didnt leave early. Ive shopped in these stores daily for years now and have never heard this. Racks recently have been half empty, but I keep.coming back hoping it'll be better. Not sure what's going on at this location, but after being made to leave early I'm really hesitant to return. I do want to add that the employees are generally very nice- and there are other managers who are great. Hoping this was just an off day:)
Katy G: There were hardly anything on the shelves as far as home goods. What was there was sparse and unorganized. Then there were these giant bins in the back that at one point may have been organized by some categories but it was all mixed up now. Piles too high to really dig through.
Miguel Gonzalez: Im sorry if I could give no stars I would Im very disappointed in your line of command your store manger is very disrespectful too their employee you do not yell at them in front of customers or commands them like if they were animals you just don’t Poor lady was crying and she was a older lady my parents showed me to always show respect to your elders no matter what the issue is. Store manager is Cathy
K boo: Clothes are color organized instead of sizes organized. This means if I were interested in a pair of shorts, I would have to shop every pair of shorts in the store and check sizes. I don’t shop specific colors.
Ed Kwiatkowski: They are sure getting ridiculous with pricing..saw a clock for 25.00..its new at walmart for 15..high prices should be not called a thrift store..dollar store lamp..3.99 ..its not smart
Flor H Chula: I LOVE THE CASHIER SHES SUPER NICE. MY FAVORITE LOCATION!
blessed Heaven: I had applied for work and the manager had promised me the call Until now he never called
Stacey Canavan: Outrageously over priced. $8 for a used dollar general brand toy truck? $6 for a basket?
Meilani Photo: Honestly the worst goodwill I’ve ever been to. Prices are jacked up way too high. Went twice and the lady at the register today was the worst. They were asking $40 dollars for a jersey, come on it’s donated. Seriously the most greedy goodwill in NC.
Jessica Gecsey-Ray: I frequent this store. The lady cashier that also works putting new stock out is the best! She's not overly chatty, but friendly and doesn't make you wait forever in line before coming to check you out. I really appreciate folks like this in the service industry because they make our lives a lot more comfortable and less stressful!! I hope she gets a raise because she's a gem!
Josh Rdgz: Very bad attitude and bad service also racist Lady in that store.
Mary Lara: Te relajas viendo cosas y precios.

Retails Thrift Shop: what do users think?
Kaitlyn Smith: Selfishly I have not wanted to give this place a higher rating because I don’t want more people finding and loving it ;) this by far is one of my favorite local thrift shops. Love the variety and organization. The staff is always very friendly. Also a big fan of the cause they support
M. Kat: Love visiting this thrift store when I'm in the area to both donate items to and shop with. Supports shelter animals, well organized and great items and prices.
e Montalvo: I luv this spot always finding pieces to add to my expansive silver jewelry collection. My newest piece is a Ralph Lauren silver equestrian inspired bracelet. I have been looking for this piece on ebay and poshmark to no avail. It is absolutely gorgeous in person it shines very well and compliments have been raving about my thrift store prize.
Bill Albing: Nice size, clean, and well lit thrift store with a bit if everything. More books than I expected which was a pleasant surprise for me. Friendly cashiers.
Annette Dowdy: Awesome store! You can get a wide variety of clothing, books, household items, bedding, pet items, etc.
Han Stw: Great thrift store. The book section is very organized (by genres) which made it easy to browse through. They also have other items like clothings (although not a whole lot of men items), electronic appliances, knick knack, some furnitures, greeting cards and others. Proceeds go towards animal welfare nonprofits (Animalkind in Raleigh). Friendly staff members!
Lillian Overton: Like all thrift shope, it's like an Easter egg hunt, you never know what you will find. Good place.
Jeane Claudelle Rousselot: I would give it a two, and only raised it to a three because I'm hoping the majority of the money goes towards its cause for animals.
Daniel Payne: Amazing & helpful staff, was a wonderful experience! Would definitely recommend. One associate saw what I was purchasing and suggested a few items I hadn't seen. Huge plus! Will definitely be back.
Victzaida Valerio: Excellent store for shopping.
Darryl Cady: Went there yesterday, they had a flip the coin day heads 50 percent off tails 25 percent off good deal.
Gabriela Candia: The manager, cashiers and the whole staff is awesome!!! I have seen the same manager working for many years and he speaks Spanish and English! He is very helpful with all clients and I don't know why some people have to say bad things. Anyway, the store is fantastic and they are all excellent people. I have been coming to this store since my daughter was 6 years old and now she is 17 before it was located in another address and move more closer to my home. I continue coming back because it's one of the best thrift stores I've been to in Wake County!
Eric Reynolds: Attempted to go by during posted business hours. They were closed.
Miss Tee: Very nice and organized. Calendar is provided so you know what day to go to get a great deal. Will be revisiting again.
Karen Hare: Love this thrift store! Always good stuff and nice people.
John Barker: Love finding stuff and it's for a good cause great store 17 years old today
David Smith: Got stuff at 50% off today!
Gil Fdz: Lost of goods things you can find really good stuff ...you never know!
Gabriela Candia Perez: Great cause and excellent items in sale, they have bilinguals staff. Personal is friendly and very helpful
Yesica Alvarez: Bien caro todo ahi
Darrell D: Decent prices. Older lady there kept following me around the store asking if I was going to buy something. The item was in a Ziploc bag and she was telling me that she had to take it back because someone had broken the ziplock bag. Even though the bag had a zipper and could be opened regardless. She couldn't process that the bag opened so it didn't matter if the bag was torn.
