Alen Molnar: Do not seek for an honest advice or service from "Go Unmanned".This is an example of a place thats "monopolizing" its area field, which is a lab for drones.Obviously, that store is making a fortune to allow itself make you feel cornered when in need of Drone lab services/orientation/sales.It is fronted by 2 ladies with little professional knowledge.It started with me calling from Jacksonville NC asking for a specific estimate to replace my DJI Mavic Pro Camera, which I was quoted 285$. Which was decent, so I started my ride the next day.Seems they still demand an "Estimate Fee" of 50$ to verify what you already know.After convincing the lady to speak to the majesty manager, who has enough projects so he doesnt make your business feel welcoming, and will add various fees and an unreasonable waiting time (2 weeks to order from China, plus 2-3 days of 'work'). He cant even say if he has the equipment back in the office.Once the drone business catches up with this state, "Go Unmanned" will have to get back to earth.Until then, I highly recommend you all to order your equipment from AMAZON which is way cheaper, arrives faster, and you can find a local repair guy (for cellphones for example) and pay the labor fee. It will save you the face-time with an unpleasant business owner.ORIf you love using your drone, consider dedicating an hour of watching YOUTUBE videos about how to fix very simple stuff. It will make you independent, save LOTS of money, and make you love your drone even more!I can only imagine other people coming to ask for help, and facing those unrealistic solutions at the store, and out of lack of time/patience, are cornered to compromise on that poor service.Therefore, Im willing to direct and advice any person who contacts me, and leaves their email with a question in this comment section.I will keep following this place progress and make sure it doesnt take advantage of people.

Harnett County: Called them for a repair job on a DJI Inspire. Their turn around was less than a week and their customer service was exemplary. We will be using them for all our future business.

The staff is always polite and courteous along with very knowledgeable about their craft and product. I don't buy RC anything online anymore and I use them exclusively. I have even had the opportunity to bring my cars in for several repairs after playing too hard. I simply don't have the time to wrench like I used to and troubleshoot things. Free time? What free time? I have four kids. Their costs on repairs are absolutely extraordinary. $15 for a pinion gear, $10 on a broken front axle. Always the right parts. Never having to guess whether the sku you found on Amazon is the right one for your model year and make. Just go to Hob.B Park and start asking questions. You won't regret it.

Associates allowed 2 men with my card to do transaction after transaction with multiple credit cards and with no conscience. Multiple duplicate items were purchased and with a card with a WOMANS name on it and not one person blinked an eye. When I approached the store about getting information and asked how they prevent credit card fraud in their store... the manage said 'it's not my problem'.For the security of your bank account and a store filled with managers who have absolutely no conscience but only make their profile margins..save yourself time and your bank account.

As I walked out of the bathroom, I was stopped by an employee and the security guard. The employee asked me if I took a pink cell phone box into the bathroom. The box was for my bra...that I walked in with. So I showed them my bra so they could see and asked them if they wanted me to get the box for them. They didn't. The employee wasn't wrong for checking the security guards claims but the security guard needs to pay attention and/or think.

1ncChief: Understaffed as usual. Found what I was looking for on shelf above unorganized display, hunted down a rolling safety ladder and got it down myself. Would have been just like shopping at Home Depot except couldn't check myself out.Had to stand in line for 10+ minutes to wait for the (1) cashier. Would definitely have used Amazon if I hadn't needed item right away.

He told me that the motherboard in my phone needs to be replaced and tried charging me $400 eventhough there is nothing wrong with the motherboard. I didn’t go for it and just went down the street to a phone repair place.
