Matthew Reardon: The service at the counter was very slow with several people just standing and waiting for their orders and two donuts and donut holes I bought were made HOURS prior to my 11am visit. Kaine Beedenbender: We should not get an attitude from the counterperson, without even have spoken to them. Both donuts were also stale at 9 am on Sunday morning. Also, they only has 2 kinds of munchkins. How lazy of an owner and staff can you be? If it wasn't for the fact that it was Sunday, i would have gone to Chik-Fil-A. Lindsey Davis: This location fell off. It used to be my fav Dunkin but my past few visits have been pretty awful. Coffee has been trash, taste like bean water. Today I waited at the intercom to order my drink for 7 mins & nothing. They were clearly backed up but at least say that. I just pulled off & left highly disappointed. Kaine Beedenbender: This used to be my spot, until this morning. The 2 female employees at 5:30 am could care less and rude. One had to repeat 4 times at register, more interested in her phone. Other one yelling at customer at the window like some piece of garbage, all because the first one put the headset down and he was sitting there saying hello over and over. And how are the donuts stale and melted at 5 am? Awful all around.
Alison Hathaway: Very unpleasant experience this afternoon with one of the female employees at this location. I went through the drive-thru and listened the employee go through the drink special and then began to place my order. As soon as I started she said “hold on, hold on ma’am give me a couple of minutes.” Please know the store was entirely empty and there was one single car ahead of me in the drive thru. I waited anyways for a couple+ minutes and then gently said “hello?” again. To which I receive a very rude “you need to hold on ma’am, we are with a customer and there’s only 2 of us in here so give me a couple of minutes thank you.” Then immediately a gentleman comes on the line and takes my order with no problem. I come to the drive through and see no less than four people working behind the counter with no customers in the store. The original female employee took my payment and gave me my drink with no apologies for the wait (or rudeness). At this point I was annoyed so I didn’t engage or say anything, just paid and took my drink and drove off. I drove off to hearing her say a very sarcastic “have a nice day ma’am.” PLEASE any other coffee place: come take over this hot garbage of a place. We need it. Staff are rude to customers and the orders never taste the same day over day. Will be taking my money elsewhere.

Coree Christ: Don't bother!Asked for a large matcha oatmilk latte and inwas the only customer. Girl said I'll be with you in a minute. Talked to her coworker for 3 minutes about a smell and faulty electrical outlet. Finally Took my order and payment and proceeded to toss matcha powder in a cup put ice on top, then the Oatmilk & a lid, then hand swirled it 2x! You could see large chunks of matcha, gross!I nicely requested she mix it/shake it or something? She huffed and said you should've asked for blended, and proceeded to throw my drink in the blender, threw away the cup with half the matcha still in it, made me the matcha shake I didn't order, threw it in a new cup, all the while complaining about the mess she had now!Wow. Z N: This dunkin is clean and it wasn't super busy at 9 AM on Friday morning so that was a plus. It took a couple of minutes for someone to take my order and I know they are busy at the drive thru, but the cashier did not greet me or say thank you or have a nice day. She wasn't rude, but I guess I'm old school in wanting some customer service. My food was okay, the hashbrowns aere thrown into the bag and were at the bottom of the bag and my croissants were slightly burnt. It's close to my house so I love the proximity.

That's after you stand at the front for 5 minutes waiting to order, because they expect you to use a kiosk, that half the time isn't working. They run out of regular coffee.
