briseira tellez: cuando lleve a alguien a realziar sus solicitudes fueron muy rapidos y amables, el problema que ahora unas personas desean hacer cita y no pueden porque no aparece ningun dia del 2022 ni del 2023 que mas se puede hacer para una cita??????? es desesperante que no respondan caray y que no reciban sin citas, en ese aspecto deberian ser mas eficientes porque recuerden que las personas estan en un pais ajeno y necesitan sus documentos, no pueden seguirle hechando la culpa a la pandemia puesto que ya esta mas que lejos , soy mexicana pero casada con un guatemalteco y realmente me molesta que los hagan esperar tanto y no los ateindan siendo sus connacionales.agregando a mi comentario, han tratado muy bien a las personas que he llevado, los han atendido rapido y muy amables.Ahora están entregando los pasaportes en el mismo día, tienen que esperar unas tres horas, los atienden conforme vayan llegando con su cita, aunque ahora hacer citas esta muy lento, pero es seguro, el pasaporte que entregan es de 10 años, mucho mejor. Creo que he contribuido al aumento de personas que viajen hasta elConsulado de raleigh North Carolina.Buen trato desde que llegas, ahora te entregan el pasaporte en el mismo día, eso si tienes que esperar como tres horas, pero vale la pena. Por ahora las citas están como medidas, espero que pronto vuelvan a estar como cuando empezó esto.

Jack's Place: My family and I arrived late after midnight due to my job. It's a good thing that I chose self checking in on my app. I walked into the lobby to get a luggage cart, and the staff stared at me as if I was intrusive to their moment. No greetings, no "can we help you" from any staff members, so i grabbed a cart and loaded up my things and went up to my room. Immediately when i got into the room, the kids were exhausted, so i prepared the beds for them while they're brushing their teeth. I noticed hair from other people on our sheets and pillows on both beds. The bathroom counter, living room table, and sofa also had the same curly hair all over the area. The bed sheets were definitely not changed before our arrival. Unfortunately, we noticed more curly hair in the shower and shampooing bottled area. It was so gross. The showering body soap dispenser was completely empty, so I ended up using the shampoo to showered with...SMH! I looked all over the hotel room for our Do Not Disturb sign to no avail. The sink next to the front door had only HOT running water and no cold water. I found this out while I was washing my hands. The hot water almost scorch my hands. Last but not least, the AC unit fan button did not work, so the AC could not be set on an automatic setting. Hence, we ended up leaving it off because it was loud. Therefore, the room got very humid all night. I am extremely disappointed WITH Embassy Suites and will never stay at an Embassy Suites again!Rooms: Very unsanitary bedroom sheets and bathroom not cleaned.

Jennifer C: My family of 4 loved our stay at Embassy Suites near the airport. The breakfast was fantastic. The rooms were big and clean. And the service was excellent. All in all we had a great experience! We also loved the pool.Food & drinks: The made to order breakfast included omelets with lots of toppings. Eggs, sausage, pancakes, and pastries were also available. The coffee was also decent. An evening reception features snacks and 2 free drinks.

Josh Tadlock: Someone walked in on us!! Will not stay at an Embassy Suites again! They double booked our room and someone literally used their room key to walk in to the room while we were in there. Front desk apologized but the next morning, the staff at the desk downplayed it. Then she said that they would give me some honors points. Why would I want to stay at another one of their hotels? The most important thing for a hotel is safety and security so beware of these hotel chain!

Alicio Sanchez: Todo hiba muy bien asta que nos mandaron a esperar afuera los documentos que tramitamos en la interperie cuando la temperatura estaba de 87 grados con una sensación térmica de 98 grados y solo eran las 9:30 am y 10 am del día 3 de julio teniendo suficiente espacio adentro aparte el sistema para tramitar la matrícula no estaba disponible lo cual algunos se fueron inconformes sin importar que algunos su condición de salud no es estable !!!espero y esto se resuelva pronto y brinden un mejor servicio!!!

Humberto Alvarez: Las instalaciones no están adecuadas para recibir demasiada jente se que para el gobierno mexicano es más negocio que el ayudar asus compatritas de los Estados Unidos. Primero ases una cita. La cual al yegar alas instalaciones no te sirve de nada muchos viajamos horas para yegar muchos con tiempos limitados. Y al yegar presentar tu horario de cita. Simplemente te dicen espera en la fila después de horas de espera fuera del building. Entras a esperar otras horas mas. Después de pasar por todo el proceso y pagar. Por tus papeles. Nuevamente te saca acia fuera. Donde no hay sombra de nada y con unas temperaturas de 90 grados sigue la espera por tus documentos para los qe viajamos de 3 o más horas básicamente se nesesita ocho horas solo para tramitar sus papeles muchas cosas se pueden mejor primero si no están capacitados para recibir una cantidad grande de personas no deberian. Aceptar demasiadas. Da un muy mal aspecto que estemos todos congregados fuera del building sin ninguna protección para el sol o lluvia otra cosa que no me parece correcto es que te pregunte aque te dedicas. Eso está fuera de contexto nada que ver con el trámite de una identificación con foto. Se que no cambiará nada mientras el gobierno siga recibiendo miles de dólares

Monik: Yo vivo en NC y el consulado en Raleigh es terrible ahí te atienden peor que los americanos y pareciera que hacen lo posible por no darte los documentos que vas a tramitar pues después de llevar los documentos que ya te habían dicho por teléfono cuando agendaste tu cita se inventan otros y te exigen cosas que no llevas y solo se aferran que no y ya no puedes hacer nada... lamentablemente hay muchas personas que viajan de otros Estados y no pueden ir a casa a conseguir lo que les piden y ellos aprovechan para venderles otros documentos pues tienen que tramitarlos para poder conseguir el que necesitan... MEXICO 🇲🇽 por eso no progresamos!!😞

Se nota que, literalmente, no les importa ayudar a los demás. Este lugar hace que el DMV parezca un paraíso.Nadie contesta los teléfonos, y si intentas hacer una cita a través de la máquina automática de teléfono no tendrá suerte. ¡el número ni siquiera funciona!La mayoría de los trabajadores son mujeres y te tratan como si fueran mejores que tú. Vi a uno de ellos gritarle a este joven por no traer ninguna identificación mexicana. Este muchacho trató de explicar que nunca obtuvo documentación mexicana porque era niño cuando se mudó aquí a los EEUU. Le dijeron que no podían ayudarlo a pesar de tener su identificación escolar y su certificado de nacimiento. Le dijeron que volviera al día siguiente, y él les dijo que vivía a tres horas de Raleigh y que le tomó un mes para conseguir una cita y que tenía que pedir alojó del trabajo por el día.Cuando llegues tendrás que esperar un rato en la cola ... ya sabes porque hiciste una cita para nada.---------------------If I could give this place a zero star review, I would. The Mexican Consulate is not here to help their people. You can tell they literally don't care about helping others. This place makes the DMV seem like paradise.No one answers the phones, and if you try to schedule an appointment through the automated machine then you are out of luck. The number doesn't even work!Most of the workers there are women and they treat you like they are above you. I saw one of them yell at this young man for not bringing any Mexican identification. This guy tried to explain that he never obtain mexican documentation bc he was young when he moved here. They told him they couldn't help him despite having his school ID and his birth certificate. They told him to come back the next day, and he told them he lived three hours away and it took him a month to make an appointment and he had to request off work.When you actually get there you will have to wait in line for a while... you know because you made an appointment for nothing.

Fred Perez: Para empezar no creo que alguien encargado de este lugar se de tiempo de leer esto porque si asi fuera ya hubieran hecho algo al respecto, o tal vez como buen mexicano le vale mad... Lo que los demas opinemos de este lugar donde el TRABAJA.Bueno el dia martes 16 tenia yo cita a las 11 am maneje 3 horas para estar a tiempo asi que llegue a las 10:15 y a lps 5 minutos me pasan hasta ahi bien, pero estando sentado pasa el tiempo y pasa y pasa y por fin despues de 3 horas esperando me toca mi turno y aun habia que esperar 1:30 mins paranque me dieran mis documentos entonces me pregunto yo PARA QUE DESPERDICIAMOS NUESTRO TIEMPO LLAMANDO Y LLAMANDO PARA HACER UNA CITA??? Si aun con cita tienes que esperar tanto tiempo, ahora , no hay ni una vending machine adentro donde puedas comprar algo pues en 3 horas de espera adentro te da hambre o sed y luego te mandan a esperar afuera por tus documentos con calor y todo o sea no saben administrar sus tiempps??? Para que dan citas si ni siquiera respetan los tiempos o no tienen el personal suficiente.
