He flushed my Rinnai tankless water heater, both checked and cleaned the two critical electrodes for corrosion, inspected and cleaned other parts, as well as reset the inside timer for new preheated periods for AM and PMRJ also checked a toilet and ran multiple water tests inside our home, whIle the hot water heating flushing ran on the outside.Professional, efficient, and personable, RJ continued to impress me, like the previous HVAC technicians, with the Air Experts.

M M: In December of 2020, Air Experts sold us a Rheem HVAC system and a Lennox PureAir air purifier which attaches to the air handler. The Air Experts salesman gave us the hard sell on the benefits of the Lennox unit -- best unit on the market for people with allergies ...blah... blah... blah. He also told us it needs servicing every 6 months to a year depending on the allergen load in our home. We had them install the system in January of 2021. Despite many requests to Air Experts to service our Lennox PureAir, it has not been serviced -- almost 2 1/2 years after the initial installation. Two months ago, in March, I sent Air Experts an email requesting that our Lennox system be serviced along with our HVAC units. I had just paid for their annual service agreement - $287.16. I then called to reiterate that I wanted the Lennox unit serviced at the next HVAC service. I was told it would have to be scheduled approximately two months out to give them time to order parts. In June, the tech came out, and again, this fellow knew nothing about my request to have the Lennox unit serviced and he was not able to service it. Seeing my frustration, he called his supervisor and then he called the office. The tech told me the office told him the price of the parts is $430. Why was I never told this in my many attempts to get service? I can order these parts myself for $167. The tech told me that I would be getting a call from Air Experts to straighten the matter out. The call never came. So I ordered a new kit -- filter and UVA light -- and then went into the crawlspace to disconnected the unit according to the directions. I saw that the light on the front of the unit was not lit. When I opened the door on the Lennox unit, I saw 3 wires with stripped ends hanging in the air. I called Lennox to inquire about the bare wires. I gave them the units model and serial number and was told the unit was manufactured in 2018 -- a year and a half before it was installed. Then the Lennox rep asked if it was a new unit or a used unit. For that, I'd have to rely on Air Exerts -- because I certainly paid more than the price of a new unit. I imagine the system's UVA lamp has never been operational.This company -- Air Experts -- seems to be poorly managed with a lot of poor internal communication as well as poor customer communication -- which amounts to poor service.Service:Heating system installation

Mike Ensor: Jimmy and the crew are awesome. I needed an engine replacement on an under 50k mileage used 2015 dodge I purchased not a year prior (owch, I know). Took it a few places who quoted very high. Jimmy found a low mileage engine and promptly installed it for half of what the other shops quoted for just labor. I walked in and told Matt "hey I am from up north its going to be a rust buck underneath do what you have to do", and that they did. They were able to do the job not only in a timely manner but also very efficiently seeing how they had to work around all the rust (they take pictures and videos as proof, and if it wasn't for that I would of said no thanks going somewhere else)Another note I like to point out was the communication. Always can get in touch and when you do it is very clear as to what they are doing/why they are doing it and the price -- no need to worry about any of that which is a win in my book.Lastly as a little treat you get to be welcomed by a nice dog when you walk into the shop in Jim(the owner) is in that day

Because even used trucks are very expensive, I did some searching for engine replacement, and Engine Experts showed up. So happy I made the decision to replace the engine, rather than go with a "new" used truck. Spencer White: Short Version: Jimmy and his crew are extremely talented and professional. They are called Engine EXPERTS for a reason. Highly Recommend.Long Version: I had a 1999 Ford Ranger that the head gasket blew in the 268,000 mile motor. It sat for a year while trying to decide what to do with it as a head gasket job for $2,000 from Pep Boys seemed out of the question for the ancient motor, so I called around to the two shops in the area that did full engine replacements: Engine Experts and My Engine Store. Calling Engine Experts first, Jimmy picked up and asked me several detailed questions about my vehicle and by the questions, I already knew what he was doing and gave me an exact quote. I called My Engine Store next and not only did the guy seem unenthusiastic but didn't ask any of the questions that Jimmy asked, leaving me kind of nervous about My Engine Store even though their quote was a little cheaper. I decided to go with Engine Experts and I was extremely pleased with their service. Jimmy had me come in and gave me a tour of his shop and was surprised to find how very well organized and clean it was. He assured me that we were going to have open communication throughout the whole process and see "eye to eye" on everything. After dropping my truck off with a tow truck they got me in quick and after taking out my old motor they called me in to look at parts that might need replacing along with it. Notice I said they called me in to look at it....not just tell me over the phone. They showed me what they saw, had me feel what they felt, and even smelled what they smelled! All this to show me that it wasn't just BS parts they "recommended". Completed the job the next few business days and had me up and going no problem. They are not the cheapest in town...but then again you can't buy the best quality at the cheapest price. Can't thank Jimmy and his team enough!

Dale Bronson: I have a 2005 Jeep Grand Cherokee with a V6 engine. The Jeep had less than 100K miles when I thought the engine blew. I had it towed to the Engine Experts for diagnosis. Jimmy’s crew determined that yes, the engine was bad. He quoted me a reasonable price to replace the it with a new remanufactured engine with a 3 year warranty. Once they had the old engine out, he went through part by part what needed to be replaced or what part he could reuse and explained why for each part. Example of the parts replaced – radiator and all hoses, water pump, crank sensor, only one O2 sensor needed replaced, injector rings and new plugs. I also thought there was in transmission issue, but Jimmy stated they saw nothing wrong on the exterior of the transmission and he stated that the tranny’s are German made and he’s never seen one go bad. As it turned out, he was correct. Once the engine was replaced and could be driven, they found the throttle position sensor was flaky, causing the Jeep to drive erratically which felt like a transmission problem. I now have a 4x4 Jeep with a new engine that I would trust driving cross country if I had to. Jimmy and crew are experts as their name states. I can truthfully say that as I’ve worked on engines in the past and have some knowledge of engine repairs. They are very polite as well. Great job “Engine Experts”.

Eric Copeland: We were having issues with the inside air quality being very humid so we decided to have our systems checked to make sure they were working properly. The technician, Damien, was prompt and responsive to our concerns and quickly checked out our units to make sure that they had proper charge of refrigerant. Damien happily reported that all looked good and charged the standard diagnostic fee for his service. I would highly recommend Air Experts for your HVAC needs.
Corey Barber: Have them for both HVAC and plumbing regular maintenance/repair. Always happy with the work they complete. HVAC techs always walk through whatever questions I have on the condition of the system. The few small repairs I have had, mainly from issues with the builder (new construction), were excellent quality and have improved the overall performance (coolant issue, not fully filled during install by the builder) and air quality (mold remediated with UV light). Recently had a leaking water tank that needed to be replaced. Requested an appointment online in the evening and they were there the next day, even as a non-emergency issue. After the initial inspection, had a brand new tank installed within 24 hours of that.
