Ashley Graham: I went to IDOLIZE Brows in Sutton Square for my first ever set of lash extensions. I decided to splurge for on extensions for my daughter's graduation. Everything seemed to go ok with the application and I was satisfied with the appearance of the lashes after the appointment. However, only 8 days after the application (day of graduation) over 50% of the lash extensions (not natural lashes) had fallen off. From everything I've read online this is not normal and is due to improper application, an issue w the adhesive or due to the lashes being too heavy. I went back for a fill in 2 weeks after the initial application and it was confirmed this was not normal. I was then told I would need to come back again the following Saturday (one week later) for another fill in. I expressed concern that I would need to come back 2 weeks in a row for a fill in when the initial extensions didn't last much over a week. Once the refill was done the lashes again fell out without even touching them or getting them wet. When I went back the following week for a second fill in after 3 weeks of the initial application I was not seen until 20 minutes after my appt time and was told I would need to reschedule and get an entire new set b/c there were not enough extensions left to do a fill in.This was my first experience w extensions and it was a ridiculous waste of time and money. There is no guarantee on their work and unfortunately I paid a couple hundred dollars for nothing. Don't waste your TIME and MONEY! Being a single mom I wanted to splurge and I'm very disappointed the extensions I paid for fell out before my daughter's graduation.Service:Eyelash extensions

G H: I’m going to start by saying that I get my eyebrows threaded at all sorts of Indian beauty places for YEARS and I NEVER bled.I also never bled with other Idolize Brows employees except Tanveer.It was a Tuesday morning and only she works at those hours. I asked Tanveer to be gentle on my skin because the last time she thread me, the skin around my eyebrows bled. I expressed I would like her to thread more gently and she said it is probably because I didn’t hold my eyebrow skin down tightly. I said ok and held my skin down exactly how she was showing me. As I got up to pay I looked in the mirror and there was blood along the side of my eyebrows.So the problem is not me, it’s her.She was not gentle as I requested her to be. She is abrasive when she threads.She gave me 20% discount but I still will not come back if she’s the only one working on Tuesday mornings.

Heidi Eddraze: Had an appointment and I was 60 seconds late and they refused to see me I had to wait 20 min. I was advised that there is a policy I looked online- no time policy, looked into my email- no time policy. The front desk lady even stated that she couldn’t find the policy online but they had a paper copy. If it’s a policy, it should be noted on the website and on my confirmation email. Before arriving I even called to ask if I could come in earlier and the front desk advised me I could so I made my way for nothing. Waste of my time and lack of communication. Update your policies online.

I was getting a facial that day and this group of ladies came into the shop and wanted their eyebrows threaded and/or tinted at that time and were not interested in waiting. I told the service technician that she could stop my service that I was in no hurry and she could start them and I was okay with waiting. After completing Destiny brow threading and tint. She gets up and is angry that the service technician rushed through her service. Which was not true. One of the ladies in her party is quoted as saying, “pay her no mind, she is pregnant and is always in a bad mood”.Please don’t walk around looking for a reason to make some else’s life miserable!!!!!Don’t live up to the “evil black woman” stereotype and give us all a black eye in society!!! Mariss: I visited today for threading again and saw Bi Bi. Usually I come to see Sanya but Bi Bi does a nice job also. A neighbor highly recommended services here. I called and was taken as soon as I arrived. They always ask and discuss what you want in terms of the shape you desire. My eyebrows have been curly and problematic for years and I have been threading since I was 15. I took a break from waxing and lamination treatments for the past year, trying to achieve growth in sparse areas. Threading seems to be the most precise hair removal service for me. The ladies are kind, gentle and check in with you to make sure the shape is to your liking. I find this salon affordable and they are very nice women. I also have my upper lip threaded which is precise.Happy to have a new threading salon to call home.
Mrs Parker: I DO NOT RECOMMEND! I went to get my brows threaded and i left disappointed. Before the lady even started we pointed out that i had a problem brow and i really just needed a clean up, why did this lady make my brow thin smh then when she did my other brow they were uneven. So once I notice they were uneven I asked for tint to help my thin brow look a little fuller since it was looking stupid at that point , Chile she had the tint all over. it was a mess I had to use a wipe once i got in the car to wipe that mess off my face . there was another lady trying to assist (i believe BiBi or ViVi), so i had two people working on my brows and i still wasn’t satisfied. If you like your brows uneven and thin, this is the place for you. I even left a tip to show them what they could’ve been getting, but I’m never going back!!!Service:Eyebrow threading

Bebe did both of my services and was amazing! She took her time on my eyebrows and didn’t just try and push me through. That says a lot since I was there within a half hour of closing. I’ve been looking for me a new eyebrow technician and I’ve finally found her! I am sooo grateful! She made sure to ask me before taking any extra hair off, which prevented an unwanted shape because we all know you can’t add hair back! But if they take it away, you’re screwed!😂😂😂 It was also very relaxing, they had spa music playing in the background. I also really appreciated the fact that they had leather chairs that can be wiped down easily! Sanitation is definitely big on their to-do list! They honest learned that grade A they proudly exhibit on their wall! They have serrated wax rooms in the back, where I was escorted to after my eyebrow threading for my underarm wax. Once again extremely sanitary! There was no double dipping in the wax pot, gloves were used, she held my skin extremely taut so as not to cause any scarring on my underarms. I’ve never been so satisfied by services before. I am extremely particular about my eyebrows and to find me a new technician so close to home has me elated with joy! Let’s not forget Sonia, (I hope I spelled it right). She greeted me and checked me out, you honestly wouldn’t be able to tell I wasn’t a regular, they both made me feel extremely at home. I WILL be there EVERY two weeks! I will update my review with pictures of the separate rooms for waxing during my next visit. They have an $8.00 eyebrow threading special going on as well right now!
