Anytime Fitness: what do users think?
jalen m: Good luck trying to get in contact with anyone at this location. They'll gladly take your money but make you jump through hoops to cancel membershipFollow up to this Reveiw: manager told me to email Raleigh anytime to cancel, emailed twice with absolutely no response. Called the cooperate customer service line and was told they have no control over membership cancelation. Unless you want to go to this gym for life DO NOT sign up for a membership or you'll be given the run around the moment you want to cancel
A M: this place is great! I'm glad it's right down the street with 24/7 member access. thanks Kay and Ray
R W: Great 24/7 gym. I started coming here my first week when I moved to Raleigh, and haven’t been able to stop since. The Gym is spacious, clean, and well maintained. Everyone I have encountered here has been nothing short of friendly, helpful, and respectful. The owner is very personable and encouraging. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to get my grind on. Gym is on point!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 10/10 💯💯💯
rell e: Good location but small one shower got to wait a lot to used the bathroom it was plenty of time where my keys didn't work to get inn.. and there nothing you can do about it at the moment because nobody is there at night don't have a lot of machines also
Michal Mohr: Been going to this gym on and off for over a year. Last night tried to go workout but my key fob did not work. Called up the owner and he told me that because I wrote a bad review about his gym he would not let me back in. I had no idea what he was talking about, but he would not explain it to me and then hung up on me.I have no problems with this gym.. it does get very hot inside as the AC is usually not working but other than that I enjoy my workouts every-time. Seems like the owner does not like people giving him any sort of negative feedback and instead of addressing the issue, he will just ban you. Very liberal thing to do haha.Probably would not use this gym again, there are way better options in the area for less money.
Michelle Valdez: TOP NOTCH! Great trainers, staff, clean environment, great access to top of the line equipment. Came here to finally make a change to not only become healthier but get summer time ready and feel good in my own skin again! The staff do an amazing job keeping you motivated and challenged! Highly recommend this place! Thank you all for all that you do!!! Game changer!
Alexander Quiles: Best gym I have been to really worth going to 10/10
LaRoy Givanis: Today was my first day at the gym it’s a good gym and very spacious there was no airflow in the gym though no AC just the fans were going but thats not enough. Good gym should be no more than 68/70 inside. Dont be cheap! I’ve seen some insect running through as well. good gym just needs better cleaning and climate control.Answer:Do you really think I use my real name on my google?? Haha The problem is not how I accessed the gym the problem is that its 78 degrees inside the gym and 65 outside. Stop being cheap with the AC and get pest controlReply 2: you have some anger issues dont you? This is not a fake profile I just use my nickname instead if my legal name. As far as I know thats completely ok. Im glad you are responding the way you are because now others will see what kind of a person you are. Turn the damn AC on and go take anger management classes
Enzo Houghton: This place is amazing!!! I have been working out in the anytime fitness in other states and this one is a 10 stars for sure !! Great equipments to work out, everything is so clean and organized, another level for sure !!!
Crusaders LLC: Been a member since 2018. Joe runs a good gym and employs good people to maintain it.It sucks driving here, but that is to be said for all of Raleigh.Boutique style, but with all the necessary equipment to have a full and complete workout. AF is a great place for people who want to get in, and get out w/o the bs or for extended fitness training.Keep up the good work.
Jelani Miller: Filled 5 gal jug up which threw off the water fountain sensor apparently, just forgot to do the earlier that day didn’t think it’d be a big deal to use the water fountain, been going to this gym for 1 year and 4 months. Went in to go workout and keycard wasn’t working, older woman came to the door and said it was locked because of the reason above. And was very rude about it, and acting clueless. I wanted to know why my card was locked and they was still charging me, they have my email on file if they can’t contact me through phone, then proceeded to talk to owner and was respectful at first but then mentioned to unlock it, that it will be an extra $25 to reprogram the key, I said no. Me filling a jug shouldn’t throw off a sensor and that I’ve never seen anything about it anywhere. Older woman proceeded to put in her 2 cents with her body language nodding head, smirking, sighing, go to bed if you’re tired. “very rude”. Walked out office and woman told me she’d just cancel the contract. Cancel a contract over $25 make it make sense.
Ashley Dowdy: Great gym! Located in a shopping plaza with plenty of parking. Gym is spacious, clean, and laid out well! Newer equipment throughout and easy to locate throughout the gym. At the time we went, it wasn't super busy which was nice! Owner was friendly and pleasant to talk too, he was engaged with the clients and working out himself which is nice to see!
Dustin Denman: Great gym! Even better staff! Clean, friendly, and has everything you need. Couldn’t recommend more!
Barbara Martin: I love being able to go to a Gym where I feel safe and it is always clean. Love love love my gym
Nicole Shelley: Super clean and always a friendly welcomeIn my book best gym around
susan simmons: Friendly and good atmosphere. Very clean 👌
Mason Minor: Amazing facility! 💪🏼
Nancy Heyward: This gym was very clean and the staff are welcoming each time as if its your first visit.Super establishment. If your in the area I would highly recommend this gym
Jordan Gray: This location does not participate in free trials. Found out this after website sent link with pass. Drove to spot and could not get in. Slow to communicate. Got automatic text about free pass not being valid two days after I signed up.
Hussien Eid: I’m here from out of town for a few days for a wedding. I was looking for a gym but this particular one does not even offer day passes or guest passes. That’s a first for me.
Jim Clark: Workout anytime!

Healthtrax Fitness & Wellness: what do users think?
Risa Carter: The facility is nice but BEWARE- you cannot quit this place. !! I went for a few months then my health went downhill and I have been trying to cancel this thing all year- they just keep charging me and won’t stop and won’t let me cancel! The classes are also very crowded and you have to try and sign up ahead or you can’t go.
Robert Baxter: We have been members for over 10 years and live it. There are other gyms that cost less, but everyone here is very professional and great. The equipment and services are top notch.
Jim Ankeny: The facility is and personally are great. Be careful! The misleading subscription to fitness is a mess. I have been trying to resolve why they charge 2 sessions for the same partner training. I bought 24 sessions but only had 12. They charged it as 2 sessions but it was partner training which made the sessions twice as expensive per visit.
Mary Tulenko: Beware of billing, especially cancellation policy.
Cindy L Oliver: Terrible. The pool appointment reservations are a bad joke! The hot tub is grossly mildewed ee-ew.
Ann Thornton: Clean, non-judgemental; lots of options for health and fitness.Love the hot tub!
Harry Noah Clark: Was like working out alone in the fitness center in my apt complex.Pool, not even available all the time, not included in price.
Visionary Sci-fi writing: watch out for the billing. Dull environment- Cold management.all about the $ here which brings down atmosphere. Most pay very little with medicare.
Nancy Tavalsky: I like this gym been a member for about 6 months but I think they need more Zumba classes. The only one they offer now on Wednesday at 12 with some girl Deisy is just horrible wish they’d get new Zumba instructors
Stephen Brown: Facility is top notch. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Overall a very upbeat, positive environment. I just joined.
Michael Morency: I would definitely recommend it. It's not the best gym in the world, but it is very good. The staff is nice, the amenities are in decent shape, and it's never super crowded so I always get the machine or weights that I want. This gym doesn't have the newest machines or the nicest amenities, but the selection and quality of everything is definitely above average. The pool and sauna are nice to have, plus a decent selection of cardio, machines, and free weights. There are two squat racks, one of which is open for easy bar removal. They also have a basketball court which seems pretty nice although I don't use it. If you're looking for a powerlifting gym or some other nuanced amenity, this probably won't meet your needs.I wish they would offer more intense cycle classes. I think they are working with limited space and just trying to serve the largest demographic though, so it's not a huge deal. I also wish they had a bigger pool or it was easier to get a lane. They've definitely made efforts to make it easier but again, there's just limited space. Id also like to see the towel service return. They offer a discount to teachers so I don't pay full price. But to me it seems like a great value.
Iva Stowe: I had 3 plus months of physical therapy with Ryan Swiezy. Ryan was a very encouraging and supportive therapist. He was an excellent coach for me to strive to achieve goals of gaining strength, balance, and endurance. When I started therapy with Ryan, my walking for exercise was limited to about 15 minutes; I can now walk 45 minutes.I highly recommend Ryan.
Luis R Apellaniz: Great location for kids swimming lessons.
TheSheepLeader: The staff are nice and friendly, and you can always find parking. The facilities are pretty poor, so 1 star off for that. They are missing a lot of machines compared to other gyms. When something breaks, it seems to take a long time to fix it. At least they have a pool. I have never been inside the locker room, so have no idea what happens back there.Another star off due to price and accessibility. They are expensive for what they give, and you get no towel, plus they close early every day and on the weekends.Another star off for the customers they have. There are a lot of old people there cause they don't pay full price. Most of them are good cause they keep to themselves, but there are always bad apples and because of their age and attitude, they are extremely rude. I was cussed at recently for no good reason. You never want to argue with an old person because mental capacity declines with age. I would say about a quarter of the people wipe down the equipment after use.I would not recommend going here unless you are old and get the discounted price.
Cynthia Roland: It's an AWESOME place. I'm going to join.
Kristopher Bell: Great clean gym, never too busy. Everyone that goes there is very nice
Susanne Deacle: We love HealthTrax and missed it.
Steve Lee: Positive:Professionalism,QualityThis gym is the best in Raleigh. Everything you need in one place. Awesome staff and amenities. If we can have our regular weekend hours back that would be nice.
Crystal Nulty: You can't find a better place to go! Everyone is SO friendly and helpful! Oh and did I mention NO MASKS? Whoohoo
Sylvia Massuda: MOTTO: “IGNORE CLIENTS WHO COMPLAIN, AND HOPE THEY GET TIRED AND GO AWAY.”RATING: MINUS 1I have been a member of several gyms in my lifetime and never have I seen a gym that cares so little for its clientele. A couple of weeks ago, after getting off a recumbent bike, the bike tipped over, fell on me and slammed my head against an adjacent bike. This was due to the lack of an anchor system for the equipment. THIS WAS/IS A DISASTER WAITING TO HAPPEN and unfortunately, I was the one who suffered the consequences. The injuries that I incurred included two contusions on my head causing ongoing dizziness and headaches, pain in my right shoulder where I had surgery less than 6 months ago and swelling in my legs. While this was a traumatic experience and one, I am still feeling the severe effects of, I assumed the gym would try to make things right- I was wrong. A few days later, I called the MANAGER- SANDY DORTA and shared what occurred. My hope was that they would come to their senses for the safety of their members and at a minimum anchor their equipment to the ground.Ms. Dorta, an employee of 26 years and head of sales, ignored my requests and indicated she had no power to help me in anyway, saying that their HQ would need to assist me. She would not provide me with the name of who this situation was referred to at HQ, and did not provide a copy of the incident report. The company makes it impossible to reach anyone at HQ. Since I reported my incident, my attempts to reach out to Ms. Dorta have been ignored. No one has at the Raleigh location would respond to my questions, nor have returned any of my many messages. I have cancelled my membership., Its very apparent that they could care less about me being that they already have my money.
David Stokes: Great gym. Very nice equipment and knowledgeable instructors. I highly recommend.

Life Time: what do users think?
Paul Suholet: Nice club.At $169/mo it obviously doesn't have all the amenities of the $279/mo Buckhead Atlanta location...but...very nice overall.
Kyle Robson: Enjoyed the hot tub/steam room for my recovery
NYtoNC98: Get your act together with the pickle ball. There needs to be separate time slots for beginners, mid, and experienced players.
Isaias: I like the gym.. im coming here after long day at work for about 2 months, but you guys need to be more strict about minors in the woman's spa.. during nite time is not as peaceful as before...
Andy Archer: The staff here is always friendly with out exception.
Gabe Rutland: I’ve been a member here for almost 2 years now, LOVE this place. Fantastic staff and amenities. The kids academy has saved my life, my 3 kids get so excited to come to lifetime. The staff at the front desk is super nice and welcoming, Josh in particular is always nice to see. The cafe is fantastic, food is super great and the staff is amazing. Cafe managers Brittany and Nicolette, Christina, Gabe, Audrey, and Valerie are all super nice. The cafe has become our favorite restaurant, the tea promotion they do during the summer is so perfect! Love that hibiscus tea. The gym floor has lots of equipment. Love the pickle ball court. The pool has also been a fun activity for me and my family.
Nicolette Palmisano: Amazing. Love this place. Friendly staff, great amenities. The cafe goes above and beyond.. Their management is stellar and the team is incredibly knowledgeable and have a sense of urgency without looking chaotic. The food is better than most restaurants! I just really can’t say enough about this place. I’m a LfieTime member for a life time!
Thomas Thedieck: Lifetime is the best membership experience you can buy!
Colleen Kehoe: If you are looking for a gym with fantastic cafe, really good child care, and an amazing indoor/outdoor pool this is the spot! If you want a gym with enough weights/machines, and large work out space then this is not the place for you... For a building that big it is disappointing how small the space is for working out. Plus the amenities in the women's locker room were broken or unavailable most of the time.
WatShmat: Nice facilities but gets very busy.Assume this place doesn’t have a basketball court. The one in the picture on Google isn’t even there anymore because they turned it into pickle ball. The single court that’s left is either packed or everyone is kicked out for their daycare thing. Just warning for people wanting a court cause it’s a gamble.
Cynthia Richwine: Omg like a resort love this place out door and indoor hotub exercise equipped all up to date
Travis Dionne: overpriced and all the racks are always taken up by classes
Owens Enterprises LLC: Best kids center with awesome staff. Jen, Nia, and Kristie are just the best. Wish we didn’t move so we could keep going here forever! Would give this place 10 stars if I could
Ayinde Taylor: Great service & polite service professionals made servicing my car easy..
Kristen Hambleton: While I think that everyone does a great job at Lifetime, I recently missed my hair appointment at the spa because I was sick and slept past the time slot. I called immediately and was I formed I needed to pay the full $200 dollars, which I did. While I am all for accountability, I do not know another example of that high of a service charge, whether it be a doctors appointment or otherwise.
A Az: It's one of the best gym ever no doubt, but Price went up from $90 to $170 alont doubt in 2 years.I know there is inflammation but it's that much .
64armt: I only use the pool and locker rooms downstairs. These areas are great.
Carolina Martinez: It’s the private women’s hot tub for me 😮‍💨 love it. The only thing I don’t like about the Raleigh location is how many people go there 😭 it’s always full. The locker room also has a sewer smell …
Katherine B: It’s safe to say I will never come back to this salon or this gym. My experience inside the salon directly is what caused me to cancel my membership as a whole.I’ve never been so horrified by a salon.I paid about $230 in total to have my first initial visit be completely botched.I left with my hair soaking wet and did not receive half of my services and was told to come back to get the rest done which I was very mortified with.Part of my hair was orange and the other half was over processed. The only thing offered was a free additional toner to fix the issue and still made me pay for the cut that I was initially told would be free. This place only cares about taking your money. After that, your own your own.I want part of of my money back. No one should pay for jacked up disgusting looking hair and then have to pay more when they come in to get it fixed. This is a chop shop at best.
Teresa Foster: Only visited hair salon. Shawnee is absolute best stylist! Management needs to hone customer service skills though!
KIARA MENDES HUDSON: I’ve been a member for over 4 years, and last week I left my stuff over the counter in the ladies bathroom and when I came back to get it, someone stole my sunglasses. It is a shame that people would do that in a club where the membership is not cheap, and it feels worse walking around knowing that there is a women, a thief walking a around maybe someone you see everyday. That’s messed up!!!!!!!If you come here don’t leave your stuff unattended!!!!I’ve talked to the manager and front desk people, they were not helpful at all, like they couldn’t care less.

Planet Fitness: what do users think?
S S: Backpacks, jackets, and giant water bottles are everywhere being used as placeholders while members use multiple machines. A guy walking around with a dog...no service animal vest. Some people are terrified of dogs and others are allergic. 99% of everyone is wearing headphones, but the music is always so loud you can't hear your own. Most people don't bother to put back weights or wipe down machines here. Slamming weights. People doing whatever they want unchecked. Rules here are not enforced.
Jermel Denny: Great gym! Relaxing and I don't feel rushed on any equipment. Workers always tidying up, I like that.
Yiovanny Hernández: Muy bonito completo aciado
Blue Lotus: Customer service was outstanding
Tonya Sasser: i love the cleanliness the friendliness and the whole atmosphere that my planet fitness has to offer...
one zhot: Very clean has almost everything you need,Easy to check in, quick and easy start, easy to find equipment
Alan Michael Woods: This is one of the better PF. They have all the gym equipment I would expect as a powerlifter or bodybuilder ect. Also they have the regular amenities that come with memberships. The only downside of this location is not much parking at the busy times of day.
David Hertzberg: Lots of equipment, good price.
Mark Marney: The staff is exceptional. Mr. Chuck does a great job. As for Kevin the trainer, I cannot say enough about his knowledge and great personality. Keep up the great work!!
Big Kuntry: I love this gym. I ventured here often last year. The staff is quick and helpful.
L-Y3T Johnz: The Planet Fitness on Six Forks road is my absolute favorite out of all the ones I visited in the RDU so far. I always look forward to going there. It's a vibe
Molly Finkelstein: Clean gym, showers and bathroom
Nkem Okorie: A great way to stay in shape!
E MONEY: I was robbed at this gym today and when I called the police i was told I could not see camera footage berths GM wasn’t there ? I’m gonna go ahead an cancel my membership if I were you I would avoid this place someone picked my lock and replaced it with another lock stole all of my information and credit cards I’m furious about this I’m sure planet fitness is not worried about this matter hopefully we get that footage soon
Roderick Miller: I love planet fitness
Rick Rhoads: Great selection of equipment. Good value. Website shows a 'real time' busy meter for each location.
Mistica Davis: I really like this gym.
Desiree Lawton: Great price great service
Michelle Devine: Exhilarating
Teresa Garcia: Todos los aparatos están en excelentes condiciones, variedad de maquinas y amabilidad del personal.
Sylvia French-Hodges: Love this place!!

Snap Fitness Raleigh: what do users think?
Mrs C: My husband and I were looking for something different than the gym we were attending. Found Snap. The manager Whitney was amazing to work with! She was the best and explained everything in detail for us and even worked with us. I actually ended up cancelling after only a few days because we had found something else unfortunately that just worked out best for our particular needs. She was able to cancel and refund us our money. I was just so appreciative of this and found her to be extremely professional! Great experience!❤️
Judy Sheffield: I would like to give a huge shout out to Drew Huffman at Snap Fitness N Raleigh. He has been my personal trainer for several years. Drew has a wealth of knowledge about physical fitness and helping others achieve their goals. He has helped me with losing weight, proper form/technique, rehab, conditioning and so much more. I highly recommend you go see Drew about achieving your fitness goals! You will be very glad you did!
Jason Morgan: This gym does it right, it’s always clean, staff is friendly, all the equipment you need to get in the workout you want. The price point is on point & again, the owner & staff make me feel welcome & like family. Kuddos to everyone associated with this gym, well run & done!!!!
C Bishop: Wished I could not give any stars. I have been trying to cancel my membership for months but you can get anyone to return calls or emails. I wouldn't recommend setting up autopay. Its a nightmare to cancel.
Stephon Jeffries: 🔫
Heidi Belisle: Snap Fitness at Fall River is awesome! Friendly staff, the owner, Drew, knows his stuff and very clean facility!! I train with Drew and he is always educating me on the muscle group we are working and why he is doing it a specific way.
Denise Barlock: Very nice facilities. The machines were clean and the gym was over crowded. The facilities provides the opportunity to workout alone or with a private trainer. Folks who shared machines did so very cordially. I was very impressed with this gym.
adam J: Horrible
Greg Martinez: Great Place with an awesome environment. plus 24/7!
Jack Kagan: My trainer is really good at knowing what exercises are just right for me.
Andrew Rust: I had a similar issue as another reviewer on here when trying to cancel my membership, only my membership wasn't a trial and I was a member for around a year here. I tried cancelling over the phone as there is no other reason for me to head in that direction and it's out of my way, which is the reason I was cancelling in the first place. I found some free time a week or two later and stopped by the office during posted staff office hours to find no staff in or around the building. I waited at least thirty minutes, but no one returned to the office. I left and tried to call again another day, only to be told that I had to come in again. I ended up paying at least another month on my membership because of these shenanigans, and when I finally caught a staff member I received the same passive aggressive tone that the other reviewer mentioned,. as if I were supposed to feel at fault for finding a more convenient gym for my schedule.EDIT: I should mention that other than the horrible process of trying to cancel my membership, the gym was very clean, small but the benefit of having another (usually empty) room full of pull-up bars and barbells on the other side of the wall that members of Snap Fitness could use was very nice, and the staff that I talked to whenever I worked out was incredibly friendly (not sure of all names, but I remember Drew was one). I had never talked to the gentleman who gave me the issues when I tried to cancel. For these reasons, I'll be upgrading my review from 1 star to 3. Hopefully they got rid of the guy I dealt with when trying to cancel.
aimee tuzzolino: Nice & convenient to where I live & a very clean facility. Friendly & informative staff & great friendly environment to workout in!
Cera Mena: I have loved attending this gym. The customer service has always been amazing and extremely accommodating. Trainers are professional, understanding of lifes unpredictability and will work hard to get you the results you are looking for. The facilities are incredibly clean and I just cant say enough great things about the equipment. I consistently recommend this gyn to friends and family and will cocontin to do so.
Andrew MacDougall: The facility on it's own was fine although it's relatively small and can get crowded at peak hours like most gyms. My issue arose when I tried to cancel my trial membership and was misled by management. Be careful of the fine print and don't trust anything that isn't in writing. Be aware that if someone assures you that you can cancel your trial membership over the phone, you can't. You must go to the gym during office hours and potentialy be subjected to, what was for me, an extremely passive aggressive, condescending, and ultimately awkward confrontation about cancelling the trial.I have hesitated to write this review for a while but recently ran into a friend who had the exact same experience as me. I'm not advocating against the facility itself, but some of its trial membership and cancellation practices are questionable and need to be noted and addressed. My experience was horrible and I hope others haven't had to deal with this. People deserve better.
Peyton Long: I've been going to Snap Fitness for years now. I went to Snap Fitness three years ago when it was just a small gym. Now, it has expanded in more ways then one. Not only is the gym clean, but the staff is friendly and go out of their way to get to know you beyond your credit card information. Many gyms will beat you with this idea of "judgement free," but Snap Fitness really stands by those words. The staff is also concerned for your personal fitness, and are more then welcome to assist you in any way they can. I've been to a few gyms in Raleigh, but Snap is the only one I can call home with ease! Not to mention 24-hour access allows for some great lifts in the middle of the night.
Jackson Playz: They advertise a low cost gym membership but you will really pay $40+ for a bare bones gym. No locker room. The functional workout space they show you when you tour is always locked unless a class is in there.
Clarissa Johal: Gets the job done. They could definitely use another lateral elliptical trainer and I'd love if all the workout equipment wasn't jammed into one corner. That said, the place is kept ridiculously clean (the carpets are literally being vacuumed every single time I'm there). Trainers expect you to let them and their clients have dibs on the equipment—which I find unfair as we all pay the same $$. Best gym on a budget.
Emilio Gonzalez: Good service
Shaun Diehl: Get swall
Mary Holland: Seems quiet and clean. Nothing fancy but gets the job done.
Eric Lai: This location is much better after the recent renovation. There is a squat rack! Woohoo!

Orangetheory Fitness: what do users think?
Karla D'Alleva Valas: Orangetheory Fitness NORTH Raleigh has truly been transformational for my husband and me. The coaches are all amazingly supportive and inspirational and they really care. They encourage you during the session and are very interested and committed to your short and long-term success. When you don't come for a while, they call in a wonderful way to let you know you're missed and when you return they know your name. It's like a family and I love it! It's fun and efficient and I'm definitely experiencing the impact!
Kelley Pulugurtha: I love working out here! The facility is well maintained, the staff are super friendly, and the workouts are challenging! I highly recommend OTF!
Kaley: I love this gym! People are so nice and they make you feel like family.
Grace Smith: I absolutely love working out at Orangetheory Fitness. The instructor makes the class super enjoyable and allows you to monitor your process throughout the workout. I highly recommend checking this place out, it’s a great place to work as well.
Ogechi Ihenatu: Not worth the money!
MAP: Good
William Lynch: This is one place you should stay away from no respect for employees. I will never step foot back in this place. Wish I could give no stars
Laura Bacigalupi: This is the best way to start the day! Great coaches and a fantastic workout!
Allison Stone: Longest gym membership I’ve ever had! I get the best workouts at OTF! Everyone at North Raleigh is so friendly and welcoming and the coaches are genuinely invested in helping you crush your goals.
Geoff Harris (Harrisworldwide): Awesome workouts encouraged by top notch enthusiasm from the coaches & staff! 10/10 recommend!!
Hayley Pickard: I could go on at length about how amazing Orangetheory is but I will keep it short. Whether you are a newbie, just getting back into it, or a seasoned athlete, you will find a great workout and an even better community at OTF. As for OTF North Raleigh, you will find the best coaches, admin staff, and denizens in the Triangle here, and, hey, you might make some friends along the way.
Kaitlyn Copeland: By far the best workout I’ve ever done! I always describe the workout as you feel like you have a personal trainer but with with the energy of a group workout. Dylan, the head coach, is absolutely wonderful. He brings so much energy to the floor and pushes me every workout. I get faster and stronger every day. Each month we have signature and benchmark workouts which measures your progress since the last time you completed that workout. It’s such a great feeling to watch the seconds/minutes drop off your time when completing a distance run/row. Jensen and Grace are awesome coaches as well. The other great aspect of this workout is the coaches always offer modifications if you are struggling with any type of injury or pain. The workout is definitely challenging but doable. OTF really helps my mental health, as well. I always leave a workout feeling great about myself and happy. All of the staff are so friendly and inviting. They get to know you on a personal level. Megan is a rockstar and is always there to help in any way. You are missing out if you aren’t part of the OTF family…especially at North Raleigh!
Kursten Pierce: I love this Orangetheory location!!! From day 1, the coaches and staff made the extra effort to learn my name and give me a warm welcome. Every day is a different workout template and there are always fun signature workouts and challenges to keep you motivated. I never thought that I would find a gym that I actually enjoy and that keeps me coming back for more.
Emma H: Orange Theory is a great way to get in and get out with a great workout! The coaches at Orange Theory North Raleigh motivate you to keep going and earn those splat points!!
Jennie Greene: OTF is the best workout!
Alice Osborn: Positive:Communication,Professionalism,QualityThanks to OTF, I have more strength, stamina, and smiles to counter the long periods of sitting I do as a book editor with the long periods of standing I do as a musician. Thank you again, Orangetheory Fitness North Raleigh, for being such a positive, powerful force in my life!
Blair Brown: I am LOVING being back after two babies and over 3.5 years! The workouts have been wonderful and so have the coaches - I've had Dylan, Jensen and Nat! The workouts have been challenging and I've been sore the next day -- I always feel so strong and proud of myself after. Couldn't ask for more!
Allison S: So great to be back in the studio!! It always felt clean before COVID, but the extra precautions and efforts they are doing make it feel even more clean and safe!! Can’t say enough about how great it is to be back inside the studio!!
Clifton Walker: Great staff, members, and motivational experience.
Jessalyn Santiago: Gianna is amazing! she creating a motivating and comfortable environment. I would highly recommend taking a class with her! you will not regret it!
DeAnna Bagley: Positive:Professionalism,QualityThe best workout I’ve ever had. Orangetheory introduced me to consistent strength training and some of the best people in my area. It’s a wonderful community from members, to coaches, to staff. Absolutely love OTF!

Crunch Fitness - Cameron Village: what do users think?
Thomas Lotrecchiano: Trash
Joelle Cirimele: Very friendly and honest team.
Alex Hoeber: Horrible. Just awful. In every way.
Rj Hall: Just moved back to NC after my Navy stint. Went ahead and signed up for the premium for the bring a friend benefit. Ended up having the pleasure of doing a fitness assessment with a trainer named Lucky. I knew I wouldn't be able to afford training sessions post move, but this man really helped me out in the span of 45 minutes. Even gave me stretches help alleviate my herniated L5-S1. Extremely personable and outgoing guy, I could tell he genuinely loves people and wants to help you reach your goals. If you need personal training, ask for Lucky!
Anthony Perfetto: Great staff! Very clean
Abba’s Child: This is the worst gym when it comes to valuing gym enthusiasts and members needing to utilize equipment and overall experience. Although the staff is wonderful and there is great personal training, I feel like we are not valued when it comes to our fitness needs and experience. The fan has been broken for months. There are several machines that are broken. The speakers at the HITT zone does not work and has been this way for months. I never see any maintenance on the machines. They just wait until the machines go down and then tell us after several months of waiting they will fix them. The promo 📺 TVs do not work at all. 😞🤦🏾‍♀️ The sad thing since the gym is so small, when a machine is down, it is really impactful.
Trevor Close: Recently moved to NC back in December and Crunch has been my favorite gym so far! Lots of free weights and machines along with a very welcoming environment
Jason Garris: Best gym in the Raleigh area! Has lots of equipment and space, AND kids care, tanning, and classes are all included in the membership! The staff is very friendly and inviting everytime I come in, and it the cleanliness is always on point!
Michael Vega: Great gym only issue is a lot of members don’t know proper gym etiquette
Leah McNear: If I could give them 0 stars I would. I was on a month to month membership and they refused to cancel it unless I physically came in the gym or sent a certified letter. When I told them I was unable to do that, the manager at the time was extremely nasty and instead of cancelling continued to go back and forth. I finally cancelled it with my credit card provider. They continued to call me weekly even though I stated that the account had been cancelled. This went on for a YEAR!! Now they have sent the account to collections. Im currently reporting them to the CFPB, BBB, their corporate office and writing reviews so future customer can know how unprofessional they are. Any decent business with customer service skills and decorum would have cancelled the membership upon request especially after the whole ordeal the previous manager put me through. I believe this shows how greedy a company they are. STAY AWAY - Planet Fitness and Anytime Fitness are much better options.
Brian Griffin: The gym has plenty of machines, dumbbells and benches for use, even during peak time. The staff is friendly and inviting when scanning in.My recommendation moving forward would be to clean around base of equipment. While the common areas are clean, the base of benches and machines are attractive for alot of dust/hair/etc. It's getting noticeable given the spring pollening
Njainah Olshinski: My son started membership on Aug, 2022 the first two month was okay, after that they charge us twice. When I called they said it was refunded already but it was never refunded so I disputed one of the charges, they keep chargeback us. It has been four months back and forth email the General Manager Garrett Plantier and no resolution. It seems like they have no intention to solve the problem and refund my money back.
Brittney Hunt: I’ve been to 4 gyms in Raleigh since I’ve moved in October. This is probably the best one I’ve been to so far. Everyone seems friendly and willing to help. It’s a nice space and CLEAN. But most importantly, you don’t have people bothering you during your workouts. Very pleased so far.
Stephanie Sammour: The worse gym management ever. When I joined a great staff that worked together. Had 2 premium memberships and 2 training packages because of the management who is not customer retail friendly at all no more. I have left many training behind the live has been stolen due to inadequate head strong management which I’m my view looking around why so many have left.
Chase Crihfield: ***Warning to people traveling*** I was told that I could not use the facility. The explanation for this was because it's not my home gym and even though I have the peak membership that is supposed to give me access to all 300+ crunch gyms. This gym is apparently "select" in who they let in.
Jeremy Engelman: This place is a "select" location. They will not allow the "basic" location members access without paying for a day pass or changing your home location to this facility. I pay for the top-level access at my apparently "basic location", but still not able to access this location without a day pass. I even contacted my "basic location," and they gave me a number that would allow me in this facility. At which the "manager" did not even look at and proceeded to tell me he is just the messenger. This man had no imagination and will not even try to see things from your prospective.I was allowed to work out for the day, (which was appreciated) and i assume to prevent a scene. This location actually has less to offer than 90% of the "basic" locations that I have gone to across the country. If you pay for access to this "select" club, you will be at best case paying the same for less gym and, worst case, you are paying more for less gymAlso if you talk to other crunch locations they have never heard of a Select location.
Zahra Elsayed: Great place but becomes very packed at times
Lamar Bierman: Experience has been great from the moment I walked in the door. Randy was great introducing me to the gym. Justin went above and beyond helping me with mobility and form in free intro session
FrozatoScotto Boston: The gym itself is nice, quality equipment, not too little or much of anything, but I’ll be honest, what has kept me here is the staff. Especially Tmoney (Trevor”) and Abigail (Abigail). In all seriousness, they treat you like you’re human and we’re all here to just better ourself. Every time someone walks in or out, Abigail knows them by name and treats time like she’s known them for years. The personality and energy she brings truly will keep people around. Trever might be the kindest person I’ve met inside of a gym, he’s never not in a good mood, even when I see him working out off the clock. The gym atmosphere in general is pleasant. It’s by a college so take that how you will.
Erik Bartholomaus: Lisha’s warm smile and professionalism are a real asset to this business! The gym was clean with up to date equipment. If I lived here I would definitely be a full-time member!
Alissa Barela: HORRIBLE!My husband first called to try to cancel membership and they said they would and then they kept charging my card!!! And then I emailed saying that my husband cancelled the membership a while back then I got an email back saying they have no record of us cancelling? We no longer live in an area where a crunch fitness is available and turns out we have to go in a sign a piece of paper which would’ve been freaking nice to know the first time we tried to cancel!Just as bad as planet fitness when it comes to cancelling a membership.
