Bruce Forster: These guys did an awesome job. From the moment they arrived, they took good care of our home. They shoveled the driveway and walk so they wouldn’t track the wet snow into the house. They put down a runner in our hallway. They put up plastic so as not to spread sawdust around the house. They were courteous and very knowledgeable. They installed new hardwood for us and matched it to the existing color of the remainder of the house. You could tell they really knew what they were doing. The finished product looks great and they cleaned up everything before they left. Highly recommend. You will not be disappointed.

Philip Lester: Here’s what my floors look like a few weeks after installation. Rogers blamed it on the material, saying it was “bad wood” and refused to fix it. He then sued me for not paying final bill.Had to remove all flooring and have it professionally reinstalled. New installer showed me where Rogers team failed to use glue and nails, causing the floor to buckle. Used the exact same wood again, but this time it was done correctly. Barbara Wine: They repaired bamboo flooring that was buckling up dramatically. The bamboo had buckled in the kitchen entryway and front door. The buckling blocked the front door from opening. An earlier attempt by a different servicer to make the bamboo lay flat worked a week or two and the buckling re-appeared. I waited 3 months after the repair to write this review because I wanted to make sure that the floors were really repaired this time ( still laying flat and not buckling ). And they are. Henrietta Petrus: I called Mr.Rogers Hardwood Flooring to obtain a quote to install vinyl planks to my first floor. This company was one of three quotes that I received. When I called, Mr. Rogers himself answered my call. I explained what I needed and he immediately offered to come that same day.We agreed to meet at 1:30 and Mr. Rogers arrived 15 minutes early, all masked up and ready to measure! He was professional and his work van looked exactly like the business card that my coworker gave me when she referred him. (I notice little details like this)It took him less than 30 minutes to measure, explain his services and answer all of my questions. When asked if the job could be completed before Thanksgiving, without hesitation he stated it could. He promised I’d receive an email that same evening with the actual quote and true to his word the email arrived that evening.I cannot state here who the other quotes came from, but I’m sure you’ve seen their ads on TV. Mr. Rogers quote came in so much lower that based on my coworkers recommendation, and his promise to complete flooring job by Thanksgiving, my decision was a no-brainer.He and his 2 man crew arrived on time for the job at 7:30 a.m. Monday morning and got right to work. It took two days as promised, clean-up was thorough and Mr. Rogers even went out & picked up additional supplies when needed. The floors look AMAZING! My first floor makes my house look like a new home!It was truly an incredible experience and my husband and I couldn’t be happier, I’ve already begun to put up the holiday decorations!Thank you so much Mr. Rogers, I’ll be calling again to do the 2nd floor after the holidays!Mrs.H.M. We are also having new baseboards installed & Lee's has been extremely accommodating in scheduling the shoe moulding installation to follow the baseboards. Ken Krause: In our kitchen we wanted a herringbone patterned floor with the grain and color matching the wood flooring in adjacent rooms . Dwayne with Lee Flooring was a miracle worker! The sub floor of our 1936 house was half original wood flooring half cement slab with a 1 3/4" difference. The room's layout was very challenging with its three door ways and multiple angles. Dwayne's vast experience along with Romeo's adept assistance provided us with a true work of art that makes us smile every time we walk on it .
Sarah Rose McQuillan: We cannot say enough good things about (or give enough stars to) Lee's Hardwood Floors!! Lee's refinished our existing hardwoods as well as feathered in and finished new hardwoods, and they are flawless. The floors look great, our house was handled with care during the project, and we enjoyed working with the team and their subcontractors. Heather, Jeremy and Tina were incredibly kind, patient, helpful and great to work with from start to finish. Of all the renovations we did to our house before and after moving in, Lee's was the only team who clearly laid out all timelines, costs, expectations, etc. in advance, and their transparency took a lot of stress out of the process. Shortly after our floors were finished our dishwasher died and was allegedly stuck, unless the floor around it was cut out. Lee's offered to come back to our house to take a look, and, upon realizing that all it needed was a few tools and some elbow grease, ended up taking the time to get our "stuck" dishwasher out with no impact to our beautiful floors and at no cost to us. Seriously, these guys rock and we cannot thank them enough!
Steve Wells: Lee Hardwood stained our floors about 5 years ago and did a wonderful job. After a dishwasher destroyed an area in the kitchen, they once again took care of their customer by coning out and replacing bad boards and staining the boards to a close match to the old floors. Extremely pleased with their work, service, and I highly recommend them.
Sarah Hall: If you have anyone other than Lee's Hardwood Floors do your hardwoods, you are making a big mistake! I own an old house and had a complicated situation with finding asbestos in the original tile in the subfloor. Daniel at Lee's did me a huge favor by suggesting that I have the floors tested (avoiding spreading asbestos into other areas of my house). They adjusted to every hiccup that occurred during the whole process and Tina and Heather were amazing working together with me. The final product was a beautiful hardwood floor in my kitchen. Their crews are professional and highly skilled. Great company!

Norma Rusnack Figueroa: Lee’s hard wood floors poor quality. Not worth the 5k I paid. Lots of cracks left open. All around close to walls not sanded well. When I called them about all the cracks, I was told that repairing cracks was not included, then why I was not informed that when getting estimate?. All these businesses just have contractors to do their jobs. The right thing to do as a business owner is to meet with client after job is done and made sure client is satisfied. Kelly Stewart: Whatever you do do not use these people. They ruined our kitchen cabinets that cost $50,000 and now refuse to pay the $7500 it will cost to repair them. They tried to offer us $1500 thinking somehow that would make it right. We plan to take them to small claims court. Terrible customer service, tried to blame us for their crews mistake. Crew member even admitted to us they made the original mistake and tried to cover it up.

D&J Horan: Now 4 years later the floors are squeaking. The dark brown piece of wood in the foyer has NOT softened and can clearly be seen in the honey floor.The only resolution we had at the time was to sue our contractor. Lee Hardwood would not have been affected. A lot of legal fees for nothing...IF only the owners had stood up and corrected the situation in the beginning.I do not recommend this company. They told me my floor would age to what I had asked for. This has not happened. The very dark boards clearly stand out in the natural flooring especially in the foyer area. You can see buff marks and spaces between the boards. Do not use this company.
Thomas Thotus: Lee's Hardwood Floors is a family owned business and I selected them due to their good reputation and excellent equipment for good workmanship. They provided plenty of hardwood samples and assisted me with selecting a color which matched my existing foyer hardwood. Their work turned out great. They pulled out my family room carpet, scraped the floor of imperfections, nailed all the 4'x8' plywood, got all the squeaks out of my existing floor, laid out the new hardwood for color match and board length before nailing the new floor down. The job took 2 days. They sent workers back to resolve any minor imperfections I saw, such as leveling the air ducting vents in the floor and firmly securing the floor power plugs. The trim they selected matched the floor well and they consulted me on small matters as I was watching the floor go in. All of their workers wore face masks during this COVID-19 event. Their pricing was competitive. Their good customer service is what makes the difference.
Lake Como: The good : Exceptional assistance in helping us pick out the right flooring. The flooring itself was installed nicely, 1 hiccup that was corrected after we pointed out they floored over a vent. The bad : we don't recommend their 3rd party vendor for stair and railing work. Overpriced. We could not get over how they replaced some of our cracked balusters for free, but when we asked for a price to replace every single baluster, the price was incredible, like $750 dollars for balusters that cost $6 each, maybe 20 in total. The staining done on the stairs was sloppy- they slopped stain onto some woodwork and on the door at top of stairs. I wish I had just had them do the flooring work only.
Bobby Horan: We had our floors replaced 4 years ago by Lee Hardwoods. We asked for EXACTLY the quality and color that was in the house that had been damaged by water.Lee Hardwood put in a lesser quality and the color was wrong. They refused to correct the situation.Today we have floors that squeak and have not aged to the color we wanted - Lee said they would age to our color.Customer service was very poor.
stephen perry: We had Lee's remove 750 feet of carpet from three rooms and a Cat Walk. It was replaced with prefinished flooring, which is not easy to retrofit over an area designed for carpet. Lee's had the requisite knowledge and experience to handle all of the details. It was completed in three days by four teams of workers--each specializing in their own tasks. I highly recommend them to anyone considering this type of renovation.

They were very explicit and informative about the process. Daniel was very helpful in guiding us with our selection and his crew did an outstanding job with the installation. They took great care with our home especially removing tile from our kitchen floor. They were very friendly, professional and addressed all our concerns. We would not hesitate to use them again in the future and highly recommend this company.
