D Swift: I'll start with the sales rep. David had endless patience as we sorted through many samples in the home. When we couldn't find what we wanted in the samples he had, he went hunting for it and found exactly what we had hoped for. He went above and beyond. While Carolina In Home wasn't less expensive than other outfits, the service David provided had us choosing them for our floor. The installation team, led by Oscar, was great! We thought it would be a 3 day job, but they finished in 2 days. When we wanted to make sure that Kilz was applied to the subfloor in the room our pet had soiled, they got right on it. We had a custom threshold my husband made to match the existing landing he had installed, and again, it was no problem! The floors look amazing and we couldn't be more pleased. I highly recommend Carolina In Home Flooring!

The installers removed and replaced the whole house in about 6 or so hours. We were amazed. They were very nice and did great work. I feel like I have a new home again! Wes Dunn: We used RDC floors for extensive work in our home. Price was fair and we are so happy we used them. Kurtis has assembled a team of the best professional installers you could ever ask for. We had our master bathroom completely redone. They installed tile flooring, tile surround for the tub and shower. They handled the glass work and replaced all the carpet thru out the entire house. Even though right now material selection is not in stock in most places, RDC was up front on the time line of our selections, kept us advised through out the process and delivered on every promise. I recommend RDC for any flooring needs you may have.
Sly Skippa™: They did the hardwood floors on the 1st floor, living room, 2nd floor 4 bedrooms and hall way. These guys left wood dust all through out my house, on the first floor and 2nd floor. When brought to his attention Kurtis says that it's "our problem" to deal with the clean up of the dust left behind from cut wood. Senior Citizens beware!!!

Went to all the big retailers (Lowe's, Home Depot etc.) and talked to some smaller vendors, then I came across RDC.I called up Kurtis and he was absolutely amazing to work with. My wife was the first to meet him and right away he went above and beyond to make sure that our experience was outstanding. He gave us great carpet recommendations that work well with small children and that will last a long time. He was more than willing to listen to our ideas and offer us feedback on our choices but did not try to make us buy the most expensive carpet.The installers did a great job. They came when we were out of town and a few minor issues we miscommunicated, but Kurtis was more than happy to resolve the issues and did it in a timely fashion.We covered our entire upstairs in carpet and when we want to replace the hardwood floors on the first floor Kurtis/RDC will be the only company I call. I have nothing negative to say about RDC and would recommend them in a NY minute! Amazing!

Louise Williams: I highly recommend American dream flooring, the sales man John was professional, very knowledgeable and helpful with floor selection. The installation was flawless and we are very pleased with the quality of work done.
Robert Neppel: Guys did a great job. The install was planned to take three days and they finished in two. Looks great and the team was sure everything was cleaned up and earned our satisfaction.

He was always available via phone and even helped continue to modify my quote for the best price for my budget.Tina, who took care of the invoice and scheduling, was great at communication and patient as I had to mail my insurance check to my mortgage company and wait for it to be returned.Jenny, unsure of her exact role, felt like my personalized consultant and checked in on me each day to let me know when the guys would arrive and when they were finished. She was readily available to answer any questions or concerns and made me feel very comfortable through the whole process.And finally, Margarito and his two helpers did such a fantastic and QUICK job. I had glue down hardwoods removed and replaced with LVP on the first floor, new carpet on the stairs, carpet removed and replaced with LVP on the second floor (2BR incl. closets), as well as LVT in the guest bathroom. They were professional, clean, and considerate of my belonging. All of that hard work took only TWO DAYS and looks absolutely amazing. Total upgrade!I really cannot recommend American Dream enough and I am so beyond thrilled to have found them.

Doug Blackley: Called for an estimate and they sent out a professional named John. They charge $25 for an estimate which I think is just to keep "tire kickers" away. The estimate experience was worth the $25 even if I hadn't chosen them to do my project. John was extremely knowledgeable and personable and made me want to do business with American. The workers arrived when promised (although I was Leary due to my recent experience with contractors) and proceeded to survey my project. They too were very pleasant to work with. They got to work and finished the project to my satisfaction and left the area spotless. I was extremely happy with the end result. I highly recommend American Dream Flooring and Tile to anyone in the market for new flooring as well as repairs. They're top notch.

American Dream sells and installs flooring, they do not manufacture it. However after visiting my problem floors . American Dream came through fought with the manufacturer and replaced everything. If I could add a start to this review, I would. The floor came out beautifully!!! The installers were precise. Cleaned as they worked. Did a complete job! I'm so happy with Verion. Alex has a clean, well-organized showroom, and doesn't engage in typical "sales tactics" that I encountered elsewhere. He was transparent about pricing and the different options available to me.Alex was also able to offer the cheapest price per sq. ft. on Coretec LVP compared to four other flooring stores I visited in the area, one of which even swore they had an "exclusive" relationship with Coretec and that their price was the "cheapest available" for the specific flooring I wanted. Alex was able to find me the flooring for $3 less per sq. ft!Alex was communicative throughout the shipping process and was able to get installation scheduled quickly once my flooring arrived. The installer, Ray, was friendly and communicative and did a thorough and efficient job. Cessy Smith: I ordered flooring that arrived way late and it was dark. The delivery driver said you need to come look at this. We used our phone flashlight to check the 6 boxes. 2 were damaged. One on the end and one in center. This was discontinued flooring and I know how hard it is if you keep a defective shipment to call later if there was not enough to complete the project. When I got in touch with them after refusing shipment they told me I was responsible for over double the shipping cost before I was getting a refund. I am now out more than 1,000 dollars. Not acceptable. This company should have insurance on deliveries as this was for sure defective and damaged. Not happy! Who needs this extra stress in 2020?!?Update: Was refunded after a lot if work with my credit card company. Response received on here 5 months later after the refund happened.

Kai Lucas: What a breath of fresh air Alex and Verion Floors were for my wife and I while we built our house. Alex went above and beyond from start to finish throughout the whole process. From loaning out samples, multiple visits in store to discuss options/answer questions, holding our order until we were ready for delivery, putting us in contact with installer, and quickly ordering us more product I mistakenly didn't realize I needed at first, the entire process was as smooth and pleasant as any I've had. My mom also purchased flooring from Alex for her home renovation and had a wonderful experience. Alex is a class act and gave us the service and experience I thought was long gone in this day and age.

He spent 2 hours with me in the store helping us to decide on the kind of flooring we need. In the following days when I was contemplating the purchase, I had numerous questions and Alex answered each and every question with utmost patience. He picked up the phone 19 out of 20 times I called him up with questions, and that 1 time he couldn't get to the phone, he returned my call in 15 minutes. Not even once he tried to up sell me anything. In fact, he made recommendations so that I actually saved lot of money. Very fair and competitive pricing. I don't think, for a given flooring product, anyone can find better pricing anywhere else than what he offers. Erin Jernigan: I had a great experience working with Tracy at Capital Tile and Flooring. I had lots of questions and Tracy was very patient with me throughout the process. They have so many styles to choose from and at different price points. Capitol Tile and Flooring did our carpet, laundry room tile, kitchen backsplash, our shower tiles, and bathroom flooring.
Jane Bol: We drove here from Greensboro after a designer friend made the recommendation. It was well worth the trip. We discovered so many beautiful options for our bathroom remodel that we had not seen in our area. Unlike a couple of the showrooms we had visited in Greensboro, the designer was extremely knowledgeable and patient during the selection process. We will be returning soon to select our kitchen tile.
