Sou Baykham: I ordered Mother’s Day flowers which were never received. I understand with it being a holiday, shop may have been busy and wasn’t able to attend to the order. That’s fine. But I tried following up with an email and never received a response. I also tried calling and the line was always busy. To this day, I still haven’t heard back in regards to the issue. I wanted to support a local shop, but I guess next time I’ll just use flowerama.
Shirley Lacy: My Aunt called me on Tuesday, May 10, 2022 to see if I received my birthday flowers. Unfortunately, the flowers were delivered that day but the Florist did not communicate with my Aunt or me. I had to track down the flowers. I called the florist on May 11, 2022 and I was informed that the flowers were delivered on May 10, 2022 and they were placed outside of the building. That was unacceptable to me. The house manager, Natalie, was not friendly or helpful and declined to accept responsibility for the situation. I would not recommend this florist.
Joseph Guyer: I placed an order for Mother’s Day and was very disappointed. The actual arrangement delivered to my mom had roughly half of the flowers that they represented on the website picture, with a ton of filler greenery instead. This was overt deceptive marketing. Also note that when you shop their flowers it will divert you to Telefora and the premium option is the default; you must manually change it to standard to see what the standard base option looks like. When I brought this to the owner’s attention I originally was offered a choice between a refund of my $25 in fees (this was a $125 arrangement plus $25 in fees) or an option for them literally to come bother my mom and pick up the already-delivered flowers, take them back to the shop to add more flowers, and then bring them back! When I wrote back that I would prefer they offer a more substantial refund to make what was delivered more in line with an appropriate price point but would do the other option if not, they then ignored me, meanwhile leaving my mom waiting to hear about the details. Update: following this review I was provided a full refund.

vannessa: Charged my card and then when i called to check if my order had been delivered, they told me they weren’t gonna deliver it because it was too far. On the same day of the delivery, when I had ordered 10 days in advance! Never got an email saying my order was rejected, never got a credit back into my bank, when i called the owner she was very rude and totally dismissed the fact that there was still a charge in my account denying saying she had no charge on her record. Sat back and forth on the phone with me and refused to help. Very unprofessional

Molly Lincoln: Placed an order for a flower delivery for a birthday. Did not arrive until the day after. Flowers were pretty, but unreliable delivery. When contacted, the person stated it was not guaranteed on same day orders, despite the website saying only same-day orders placed after 11am were not guaranteed. (Placed around 10:30am). They offered to refund me 50%, which was nice service recovery, but I never received the refund. Do not recommend if you’re looking for reliable delivery dates.

After leaving several messages by phone, email, and their website, I received a response from EW who then asked if it would be ok if the new arrangement could be delivered in a couple of days (more than a week later than the original delivery date). Then the second arrangement was wrong, again. I do not recommend this florist.

Kari H: I was sent flowers from this florist as they were the contracted florist selected by 1800Flowers. The original arrangement was very beautiful, but the 3 roses were fully bloomed and knew they would expire within a day or two. I called and asked if they could just replace the 3 roses. She said she would send a new arrangement out and I explained that I am allergic to Lilies, so just the 3 roses would be perfectly fine :) Pam who I talked to was very sweet, and sent a new arrangement to me, same day I talked to her, and sent different flowers that I was not allergic to and even prettier than the original order. This was very sweet, and such great service. I immediately emailed my boyfriend to always order from them going forward. That is top notch customer service that you do not see very often.

Kyle & Taylor Marker: We were married in April 2023. We had a consultation at Fallon's Flowers in May 2022, and decided on all the floral details. We paid our 25% deposit in July 2022. We sent an e-mail with some questions in January 2023 since our wedding was approaching and didn't get a response. We sent a follow-up e-mail two weeks later, and still got no response.In February, we got a voicemail from Fallon's saying they were following up about our wedding flower inquiry from last May and were wondering if we still needed a florist. I called back immediately, confused as to why my order was not in the system after paying a 25% deposit and getting an order confirmation. We were told that there had been a staffing shift and the employee assured us we were booked, but then shared the wrong wedding date with us. After getting our names wrong three times on the phone, we were starting to have doubts. The employee we spoke with then scheduled a virtual consultation with us the following Monday to review all the details. She had us send her our wedding details and a PDF of our order confirmation, because she didn't have any of our order details on file.Monday rolled around and we had our virtual consultation that evening. She still had the date listed incorrectly even though we had re-sent all of our wedding details and order confirmation via e-mail prior to the meeting. At one point in the call, I reminded her that we were planning on repurposing our bridesmaid bouquets into some of the guest table centerpieces, and I was wondering if vases were included for those, or if we should add them to our order. She shared that repurposing our bouquets "would not be a good look" and that "our guests would definitely notice." I shared that we had decided to do that to save some money on our wedding and she continued to share that it would not look good, rather than answering my original question. This was the final straw for us, as we were already giving them a second chance after them losing our order after taking our deposit.The only reason we are not rating Fallon's Flowers with 1 star is because of our phone call with the manager, Samantha. She was very friendly, and when we called to cancel our order, she profusely apologized for our experience with this employee. She offered to personally take over our event, but unfortunately our decision was already made. We appreciated Samantha's kindness and concern, but we still chose another local florist to provide florals for our wedding, and will not be using Fallon's in the future.

The shop is beautiful on the inside I was absolutely obsessed the second I walked in, I placed an order the day before I went to pick it up but put the wrong phone number so when they tried to call me about my card declining I obviously couldn’t answer. An email would’ve been the next step but I understand that might’ve not been the protocol.I come in on the day that I needed to, they tell me my corsage (it was the standard pink carnation) for prom wasn’t ready due to the card and they were extremely accommodating. They asked if I could pick it up the next day but that didn’t work so I said I’d pick it up the day after the next.I go to retrieve my order, and it takes an uncomfortably long time for my order to be retrieved, and then the kind person at the front came out and told me they ordered it from the other location and they had revived a boutineer (no clue how to spell it) rather than a corsage. Now, the day was the day OF prom, so I was a bit stressed out and then they told me they could make it into a corsage and I said that would be wonderful. They come out 5-10 minutes later with the corsage and it’s just a single flower.I’m not a stickler, but my girlfriend is so I asked (awkwardly) if it was possible to get what I ordered, which was two carnations on the corsage because that is what I had paid for. I was told it would be an hour. I was fine with that, I just wanted everything to be perfect, and I let them know my mom would pick it up because she was around the area and I needed to get ready. They said that was fine, I asked if the process could be sped up, because my mom is also a bit of a stickler, and they said they could see what they could do.I’m on the road back home (it’s a 30 minute drive to and from) and I get a call from my mom saying how they were rude to her, (she doesn’t understand customer service but I do, and I think she was just over reacting).All in all, I do love the place, I’m gonna come here more, I was just frustrated that my order was wrong the day of.

Patrick Hurley: The service I received from this florist was exceptional! I called for a same day delivery and the flowers had been delivered within a few hours. The recipient said “”WOW!”.
