Andrew Lees: We've gotten balloons for our son's birthday multiple times now and the team at Party City has done an incredible job to make sure everything gets taken care of properly with our order. Delivering 75 balloons is a challenge and they were able to coordinate that with multiple delivery cars so that we didn't have to worry about it! In particular, John and Destiny went above and beyond to make sure our order was processed and delivered on time. We worked with Destiny last year as well and she's awesome! I can't recommend them enough, and we'll definitely be getting more balloons at Party City.
Ada Prudente: me and my boyfriend always come to this party city the employees are often rude. Today he was standing outside while his car was getting fixed. He had just got off work so he was in his work outfit ( obviously not clean ) waiting for me to pick him up, then someone approaches him threatening that the employees were going to call the cops if he didnt leave .. He was standing there less than 5 minute. They shouldn't assume since he is a poc that he was going to do something wrong when he was just standing there waiting for me. Do better party city !! Your employees could of left the whole situation alone and not have to threaten to call the cops for no reason! Not everyone in a work uniform is sketchy stop assuming!

Of course they were backed up with orders and we were told we had to wait which would have been understandable being it's last minute. NOBODY CONTACTED ME TO TELL ME THIS , I ONLY FOUND OUT BECAUSE I CALLED ! LITERALLY 10 MINUTES BEFORE MY DAUGHTERS PARTY . . I GET TO THE STORE ONLY TO BE TOLD SOMEONE ELSE PICKED MY ORDER UP BECAUSE THERE WAS ANOTHER CUSTOMER WITH THE SAME LAST NAME AS ME .
Ravi Patel: All of the employees were very helpful with getting our gender reveal box ready! We showed up and handed our results to them, they worked very quickly and got us the box within 30 minutes. Destiny was the biggest help and made the day for us!

Emily: Horrible service and Customer service. I had bought my sweet sixteen balloon bouquet and I was told it was a two hour wait to get them inflated. Four hours later I personally had to call them to get a notification about my ballon order and I was told they were still not ready. I was heading for dinner already and I asked the employee if I could pick them up the next day. I arrive the morning of the next day and to my surprise my ballon’s were not properly done. Half of them at the register the other somewhere else. I was horrified and upset. As I talked with them about the situation they blamed it on me for not picking them up the day I had ordered them. Keep in mind I had warned them that I was not going to be able too. Then as they took there time to inflate the balloons they start talking about football and the most random things. I believe that was not the time to play around while a upset customer was their. I usually don’t give bad reviews but this in counter was just that horrible. Hopefully they can get it together but for now I rather buy my own helium tank and inflate my own balloons.

He never acknowledged me after I stood at the checkout waiting for several minutes. He didn’t tell me the total- simply held out his hand for payment. I don’t think he said a word to me.Today I came back hoping for a better experience. Instead there was one register open and 8 people in line. Other employees were watching the line back up but it was a good ten minutes before another register opened.

Marilyn Moskowitz: So, I love Dollar Tree. I'm glad they have more people working these days because the lines can get rather long. Sometimes, you can find hidden gems. For example, Ocean Spray Cranberry juice[different flavors] for $1.25 the same exact one at the store for $3.38. Look carefully at the frozen foods because there's a couple of goodies there, too. (I've tried their spring rolls & mild beef patties). Snyder's pretzels the big bag $1.25. Sometimes you can get the same bag AT THE STORE 2 for $5.00 on sale .. When you can find these items (they sell quickly) you can save some money... And they aren't expired.. I'm sure there's more, but these are my favorites.

Nickolai Donovan: So yesterday was interesting, I went to this particular Dollar Tree to purchase bottles of water. There was a white lady who checked out two women that were together that was ahead of me. But oddly enough she looked at the black female cashier behind her and the black cashier came from her register and looked in my basket and said that she will take me over here. Now keep in mind I was the next person in line where it seems the white lady did not want to deal with me for whatever reason. So I go to the other line and I’m behind two more women with a bunch of stuff which was extremely inconvenient. So, I’m thinking that the white lady is getting off work or something… No she walks around the front grabs a few baskets and comes back and takes the white lady who was initially standing behind me in line.

Most things that used to be $1 are now $1.25. They also have some items up to $5. Still a great bargain, though.January 2023 update: Great place for seasonal decorations. Some of the snacks and candies are a great deal at $1.25.

At checkout, while ringing me up, their conversation, which also included non employees hanging out at the store with them, continued, this time about an amputee that had recently been hitting on them. Zero or negative stars would be more appropriate. The Dollar Tree reputation would be better off with this place permanently closed.

The floor totally dirty (use napkins on the floor).Only one employee on the floor and he was very nice but you can tell that he was overwhelmed.I wish they clean the store inside and out. Jennifer Mulcahy: Had some things to return without my receipts. The clerk went above and beyond to look up the purchases through my account, to give me the original prices back. One of the items had gone on sale, so without her diligence, I would not have received the full refund. That is great customer service!!

The only reason I’m still a member because of the cheap gas and the clothes for my husband, and some bulk items. But I do not like going in anymore since they let those sales people roam around. I hate it! Can’t shop calmly anymore I’m trying to run through missing deals because I’m trying to avoid being asked the same questions every time about do I have Verizon or At&t? How about a bjs employee asking me if I’m finding everything alright instead??

London Simone: The time that I have spent as a recent member of Bj's wholesale club has been quite delightful! The staff are extremely amiable with helpful employees, and the customer service is top-notch. It is a well-stocked location, and every time I visit, I have a pleasant shopping experience. The store is consistently clean, and they have an abundance of free samples to try. Additionally, the lines are generally short. The products are of high quality for reasonable prices making it an ideal place to shop for almost everything you need.
Kann: There are almost no assisted check out lanes. They expect you to use self checkout or the app, which has a limit on how much/many items you can buy on the app. Considering not shopping there anymore. I don't do self checkout!!!!

David Woody: There are 12 gas pumps at this BJs. Lines are horrific and pumps are slow. When I came today. 5 pumps were not working and the auto shutoff broken on rest of the pumps. Fill up took about 10 minutes.

Julie Buchanan: There's a new lady who checks the receipts at the exit and she is a peach (sarcasm). At first I thought she was only unhappy with me... But, after stopping in several times, it's not just me, she's apathetic to ALL customers. It's her demeanor. She is SO unhappy. No smile, no greeting, rolling of the eyes (she worked Sunday, 11/13 later in the afternoon) . She is always the last thing I remeber from my shopping experience and I honestly can't believe their HR would put her in front of customers. The previous, older lady was much nicer, slower, but at least she engaged and a good representation of the BJ's brand.

BJ's needs to associate with a better company than Comenity Mastercard.
