I called this store, concerned that a fruit bouquet hadn't been delivered properly to an apartment complex, and the store associate I spoke to delivered another the same day! Incredible customer service! I don't know of many establishments that would do this. Wonderful customer service!

Garrett O'Dell: Posted an order the day before valentines day and requested the delivery be made before 4 pm. I received a call at 5:37 pm stating they were unable to deliver it. When I requested the supervisors number they gave a number that wouldn't pick up. I contacted customer service and they told me they would not refund me. Now I have to go through my bank to backcharge the order. Do not buy from this store if you want it delivered on time.Edit: A representative of the store contacted me and refunded in full. He even offered to redeliver free of charge. They were professional and apologetic, much better experience than speaking with the delivery driver.

Wanda Thompson: I live closer to the Falls of Neuse location. I saw their $9.99 online special for two apple slices, two strawberries and two banana pieces dipped in chocolate. I even called the day before to make sure they would be open New Years Eve. I drive there to find the foreign speaking woman at the register tells me the cost is $14.99. I questioned her and she said that was the cost. I called the Oberlin Road location and they told me they DID have the special and prepared two boxes for me. That was my first time visiting the Falls location and certainly my last. Better check the day before traveling to the Falls location to see if they've decided to change the price. Better yet, visit the Oberlin Road location. Best service and prices ever!

I called at noon to inquire about my order. The order was delivered at 5:11p. One would think if the business promises a date and time they are not able to uphold, that the 2nd attempt would be considered a priority and would be delivered sooner, not a the close of business. That's just customer service 101. I will certainly be calling tomorrow to send an email or letter to the franchise owner or the GM. Totally unsatisfied for someone who spent $87 for a gift to arrive late! Oh, and the status update NEVER updated as promised! Clearly, promises are always broken at this establishment.

Jen T: I ordered a delivery online to a doctor's office and they happened to be closed early for the holiday. The delivery guy for EA was great about calling me to let me know what happened and offered to deliver it back to me if I'm in the same zip code. Unfortunately I'm not but I really appreciated that he offered when I can see many others not mention that option at all. I didn't know what to do with my order and they followed up with me a few hours later to offer the option of picking up the order tomorrow. I spoke with Michael to arrange a pick up the same day after work and he was one of the friendliest people you'd meet over the phone and in person. He offered to help bring it to my car too. The quality of my flower bouquet, balloon, and chocolate fruit tray was perfect so overall I recommend this place as I have nothing bad to say at all. I'd definitely choose to order from this place again if the occasion arises!

Maricia Roseboro: It is not wise to write down a person's credit card number, have it on paper before fulfilling the order with the promise of shredding the credit card information. This is not a good business practice. Fraud is rampant so I did not feel comfortable with that approach, and opted not to use the shop for my delivery. In addition, I found the customer service person who answered the phone to be severely abrasive, and lacking in customer service skills.

Marie Lockhart: I received an email stating free next day delivery so I ordered my father an edible arrangement. My initial charged showed free delivery BUT the next day I had an additional charge to my account for $16 stating this was a delivery fee. The manager from this location called me and stated it sometimes takes up to 24 hours for the charge to come through for extended delivery. I explained repeatedly that my email I received said free next day delivery and it wasn’t right I got a charge the next day for this. She proceeded to tell me that it was an extended delivery fee and then proceeded to put me on hold and then hang up on me. This is not good business and I will NOT be doing doing with them again since Edible Arrangement finds it is acceptable to advertise one thing and then add additional charges the next day without any notice to their customers.
Nicole Ahomed: I have ordered numerous edible arrangements from this store, but unfortunately, I will never patronize this business again because of their store associate, Chloe, aka "Karen."I placed an order for an edible arrangement to be picked up on Mother's Day. My husband drove 45 minutes from Clayton to this Edible Arrangement location only to be greeted with a horrible attitude. They first give my husband the wrong order, when my husband went back in to inform them, he was given the wrong order, they insisted this was the right order. I had to call the store myself for them to finally give my husband the correct order. When my husband arrived with the arrangement, it was disgusting. Please refer to the pictures. I contacted the store right away. Again, a rude associate answered, and I explained my situation and that I was willing to send pictures and that if she would just give me store credit, that would be sufficient to save me another 45-minute ride. She rudely told me that I had to bring the arrangement back and it had to be uneaten. As if I was desperate enough to eat an overly ripped, nearly rotten arrangement.Nevertheless, my mother and I drove another 45 minutes to the store. I explained my situation again to the same rude, silver-dyed hair "Karen" and asked if she could replace the arrangement with fresh fruit. She told me it would be a 45-minute to an hour wait. I explained to her that I could not wait because it was Mother's Day and I had already wasted time with this issue. I asked for a refund. She insisted that it was non-refundable. I asked for store credit, she told me that I would have to come back on Wednesday for store credit because "Monday and Tuesday are still considered a holiday." By the way, I asked for a manager and/or owner, Chloe aka "Karen's" replied, "She had to leave for the day due to a family emergency." Then she rudely asked me to step to the side so she could take care of other customers. As things started to get heated with arguing, a nice Asian man, John, came from the back and asked if he and I could speak outside. He apologized for all the commotion and told me he would have a fresh arrangement for me in 30 minutes. I agreed to come back and proceeded into the store to get my mom so we could leave. As we began to leave, Chloe, aka "Karen," sarcastically waved and said, "byeeee," which at that point, I went off on her and told her how immature and stupid she was. So, Chloe, aka, "Karen" did what Karens do to blacks, she called the police. A few minutes later the Cary police arrived, and my mother and I were able to explain the situation to him. The police replied, "We received a call that you tried to spit on her." Typical "Karen" to tell a lie to weaponize the police because I'm black and she thought it was going to turn ugly. Anyway, after we finished laughing and chatting with the police officer, the manager, John came out and apologized again to my mom and I. The police explained I wanted a refund and John asked if I could come back the next day to receive a refund. After we finished enjoying our friendly conversation with the Cary police, we left.The next day, I went back to the store and thanks to Christian and John for issuing my refund and they both apologized, again, for the commotion. John even gave my mother a "Mother's Day" balloon for our troubles.Again, thank you to John and Christian for your kindness in making things right. I advise you to find another associate to replace Chloe, aka "Karen," because she just lost you my business.

My husband ordered $146 order for Valentine’s, they ran his card & he was going to Pick Up later that same day, they later called him saying they sold out of the product & would give him a smaller arrangement instead. He opted out to Pick Up a later date to get what he originally ordered. How could you sell something you don’t even have? Completely ridiculous & unprofessional. The card was refunded & the later date order was set to be picked up at 1:30pm, due to a last minute work issue, we arrived at 5:05pm, their website and Google says they close at 6pm so we saw no issue with this. They were closed, lights off, no one inside, no customer service available for us to reach by phone or email. I could maybe understand if we arrived closer to 6, but this is inexcusable. He didn’t even receive a call earlier on in the day since the 1:30 pick up was delayed.This entire experience is upsetting & not that they will lose any significant amount of business but I will 100% let anyone I know to stay away from ever using Edible Arrangements.

I was trying to prevent their delivery driver from making an unnecessary delivery to someone who isn’t home and even if they couldn’t make the delivery tomorrow which is fine see if it could be done another day.. I understand it’s a busy time she didn’t even ask if another day of the week might be better. I don’t write reviews but I was just in complete shock. I understand being busy, overwhelmed, all of it..I’ve worked in customer service and as a server..I get it, but she didn’t even let me speak and now her delivery driver might be taking time out of his schedule to deliver something that is undeliverable. And again..I’m not in the country and this is a surprise, so me calling was because I am not reachable via a us phone number and was trying to avoid any mishaps.Update: the order was delivered while he was home

I wanted a different fruit basket and when my husband got the one from Shari's Berries it was old fruit. He could't even eat the strawberry's because they were mushy. On top of that, they had Door Dash deliver the item. From now on I will continue to use Edible Arrangements. They never disappoint. Christopher Nance: Absolutely pathetic.
Hannah L. Haight: The clerk was very nice but seemed confused about mailing a gift box to a family member. That was November 13th and the gift box a $50 item, hasn't been received yet by my family member. Now it gets good. I filed a complaint form, I've tried calling the Crabtree kiosk several times and customer service main line said they can only track online orders. The one time I got in touch with the kiosk, they said there was nothing they could do. Poor customer service without a doubt. I'm hoping I can contest the card charges and get them reversed.
