Galaxy Fun Park: what do users think?
Irina Shahova: We had a birthday party at Galaxy Fun Park. We had a UNIVERSE BLOWOUT party package. I wouldn't recommend taking that package. The package includes an hour of jumping and other activities at a trampoline zone plus 2 attractions. The zone is dark, and there is no music there (something was broken), so the kids were bored after 20 minutes of jumping. I had to purchase fun cards so the kids would have fun at the party. There was no music in the party room either. To me, the place itself seems like not well maintained. And there was an employee at the soft play zone who was sleeping and we couldn't get in until I asked a manager. We saved the party by changing the agenda a little, cutting the jump time, and adding more attractions which cost us additional money. The good thing was that we had a good party host, she helped us a lot and the manager was flexible and caring and allowed us to change the agenda. Thanks to them for their help. The party had to be managed by me, so if you decide to go there make sure you discuss the party plan with your guests, so in case the kids are bored they are not spread all over the park trying to play the game machines. And you need to tell the guests about the next steps every time so everyone knows what happens next. This is the first and last time we had a party at Galaxy Fun Park.
jose argueta: this place is a scam with that cards...i won almost 1500 tickets and it show zero in 4 cards that my kids use....
Stacy Armstrong: Great place for kids of all ages. Super easy for Birthday parties! Highly recommend.
christine hamby: So much fun!
Michelle Singleton: Always a great location for birthday parties.
K Taylor: Just because I signed a waiver before I broke my foot at Galaxy Fun Park doesn't require them to act like it was such an inconvenience to give me some ice to slow the swelling which is the only thing I asked of them The laser tag was awesome And someone is going to break a toe on mini golf
Jennifer Men: Bought the unlimited $39 which included 3 hours to do the mini golf, Laser tag, drop tower, spin bumper car, race cars, and soft play. The place is kid sized but adults can still have a lot of fun. Enjoyed the race cars the most. The drop tower does not look intimidating but trust me it was better than expected. The only downside was the bathroom hygiene and lack of adult supervision. There were 4 girls in the bathroom Juling/smoking and all of them look about 12-14 years old. Heard a walkie talkie radio go off and someone asking to borrow the Jul right after stating they could smell it from the outside. Other than that, it was a nice place just keep your children supervised.
Jen C.: If you enjoy being nickel and dimed for EVERYTHING, you'll love this place. Staff was peasant and helpful and the building was clean, but the business model here is terrible. We won't be back- defy gravity and urban air are a MUCH better value.
Dolores Pena: Great staff, great food!
London Simone: My daughter adores this location! The rides were enjoyable, and we didn't have to pay a lot for unlimited play time. The personnel was also really friendly. This is an excellent spot to bring your children.
Tex Coghill III: On a planned day with family and friends we decided to purchase the 2 hour unlimited pass for 30 per person. As we wait in line for go-carts there is a Birthday party that the "Corporate policy" allows those party members to skip line. We stood in line for 25 minutes as 3 different times they let them go before the paying customers. Keep in mind this is a 2 hour pass. Almost 30 minutes go by still not riding yet. It cost $9 per ride if purchased separately per rider. Got out of line to ask for a refund because it wasn't worth the money nor was it fair to the rest of us. This is a horrible policy. My family and I will never return here again and will be letting any other friends and family know about this policy and not to purchase unlimited pass. Especially if there are birthday parties. They should warn customers purchasing these passes. So atleast their not surprised and feel like they have been ripped off since there is no refund. Waste of $60 for me and my child.
steve wright: My family and I decided to enjoy a day at Galaxy Fun Park. Upon arriving everything was fine it was busy but nothing too crazy. We got 4 of their 2HR unlimited passes and added on jump time. We jumped first and my wife and I only did 30 min while our kids did the hour. After which we decided to go to the go carts. After waiting in line a half hour and noticing 2 groups of people in a row jump the line from a separate area. When I asked what was going on they said it was party so they get priority…. Think about this we both are paying customers, I paid for a timed pass and yet I have to stand in line for 30 min while these other groups get to keep going in front of us. How is this even legal . I’m gonna l charge you for a timed pass but then not actually allow you to progress through a line. I asked to speak to the manager and he stated they will not give us a refund that all he could do was add time to our cards. Here is the think we don’t live in Raleigh and had planned our day accordingly for a 3 hr visit. 1 hr of jumping 2 of unlimited pass time. Additional time was of no value to me. Essentially I paid $120 and then was denied service. After discussing this issue with manager for several minute she said I’m sorry but I’m not getting fired to give you a refund. I am baffled by this experience. In the end my belief is Galaxy Fun Park accepted my money but then denied service in a round about way. This was are second time coming here and first time ever experiencing this. Needless to say this will be our last.
Capé: The gokarts are in disrepair, if you get one that actual runs you get 1st place.
Ace Marotta: Kids had a blast!! Loved the rope course, snack bar was pretty good and I just sat back and let them have at it. Pretty clean and manageable crowd
K Turner: I had an unfortunate experience there on Sunday. My 2 older sons were invited to a friend’s birthday party there. I brought along our 3 yr old daughter and purchased a card so that she could do the soft zone play area at least. When the older kids went to play the miniature golf, I brought her over to the soft zone area. The lady there immediately asked for a card to swipe for her to be able to participate in the soft zone play area. She swiped it and my daughter happily went off to play after removing her shoes. After awhile, the boys came over and found us. Our daughter was yelling that she was stuck and needed help. Mind you, no parents are allowed up there at all. My 6 yo son wanted to come in and get her and help her out. He went to ask the young girl if he could come in with his sister-she immediately said “Did you pay for this?” I walked over and said that they’re with a birthday party group and showed his wristband. She said that he would still have to pay. So, I had to leave my daughter yelling up there while I went to go to the kiosk to try to add more money on my card. Then she finally let him. Shortly after, another 6yr old boy from our birthday party comes running over. The mom, who is white, asks does he need to remove his shoes first and the girl says yes and just lets him rt in!! I was astonished!! What is the difference and why must my children pay but his mom was exempt from paying for her son to get in?! I really thought about questioning her about why we had to pay, but not them?? Not long after, the little boy went to go get 2 more friends and then asked the lady-“Can my friends come in and play too?!” She just opened the gate and let them right in!! I’m sitting there like this is UNBELIEVABLE!!! The mom eventually went to tell the rest of the birthday party group about it-thinking that it’s a free attraction since she never charged them at all. There was another black mom with the party that walked up with her 2 girls and she had them take their shoes off to come in-immediately the young girl stood up to ask for their card to get in!! They looked confused because apparently the white mom told them that it was a free attraction! I stood up and said “No, she made me pay $6 for each of my kids or she wouldn’t let them in.” The other parents were like “Wait, what??” The white mon was like “Seriously, that’s crazy!! She didn’t make us pay anything for our son?!” Sounds like very sketchy, discriminatory practices here where they make you pay or you’re not allowed “in” if you look a certain way🤔Very disappointing to say the least, especially since we just had a birthday party there for our 10 yr old son in July. I hope that they speak with her and that this never happens again there. If you have a policy in place, everyone should all pay or it should just be free for all the kids. Period. I will be sharing my experience with others as well.
Jon G.: My kids love this place! Lots of fun on the tramps and go-karts.
Will Neese: Expensive for what you get for the go carts, golf, bumper cars, and Lazer tag package. I think it may be a bigger bang for the buck just loading the card with what you use.
Alex Granados: Very organized. Clean. First time here and he had so much fun. Staff is amazing. I love it.
Beverly Farnham: Fun glow putt putt golf with our grandson and then some games afterwards!
nahla lutfi: Love it

Giovanny: I had a pretty good experience, had friends over to play and all good stuff, it's a bit pricey and a few people were a little bit rude at some of the things (like the thing where you try to avoid the little things that knock you down with the trampoline) but overall I would definitely try to come back again! S T: I brought my son to a birthday party at this location some weeks back.I needed to arrive there at 12:00 noon. It was easy to find and there was ample parking when I got there. I can't say that there would be as many parking spots accessible a little later. Urban Air is located within a busy shopping plaza. When we left around 2:15 the parking lot was completely packed. My experience when walking in was a good one. I was greeted immediately and told what I needed to do to access my already paid for tickets. The process after that was simple. Show the tickets, he got his bracelet and off he was to the races. There's definitely a lot for kids to do there. They had a virtual reality station, a huge jungle gym with different levels on it and a jumping spots to mention just a few of them. His favorite was the zip line that brought him all around the facility from above. It definitely look like fun.The birthday rooms were the typical size spaces that you would expect. Once the door was closed on them the noise from the rest of the facility was not even a factor.I definitely would recommend anyone who is looking for a place with multiple activities for their kids to do. Needless to say my son wanted to go back again another day.
Yssa Taybron: I gave this place 4 stars because it's full of different obstacles for kids to experience and have fun. It's like a little amusement park! I took 4 of my nephews here at a great discounted price, and they had a blast. However, they have to do something about the food there. It's very bland (unseasoned) to be pricey, The Buffalo chicken is spicy yet soggy, and my nephew bought funnel cake fries (6 small fries and powdered sugar), and it wasn't good!
Rebecca Gibbs: I had my daughters 13th birthday party here yesterday and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! Don’t let the price fool you as you get a private room, THEY DECORATE, they supply food and beverages, unlimited play to each attraction AND you get a personal room attendant. This was a favorite bc it allowed me to relax and not have to worry about staying on track.the manager Andrew and our room attendant Lauren went above and beyond in customer service and communication! we will surely be coming back!
Heather Dean: We had so much fun!!!
London Simone: The previous weekend, I went to the urban air trampoline and adventure park, and it was not bad. The park is pleasant with a variety of enjoyable activities, and my daughter and her friend had a good time with the $33.00 package that covered almost everything in the park. However, the staff at the snack bar was misbehaving, pretending to fight while I was trying to order food. Additionally, I had to wait for more than 30 minutes to get my order, and the lemon pepper wings were burnt while the fries were cold. I am extremely dissatisfied with the food and services that were provided to me.

Allie Thurkill (Sock Thief): The mini golf is fun, but I haven't done the go carts. As for the arcade, quite a few of those games last all of thirty seconds and you could easily just play them on your phone, but they do have a good mix of games. No pinball though, which was disappointing.
Daniel Harrell: This place use to have great mink golf but unfortunately it seems like they have split the great course into three sad courses and it sucks, I rather pay more per game then have a terrible course, but the go carts were dun as ever but a lot of the arcade games aren't working like they should and it kinda kills it for me, adventure landing use to be the place to go for fun but it is kinda a ghost of what it use to be
Eric Townsend: Great staff and fun activities.
Peter Rubino: Adventure landing was the absolute best! I took my family there to play time-crunch, polio, and laser tag. Out back is mini golf and to the side adjacent to the wood line by the parking lot is a massive wood rollercoaster. Carnie Eddie let us ride over and over. DEFY Raleigh: what do users think?
Mic Breeze: Arguably the best trampoline park in the RDU area... The membership is a no brainier. If you just go twice you've virtually made your money back! My son is 6 years old and has a blast everytime!!
Angela VonCanon: Great for a birthday party or just hanging with the kiddos!! Good balcony area to watch. It even has a refreshment area. Love it!
Samantha Beauley: Got to hang out with my little brother and still have some fun myself
Kastone E-commerce: It's a nice place for kids to have fun!Had an issue an issue to which they resolved promptly.
Ivan J.: The membership cost is a bait and switch.First they tell you (representative not a computer) that the charge is $25 a month for the family and the following charge was $99. This is the exact cost that I was paying if I would not have a membership. That’s not what I was told. I will definitely not recommend this place.Teach your employees to be clear when it comes to membership cost. I’m waiting for my refund.
Nicki Betterbid: My four year old loves going and honestly, so do I. Lots of fun to be had!
Timur: Cool place. Not only for kids, but for adults too. It has 3 professional trampolines, so you can try do some tricks
Sheng H: First time here with the family. We had a blast.
cherie hylton: CleanSome new gamesLove the summer deal
Carol MacDonald: Kids love it and the staff
Robyn Riley: We love DEFY! It's a great way to get out some energy, both for toddlers and adults. Love the variety of things to do here- they have things to climb, swings to play on, lots of freestyle trampolines, basketball, dodgeball and more! Every employee we've spoken to has been pleasant, friendly, and helpful. Looking forward to coming back soon!
PREPSTAR: Broke my big toe here. Watch out for the trampoline wall jump...
Fabian Moore: Good environment my kids enjoy themselves.
Sawyer Campbell: A absolutely exceptional place for children aged 3-16. Any child younger, I wouldn't recommend given there are a few hazards for a child that young. All and all it was a wonderful experience for my little ones! Be sure to bring socks, as they are required, if you forget, it's ok, they sell socks at the counter.
Jo langston: So much fun and staff really nice. Well worth the price. Just a very fun family time.
Quentin Riley: Great atmosphere for kids 3 and over
Crystal Hall: Not enough staff to cover all activities. I feel it’s expensive.
Nenee Saravia: Excellent attention from the staff and is my grandchildren's favorite place to play.
Shana Thompson: Horrible birthday party experience. We booked from 12:30 to 2:30 and were told we'd have an hour in the party room with 15 minutes prior to set up, and were told that we should arrive 15 minutes prior to party time. We did, and were not helped. We were sent to fill out waivers for our own kids and one for ourselves even if we weren't jumping. That part is fine. Meanwhile, though, we have two ice cream cakes sitting on a wire rack that I had to flag someone to please put in the freezer so we wouldn't have a puzzle.Turns out the party room was for 1:30 to 2:30 - that's okay and all, but we did not get our 15 minutes prior to decorate - we were just kind of left to find the room ourselves - it's waaaaay around the corner behind the bathrooms at the end of a maze. The room was big and air conditioned and I don't have any complaints about the room itself.Eventually, our helper came in and brought our pizza and drinks and he served the kids. This guy was a treat - he was friendly and polite and treated the kids respectfully (they weren't that loud, but I imagine after hundreds of kids day in and day out it might get to be overwhelming.)On Easter weekend we'd gone to a party for a child at Urban Air in Wake Forest - I'd *highly* recommend UA over Defy. UA is huge with tiny party rooms but you can rent two. They didn't cut the kids off after "time was expired" (which all in all they only really had an hour to jump at Defy because of the hour for the room).Small facility, relatively clean, HORRIBLE customer service - everyone is like 20 years old and they act like they'd rather not be there at all.
Coree Hansen: Good staff, clean facility and great fun!
Pat Daniel: It was a fun place. My grandson enjoyed it

J T: The only reason I didn't give it 5 is that the parking situation is a pain. It's not clearly defined where you can park for the business and the lot itself is very small.
Tonya Mason: The experience was fun, exciting, and great as a family activity. I'm looking forward to doing another one of these escape rooms there.
Chris Brown: Great experience with a really fun Christmas themed escape room. This was perfect for our family of 4. Will definitely do it again!

Scott Sorensen: We had an awesome time! They were really helpful and our group really enjoyed the room! We will for sure be coming back again.
steven latham: We had a team building event here recently and the entire group had a great time! The owners are helpful, polite, and accommodating. The room was challenging enough for all of us while still entertaining. We'll definitely be back.
Wanda Ruiz: Amazing experience.
Brandy VonKelsheimer: Small from the outside, but very well put together when you actually do a room. We had a blast.
Matt Klawiter: Fantastic escape rooms!
Kristin Kennedy: A great group of people runs this place! We first came for the North Pole room, and it was a pretty new room, so they were still working out the kinks (which they had mentioned). We loved it, and escaped, but Mary Lou was so great and encouraged us to come back for Tacky Christmas. We have been here twice now, and had so much fun in both rooms (Tacky Christmas and North Pole)! Definitely coming back.
Brent Summers: Consistently has great rooms, one of our favorite escape room places! Family run and such nice people, highly recommended !!
Dan Moore: Really fun puzzles and team building! We've been back a few times now. Definitely recommend it
Damen Peterson: Quality puzzles. Excellent service from staff. We had a truly fun group activity for our co-workers!
Ashlea Higgins: Went here with my family for the Tacky Christmas room and there arent enough words to describe how amazing and just how much fun we all had during the hour trying to help Santa escape the chimney. We went there for my nephew and I'm telling you what, I think all the adults there had just the same amount of fun if not more than he did. The room was brilliantly designed and the difficulty level was honestly hard. Mac had mentioned earlier that it was a 50% success rate and he was not kidding. If you think you're walking into an easy win, you're mistaken. We were able to finish within seconds and the rush was thrilling. Mac was very helpful and a wonderful host for us as we made our way through the room. It was just a very warming experience, especially so close to the holiday. If you haven't already tried an escape room here, it's a definite must. I will go again, for sure!
Donveyea Fleming: Had a good time with my family and friends! The Green Room was fun and challenging. The price was affordable. They also offer deals and discounts when booking online. This a great group activity 🤗
Jennifer Overman: This is what my daughter wanted to do with her friends for her 11th birthday. The kids had a blast. She chose the unreal room which is for ages 9 to 13. The whole experience was great. I hope to go back and do one myself.
Brian Stogner: I have played a lot of escape rooms. The room I played was very fun and entertaining. Staff was friendly and responded to a minor issue very quickly and friendly.
Helene Murphy: So much fun and very challenging!
Gwen B: So much fun!!!
Tillanous: Had an amazing experience playing A Very Tacky Christmas! Mack greeted us outside and everything. We used a combination that didn't work correctly and he caught it right away so it preserved our great experience. We had a lot of new people and he was patient with us. If you have ever had a bad experience at another place try this place out. Just an amazing experience and my family agrees!
Elizabeth Portner: We had a way better time at this local, family owned small business than the big commercial chain we went to for my birthday. We did their Tacky Christmas room with a large group, and had a lot of fun. I really appreciate that Mack was monitoring properly, and caught that we had a lock code correct, but had not put it into the lock correctly. Thank you to your family for making our family visit a fun time.

Shaniece Gamble: We decided to come to Pullen Park after church I’ve been on many different occasions, however my 2 year old hasn’t this was his first time, and what do you know he loved it . Although many of the attractions weren’t open we still had a good time. Parking wasn’t bad this time either. We were able to ride the train and he played a while on his age appropriate play ground. All in all I’d say it was a fun day at the park ☺️Update June 2023We came back and it was amazing we brought our niece with us this time she and my son had a wonderful time !Playground: As always well maintainedRestrooms: Restrooms were actually clean !!
Jocelyn Teoyotl Rayon: A family friendly park filled with activities! Park entry is free but I recommend you to look up the park website to buy tickets for the games ahead of time and for additional activities!
Holly Sullenger: Great place for families. Rides, paths, green spaces, food, and more.Restrooms: Several are available.
V Parham: Attend birthday party here. It was a little difficult to find shelter #4 since there is no way yo see the shelter number from the street. Also, a good number of the guests parked down the hill not knowing the shelters are very far away from the entrance point. Not saying there aren't restrooms, but I didn't see any or sign for them.
jah jah Frierson: Kids had a great time reasonably prices scenery was one of the best yet
Pradeep Kumar: Scenic little park very close to downtown. Good fit for kids - lots of rides and play area.
