Douglas Furs of Raleigh: what do users think?
Sixx: I moved to Raleigh in 2016 and my parents moved here in 2019. I told my mother about this place and told her we should store our coats here. I even had them alter my mink jacket. We have been storing our coats (4 in total) there ever since.Douglas furs just had a big “sale” this weekend where you were supposed to get a good deal on new and pre owned furs. BULL!! First….the selection for small people sizes 4 or 6 was almost nonexistent which was very disappointing and discriminatory. And if you found a pre owned coat they would charge you half of a person to alter it to your size. Why when you had little to non coats in small sizes. Second….the prices were not comparable, very expensive. Third… the sale person was mot helpful at all. Fourth….I brought my friend there and the sales person who was initially helping me put all his energy into helping my friend. I guess it’s because they had a massive selection of coats in her size. He totally stopped helping me and kept trying to push a coat onto to me that I didn’t want. To add insult to injury, my friend (whom I told about the sale) found a nice coat and headband when it was me who wanted to walk out with a new coat and headband!Don’t waste your time going here. Take a trip up north where the selection is more and the prices are less.…..WHO SAID ANYTHING ABOIT A ISED COAT?! It is discrimination when you don't have a large selection of a certain size and call it a"SALE" and then want to charge an astronomical price to alter a coat that's two sizes too big!I had a function to go to the next day and my plan was to buy a "NEW" mink to wear to that function. DIDN'T happen!!!!Do not discount my experience! The older man that was initially helping me STOPPED and gave all his attention to my sister!Being that there were not a lot of small sized coats, one expect that there would have been more effort given to me. Sorry that I'm a size 4 and have been all my life even after children! It's very evident that Douglas Furs doesn't take accountability for anything! People make mistakes and things happen, but instead of you owning your stuff and asking how can you fix the situation you try to deflect. On all the reviews that are terrible NOT ONCE have you asked how could you help, fix or rectify one's bad Experience with tour company! I’m what you call a loyal customer!!!!
Carla Loftis: Great company to work for. Owner is fair and ethical.
Lindsey Spain: I placed two fur coats on consignment with them. One of them was in excellent condition, and the other was vintage and in very good condition. They have done literally nothing to try to sell the coats. Every time I call, they just tell me that they are "on the sales floor." I priced the coats at their suggested price and lowered the price as suggested as well. I had to pay them an upfront "cleaning fee" and "storage fee, " which means I've lost money in trying to sell these coats which they still haven't done in a year. I will not be renewing my consignment contract with them as they have proven that they are unable to consign successfully. I do not recommend them for consignment purposes.
Sheila Redmond: I took a mink coat in to get it repaired and glazed. The only problem I have is the pressure in trying to get you to purchase a coat. . I was trying to listen to the person assisting me and the Korean/Asian gentleman was pressuring me to purchase a fur coat. It was extremely annoying. I understand sales, but the pressure to purchase was too much.I don’t like to be pressured.
Karen Cockerel: They were suppose to fix a few small things like a small hole in the pocket of my fur. They sewed it so closed that a child can barely get their hands in it. I don't think it was stored properly. The fur looks really bad. I would rather drive all the way to NY to get to a business with more experience. It really looks as if they intentionally ruined it. They kept asking me to trade in trying to degrade my coat which looked fairly new before I brought it there. If you love your fine furs find another place
Beni Summers: CAUTION:For those who are looking to have an older coat repaired, I would not suggest this store.-scroll to bottom to skip the details---Relevant Backstory--Not too long ago, I received a fur coat from my grandmother, it was the last Christmas present my grandfather had given her before succumbing to a sudden horrific onslaught of medical problems and passing away shortly before I was born. After he died, my grandmother put the coat into storage until I was old enough to wear it.I recently wore this coat for the first time, and it was amazing. Unfortunately I was only able to wear it a couple times before a seam in the fur ripped. Obviously I was distraught. I planned a day trip up to Raleigh in order to take it to Douglas Furs (I live a couple hours away and this was the closest furrier). One of the associates took a look at it & stated that due to its age it could not be repaired and needed to be thrown away. After getting into the car and crying over how I was going to have to break the news to my grandmother, I contacted a taxidermist in a hail mary attempt to save whatever I could. She looked over the coat and repaired it in a single afternoon. Here's what I learned:1) even though the coat was old, it wasn't shedding (meaning the fur still had some integrity)2) due to my small size & the somewhat oversized nature of the coat, I would be able to wear it without causing too much stress on the seams3) the rip was on the seam in the shoulder, which is a high stress area & is normal in older coatsShe was also able to give me some more detailed information on the condition of the coat, as well as make some suggestions to prolong its life. I will definitely go back to craft the remaining fur into a keepsake when the coat finally does fall apart. The coat is still delicate due to its antiquity but I would expect nothing less from a 18+ year old coat. That's the price you pay for vintage.tldr: douglas fur told me to throw the coat away, a taxidermist saved it & told me to write a scathing review, I settled for this
MsSouthCaro: They picked up my fur at an Greenville, NC location which was convenient, plus they called to remind of pick up dates and time. The customer service from the young man was very good and professional. I was very pleased with the care and cleaning of my coat.
SHARRON LAWRENCE: Customer service fit for a Queen and/or King! Friendly staff ready to answer any question(s) while you try on furs for days!! So many choices available that it's impossible not to find your favorite fur & fall in love. Great place to purchase or layaway your next fur coat & accessories!!!
Wilma Williams: Trusted place that does take care of my coat every year
Tricia Phillips: I work there
Tanya V: I can’t believe someone rated 1 star just to be mean since they do not believe in utilizing fur. So here is 5 stars.
Doug Metcalf: For many years my family have used Hertzberg furs, purchasing, storing, etc. I inherited a full length coat and gave the coat to Hertzberg to sell. They did sell the coat in July of 2017. Since then the store has been turned over to Douglas furs. I have an invoice showing it was sold and partial payment to be made to me. I have called Douglas numerous times and they keep saying they will get back to me. I have not heard back from anyone. I would not recommend Douglas Furs for their customer service is not to be trusted. I assume a law suit may be the only option at this time.
Phoebe Briley: I recently inherited a couple of mink coats from my grandmother and was unsure what to do with them and who to go to for advice. A friend of the family recommended I take them to Hertzberg Furs in Raleigh, NC. and I can honestly say that they are a world-class furrier. I was thrilled with the service and advise they gave me. Robert was kind enough to spend a great deal of time talking with me about my options. After working with him today, I can say that he is a true expert in his field. He patiently and thoughtfully listened to my ideas and concerns and gave me excellent, sound advise.

Orvis: what do users think?
KATHLEEN TAYLOR: I love outdoor stores but I just like this one because it's mostly about fishing. I'm not into that but I like the clothes and accessories and especially all the dog stuff.
Caleb Thole: Fantastic experience. The staff is extremely knowledgeable, especially Nick. Listened to what I was wanting in a three weight, and found the perfect option which even ended up being cheaper than what I thought I initially wanted. Ended up getting even more items with the money saved.Thankyou, Nick for your excellent customer service and knowledge.
aaron live: I'm sure if you are a fisherman, this place would be great. The salesman was a bit much for me. I just wanted to leave. They should tone it down when a noob like me comes in. Very nice store tho.
Christopher A. Cunningham: Great assistance in the store. Pants I may never take off.
Jeph Me: Friendly and knowledgeable, had good discounts going. They also carry the most complete Orvis clothing line
Jeff House: Took the 2 hr intro course and really enjoyed it! Fun, informative and educational. Will def be back.
Bobby Medlin: Nick, Andy and Zach are great to work with! I have been to other locations and this group is by far the best!
Eric Fawcett: Always a pleasant experience. Clean, well stocked and friendly employees.
Benjamin Huey: Decent selection of tying materials which is what I was there for. Scored a fly rod case on sale was an added bonus. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable always happy to help answer questions.
Rob Ratliff: Wonderful experience. Went in this afternoon to cast some rods and browse around. Nick was very knowledgeable and accommodating.
Paul Guddat: Very easy to work with, good pleasant employees. Great selection of well made Clothes.
Jeff Miller: Their clothing may seem expensive but not when you consider the quality of many items. Catch them on sale and you've gotten a great deal.
Gary Kibble: Orvis is not cheap, but they do take care of their customers for life. We've taken free classes in how to tie fly fishing lures, how to cast a fly fishing rod, and a field trip to a nearby lake to practice fly fishing. Also look for many special events held on locations like BBQs.
Richie Guzior: This place is top notch in nice outdoor gear. They cater to fly fishing and light dry fit kind of clothing. Place is beautiful and clean. Plenty of variety and options in clothes, vests, jackets in men and woman. If you have a dog. They have a few things for your dog!
Beverly Graziani: Clothing is well made and comfortable. Sales people are helpful and gracious.
Salt&Sea *!: This place has great clothes for your grand parents or maybe great grand parents. There is not anything for any teen/young child. It seems like this store is simply for old folks who were too selfish to have children or grand children. The fly gear is good, and i love my personalized helios rod, best rod i ever laid my hands on and casted. The fishing side is good the old folks clothes are a hard pass.
James Parker: Great service and quality goods.
Mike: We did the fly fishing class and it was awesome. The staff was super helpful, and aside from a few obligatory pitches for some of their gea, it didn't feel like they were trying to do anything but teach people about fly fishing. Can't wait to do the advanced class where they take us out fishing!
Nicole Dolphin: Very kind staff!
Matt Miller: Craig, Graham and the team are all excellent to work with and really helped me sort out my fly gear needs (and wants) for an upcoming trip out west and I'll definitely be coming back to get some more local tackle. If you're interested in fly fishing at all stop in and have a talk with these folks. The Fly Fishing 101 course was also a great refresher for me and very friendly to the wallet (Free!!). Last but not least they had an event for dogs today at noon that brought in some handsome furry friends and the store is always dog friendly. Thanks again Orvis - Wade Ave!!!
Hector Santiago: Staff was customer oriented, very helpful clarify all the dought and make suggestions. Thanks for the advise.

Saks Fifth Avenue: what do users think?
Chandana Kori: I ordered shoes from Saks Fifth online and wanted to return them to the store because the size did not fit. The employee and her manager were extremely rude and they said the shoes were used and not in sellable condition when I had only tried them on once! Very disappointed with the experience. The worst franchise of Saks ever!
shailendra singh: Worst customer experience, extremely rude staff
Keista Anderson Sr.: Superb customer service
Zachary West: ugh please make it so I can get online orders shipped here! I do not know why this is not an option anymore?
Candace Williams: I love window shopping 🛍 but honestly, you can catch some amazing deals if you're into the brand
evelyn kelly: The clerk was very courteous and helpful in exchanging my online purchase.
Kandis W-T: First time I ever went in a Saks that didn't have any sales on purses and didn't have anything else to buy that's worth buying either. Never will I ever drive 2 hours again to this store it sucks. They have nothing. I wish I could give it zero stars.
Austin Freels: Ariana was extremely helpful! Definitely recommend her help & this location
howedy ya'll: Did not buy anything from them but they were very nice to me
Precious Mckoy: Never disappoints!
Jaclyn Hamilton: I love my Saks fifth avenue. However, Triangle is going under and changing their style to accommodate the unfortunate direction the mall is heading. I had several items in my arms, including a saks bag since I just bought a pair of shoes. I walked around to get service. Finally a lady was talking with another customer. I waited very patient to ask for a fitting room, which I waited till she was done speaking to other lady. The sales lady stated I'll be with you in a minute. Now I get that you are helping another customer, but all I needed was a dressing room. I felt she was focus on that one lady because she seem to spend more than I would be at the time. I just felt the lady was unaccommodating and a little judgmental. She didn't even check on me to see if everything was working out. Needless to say, I bought what worked and left.I will stick to the online shopping instead of going back to the store.
Richard Sweatt: I think you can only enter the store through the outside doors, inside mall doors to this store is always closed
Dave F: With the closure of half of the store and layoff of the long term staff this store feels more like a TJ Maxx than luxury shopping. The men’s section is truly awful, stocking only giant logo brands and plastic shoes. The women’s selection is better, but the layout of long rails, with clothes crammed in makes it feel like bargain hunting experience at a thrift shop. On our last few visits the staff have been inattentive and on their phones. Not worth the 45 minute drive anymore
Dontez D “Biggdaddytez” Johnson: Very nice
Tolu “Ijebu Tech” Osinowo: High end store with a good bit of luxury clothing. It's growing slightly but I wish they had more options though, like a men's St Laurent section. Overall my best store in the mall, definitely recommend
Aaron Barnes: Staff was super nice and friendly. The selection was not what I was accustomed to for a Saks store. Mostly athleisure and mainly one brand.
Archita V: The collection is great! But the staff react rudely when something is taken off the final bill
Keverne Fung: Staff is super helpful even when she’s very busy. Very good multitasking skills. I hope that they have more sizes a available in store so that people like me can have a chance to try on before purchasing, especially for the brand Essential
Yaminan Skinner: Not once was we addressed if we needed, I was at the Bobbi brown cosmetic counter and asked if I needed help, and she never came back. Now, maybe 🤔 she forgot about me but am a black woman with a cane. I am that easy to miss, the store was not crowded but I feel there was more workers than potential customers. Lol I 😆 will never buy anything from this store ever.
t. catz: The quality of this Saks has really gone down hill since even last yr!Will not return!
Roxanne Harris: Love my tote bag, pick up went easy.

Revolver Consignment Boutique: what do users think?
Lauren Dillon: Gorgeous selection with impressive range brands/prices, I love a good sale rack & they delivered.Being new to this area I’m glad to have discovered Revolver as it is a gem! Having shopped at consignment stores for yrs I can say this place sets itself apart. Shopping here is my kind of vibe..fun/cool/unpretentious with helpful staff that came across as genuine. Very impressed they offer Mens clothing, dudes want to be sustainable too! Best of all (for me) Lucy the sweet non-shedding doggo who lets you love on her if you want a dose of pet therapy. Dog friendly small business that’s good for the planet ..in a fun area for shopping, coffee, lunching etc.
Sofia: I happened upon Revolver Consignment on Hillsborough while visiting another business across the street. It was my first time in the shop, but I knew their previous location not too far from the current. Overall I felt the goods, while curated very thoughtfully were overall disappointing. I saw a garment with several snags and hanging threads.  Although described as "designer" I didn't see many brands that were. I would say they're more middle of the road and closer to a "secondhand" shop.Everything was maintained, orderly, with items neatly displayed. The staff were attentive & friendly, greeting everyone as they entered. I was also not impressed with the prices but do realize that there is a commission that needs to be made. Unfortunately, I can't say that I would return to this one since I have other favorites in the area.
Polly Rodriguez: Top notch quality clothes and accessories.
Shelbie LeBron: Love the new location on Hillsborough street. Best Prices, Well curated items for Men and women at several price points from Zara - Designer (The Row, Gucci, Zimmerman) and the owner and staff are amazing.
Jessica: October 7 2022 - store is closed (as in empty and closed down) and have a sign on the door that says they moved in September but they aren't at that location either. Don't try to go here, it doesn't look like they exist anymore.
Rachel Latson: Impeccably curated consignment boutique. They pay close attention to the quality, trend, and labels they carry. I always find something to take home with me when I stop in.
Paula Schulz: The website said it was nothing but high end items so I had my friend drive me an hour to this store to replace my purse. I found H&M clothing and like ten purses to choice from. False advertising on their part.
Lyndsey Campbell: Good selection for good prices! Got some Citizens of Humanity jeans here that fit like a glove.
Fernando Bautista: Muy bonitas cosas encuentras ahi!!
Joanna Bousquet: Higher end consignment store. Great variety. Bit pricey.
Xi Liu: it's my first time being in this store but I fell in love with it. There is a cute dog there. The things in the store are really interesting and thd price are really good.
Cheyrl Hodges: It was nice and very clean....
Carolyn Tripp: No plus sizes and extremely high prices. Higher than buying brand new from retail store!
Jordan Cabrera: They close at 6!I read 7 on maps so I overstayed, but the employees were too kind to say anything.Great selection of clothing. Items are pricey, but curated. Was fun looking at all the designer brands
Ladi Nore: The Color system for discounts is misleading, most shops use color code system to display discounts, the store has a color code system (TAG BY COLOR CHART WITH PERCENTAGES DISPLAYED) with color tags, if you were shopping you would think green tag is 40% off, oh no, it has to have a color tag along with a dot of the same color, this is not clever it is misleading, FOR THIS REASON I WOULD NOT SHOP THERE AGAIN.
Diana Dea Anderson Banish: Best high quality consignment with amazing men and women clothing and accessories.
A “ARB” B: Way over-priced
Tawni Lamb: This was a nice little boutique! They do have a wide selection of prices, sizes and designers. Remember, this is a LUXURY consignment shop! You are gonna see high end brands here! The prices are significantly lower than what you would pay retail. You are paying for the name and the unmatched quality! Their merchandise was also in good condition. As a bigger woman I was glad to see plus sizes! We will definitely be back!
Edward Hurley: Very very pricey
Elizabeth Chamblin: As a former Consignment shop owner, I found this shop to be awesome! Well lit, friendly staff, clean, designed nicely. I was only able to spend a few minutes because my friend was looking for an evening gown. I saw a elegent evening top from Dolce and Gabbana for only $125, I should have gotten it! Will come again and load up on some Chloe stuff!
Marianne Mullen: Obsessed! Great clothes at a good price. Very well organized and good customer service as well!

Cause for Paws Thrift Shop: what do users think?
Laurie Hart: The hours are wrong on google for Sundays, it’s 12pm-6pm for their hours. We walked inside and the cashier told us they didn’t open until 12pm (we walked in at 10:15am) and low key had an attitude with us and the other customers who walked in right after us. We drove an hour to come to this store..…. 😕 Overall it’s a nice thrift store though!
Randy Murphy: We love visiting this store! Jacqui and I find some awesome things. Trey, the manager, does an awesome job in making this store so appealing!
Kharis Smith: such a cool place to shop!! If you would like to help animals while purchasing goods this is the perfect place to do so. Cause for paws had a wide variety of books, clothes, jewelry and home decor. The kittens and cats were so cute and adorable. I would definitely come again when in raleigh.
Angela Gulley: Purchased knickknacks (coasters, sea shell for potpourri and a candle holder.) Also 3 belts and 3 pairs of jeans. All for $28.
Mr Moore: Horrible customer service, store is filthy, terrible selection of mostly broken and dirty/unclean items, and outrageous prices that make you laugh a little. Owner was extremely rude. This place has gone downhill. No longer on my list of thrift stores in the area to frequent. Stay away.
Kailee Hamilton-Gray: I have gone here multiple times now and always have a great experience. I enjoy their selection and the staff has always been friendly. I got a couch today and all the staff were really great with helping me get it in my vehicle. Overall great place and will continue coming back!
Jonathan Young: My friend Dot pleaded with me to give this location another chance since new Management. So I went...and was blown away! More room to maneuver, friendlier staff (that cashier with the green hair was on point), etc. And then... I met the man behind the transformation--Trey. We commended his leadership and he delivered again, this time, on a treadmill. Credit where credit is due.
Josie Standridge: It smelled terrible, so bad that the person i was with and i were unable to stay more than five minutes.
Charlie King: This is a decent thrift store, great cause and I know people love it. BUT - Yesterday I had a dead battery in their parking lot on a horrible rainy Sunday. After about 10 minutes of asking around I found someone to give me a jump but my car was parked head-in with a car on either side so no way for the good samaritan to pull next to me.I asked a worker if one of the cars next to me belonged to an employee and if so could they kindly move it so I could get a jump. Turns out one of them was an employee's, she said she'd check with them in the back. Came back a few minutes later and said "Sorry she can't help you". I explained saying I didn't need a jump, just for her to move her car. She said OK and went back again to speak to the employee. After a few minutes she came back and I kid you not, said "She doesn't want to move her car".I ask to speak to the manager, and she points her out to me, she's been right there the whole time. So I ask the manager (person with green hair) if she can intervene and help me. She says "I can't make her move her car", and then disappears into the back to ask her again, never to reappear. After about 20 minutes the owner of the other car next to me came out and I was able to get a jump from the very kind man that had been patiently waiting all this time.Long story short - decent thrift store, great cause, but ridiculously lazy and downright rude and unkind employees. Those words don't even begin to describe it. They were all total jerks.
Vanessa L.: I was a bit colder than expected on my trip in town and couldn’t find any stores with clothing besides an Urban Outfitters (which only seemed to have child size apparel.) Decided to check out this thrift store and so glad that I did! I found not only one but TWO fantastic, comfortable, clean and stylish jackets to wear in town, also got to pet some adorable kitties that are up for adoption. Really excited about this store and definitely recommend anyone visiting to check out!
Cool Trainer: Great people, great service, great selection on everything, even kitchen sinks. Manager Trey very helpful and professional.
Kayla Adams: Every time I go to this store I am greeted with the same extremely rude store manager. I asked him a simple question about the price of an item and he proceeded to take the item from me and said you don’t have to buy it and walked off. This is only one story among others and honestly don’t know why I keep coming to this location.
Analyze Jarman: I don't know how long Trey has been in this store but this store has been needing someone like him. He's the one to ask for specific items. The clothes just for kids is still in bins unfortunately. On the other hand, there's a lot of stuff in this store. You'll find it.
jo mama: I try to be mindful, as someone who has worked many, MANY jobs, of people's responsibilities, but the cashier up front today was very rude.It was seemingly busy and she was the only person up front ringing people out, which is absolutely frustrating for her, truly. So I felt horrible. I was here for a good amount of time with some time to spare before I had to go to work. I wanted to use up the rest of my time here trying on the clothes I was super excited to purchase. I ended up waiting 15 minutes until I finally got a hold the cashier to see if she could possibly unlock the dressing rooms. Trust I felt bad interrupting her.But she was rude and very harshly said "I am the only person up here, you're going to have to wait. NEXT IN LINE!" Quite literally did not give me any time to respond, and immediately demanded the next person in line.I'm not going to buy clothes I cannot try on. I debated being rude and just leaving the basket for them to pick up after and have to put back but I even had the kindness to put everything back where I got them from. Left and did not (and will not) be purchasing from a rude location that also does not have a more convenient system for their workers as well...
Anna Strickland: Rude staff, animals won't get adopted if the staff speaks to potential adoptees in the manner by which I was spoken to today. Try hiring individuals with better interpersonal skills, that seems like bare minimum for customer service positions. Not coming back, trash clothing selection too.
Danny Sodano: I love supporting this place. Good selection and amazing prices
Caitlyn Eickleberry: Wasted time shopping, found 2 items, get to checkout and say there is no price on them so they can't sell it to us. 1. Why was it out on your floor 2. Where is the manager, they should know what to price it 3. Waste my time shopping, could have been finding what I needed elsewhere. Good luck raising money for animals when you can't even have a functional business that can sell products. Don't waste your time, half the store probably isn't even for sale.
Jeremy Frost: Rude employees! Was told at 5:15 to leave cause they're closing. You should update your open times cause it clearly says 5:30.
Kat Campoli: I’ve been coming here throughout the years but have rarely ever scored good items. Clothing selection sucks and is extremely overpriced. Furniture is almost always busted in some way, broken, missing pieces, and is still extremely expensive. Finding tables with missing tops for $50+, Walmart bookshelves with missing shelves for $30+. I’d maybe understand if it went to giving the employees a livable wage but from what I’ve heard they only make minimum wage and are treated poorly by management. Would also maybe understand if that money went towards caring for the cats but on many occasions I’ve come across sick cats with sneezing fits and eye infections. Would not recommend.
Daniel Payne: Visited Here Recently And Was Absolutely Impressed By Their Quality And Selection Of Goods!!! The Manager And Staff Were Very Kind And Respectful. Will Definitely Be Back, Thank-You Cause For Paws 🐾
C. McCandless: Great thrift store with tons of options and things to look through! Super adorable that they also work for adoption for the animals. Definitely will be coming back when in Raleigh

Jerry Howard: I have been using Carolina Fur Dressings for almost 10 years and I am always pleased with the quality and timely service they have provided. I would highly recommend them to others.Jerry

Cause For Paws Thrift Store: what do users think?
Edog 810: Really cool thrift store but it’s too hot inside could only stay for about 30 minutes or you might get heat stroke
Elissa A: Love the massive selections of all kinds of things. Adorable kittens in the store as well. The only downside is the smell is super strong.
Keshia C.: Great place to shop; I love this location.
Ben Tapp: This place is toxic. Be very careful when communicating with the manger. The cats are awesome. This place is incredibly dangerous. Be very careful!!
London Simone: I really enjoyed shopping at this thrift store today because it had a wide variety of different items. The clothes, furniture, and shoes were very nice and in great condition. I absolutely love the wall pictures. I also like how the store has brand name items. I saw a North Face coat that was very nice but not in my size. I will definitely shop here again.
Sandra Walker: I took two linen dresses with jackets that I had dry cleaned and was told to just put them in the outside bins. I said they were ready to be priced and put out to sell. They would get wrinkled. I was told to just put in the bins. I said if they didn't want them I would take elsewhere.a other girl who grudgingly took them to another room in back. I had linen pants to donate. Talbots brand. I will find somewhere else to donate them..
ROBERT REVIEW: OMG, the manager of this store is so very RUDE. She was yelling at one of the employees directly in front of the customers last week. I just got on here today to post. It is so embarrassing to watch this. This store needs to step it up by having better organization, cleaner environment, and definitely a better management team that appreciates their employees by not yelling at them in front of customers of this store.
Allison Jennings: It smells bad, and lots of items are over priced. I went for crutches recently and they were 7.99 each for heights under 5'10 and 14.99 each crutch for heights over 6'0. Stopped at goodwill instead got a seated walker for 15.99 and a pair of crutches for 4.99. Furniture here is really beat up and priced too high.
Teagan_Playz 4118: Today was my first visit. Staff was friendly and prices were reasonable. I don't like that the shoes are just placed randomly over the clothes, with no size order. And definitely didn't like the kids clothes just being piled on top of a table. I understand that method for infants, but not bigger kids. I probably would have bought a lot more if I didn't have to dig. Not sure I'd go back but I do love cats and support their mission.
Faith Davis: This is my favorite thrift store, I've tried a lot of them. Queer friendly!🌈
Han Stw: I really enjoyed visiting this thrift stores- they have cats inside! Good selection of clothing items, shoes, some electronics, and a lot of books (fiction and nonfiction). Most weekends they have some sort of promotion or deals going on. The prices are also decent for a thrift store. Parking available, but at times the lot is full.
Nerdy MoMo: Really enjoyed this location. Large selection of VHS tapes. I mostly look got VHS tapes and other trinkets from the 90/early 2000s.Only found 3 new tapes but their selection was the largest I've seen in the area so far. Staff was extremely friendly! He also had a pretty good selection of furniture items!
Mich Sykes: Large collection of goods. Cute kitties to saw hi to and cool staff!
Beth Pinckney: Love this place. So much variety and it is for a good cause. Also has a reward program.
Corin Perrin: I like the idea behind this store but to be honest it’s a little rough. Some of the inventory would be better off in the trash (think dirty old keyboard) and the whole place was a little unorganized. I had this gut feeling I should torch anything permeable before I brought it in my house (needless to say, I came home empty-handed). I won’t be planning a return visit.
Beatriz Acevedo: Me encanta
David Bowen: Loved the kittens.
EULALIO GIRAL: Super nice people, they are very helpful and always go the extra mile to help their customers
Kayla Mckearin: My favorite Thrift store & its for a good cause. Nothing better than paws 🐾
Jessica Warren: Very well organized and a lot of great finds. And cats to play with!!
Elisa Mercado: Plenty of clothing and books to go through. They had a lot of cute & sweet kitties today.
