isabel Roy: nobody said anything to me entire time I was shopping and when I was getting rang up. They also left my sensor on because they were in such a hurry even though they didn’t close for over an hour.
Marcia White: The young girl that waited on us was very friendly I wish I remembered her name. Very knowledgeable about the product they have for sale. She was really awesome.
Harper “oh yeah yeah” Ku: Genuinely horrible experience at the register. Im 18 and work at the Macys next door and I cant think of any reason the employees would be this rude. I was standing for 5 minutes at the register holding my items with no line before one of the three girls in a loud conversation behind the counter noticed. She asked if I needed something in an extremely rude manner like I was interrupting their conversation. While she was ringing me up she continued her conversation with the other workers and did not say anything to me. I had to wait for her to finish talking to give her the money for my purchase and she did not say a single word to me so I just walked away while she continued her conversation. Salesperson and Cashier number #677942. I have not had an experience this bad at any store and will not be returning. Absolutely unacceptable behavior from someone in any circumstance.

Peter Dawson: Came in the store today to purchase something and had a question in regards to any sales and when asking an associate I was met with terrible disgusting behavior where the employee was blatantly rude and disrespectful. It was to the point that I had to call them out about it and even then the employee showed no sign of remorse or empathy. Management should teach the teenage employees there some respect and manners. We put back the item and went to LuLu Lemon, where the employees treat customers with the utmost respect. I’ll never shop at Athleta again.

I tried jcrew, Macys and belk- I can never find something that fits right. Mary Kate was amazing and brought me a ton of options that fit so well. I’m 33 years old and have never had that happen. 10/10 would recommend.

Katherine: Today was my first time ever visiting a location, and it was worth the hassle of parking that takes a half hour regardless of the day. I needed a new face mask, but with them being final sale, it is too hard to judge the correct size and fit online. The lady who worked here was the most friendly person ever. She suggested a better option for me, and genuinely wanted the best for me. My experience today makes me want to be a customer (online and in person) in the future.

It's been nearly ten years since the last time I went swimsuit shopping because I had a suit that worked and I didn't want to put up with the hassle of searching for a style that I liked and a size that would fit. But I needed a new suit, so I visited Crabtree and happened to stumble upon Athleta. I'm so happy I did! They had a decent selection (not huge, but a good variety) and the sizes were accurately marked. I especially liked that they had bra-sized bikinis. The fitting room assistant (Jen) was really sweet and helpful. I never felt uncomfortable or judged while I was shopping. The swimsuits appear durable and well made, including real metal clips and rings to avoid the embarrassment of having your bathing suit break on the beach. Overall, I was very pleased with my experience and hope to purchase more from them in the future.

Kruti Patel: I would give zero or negative if I get choice. Simple transaction of return associate made it so difficult that I walked out because my 3 year old got tired of waiting. It clearly showed from her face that she didn’t want to do that transaction.
Christina Bohanek: My daughter and I had an extraordinarily good experience at the Gap at Southpoint today. Wendy helped my daughter pick out clothes for well over an hour. Not only did she help pick them out, but she talked to my daughter about how to wear them, what styles were popular and guided her to styles that were flattering. Wendy provided the best customer service I've had in a store in a long, long time. The Gap is very lucky to have her!

Sun-Hi Kim: Beware of UNMARKED Final Sales! I recently bought a pair of pants at this Gap store and when I went to return them the associate told me they were "final sale". When I told her they were not marked final sale she told me that they were marked final sale on my receipt! Obviously that is ridiculous - I can't see the receipt until AFTER I buy the pants! I asked to speak to a manager who told me "okay, I'll give you a refund this time only!" I agree with the previous reviewer who said the managers at this store are very condescending. When I suggested that they put up a sign to let customers know when items are final sale she rudely replied "we can't put up signs for every single little thing!" Wow. I would definitely steer clear of this store, and the Gap in general!

They get new clothes and tell customers they transferred them out a week later making it impossible to wait for the item to go on sale. I’ve been shopping at this store for years back when Sarah was a manager she was great she made sure her employees were great and made everyones shopping experience enjoyable that store surely does miss her I never had this issue until new management started arriving in not even sure who’s a manger anymore because the mangers seem to be on the same level as the employees but I really do hope they pull themselves out this hole they’re in I’m not looking forward to taking trips to Southpoint every time I wanna shop

I, of course, wanted to try them on before driving all the way home and was met with clearly an attitude from the manager on duty. She said “we have them closed since there is no one to watch them”. I stated I had already purchased the items and just needed to make sure they fit and she seemed completely annoyed by the fact. There’s a reason I avoid this location at all costs but unfortunately the one closer to me did not have my items.

I told her you guys close at nine so there’s no reason for it to be closed right now and she said that there was nobody to watch it even though I saw about five employees just walking around. Martin Trujillo: I personally love the store, great prices, discounts, and you even get 20% off your entire order(only if you text the number on the mirrors), Staff is very helpful and look out for each other, I also heard they’re hiring and honestly the metal health state is very very good for any teens who are looking for jobs. I may be a guy but I love the way their women's coconut rush & gum drop fragrances smell, as well as the cedar and hemp cologne!! Henry Pea: Place is ran by a maskhole. Will not allow customers to enter without a mask regardless of vaccination status. And that's fine. Their business, their rules. Fortunately I don't have to participate. Me and my money will go elsewhere.
