C G & D Studios: what do users think?
Kc Coolbaugh: I worried that family treasures would get glass/water bottle stained & didn’t want to be that parent/grandparent that constantly harped about using coasters. I knew glass tops were the answer.Finding a company that...1. Actually answered the phone &2. That went into customers homes was a major challenge… until I happened on their site. The reviews were great. So, I took a chance. When I used the “contact us” button on the website, I was hopeful that someone would respond someday. Within a few minutes Pinto was asking how he could help. I sent a few pics & a couple of measurements for pricing. Again Pinto responded right away. We scheduled the first part.Wallace, appeared within a couple of days to do the actual measuring and drawing of the templates.Delivery was scheduled. We excitedly awaited as Wallace & Bernard unloaded the large & heavy panes of glass. As each piece found its place in our home, we were delighted with the results. The men were professional, courteous & a pleasure to work with. Now, there is no need to worry. Each piece looks like it was meant to be there. The glass gives the furniture an added gloss.I thank Custom Glass & Door Studio for their precise & professional work.I highly recommend them to anyone needing glasswork!Kc Coolbaugh
D: Very thankful for the work that Pinto did. Very nice and professional. He was able to fix a glass fireplace door for me and gave me a very fair quote. He was also able to wait for me to arrive despite being busy and close to closing hours. I would highly recommend this location.
Southern Bell (Gina): "It's all about the View"Pinto, Jordan, & Wallace professionally guided us in our Folk Art Quilt Traditional Stainglass design process for our Primary Bathroom. Pinto was extremely helpful, Jordan, the Artist is talented, & Wallace, the Stainglass Crafter is highly skilled. The Stainglass C G & D Studios created is a brilliant, magnificent, & spectacular piece of Art that brings "Joy" every day. If you are considering upgrading your home with the timeless beauty of Stainglass, C G & D Studios is the premier place to go. I highly recommend this business because of the outstanding expertise service they provide. The final result is extraordinary!
Roshna Keen: I had a great experience. I needed some leaded glass cabinet inserts. I sent them a photo of what I wanted. They made it quickly and the final product looks great. I am excited to see them installed in the cabinets! I also compared prices to another place and they ran the same price but delivered significantly more quickly.
Brant G: Needed a special gift for wife's birthday, and they were able to print a selection of her photos onto a large glass panel to hang in a window. It was fantastic, and the service was excellent.
Richard White: Pinto is great. Really responsive and cares about customer service. We had them come and refinish our front door as it was really worn from the sun and they did a great job for a competitive price. Would recommend!
Rick Sullivan: I brought four kitchen cabinet glass doors to Jennifer with a rough idea for what I wanted. She led me through the options I might like and helped me dial in the design for the glass. She then drew up the design for review and delivered the final product ahead of schedule. Jennifer was a dream to work with! And my doors are my favorite feature of our new kitchen!!
Catlin Darner: As an Interior Designer I'm always looking for contractors that can make my client's dreams come alive and Pinto was able to do so! I could not be more pleased with the construction, design, craftsmanship, installation, etc... that he was able to provide us! We started with a very custom front door and needed a custom glass door to match and they went above and beyond!! Will recommend CG&D for any custom wood installation! Thank you all again for such a wonderful job!
Patrick Hayes: Excellent customer service from the owner, Pinto, and excellent workmanship on a custom front door glass repair. I had an urgent need to repair prior to an upcoming holiday house party and CG & D completed at quoted price and ahead of committed schedule. Highly recommended!
Axel Granholm: Fantastic artisan craft people. They are a dying breed hand making amazing art in glass. Can't recommend them enough.
Emily Davis: Very nice people & very creative designs. Glad to find this great resource in my area.
Lena Cox: CG&D installed a glass shower door for us in a tricky opening. They persisted in getting it just right. Excellent customer service and attention to detail.
Danielle Efferson: I had a decorative bathroom window designed by these guys. It is absolutely beautiful! The staff is great to work with. I highly recommend this business.
John Allen: CG&D Studios are consummate craftspeople. They use top quality materials, including top grade woods and their design and construction is impeccable. Finally, their finishes are beautiful, what you will fine on the highest quality furniture.
Cocoa Cinnamon: Rocco just came and installed the custom etched glass for our second location on Hillsborough Road in Durham. The etching came out better than we could have imagined and looks so beautiful in the space. The geometric design is based on the floor time in our grandparents' house in Mexico and seeing it installed is extra special.
Christine Berg: I contacted CG&D for two sets of shower doors in guest bathrooms. Since these were guest baths, I wanted something that looked nice but wasn't too expensive. The owner, Trip Cathcart, was very knowledgeable, professional, and responsive. He clearly laid out my options with pricing for each, and I appreciate the fact that he did not try to oversell me on something more expensive. The installer, Rocco, was great - very efficient and didn't leave any mess.I'm very happy with my entire experience with CG&D and highly recommend them.
Luther: The "WOW" factor. Our home that we had moved into 2 years ago had a very dark family room which we wanted to lighten up with natural light. Explored several window options and eventually we were led to CG&D Studios. What a great experience. Great, caring people that are eager to help with designs, suggestions and ideas. The finished product is just incredible and has completely transformed the room. On time, on budget and perfectly made. Don't waste your time looking elsewhere.
Ed Oberzut: May 16, 2014 -- by Ed OberzutMy wife and I experienced a great challenge when we worked long distance with a craftsman at CGD on a customized project of designing our colorfully stained glass bi-fold doors. But, when the finished doors arrived safe and sound very well packed in a tractor-trailer at our condo, we were so pleased when we opened the boxes. Immediately, a local craftsman installed the doors at the wide entrance to my office. We were positively thrilled to finally see our functional art piece in place. Our joy was so great that we felt we needed to share the experience, so we planned a “Grande Reveale” party for the other condo owners in our complex so they could also enjoy the beauty of our stained-glass folding doors.Prior to the party, the doors were covered over with sheets, like the veiling of a great art piece. At the beginning of the party, the room was lit only with a few candles and all the guests were quietly brought into the room to view the unveiling. We played American Indian drum music to a crescendo. At the proper moment, bright lights on the other side of the closed doors came on and the drape covering was quickly lowered. Everyone gasped with delight at the same time! The light showed up the marvelous colors and the Native American design. It was an awesome experience! The folding stained glass doors by CGD are our pride and joy and add so much richness and colors to our condo.
JD: installed a new shower enclosure and the job was perfect highly recommend!
Lynn Wawrzyniak: Great experience! Professional, prompt and matched a very difficult and old piece of stained glass. Very impressed and pleased with the service we received.

Glas neon: what do users think?
Luke Young: GLAS offers probably one of, if not the best neon classes on the east coast. Nice, friendly, knowledgeable teachers who just want to have a good time with you and teach you something cool. Not to mention that their custom signs are reasonably priced.
Julie G: Highly recommend this studio for anyone interested in learning about neon signs. The staff is so knowledgeable and kind. I had a great time in their 5 week “build a neon” workshop and am thrilled with my results! Thank you Glas team!
Craig Morgan: Rick, Kendra, Jared and Faith conducted great classes in neon glass forming! I highly recommend attending.
Linda C.: Neon, argon and xenon ... OH MY! Who knew the complex science behind this wonderful craftsmanship! Our group was pleasantly surprised on a recent tour -- so glad to discover this gem close by! The staff were very personable and accommodating, and happy to share their knowledge, even allowing some hands-on learning opportunities. Thanks for a wonderful experience, Glas!
Jim Stevenson: The art on display is amazing. The staff very friendly and enthusiastic about showcasing the work. Definitely looking forward to my next visit.
mark krieger: Such a cool place to explore and they have some really off the wall stuff here. All the things you dreamed of owning as a kid are sure to be found here. Don't mind the dust from concrete repair this is a must see in person !
Chase Erford: This place is super neat to visit. Will leave your face in awe with all the dazzling lights. HOWEVER, the craftsmanship of the small neon sign I purchased was shoddy as best. With the loose wires, cheap base, and old power cable, the sign was truly a rip off for the high price.
Catie Puckett: Thank you so much for accommodating our group yesterday! DJ was so kind to take time to walk us through and answer questions. And Vinnie pup was such a sweet greeter/ cuddler.
Percy II: Awesome place to visit! It's rare for a neon shop to open it's doors in such a welcoming fashioned, and on top of that teach!
Bruce Suba: Over the top neon sign/art studio !! Great work ,brilliant ideas !!!!!!!!!
Jared Johnson: Amazing place. They even do classes on how to make signs
Sara Parker: A rather cool place.

Glass Works of NC: what do users think?
John Swayze: I have read Sean's review of Glass Works of NC, and I have similar feelings about this company. The initial contact with Patrick was encouraging. He said the right things and his knowledge of glass was impressive. He seemed to be a trustworthy person/business. I'd seen some of his previous work on an old building and I was impressed. But after contracting him to do some glass work on my building, he was utterly disappointing: he wouldn't provide estimated times of delivery as requested; he failed to communicate with updates; he began work and did a little to impress, but stalled not even mid-way through. He's taken a significant deposit, but has utterly failed to accomplish the work. Patrick/Glassworks of NC is totally unreliable, non-communicative and a negative representative of this industry and a total failure. Buyer Beware!
Sean Montague: Unfortunately, my experience has been very poor with Glassworks and Patrick Everett. They made 5 new custom Low E double pane Glass Windows for me but did not clean the interior of the glass properly before assembly. Therefore the glass fogs up easily on the interior during wet weather. I have contacted him directly by email and voicemail for a repair but they do not return my calls or notes.
Nia Harden: They were early and they paid great attention to detail. The prices were beyond affordable! The owner held my hand through the entire process and educated me on the glass differences. Thank you so much!
Melissa Kennedy: We just had all our windows replaced with the Low E because that is what they recommended. What a difference in the energy efficiency in our home! Thank you Glass Works!
Randy D.: Pat came out on a short notice and installed a patio door glass on the spot. Excellent customer service and workmanship!

Carolina Glass & Mirror: what do users think?
Matt Davis: Fantastic local company - did glass shelves in my downstairs bar and it turned out fantastic - highly recommend Carolina Glass & Mirror.
Maritha Best: I wish they returned calls and emails as they promise. Someone came and measured my shower and said that i would get an email in a day or two with the estimate for a shower door. Nope. I called and spoke with a lady and gave her the measurements and the type of shower door I wanted. Again, I was promised a return email. Since they do not want my business, I can look elsewhere. If time is money, my time is not worthless.
Jim Roof: This is a revised post from July 2022 (which follows my new comments below). Before even seeing my earlier negative review, Michael Wilkins, owner of Carolina Glass, called me personally to apologize for the administrative problems I had experienced. He promptly followed up with a personal visit to my home and quickly provided a highly competitive quotation for our large bathroom mirrors, which I accepted. He sent a pair of highly capable techs to remove the old mirrors, timely fabricated the new mirrors, and sent the same tech team to install them. At no time did Mr. Wilkins offer excuses for the earlier problems and he did not throw anyone on his staff under the bus for the problem. He let his actions and the Company's subsequent performance speak for themselves. The job was done expertly and we are very pleased with the result. In my book, even though any business can stumble from time to time, Mr. Wilkins has seriously demonstrated how a good business should be run. Jim Roof, August 24, 2022Here is my previous 1 star post for context: "After a previously positive experience with CG, I contacted them to replace two large master bath mirrors. After multiple phone calls and emails and an untimely appointment for measuring, I still do not have an estimate or responses to some very simple questions. We have decided to do business elsewhere. CG obviously does not choose to provide the great customer service touted on their website. Pretty sad in today's competitive market place. Our time is simply too important to waste begging for responses. J Roof July 2022"
Chuck Lindholm: Called and counter lady answered and said sales were busy so took mirrors sizes and said I’d get a quote.Gave email and phone.Waited a week called back and talked to commercial sales since for Applebee’s and gave her sizes and never heard back.Called back and gave residential sales sizes and they never called or emailed.Went to another glass shop and had in two day.I get better service at DMV if that tells you anything
Randy Overton: Great selection of quality products. Mike was great to work with. He has over 25 years of experience in this business. I would highly recommend you dropping in, ask for Mike. Compare to others you have looked at.
Willie Robinson: I ordered the glass from them and gave my specifications. The glass was precisely cut and beautifully contoured. It took two weeks. It was an expensive process but we'll worth it.
Christie Weatherly: I am thrilled with my new glass shower enclosure, which replaces a 25 year old one. Believe me, it takes a lot to thrill me. The salesperson at the showroom listened to my concerns and helped me choose a good option for my situation. The gentleman who came to measure was very thorough, professional, and nice. The installers, whose names I have unfortunately forgotten, were painstaking in their work and did a great job. They too were professional and very nice. I wish I could name them because top notch workmanship is rare these days. The quality of the product appears to be excellent. I've done several renovation projects in the last couple of months and this is the only one I can say I am 100% satisfied with.
D M: I must say this is the ONLY PLACE I go to get any glass they are the best pricecin all the triangle u found. I'm in Knightdale so they are local easy to get to the staff is so friendly. They are so personal. Hunter was at the front desk as I walked in he was carrying an order for an elderly guest. They if you haven't given them your business yet you are missing out. This is my second time with them and every time is even better than the last.
Lynne Hebble: The best experience in Raleigh!!!!
kent Kolbe: No sign of wanting your small job. Evidently Carolina Glass of raleigh prefers dealing with larger commercial projects. I was given an e-mail quote. They asked for a template and when I brought it to them they rejected it due to I didn’t have the 6 holes (1/2”) actually cut through the cardboard.Guess what. You can ordered custom glass orders online. It was less expensive and had the pencil edges Carolina glass didn’t offer. They will need a picture of the template emailed to them.I emailed a picture of the template to a glass place in Charlotte and they have a very fast turnaround!
Amy Cook: Both times I’ve visited I’ve received excellent customer service. The owner is not overly syrupy southern sweet which I appreciate even as a southern born kid. Honestly I find the owner kinda hilarious in a super dry way, like an Aunt.As a beginner I respectfully told the owner where I am in practicing & was given good direction and advice to my direct questions. Anyone having issues here would do well to consider humility & the fact they normally give classes. Perhaps a beginner asking too many questions may feel like someone taking advantage. I’d love to take a class but Covid....As for the mask: I only noticed halfway through my first visit that the owner wasn’t wearing one. Meaning they didn’t force themselves on me but were respectful of my distance & considerate checking me out. They threw in 2 copies of a stained glass magazine as well. In fact, they helped me out to my car with my massive purchase of glass scraps on the second visit! 15lbs.! I made the choice to go back. I wear my mask.Don’t be mean. If you don’t want to be there then leave. I made the choice to wear a mask & sanitize during and after. Ya don’t want to then don’t.Anyway, I’m thankful for this business & look forward to doing more business with them in the future.
Seyfi Genç: Hello from Turkey,I watched your work at TLC love or list it...Thanks for sponsorship.
Amy Clifton: They installed my frameless shower enclosure 16 years ago. My door handle had loosened up a little so I stopped by to see if they could show me how to tighten it and they were so helpful. Not only did I get a demo on what to do, he gave me the little wrench to do the job with! They will always have my business!
matthew ingram: Very fair on price and installation and Carolina provides an excellent value. Our new home didn’t have mirrors installed, so we did some research and decided to have Carolina come out and they provided a free quote. They do precise measurements with a laser to make sure the fit is good. Our upstairs bedroom was very tricky and they recommended the best solution and we are very pleased with the result.I knew we couldn’t beat the price and would have paid just as much if not more going to a big box store, once you add in the installation. And Carolina’s custom mirrors look so much better! Even with a large spike in commercial orders, they fit our job in and outfitted the entire house with custom mirrors. The installers were very careful to make sure we had a high quality installation. Highly recommend!
Jim Shields: Great service and selection.
Camille TB: My husband suggested we visit Carolina Glass & Mirror after he went into the shop and saw a vintage-style frameless glass mirror that pivot. I went in after that to check out the various style and we ended up walking out of there with a date scheduled for when they could come by and take measurements. The entire experience was easy and what made it that much better was how great the team was to work with. We bought all our homes mirror from Carolina Glass & Mirror and wish we would have gone there for selecting our shower glass. We used an alternative vendor and the experience was mediocre.
Paul Brown: I think the true test of a company's commitment to customer service is how the situation is handled when something goes wrong. I've used Carolina Glass and Mirror for two bath remodels. On the first remodel, a piece of glass was cut incorrectly. The mistake in the glass cutting wasn't discovered until installation was started on a Friday afternoon. Mike Wilkins stepped in, corrected the issue with glass, and completed the job in less than 4 business days (there can be up to a weeks lead time for glass.) On the second remodel, I called Mike Wilkins to request a short notice schedule change. Again, Mike Wilkins and his team stepped up, delivering a quality install 5 business days ahead of schedule. I highly recommend Carolina Glass and Mirror.
Dena Mcdonald: I am very pleased with the responsiveness and professionalism of this company. I also love that they give back to their community. Highly recommend them.
Melville Nathanson: I certainly cannot thank Mike and the team over at Carolina Glass & Mirror enough for their outstanding work on my most recent bathroom renovation. As a hands-on kind of guy, both craft and professionalism are extremely important for me.This was a project for a home that my wife and I intend to spend the next several years in, and the home required a lot of work. The master bathroom was the worst, and required a complete gut and rebuild. Structural reinforcement, electrical, plumbing, framing, tile, and finish carpentry were all components of the renovation in play. My direct roles in the project consisted of CAD design, structural reinforcement, plumbing, and framing carpentry. The other trades I contracted out to the most skillful folks I could get my hands on in our area, people who truly care about their trade and craft. The bathroom design we came up with started with an old-school freestanding cast iron tub, complemented with a cast iron shower pan. The shower’s design centered around old-school principles of timeless functionality and honesty of high quality - yet simple - materials. Cast iron, porcelain, chrome, subway tile, and…glorious glass. The goal was to build a bathroom that would still look outstanding, and function well for the next 50 years. When approaching how the shower was going to integrate with frameless glass, we interviewed the Triangles top custom glass outfits. We nosed around to get an idea of the depth of talent, and each firm's dedication to craft. We also pulsed our contacts with the other trades and contractors to find out the real skinny on whether each outfit conducted business in a professional manner. We physically inspected prior jobs to look over the fabrication, installation skill and final product of each company. This is where Mike Wilkins and all of the beyond talented folks over at Carolina Glass and Mirror truly stood hands and shoulders above the rest. Several of the other outfits were hardworking and good folks, but Carolina Glass and Mirror worked on a different level, with several categories distinguishing them from their competition:First up was the intense dedication to craft, Carolina Glass and Mirror has many folks who sincerely enjoy working with glass, and have spent years gaining the experience to confidently deal with a tricky to handle material. One example: as the project designer, I had already researched and specified the best made and most reliable hardware for the job. On the first meeting with Mike’s team, they also specified the best hardware for the job…before seeing my design or hearing my preferences. As a company culture, they are geared to maximize overall job quality ahead of their profit. Part of our design necessitated very tight tolerances from the low-iron clear glass panels to our ruler-flat tile walls...tolerances which many of the glass companies were not comfortable with. Mike Wilkins and Carolina Glass were happy to accept the challenge of very tight tolerances, and took a lot of extra time with the measurement phase of the process to make sure that their glass was fabricated correctly, and then fitted with care and precision.Second was the depth of fabrication talent. The back shop of Carolina Glass and Mirror is a large outfit with a lot of depth on their bench. As a company they are up to the challenge of getting small, and especially large, jobs done carefully and correct the first time. As a larger outfit, they have a wide range of varied glass fabrication skills to pull from in their pool of fabrication talent.Third was their business office. Professionally run every step of the way. Our project, due to size, design, and specialty materials was fairly expensive. However, I was very happy with the scheduling and billing professionalism that Carolina Glass and Mirror exhibited. Mike’s outfit was not the highest quote for our job, and I can certainly say with authority that Carolina Glass delivered rock solid / real world value for our project dollars. I will certainly collaborate again with them on any projects going forward.
Christine Hill: ***EDITED 5.15.18 I appreciate that the president of the company took time to reach out to me personally and that he implemented measures to ensure my poor experience doesn't happen again. Because of his efforts and fast response, he has shown how much he cares and that he operates with integrity which is why I'm choosing to change the rating.I have reached out on behalf of the company I work for several times. I initially received a response letting me know what we needed would be costly and was asked to email rough dimensions so that they could give me a heads up about just how costly our request would be. I sent the dimensions and have emailed and called several times and have not received a response. Yes, we understand what we want is costly but please don't assume we aren't willing to pay for it. Thankfully, we have found another company willing to return our calls and work with us and they'll be getting our money.
justin grem: Great glass company. Friendly employees and great work.

Binswanger Glass: what do users think?
Michaela Vaporis: Horrible service. I first reached out to this company at the end of Sept after they were recommended to me by Glass Doctors (a wonderful company that unfortunately didn’t have the product to take on a project I wanted). After having a productive conversation with Larry Nida on the phone and via email over two days, Larry said he would get me a quote. This quote never happened. I followed up with him via email three times over the past month plus and once via phone when I spoke with him. Still, no quote or response saying anything at all. Very unprofessional. If a company is doing so well that they don’t need any new business, maybe just say so to begin with and save everyone’s time.
Kemuel González: Do not do business with Binswagner especially if your sales rep is Thomas Strickland. He will not reply or do anything! I got a quote and called to schedule an appointment (that was on June 15th) it took me a week to get Thomas on the phone at first I thought they might just be busy which is fine I understand that but that is not the case. Thomas schedule someone to come out and take measurements (they came on June 28th) . After the measurements were taken the person who came out to measure said that the entrance to our shower would have to be changed to match what we wanted to have installed. That was an inconvenience but we were able to talk to our contractor and get it situated. We were able to get it fixed and they came out to re-measure around mid July. It is now August 16th and I still have not had Thomas reach back out to me I attempted calling the office, his personal number, and even e-mail and they will not answer. The office staff will cover for his incompetence they have told me that people leave early on Friday and that they work from how to call their personal phone which he does not answer. I strongly recommend not to do business with them. All we wanted was glass for our shower not too much to ask for.
jeremy wilson: Never called me back
Michael Prince Sr: Great technicians, quality work, they live up to their reputation
Ursula Nelson: They hooked me up.
lm moore: Binswanger made a dining room table top for me. The cut was exact! Very happy customer.
Ian F.G. Dunn: Positive:ProfessionalismHonest and accurate. I've updated my review after they went above and beyond to correct the issue.
E Gerber: I was really impressed with the quality, value and service from Binswanger in getting a glass top for my table. With kids, I wanted piece of mind knowing my table was protected from crafts, spilled foods and all else that kiddos use a kitchen table for. I am very happy with my purchase. The glass top looks great and protects my table. The whole staff was amazing from sales to service. They could not be a nicer group of people. They were also one of the least expensive places I called. I would recommend them in a heartbeat.
Rosa Madero: We needed to purchase 4 panels for a China cabinet that needed glass replaced. Glass is excellent quality and very well done. However, on the phone, their customer service was lacking. Poor interpersonal skills. When my husband went to pick up the glass, I sat in the car and watched the gentleman walk out right past him and to our car without saying anything or showing my husband the glass and placed it it in our car along with the receipt and walked away. Mind you, he had just stepped out to deliver glass to another vehicle and he spoke with them for about a minute. I know with Covid-19 less talking and less interaction is necessary etc. but I've not had an interaction quite like this. Again, the glass is very well done. Customer service not so much.
Patricia Dunlop: Outstanding service on windshield replacement in my driveway. Very professional and thorough.
James Stewart: Positive:Professionalism,Punctuality,Quality,ValueBest value in town!! $200 cheaper than Safelite!!Perry was very professional, he was on time, very transparent and helpful. He even cleaned off my DIY job of attempting to seal the windshield myself.Would highly recommend if you need vehicle window work done.Service:Auto windshield replacement
Chris Tatman: Ordered a few panes of glass for aquarium canopies, and Binswanger did a great job!
Russell Rose: Binswanger is a good place to get glass if you need specially pieces cut
Christina M: I have gotten several custom mirrors and glass shelves from these folks. They are reasonably priced and excellent customer service!
David “OldManBoomer45” Medlin: I've been using this company for years now for windshield replacement and couldn't be happier with the level of service provided and the professionalism provided by the technicians that have done the work for me. I just had two windshields replaced and was extremely impressed by the work ethic of the gentleman that did the installation. He called to confirm the appointment and timeframe, he was here on time and was done with both vehicles quickly. If you need your windshield replaced through your insurance company or paying out of pocket, the prices are excellent and the service is second to none. I will most certainly be using them in the future as they have a customer for life. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of their services and I'm sure you won't be disappointed. Thank You for taking such good care of my vehicles! I look forward to doing business with you in the future.
Jen Graham: Had a great experience. Love my new windshield.
Deon H: Excellent prompt service as always quality work.
James Fleck: Got a referral from a GC in my building. Called the company twice. They never called me back. Still dont have my shower door fixed. If anyone knows a company who actually works please have them contact me. Would live to get my shower door repaired or replaced.
Jamelle Moye: My experience with them was nothing short of superb. Called me a few days later after cutting the glass to inform me it was ready for pick up. I'm a big strong guy but my homie at the front desk told me to take a break lol and he carried it out to the car and loaded it as well. If I ever need more glass cut my first choice would be Binswanger. Great service and greater people. 5 stars
Nisha Crosby: Outstanding customer service! Herbert was the technician who came to my home to replace my glass. He did a wonderful job! I couldn’t be more pleased! Thank you all for treating me with respect; it goes a long way in today’s world! As consumers we have choices and great customer service will separate the goods guys all the time!
Chip Haver: Kurt is very helpful.woth all my glass and mirror needs. Friendly and knowledgeable.

Glass Doctor of Raleigh: what do users think?
Patty Hall: Such quick response, and great work! Mykola did a wonderful job!
sgilda: Christian and Jason replaced 7 very large panes of glass (approximately 66"x27") that had lost their seals and were foggy. It was a very hot day and they had to deal with staples in the old moulding around the windows that caused damage as they removed it. They did a great job! The new glass looks so much better and you can't even tell that the moulding had been damaged. I would definitely recommend them.
