Michael Woodward: Avoid this location if you're looking for any of their more popular items. Orange chicken is out 75% of the time, as well as the chicken soup dumplings. Most recently, one employee blamed the shortage on Tik Tok. News flash, orange chicken has been on every "what to buy at trader joes article" since the beginning of time. This is not new. Yet this store can't seem to keep it in stick. Newport News seems to have no issue on this front. Weird.

Just visited it after a long pause and were immediately reminded why we stopped coming.The wrap on the photo is 14$, and it's a kid size meal. The inconsistency of service is just estonishing. You'll get a different meal every time you visit - too much sauce, too little making it dry, almost no protein, lots of it, lots of blue cheese making the whole thing too salty. Will you still be hungry after spending 40$ in this place? Who knows.You guys don't care what you serve to your customers.

The patty was actually really tasty - a bit spicy even. They did have to remake it because they put dairy cheese on it when I had asked for no cheese.Whenever we come with our kids the servers are happy to bring tons of the bottomless sides - my kids love the oranges.I wish they didn't put the computers on the table with the games on them - I always immediately move it to another table or the kids try to play games that cost money. They are always sticky too. Gross. Idk if it's just hard to sanitize those, because otherwise the restaurant seems clean.I also noticed their online caloric information for the drinks (lemonades) does not match what's on the paper menus by double the calories. Is a lemonade 400 or 200? They need to fix this.Kid-friendliness: Lots of great kids menu options, my oldest (11) orders off the adult menu. Bottomless sides of fries, oranges, carrots.Dietary restrictions: Tons of vegan options, plus healthy choices low on fat and calories.

Drinks came out fine, but took almost 15 minutes to get half a basket of fries and no campfire sauce. The server said they were making fresh fries and she'd bring more out. No additional fries and after asking 3 separate times, finally got campfire sauce. Our two burgers finally made it to us after about 20 minutes and were brought out by a different server. Our server finally came back by the table and we requested a soda refill - had been empty. Another 20 minutes goes by, I ask for a to go box and we had to wait 15 minutes for the server to bring it. Spending about 1 1/2 hours to have a soda, one cocktail, and 2 burgers when the restaurant is not crowded is ridiculous.

Jim Smith: Very easy self administered COVID-19 PCR test handled by Wake County, NC. I made an appointment on line, arrived and checked in by showing QR code they sent me, waited in line (in my car) for about 2-3 minutes and was handed a baggy with instructions and the supplies to do the nasal swab and handed the collected sample in about 5 minutes later. Easy peasy. What’s totally amazing is I got my results in about 9 hours, crazy fast for PCR tests! Way to go, Radeas!!I just got another free test by Radeas at the Wake County Swinburne site, same great experience!Just had another great testing experience at Radeas,, my 5th. I wish Wake County was still having them do testing in Raleigh and Zebulon, but the drive to Wake Forest isn’t bad from our house. The last time, I tested about 4PM and got results before 9, great turnaround. Thanks, Radeas!I was exposed to COVID at an event, testing negative on home tests and wanted a PCR because of greater sensitivity. Naturally, went to Radius for quick easy test and quick turnaround. Radeas is the best.
