Belle Gardner: I found my wedding dress today, and it was all thanks to the consultant, Lauren. She was amazing!! She helped me narrow down my choices, figure out what I love in a gown, get out of my comfort zone, and pick my favorite. She was also super sweet and made great conversation! It was a perfect experience and made me feel comfortable in picking out the gown I truly loved. Plus, the dresses are on great sales right now!!
Alyssa W.: I recently had a bridal appointment with Lauren. She was so kind and easy to work with. I didn't end up choosing a dress, but Lauren had a warm reply in a follow up email. I'm sorry to hear that this location is closing.
Sarah Goss: I had the best time at Maggi Bridal. Even though they are closing, you still get the full experience, you just get an even better price! My friends and I had the store to ourselves. Everything left in the store was under $1500 and there were tons of beautiful dresses. The stylist Lauren was wonderful to work with and picked excellent dresses for me. I tried on 7 dresses and was able to find the one (at 45% off!!!!!). Would absolutely recommend and it’s such a shame they’re closing. Definitely give them a look, especially if you’re on a budget!

I worked with Lauren who did such a fantastic job guiding me throughout the whole appointment. She was personable and just kept me comfortable the whole time. I found my dress there, and it ended up being the first one she pulled for me to try on! I don't regret going to look there one bit and highly recommend them, especially Lauren!Edit to add on: I picked my dress up recently and everything was correct and done with such great service by (you guessed it) Lauren! She helped me try my dress on, made sure everything was good, and even helped me hang my dress bag in my car. Honestly cannot recommend this place enough, I had such a pleasant and organized experience here with no worries!

hayden constance: From the beginning of my daughter’s search for a gown till the wedding, Lauren at Maggi’s has provided superior customer service. The gowns there are lovely with a wide range of prices. We went here first, and Lauren really listened to what my daughter wanted. Lauren asked questions to help her process what she liked and what she did not. After coming here we went to four more places. My daughter wanted to come back here one more time. Lauren remembered that she had loved a particular top but not the bottom of a dress, and found a version that had both a top and bottom she loved.This is one of the best customer experiences I have had in years!!!!

avery allen: Starting out I had an appointment with another bridal boutique and 2 days before my appointment they called and told me I had to cancel my appointment. After crying and freaking out because my wedding is 6 months away I called maggi bridal and I explained what happened and all Lauren said was "I'm going to make this happen for you." Two days later I show up to my appointment and Lauren asked all these questions to help find the perfect dress. I told her I was open to try anything because I've never looked at dresses before. At the end of the appointment she pulled one last dress that didn't even look like anything I explained that I wanted and when I put it on it was absolutely perfect and I said yes to the dress! Lauren was absolutely amazing she made me feel so comfortable and beautiful in every gown she put me in. I could not have asked for a better experience!

Asiya Nasser: This place is quickly becoming one of the more run down bridal shops in the entire area, Staff rushed through The appointment which was only an hour, every suggestion the bride had asked to try on, they would immediately say no, No help in the dressing room. So honestly, we would have been better off Having appointments on our own without the help. Selection was not bad but I predict their addresses will keep going on cleatence until they eventually shut down.

Amber R: This was my very first appointment to try on wedding dresses. I was contacted days ahead of my appointment to get an idea of what I may be looking for. On the day of, walking in, we were greeted immediately and my consultant, Ajia showed us to a couch. She took down some notes on what I was looking for (I didn’t have a lot of ideas ), let us browse for a few minutes and make some possible picks and she found some options based on my thoughts. She was very professional and continued to pull dresses as we started to hone in on what looked good on me. After 6 or 7 dresses, we found the perfect dress! I had happy tears as soon as she added the veil. Did not think that would happen! After another appointment later in the afternoon that was not as pleasant, we came back to Savvi. The manager immediately recognized me when we came in and Ajia as well as other consultants celebrated with me saying yes to the dress! I felt so special and well taken care of. I would recommend Savvi to any bride because they answer your questions and give you the best experience possible!Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Jordan Light: I had been waiting for a dress to go in stock for months and I was lucky enough to find the exact dress under google images related images and it brought me to Savi bridal. However, I live 4 hours away from this store. I messaged them and they contacted the designer and were able to ship me the dress of my dreams to Tennessee for my elopement. Shipping was incredibly fast, maybe 2-3 days? A girl named Callie helped me and got everything worked out for me and she was wonderful! So so sweet and customer service was a 10/10.

Ana Roberts: Just went yesterday with some friends to find possible cheap prom dresses, it was about 5:30pm and the store was about to close, my friend found a dress she wanted. They said the card kept getting declined and when my friend checked her bank account it said she paid for the dress. I went to confront and talk to the employee at the front, then this other lady comes and talks super rude saying it isn’t their problem it’s the banks and that if my friend figures it out she can get it tomorrow. Horrible management, horrible lady that works there I wish I got her name next time I WILL.
Jose Sanchez: The staff is so rude and helpless, they won’t even let you in the dressing rooms with more than 6 items, that means if you have more than 6 items you HAVE TO MAKE THE LINE AGAIN. That’s why it’s always packed, they make their clients take longer by making them go back and forth to try clothes. Ridiculous.

Chosen One: Horrible return/exchange policy. I tried to exchange a dress and I was told I was past my exchange date for the dress because they start counting when the item ships. It took almost 2 weeks to get the dress but I was also told on the phone 14 days from the arrival date. I get to the store and it’s a different story. Horrible customer service in the store as well.
Jennifer McKinnon: We went to buy my daughter a dress for an event. Because the dressing rooms were closed we were told that we had 2 weeks to return any dresses we didn’t want so we took 6 home for her to try on. When she took 5 back, she was told that one was part of a collection that couldn’t be returned. This was in direct contradiction to what we were told originally. This a pretty poor way to run a business. It shocks me that this store even has anything close to 3 stars as a rating

Susan was warm, welcoming, patient (with my multiple return visits), and struck a great balance of giving her opinion when she could sense I needed it - which can be a tricky line to toe with brides + family members. Not to mention incredible selection of gowns from top notch designers. I truly can't wait for my dress to come in, and to get married in it!! Shannan Healy: Makenzie is an absolute star!! She helped my sister for her wedding last year and I was so grateful she could work me in for a last minute appointment (I live out of state). She was patient, objectively helpful, gave my mom and I space for decisions, and made the whole experience so calm and fun. I bought a dress off the rack just a few weeks before my wedding and she took all the stress away. I am forever grateful to Makenzie!!
AliTayLifestyle: We had a truly luxurious experience at gilded. My first time I went with my bestie to feel it out! Then I brought my family with me the second time! I recommend going during trunk shows that’s how I found my dream dress! I had seen this designers posts on instagram that happened to be doing a trunk show at gilded the day of my appointment, it was fate. You get your own room to try on dresses for a more intimate experience with your loved ones. My coworker referred me here and I cannot thank her enough. They made my wedding dreams come true and gave me the best memories of finding my dress!Thank you for all you do it’s truly amazing 💕

Someone told me that this place had more interesting, non-traditional choices and they were definitely right! I loved several options; I made an appointment with ease and everyone that worked there was very nice. I got my dress several weeks later, as promised. The price was a bit higher than I originally wanted to pay but it was worth it in the end.

Emily Radley: Gilded Bridal is THE place to get your dress from! This was my first time trying on dresses and I only booked an appointment because I was looking for a specific dress. Over the phone, I talked with someone who was well versed in their inventory and helped me look at different options incase the dress I wanted couldn't be rushed. I booked an appointment a week later and felt so much peace. Walking into the shop it felt so cozy and comforting. It was spacious and well laid out. I met Pamela who was ready for me once I walked in. She took my aunt and I back into a private dressing room, which was also AMAZING! She asked me about the vibe of my wedding and then took me on the floor to pick out dresses. She knew the notes from my appointment so well that she told me upfront she wasn't going to let me try on anything that was out of my price range or couldn't be rushed. My experience was THE BEST and it was my only one because I found my dress at Gilded Bridal. Pamela was amazing and helped me narrow down what I was looking for in a dress. I even let her pull a wild card one, which I suggest everyone do. Something that you would never try on but just to see. She even knocked that out of the park!Being familiar and working within the wedding industry, I highly recommend Gilded Bridal for any bride to be!
Constance Falk: Pamela and the Gilded Bridal team went above and beyond my expectations. My mom and I both had a lot of questions around the types/qualities of fabric and without hesitation and with patiences, they were answered by the Gilded Bridal team. You have your own private room, provide details/context as to what you are looking for then get to take a peak at the inventory on the floor and select as many styles as you'd like. I did not feel any pressure trying on the dresses, I felt comfortable in my own skin and trying the dresses on. The gown that I did in fact choose, Pamela found for me. It's a moment and experience I will never forget, thanks to Gilded Bridal.

Marianna Erika: I had such a good experience here at Gilded Bridal. We walked in and were greeted and told to look around. We were early and we had no problems with this as someone else was finishing up their consultation. While looking at the dresses, at first we didn't feel like anything jumped out at us, but we were still excited. We were brought to our private room and immediately felt comfortable. It is such a nice touch after being at other studios that are all open. Our consultant, Pamela, came in and asked us various questions about what we liked and didn't like. She picked out a few dresses and a few surprises. She wanted us to try on things we usually would not pick, and I am so happy she did! Because of this, we found my dress. It was something that looked so different on the rack vs on and if it weren't for her expertise, we would never have but also fit what made me feel comfortable. The whole experience was good from start to finish. I am so happy to be a Gilded Bride with the help from Pamela. I am so excited to see the dress. I highly recommend booking an appointment.
