The Golf Academy at Wildwood Green: what do users think?
Julie Figard: My husband and I took a one hour golf lesson with Jimmy. The price was reasonable and Jimmy was very responsive as we were booking our lesson. He was very knowledgeable and helped both me and my husband and I with our swings. We both saw improvement in the one hour session. My husband can’t wait to go golfing again to use his new skills!

Dona Lerner Golf Academy: what do users think?
Corey Floyd: Dona, Kathy, and Nick are true golf professionals and have an amazing program for all ages. Highly recommend!
Shannon Bigbie: I had my first lesson yesterday and it was mind blowing. True professionals who own the art of teaching golf. Dona, Kathy, and Nick have an incredible ability to make foreign instruction tangible and applicable immediately. I haven’t swung a golf club in over 10 years and by the end of my lesson, I was not only hitting 100% better, but my confidence and mentality towards golf improved substantially. Can’t thank them enough!
Sarah Geary: I recently took the "Get Golf Ready" beginners class with Paul, and had a wonderful time! He was very patient and informative, and did a great job of customizing the material for us. I have a little practice to get in first, but I'm planning on coming back for part 2!
Tom Storrie: Without exception, Dona is one of the best golf instructors I've had the pleasure of working with in the 20 years I have played the game.

Dogwood Country Club: what do users think?
Richard Epstein: A fabulous place to practice your golf game, or to have a simulated experience of a variety of golf courses. The information that their system gives you is extremely helpful. you can make small adjustments in your swing and get immediate feedback. you can play back the video of each swing immediately in regular or slow motion. and the atmosphere is very nice as well.
Mike Kallam: Great place to practice or play. Great staff and huge collection of courses available.
John Hughley: Excellent! Need more like this.
Cameron Roy: Dogwood was a nice local find! Reasonably priced, friendly staff, and a great spot to work on your game or just let ‘em rip with your buddies.
David Lynn: Great time and friendly staff.
Blair Schrum: Great facility, world-class instruction - all in a family environment. Can’t recommend highly enough!
Kyle Anderson: Can't say enough good things about this spot! Friendly staff with an great environment to relax and hit some golf balls
Molly O'Brien: Great spot for any golfers. My spouse and I both play and we come for a fun night out. Beautiful space that was well designed with significant attention to detail.
Mark K: Great potential. A couple of thoughts. 1. Pricing is not clear. Currently the price on the booking site says $27.50. I increased the party size to 2 and the price stayed at $27.50. So my assumption is that the bay is 27.50 no matter how many players. However. I played in December last year and was billed $21.45 for 2 players ( I believe the rate was $20 back then). Last month I played again with 2 players and was billed $45.21. Pricing needs transparency .. 2. The owner was chitchatting with someone in another bay. It was 5 min into our hour that he broke off his conversation and set up our bay. 3. He set us up for warmup/practice and said he’d be back in 5 min to set us up on a course. He never came back. I figured out how to set up a course. 4. There were only 5 balls in the bay so a lot of time was spent fetching especially taxing when the balls would “hide” behind the canvas backdrop. My 2 cents.
Misty Roland: Great space - my husband and I love being members and bringing friends or just having a date night (or lunch)! We've also utilized lessons and fitting services. Dave & Elyssa have a made a truly terrific and inviting space for everyone - guys, ladies, and our (older) kids.
Tommy McDonald: Such a fun place to hang out with friends, wives included!
Dena Silver: Fun spot to practice or play golf with friends. Cool in the Summer, warm and no rain in the Winter.
Keith Bowler: Great atmosphere and the golf technology is top of the line. Dave's golf instruction is unparalleled. Great place for serious golfers as well as weekend hackers.
T.D. Luten (T.D. Luten Golf): Amazing experience, access great technology (Trackman!!), excellent service, great clothes, and good drinks. Can’t ask for much more!!
Stephen Sparano: Great staff, great facility with state of the art equipment and a good beer selection.
Kyle Davis: Had a great time at Dogwood. We got right to our simulator and they set it up quickly and were prompt with taking drink orders. Cool putting green too!If I could make any suggestions, the price was a tad high as compared to other simulator options in Raleigh.I’d also suggest adding in some better turf/rough options to hit out of instead of just the short turf. Or a place to put a tee instead of the stands!
Thomas Kogut: Amazing place to have get away.
Chris Rodgers: Friendly placeNice facilityCold beer on tap and full barMultiple track man bays for play or solid practice
Paul Brewer: Great facility and equipment! Highly recommend!
Lanny Scott: Super fun. High on golf and entertainment!
Chase Grissom: A fantastic setup and operation. Dave is ultra knowledgeable and really great to work with. I've been getting lessons for 5 months now and wish I had done it sooner. Can't recommend it enough. Also a really fun spot to bring friends and family and just hit some balls and have a few drinks.

Wildwood Green Golf Club: what do users think?
Mark Williams: Course was surprisingly in very good shape!
Aaron F: Fun course and fairly tight in most areas. Course has been in fair to good shape most times but practice range is slightly lacking and this course has mainly turned into a members only course with open tee times far a few between unless you’re a member
Bruce Harrelson: The course was nice. Had a very friendly lady name Tonya or Tanya took care of our group she definitely made us feel welcomed. We had a few beers after the round. Even she was busy but still made us feel appreciate being there. A big smile , cold beer , golf and not working always makes anyone have a great day. Hope to return soon. Played first week of January.
Billy C: Wildwood is a fantastic place to play golf and make new friends. The management is always courteous and they are constantly looking for ways to make the course better for the members.Highly recommend playing there if you get a chance.
Wynne Dunn: I played at Wildwood Green yesterday for the first time in a few years. I noticed a ton of upgrades on the golf course and the facilities. The greens were in excellent shape! Kudos to the staff at Wildwood Green for all your efforts.
Sammy Pineda: Great place to play with the canes players !!!
Wayne Greene: Good course. Played here for the first time through the Spark golf league. I will add to the list of play on other outings.
David Pearson: Greens were in good shape as well as the rest if the course. The staff in the Grilled were great.
John: Some narrow fairways that are a fun little challenge, also some forgiving fairways that seem to be there right when you need a break. A good bit of elevation change which is nice. Like others have said, pretty busy but no complaints or issues getting on.
Travis Gallo: I love this course! Have been playing it for years. In great shape. Just book in advance.
Mansoor Ahmed: Nice locations , well maintained greens , socially interactive
Don Hughes: Great shape. Fast greens, enjoyed the round
Joseph Pearson: Absolutely the worst course to play in Raleigh. They are always running behind and the Marshall does nothing for rate of play. I have played here a dozen times and always end up getting a rain check for the other 9 because it takes an average of 3 hours to play 9. Facilities are decent but will never play here again. I don’t think I’ve ever been frustrated as much playing golf in my life, and I’ve played my share of golf (10 handicap).
Ryan Emerson: Slowest golf course in The Triangle. Doesn’t matter if it’s a Tuesday morning or Saturday afternoon. The rangers are just for show and allow 5+ hour rounds on a 6000 yard course. This is the 3rd and last time I’m gonna waste a day here. If you don’t mind waiting 10 min between every shot… it’s a good course.
NO ONE: Rude management.
Jerry Haddock: Very nice, very busy. Call ahead T- times.
Christian Jones: Nice course, have to be able to keep it in the fairway, but has some holes where you can get creative as well.
James Devine: Short but challenging course. I need another round.
Mike Manganillo: Good value but a very tight course with little room for error.
Justin VonGarlem: Great place!
Cup Pup!: Great layout, challenging for low handicap and newer players with multiple tees, a joy to play.

Brad Claytons' PuzzleDuck Golf: what do users think?
Daniel Dunnam: Brad is amazing at simplifying the game and improving your score. He does a ton of work with veterans with disabilities and is always honest and professional. Highly recommend.
Marty Hensley: Do yourself a favor if you want to decrease your handicap and learn from one of the best teachers in the area. Get in touch with Puzzleduck golf and Brad Clayton. A great guy and great teacher !!!
bigtoe: Brad is an amazing instructor. It is great for beginners and for those who have been playing for a long time, but suck. If you are already a good player he spends more time with this crowd, while the rest of us are going through the basics. Once we have gotten the basics down we move on to the next step, incorporating what we have been learning as we go. He often stays back after the lesson is over for those who are still having problems. Brad’s approach to fitting the pieces together to get your swing down is great. He is also a great conversationalist and a new friend to most if not all who know him.
Jon Andujo: The only bad part of my time with Brad was I couldn’t do lessons longer. He was an exceptional instructor and a really awesome person.
Michael Ecker: Brad is hands-down the most caring, knowledgeable and personable golf instructor I have ever had. I can;t wait until my next lesson. He specifically works with a lot of wounded warriors who have injuries that make golf a challenge, and Brad is uniquely suited for this! A great man, you WILL get better at golf and have fun doing it!
James Herring: Brad is great golf teacher. He understands your physical abilities and limitations and tailors your swing to what you can do, not what a 25 year old athletic professional golfer can do. Brad is very intuitive and provides simple and easy to repeat drills and swing keys from putting, chippitching, and full shots. If you want to be a better golfer, Brad Clayton at PuzzleDuck Golf is who you need to see.
Christopher Battles: He has been a great Big Brother to the Brotherhood!!
James Marden: Brad Clayton provides me with the most comprehensive golf instruction I have ever received. His easy going attitude and down to earth style make learning or fixing your golf swing a joy. He assisted me with all facets of my game and my scores have improved dramatically. Best of all Brad is a great person, And an inspiration to others.

Lonnie Poole Golf Course: what do users think?
Joe Lamari: Great course a little hard.
Fateme Dashti: Very nice views to downtown with green plains and hills in the forefront
Jay Rut: Beautiful course!
Henry M. Lancaster II: Wel maintained. Too close to highway.
Kelly A. Calhoun: My first trip to Lonnie Poole was for a charity golf tournament hosted by T & T creative. It was a benefit for Gabi’s Grounds. I met so many wonderful people.
Celust Flowers: This place was on the recommended places to eat for my conference and it's a solid choice. The service was quick, the food was good, and the staff was friendly. I got the hot honey chicken sandwich with fries and I really enjoyed my meal!
Ryan: Beautiful public course designed by Arnold Palmer with views of the Raleigh skyline on the NC State campus. Great putting greens and virtual player improvement and swing analysis. And a nice club house restaurant to boot.
Michael Mardkha: Fantastic.....
David Cormier: Great course in beautiful shape
Aaron F: Best public course in Raleigh zip hands down. Course is always in good shape and my only complaint is the tee sheet is always slammed. Usually takes 4.5-5.5 hours on the rounds played here
Gumsoon Kang: Golf course is a Great and well maintained. Staffs are pleasant .Green is interesting ,hard to put in the hall. I love this LP course.
steve siozios: Beautiful , challenging , great views , amazing price. You don’t get anything like this in Florida.
Cjxtreme66: Layout is lovely especially the view on 11. Pace of play is fine, but tee times are rather scarce which makes playing a rarity. Other than that, no complaints. Don't try and walk this course.
Garrett Humbert: Had an amazing time their course in beautiful shape! A place that is a must go to
Robbie Hollyfield: The club house leaves a big impression. The course was in decent shape, greens were fast.
B K: Went for an event, nice accommodations, just thought it was weird where they placed the buffet line & the menu was very limiting. I left the dinner event & had to eat a sandwich immediately following it.
Frank Harrison: Great course. Excellent staff.
Seung Jun Shin (4가족의 평범한 일상): 최고의 골프 코스 중 하나입니다..직원들도 아주 친절하고 무엇보다 골프잔디가 관리가 아주 잘 되어있습니다. 코스 자체도 휼륭합니다
Leslie Cloots: Great public course, pretty view of downtown Raleigh!!!
Luke S: Target golf! Course is always immaculate. The range is terrific and the putting green is very large. I'd say there just needs to be more holes on the practice green. When it gets crowded, 6 or 7 holes is not enough.
Mathias Schmitz: Nä, war schön hier. Danke :)

Wil-Mar Golf Club: what do users think?
Team 7 Channel: Man this is so depressing to see Wil-Mar Golf Course go. I only played it once before it’s demise but it was a memorable round. It’s a really nice golf course that shouldn’t be destroyed for homes. It will be very missed by many in Raleigh area and shouldn’t be closing. They had some fast greens and fun holes that’ll be treasured to me for a long time. Thanks for the memories Wil-Mar Rip 1961-2021
Brett Lundeen: Great course, sad to see it shutting down. One of the best courses in Raleigh.
Ronald Proulx: One of the best of all time.
Vance Barber: A nice course, cant believe that its shutting down. Went to the golf camp for kids back in the day and loved every second of it.
Bryan White: Playing here for the last time today. We’ll miss you Wil-Mar!
Glenn Myers: Always courteous and professional service from the clubhouse to the last tee.
Lee Nicholson: Course was in great condition. Nice greens. Highly recommended. Very affordable as well.
alex minichello: Golf course itself isn’t bad. The ranger is an absolute D*ck head. Not going back.
Paul Woods: Sorry to here it is closing in Dec. I have enjoyed the course.
Jarett Swartley: My favorite course to play. Everyone is very friendly and they are always pairing me with nice people when I play alone.
Ned Clark: Great public course for the money!
Kevin Radez: Beautiful day. Beautiful course. Great condition. Terrific friends.
Gregg Zwilling MD: Great place for golf!
Mike Flintosh: Nice public course. Nothing fancy but good people and decent course
Brent Fraleigh: Awesome course in good condition
James Costa: Great course! It was a pleasure to visit in honor of my grandfather Bill Phelps. Looking forward to visiting again when I'm back in town!
Anthony Thorpe: Fun course! Friendly staff and the grill has Awesome hotdogs! Really short course but great for the price! I heard a rumor that its closing at the end of the year and I hope it isn't true! Greens are in great shape right now! My kids love this course because of the wildlife. We saw a HUGE snapper on 12!
Jared Torbett: Played here 5 times. Course is nice and affordable. However, one of the starters (older guy) is the biggest jerk I've ever met. He is always so rude for no reason. Staff inside is nice enough. Bartender is a great guy. But that starter alone will keep me from going back. I'll take my money elsewhere
Christian Jones: One of my favorite courses to play. Wide open fairways, which are perfect for how I play...
Randy Cohen: Nice course + nice people = 5 stars
Dylan Domanowski: Awful golf course - the greens are not well maintained and there are a lot of muddy, wet spots. The ranger would drive up to our group multiple times to bother us, even telling us that the owner was behind our group and trying to rush us along. For the price, this course isn't worth it.
