Golf Galaxy: what do users think?
Donald Sung: Went in to check out putters and compare against my gamer. Jin in the golf department was super helpful and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!
Matthew Spurlock: Jeff, Ryan and Hayes were a tremendous help today!! High recommend checking out this Golf Galaxy. Major shoutout to their team! This is what customer service is all about.
Robert McNamara: My friend had a great fitting experience with this Golf Galaxy, and we owe it to Louis. He was very friendly and helpful in finding the right club for my friend, and he answered all of our questions. While the Golf Galaxy is part of another store, they had a wide variety of drivers, woods, and irons, and the staff is open to lending their time and expertise. Overall a wonderful experience, and I would highly recommend this Golf Galaxy for your golf needs!
John Gilliam: Great service, friendly staff!!
Tim Riordan (Chickenlittlewascorrect): I used to love Golfsmith... they have all the stuff you will ever want however the service there is horrible. I tired to return some grips that were IN THE WRONG BIN and because I did not have the receipt from the prior week I was given about 80% of the actual cost back in credit. I was simply changing out mid size grips for standard. The standard were cheaper and I was NOT even looking for the difference, they charged me more for buying a less expensive grip, again because of the grip. Their computer had the info and I have bought thousands of dollars of stuff over the last 5-6 years... and this is the way I get treated. I was really trying to get on over on them right.Again remember the bin I took these out of said Standard NOT mid size.......
Breezy Smalls: Staff was super friendly and helpful
Lucia: Had a great experience with John M regarding our golfing needs. He helped us pick out and try a new driver. They've also regripped some clubs that were done well and turn around time was fast. Kevin was also very helpful with the simulator! Everyone has always been attentive and friendly
James Jefferson: Went in right at open and staff was ready to assist even though I believe they were having their morning team meeting. Needed a new grip for the driver and some stickers removed in some newly bought clubs. Time was a necessity as I was headed out of town within the hour. Brian, at golf galaxy dept in the Dick’s store, quickly helped me with this service! Great place to go for all your needs in that dept 👍🏽
Adam Dumonceau: Just bought a new Odyssey putter… the staff at the pro shop helped me add a new grip and 1” shaft extension in about 20 minutes. Brodie was a huge help, very personable without trying to upsell you on things you don’t want/need. Great staff great experience!
cary ray: Big and great selection. They also fix clubs,YEAH!!!
Isaac Cornetti: A friendly, professional team!
Randy Cohen: The employees were great, very helpful
KC Morrison: Had a small issue trying to return a golf club but Daniel stepped up and helped out big time! Thanks for taking your time and for all your help!
Brad Lane: I've been shopping for a new pair of golf shoes for several months. It should be simple, FootJoy, size 9.5, Medium, waterproof, spiked, not over $150. I want to be able to try the shoes on in the store as my foot can be a difficult fit. The thing is, I've been checking Golf Galaxy Raleigh and Dicks Sporting Goods since some time in July and they never have them in stock, it's always an order. I don't want to order to my home to possibly have to take them back. Why wouldn't either of these big stores have such a simple shoe in stock? I know it's getting to the end of the season but early July wasn't. I really enjoy shopping at these places.
Jr. Isaacs: Now they are Dick's Sporting goods, if there are more than ten people in the store it feels uncomfortable to tight, was into get golf balls, got those, wanted shoes but there was no one to help, was in there for about thirty minutes walked by six employee's no one spoke, got to check out, first thing they said too me put your score card in , lol , I said I don't have one was not offer one, pay for my purchase and left..
Bryan Osborne: I have not golfed in five years (and what I did didn’t resemble golf) never had a knack for it nothing natural and have done lessons but none ever really stuck. Needless to say frustrating.Today I had my first and only hour long lesson with the instructor Jess and it was amazing. She put an apparatus on me that videoed my swing and compared to a pro golfers swing while giving me advice in stages. Before long I was hitting the ball straight and for a degree of distance and using my whole body to do the swing not just my arms. I would have a long long way to go to becoming a golfer but for the first time I feel like maybe there’s a chance! Thanks for making it simple and fun Jess!
Steve Soltys: You never go to a golf place expecting not to drop a good load of cash. It's quite frankly, expensive to be even marginally decent at this game. I don't play often, but I was going to be playing in a tournament for my son's school and needed a driver. I ran into Dave who asked me if I was being helped. I told him my situation, and to boot I have a terrible slice. Knowing that this was not a serious interest, Dave took me into the used section. Dave took the time to not only show me a club that will help me, but put me in the simulator and showed me how to hit it. He gave me some drills to do before I took a shot, and MAN did it help. Here's the kicker; I went into the store expecting to pay a good deal of money... the club only cost $20. IN - FREAKING- CREDIBLE. I'm pretty sure I had a better time here than I will at the tournament.
Aaron Beau: This is now a Dicks Sporting Goods. Google you need to step up your map game.
George Gasperson: Currently under renovation but still open. A little pricey but good selection.
Moses Daniel: No customer service.....
cameron copley: Just walked around the store holding pants to try and no one would help me. Gave up and left

Continental Golf: what do users think?
Joseph Ferrara: Recently had them refurbish my putter amazing results like new was worth the wait! Would highly recommend using them
Brandon Wilkinson: I had a putter refurbished. Continental Golf did an excellent job and were very reasonable with what they charge. They are super friendly, great customer service, and a very pleasant experience! I will definitely be back!
Dan M: Great fitting experience. Matt knows his business. He explained the entire process and showed me all the data from 3-4 different shaft and iron combinations . He didn’t push any brand and explained my hitting results. Final selection was made and I had my clubs in 4 weeks.
Raymond Larkin: My refinished driver looks like a dream. The staff at Continental answered the phone when I called, and they delivered on exactly what they promised.Highly recommend.
jeff joyner: My schedule doesn't allow me to just book stuff 2-4 weeks in advance, hence it's always changing. That's neither here nor there, but to my point I've been in this place a dozen times and there's NEVER anyone hitting in the bay, getting fitted, etc. But every time I call the day of, it's we can get you in, in a couple weeks lol it's laughable honestly...how long does it take if you're an experienced fitter to help a guy figure out what shafts are better for his tempo with his irons? No shot someone in there can't spare 30 minutes on a whim even if it's last minute, they're never THAT booked. So the 3 stars is for the inconvenience of this place, however their product and club work I hear is impeccable.
Robert Harden: Stopped by to get a few clubs re-gripped today. Staff was friendly, professional and did the work as Iwaited (Maybe 5 minutes!) DEFINITELY RECOMMEND FOR ANY OF YOUR GOLF NEEDS!
S K: (EDIT: raised original rating to 4 after Continental Golf took the time to reach out and make it right. I appreciated the personal attention; they clearly care about their customers in a way that other businesses may not.)Shorter version: This review is only about a club fitting at Continental Golf. Everyone was very nice, but I left underwhelmed for the price ($200), with little confidence that any new clubs I bought would actually fit me. I was not measured nor was I asked about my experience or what I was actually even looking for (Full set? Specific clubs? Targeting particular issues?). To be fair, I did imply I was a rank beginner when the fitter asked me if I had a ball preference, and I laughed and said, "Whatever I pick up for cheap or free," then also asked if they are used to fitting non-pro golfers. That said, I still expected a more rigorous fitting experience than I received for the price, and in less than an hour of exploring one iron from 3 brands, 1 hybrid from one brand, and 1 driver from that same brand. Having watched another person's very thorough golf fitting (at a different place) for a similar price, this was quite disappointing in comparison.More detail: My background so you understand the point of view- I took lessons & golfed mostly par 3s as an 8-13 year old 30+ years ago (or got to sneak on regulation courses with my dad). I did consistently well with my short game (never swung a driver; hybrids didn't exist yet), but didn't really play again until my mid 30s when i acquired a husband who golfed. That is the first time I ever played a standard 72-par 18 holes. I am in my 40s now, and use my mom's Ping irons+W+SW+blade putter from the early 80s and borrow my husband's 3 hybrid off the tee. For reference, my mom is 5'7", my husband is 5'8", & I am a female between 5'2" and 5'3". My Floor To Wrist measurement is around 31-32 in; Floor to Fingertips is around 25-26in, as measured at home. I assume my swing speed is quite slow, I'm not as flexible as I used to be, and i'm sure my childhood swing requires some adjustments.I started the fitting with my own old ping 7 iron, then he had me try a new 8 from 3 different brands. He did ask me how each felt, and i said i am not experienced enough to be able to detect slight differences in the feel of standard clubs which he admitted were very similar to my existing club in length at least. Any club with new grips would have felt better than the slick ones i have, but as far as swinging the club, it all mostly just felt the same. I asked if the standards clubs actually fit me, considering my short height, and whether or not the fact that i tend to choke up on most clubs would affect the angle of the club and thus the way i hit the ball. That is when he finally asked me how tall i am, and then said, oh that's probably fine. He didn't mention loft or lie of the clubs at all. After noting that i got slightly better distance with one of the brands than the other two (less than 10 yard difference on average) and a slightly better spin, he had me try a 5hybrid & driver from that brand, then suggested i get the set that comes with a bag. I said i don't think i need all that; are there other options without bag or putter? And he said, no, it all just comes together without suggesting any other options.Had i been asked what i was looking for during the fitting, I would have stated that I was not looking for a full set necessarily, but more information on HOW clubs should fit me specifically (what lengths for what clubs? what's my swing speed? are there other aspects of my stance and swing that might affect the kind of clubs i should get?). I definitely knew i wanted some clubs for my long game and a driver to practice with, and perhaps a comparison of my most used irons (5-7-9-W) from the 1980s to other available options now. But I wasn't asked. When we pay for a custom fitting, I'd expect to get more information about clubs that are right for me than what what I can get on the internet.
Cynthia Bennett: Great place to shop!! My husband's favorite for all his golfing needs!! Jason is the best!!!
Michael Della Rosa: AWESOME EXPERIENCE. Justin and his team are great to work with. They have the latest equipment and take time to fit you with the perfect equipment for your game. They will customize your equipment to your swing speed and have numerous shaft options. The in house club repair department is great, I always have my clubs regripped by them. If you are going to spend money for clubs you need to visit them and have them custom fitted.
Michael Whitt: Support your local business! This place has the friendliest and helpful service. They also had a club in stock that DICK’S did not and literally saved Christmas. Thank you. Not going anywhere else for golf clubs.
Jackson Evans: Great customer service and highly knowledgeable staff makes this the best fitter around. If you are getting clubs anywhere else in Raleigh you are making a mistake. Hours could be better but worth the trip.
Christopher Oliver: They are very good at what they do 👌👍😎!
Jeff & Nancy Kueffer: Wow! What a great experience to have me fitted for a Driver. Justin Tripp is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I am very pleased with the result.
Kemper Brinkley: I just received my Scotty Cameron Newport Two Stainless Putter Continental Golf refinished and I could not be happier. It looks brand new, a fantastic job and very fair price. Continental Golf really knows what they are doing! They also reshafted a Taylor Made 3 wood for me a pro said could not be fixed. KB in VA.
Nathan Eggert: Fantastic craftsmanship! I refinish and refurbish a lot of golf clubs, but paint finished putters are my kryptonite. These guys are aces and will definitely use them again. Highly recommend!!!!
Taylor Freeman: Justin and the team at Continental Golf have always been great to work with. Justin’s skill and care is evident in the work he puts in. He has fitted me and my daughter for several clubs and we couldn’t be happier. Full service.
Cheri Pepicello: Justin did a great job with getting my wedges just right great place to get fitted thanks Bill Pepicello
Michael Knight: Helpful and affordable club repair on site.
Rharwood: Great guys to work with!! I couldn't ask for a better experience.
Tyler Draovitch: Frank and the team at Continental golf are extremely professional, knowledgeable and efficient. They did a fantastic job installing new grips and pinpointing, after hitting few shots on their simulator, that the lie angle of my P790’s was not ideal for my swing. With the corrected lie angle and new grips lower scores are in my future.
Patrick Teen: Great place to have your golf swing evaluated and have perfect clubs and shafts recommended. Justin is excellent. Very patient and knowledgeable.

DICK'S Sporting Goods: what do users think?
Omar L.: The only thing I can complain about is that they have a very limited variety for some items. For example: youth tennis shoes, indoor soccer shoes, Nike tees.
Madison Callahan: My boyfriend went for a club fitting and honestly the $100 was worth just meeting Kenny and the fitting was like a bonus. Kenny was exceptional at his job and truly a ray of sunshine. He was professional and knowledgeable and all around a stand up guy. Whatever you’re paying him, triple it.
Ileah: Cameron (loves bowling) has wonderful customers service skills. They were very polite, attentive, and helpful. Very pleasant demeanor and was able to help me make an exchange quickly and easily while still checking out other customers when needed.Great customer service is really hard to come by these days so I want to take the time to acknowledge people like Cameron. They deserve the recognition and a raise.Wonderful experience. Definitely would return to this location.
Keith Nelson: This Dick’s location is great. Staff is friendly
Brad Gold (NCNYChief): They have a lot of stuff in the store with golf since I believe they team with golf Galaxy. I go there for hockey equipment which is hit or miss. I just went to see if they had any equipment for hockey and there was none. I guess it's seasonal but still there should be at least a small section which there is not. Overall though, you can certainly get most anything in relation to sports. The prices are at the higher end for sure and if you go to some smaller sports stores you may be able to get a better deal on things. Overall, it's a good experience.
Anthony Alatis: Really big golf selections...knowledgable staff at the golf club repair area
J C: Great store…. Lot’s of good brands
Colby Thomas: ****Dick’s, Please address this concern immediately!****I would absolutely recommend Dick’s to friends, family and local residents! We have been loyal to Dick’s, and customers for over a decade. We picked up our son from school and visited Dick’s this afternoon. Immediately entering the store we were greeted at the door (as always). My family and I had an amazing experience tonight at the store. Our son wanted a new baseball bat for his birthday next week. As we were looking at the bats an employee approached us offering assistant. Not just any employee……..Quan S!Quan was polite, knowledgeable, professional, friendly, outgoing and made great eye contact. Quan took his time answering my wife’s many questions and built a good rapport with us. He was engaged and personable throughout our conversation. Quan has the natural ability to connect with people. Sharing stories about his son which is close in age with our son. He also encouraged our son to work hard, be a good person, to be thankful for his talents and appreciate “us” (his parents) for getting him a nice bat.Let me be clear………We always have a good experience when we shop at Dick’s, but this was hands down the best experience.Dick’s sporting goods, I have been a loyal customer for years and have spent hundreds of dollars. I never ask you all for anything. However, I need the management staff at his location to acknowledge and reward him for his hard work/talents. Thank you so much! Colby Thomas
Charlie G: Stopped in to browse. Looks like good quality stuff. More functional than fashion, but the stuff seems nice. I mainly looked at winter clothes.
Ginger Reed: Stop by to grab a new sweatshirt during the Black Friday sale. I was not disappointed with 50% off and soft one.
See Boon Soo: One cashier working. Take forever
Saleh Mu: Got a good deal on a ball
John J McGuinness: Louie was awesome when my driver needed a new shaft. He was knowledgeable and got me what was required….and a fine English gentleman to boot… thanks Louie!
Edward Pack: This store doesn't sell NC Fishing Licenses anymore.
nikki drayton: Derek and Ryan were amazing! Derek helped me find my purchases, carried them across the store, and ensured my checkout with Ryan was seamless. I'll definitely be back!
Gil Fdz: Excellent place for sports stuff... friendly staff!!!
Clifton Harper: Good product selections for store size, good customer service, reasonable prices for product offerings.
Carlos Sarria: Employees are super welcoming and very helpful to find what you are looking for.
Huma Hashmi: Dominique helped me find a pair of shoes I loved today! I went in really lost, with a general idea of what I wanted but without details of actual shoes. He was really though, thoughtful and, offered me a variety of options at different price points for my needs and even helped me get in soles that I really needed
Eddie King: excellent.
William Fernstrum: I have purchased and played TaylorMade irons from Golf Galaxy for 15 years, and ordered P770 irons in April of this year. I was told they would be in middle of May, then June, then July 9 which is the day after I would be having surgery that would end my golf season. I just called on July 11th while recovering, and was told that TaylorMade now had an estimated ship date of August 30. I don't know whether it is TaylorMade or Golf Galaxy that can't get their stories straight, but both have lost a life long Customer. I understand that there are shortages, and I understand I'm not alone, but they keep setting an expectation that they cannot fulfill. Honesty, regardless of how bad it is, is a better policy and would have retained my business. I understand that regardless of what clubs I purchase I will be waiting and can advertorial that, but I will not accept their unwillingness or inability to fulfill their promises.

DICK'S Sporting Goods: what do users think?
Jackelyn Ortiz: My husband has gotten into fishing and I wanted to surprise him with some new gear. Brian was super helpful! He answered all my questions, gave me some suggestions, and was overall super pleasant.
mario borja: Muy atentos todo el personal en todo momento
gerald park: Great Store, had every thing I was looking for. All sales associates were very helpful especially bc Abby
vicfishing 1 y más: Buenos artículos de pesca
LOVE THE BEAUTY OF THE WORLD. Daily magazine.: The brst experience buying sport equipment ever.
Felipe Fierro: I came here for baseball cleats for my special needs son. Miles, Bill, and Daymar (apologies if I spelled it wrong), were EXTREMELY helpful and friendly. They went way out of their way to be of help. I appreciate it more than I can express. We weren't able to find cleats that fit my son's needs, but they earned my business ten-fold by being willing to put in the extra effort for my boy
Alyssia Modesto: Employees were very helpful but my only complaint is the fact it was very warm in there. The employee's even looked hot and uncomfortable.
Lisa Lu: Thank you for having clean restrooms, for your customers to use 😁. That's a very rare occurance in stores, these days.
Steve Edwards: Bill was extremely patient and knowledgeable when helping my wife and I choose a new pair of running shoes. We will definitely buy our shoes here from now on.
Tracy Sansone: I waited over 20 minutes for shoes to come out of the backroom to try on while watching people who came in after me get their shoes. Eventually 1 pair came out...3 sizes too small ! I walked out, but not before telling the manager how terrible their service is !
marks love for watermelon: Saw the most handsome cashier and mf was so cute man 😭😭
Lara Mi: This location is my favorite one to go to. They have way more inventory than some others and always have enough people working. The high ceiling, bridge and escalators make you feel like you’re in the superstore location. Plenty of registers and happy crew.
Capri Rae: This location racially profiles all African Americans that comes in to shop, regardless if they have a bag, look suspicious or not. Also, the management treats African Americans employees horribly as if they don’t exist, don’t get acknowledged, causing them to seek other jobs. This establishment need to be looked into further ! It’s 2023, these types of behavior are not acceptable, can go viral on social media for awareness & should be addressed !
Bridgette Gathings: The attendant at the bike shop in triangle town square in raleigh nc was extremely helpful and he educated us on the bikes that would fit our needs. We bought 2 bikes and he made sure that they were ready for the road. Great experience we will be back for maintenance.
Franklin Olmo: Milton's has never let us down. When we are craving a well-made pizza made with our favorite toppings cooked to perfection. It's always our neighborhood spot, Milton's.
Thomas Hamilton: Came here looking for a new kayak. They had plenty of them in various styles, but only 4 had a price tag on them. I might be interested if the price is right. No staff to ask...but this isnt something I should even need to ask. Management, why are all the tags empty?
Julio Cancel: Good service. A bit high priced but good quality
Miguel angel Escalante Pérez: La persona que me cobró casi me avienta la bolsa, mal educado
Egbert Gracias: Was trying to buy soccer cleats for my son. They didn't have his shoe size for everything he picked, we spent a lot of time but couldn't try or buy anything
Monica Klebes: 10 stars for Andrew and Bernadette. Friendly, knowledgeable, all around nice. Clean well stocked location.
Cortney Stet: Terrible. I went shopping for some new running shorts before a 5k and had my baby with me. I had a backpack on as most moms do for diapers etc. I was followed around the store non stop by employees, making me feel extremely uncomfortable like I was about to steal something. I spent well upwards of $100 and probably would have shopped more if they weren’t so aggressive. To top it off I waited in line because they had so many employees out doing patrols not at the registers.

Jesse Anderson: Same experience as others. Not a hood address. Lost next to the Mexican place. No answer on phone. Maybe next time I am in Clayton boss?. 🙄. Just NC things.
Empty Shadow: I'm very upset with this listing. The address it sends you to is a back alley behind a Mexican thrift store and a hair salon. There is no store. When you call the number it goes to a full mail box. No sinage, nothing saying they have moved locations and nothing looks anything like what is in the pictures. I have no idea what the angle is, but this is a scam.
William Wheeler: Glad these folks are here in Clayton! Great store! Great for the sport and great for Clayton!
Karina Corrales: Very helpful in getting my game better. People here know the sport. They don't just sell you disc but elevate your game.
Matthew Murray: Great shop! Super accommodating and helpful!
Nick Cicero: Everytime i try to go to this place its always closed. Really annoying
Ben Cunliffe: Customer service was fine, product inventory and diversity was very limited.
Michael Honaker: Awesome disc golf shop with a great selection of discs for both beginner and advanced players.
Russell: I can't say enough good things about this store. I called, being new to the area, and was given plenty of time to discuss the local scene and where to play locally. I went to the store later that same day and not only did they go through my bag and let me know what 'holes' I may have with my current discs, I was recommended some used discs (and new) to give me options to stay in budget.I'll never order another disc online, or buy from a big box store. This is my new shop!RG
Brianna McGraw: Nice shop with several different brands of discs and a little practice range. Lucas was very helpful and gave us some good advice, and helped us find some discs we were looking for.
Nick Allienello: Great selection of brands, molds, and apparel as well as knowledgeable and helpful staff! My go to shop
S.B. Kearney: Owner is incredibly knowledgeable about discs and techniques. Plenty of items for pros and friendly for new players also. Highly recommended to stop by and see Jay when you’re in the area, no matter your skill level.
Yami_Crono: Guys here are super helpful and very welcoming to new players.
Tom Dutcher: EASTERN DISC GOLF IS THE BEST!!Recently moved to the area and was in need of some fresh plastic so decided to give eastern a glance. I was not disappointed! Their selection was great, from the latest runs and drops, to the out of production hard finds, they have the full spread. Huge variety of disc golf accessories. The staffs knowledge in different molds and plastics is superb. Whether your native to the area or just passing through, be sure to check this pro shop out!Y’all won’t be disappointed!!!!!
Gordon Beverly (GTBIII): Lots of shops fail to carry some of my favorite Prodigy discs but EDG always does. Love having this shop local to be able to get my hands on discs before buying!
ryan rogers: Super happy with my first experience here. Just got into disk golf. I never been to an actual store or have much knowledge on what I needed or how to start out. The store owner was polite and amazing at explaining details and difference in the disks. I ended up picking up a couple putters. Will be back to grab a couple more and move on to my mid range. Was happy with the prices and customer service. Was really happy to see that they have league and different levels and tournaments held across the state. If you wanna get into disk golf or already have experience this is a must goto place.
Samantha Hahn: I hate to rate one star but I just drove out from Morrisville based off your hours and it’s closed? No sign? Hopefully there is just some confusion here.
Oswaldo Chavez: So happy that Raleigh is getting more disc golf shops. This was is great! 'J' talked to me about the many different discs they buy and the tournaments they put on. He even let me borrow a disc. You may find cheaper online but this is a great local place to support and practice a few throws.
James Johnson: Great shop!
Jordan: Best shop on Triangle.
Frank Snyder: A knowledgeable store, not only a great selection that is clearly building, but a place that is concerned with getting you discs that you can throw well. I found some discs I've been struggling to find anywhere in town. Worth a visit.

DICK'S Sporting Goods: what do users think?
Gaby nadine reyes: Me encantó
Harish Kumar: Don’t go to this store. I purchased the bike 2 days back . GT aggressor pro . Bike had issue. Called to store to return it. Person said I cannot return. Also person who gave bike was rude . Wasted my money and time . :(
Ana Arronches: Staff in the store very friendly, although Customer Service to assist with order very poor. And also lack of variety and numbers available.
DAVID ALAIN PAYETTE: Useless for hunting and fishing. Total yuppie oriented overpriced.
Cathy Suchy: I’m not sure the hiring and training practices of this location but I will never shop here again. The young people working the registers have absolutely no training in manners or etiquette. When I purchased an item a few days ago the cashier answered me with “yups” so much a lack of manners the receipt says his name was “Oscar”. Then when I decided to return the item just two days later I was in a cashier’s line, he then said he had to go do something so I lifted the heavy item again (65 year old woman here) and went to another line. Seconds later this guy comes back and says I’ll take you now, I simply said I’m not lifting this again and stayed in the line I was in. Completed my return, now 24 hours later the amount ($107.24) is not back in my bank account so I go in to check on it. I get yet another rude cashier talking over me and saying there is nothing he can do about it so I asked to speak to a manager. At that point this young man should have walked away and let me speak to the manager but he did not. The entire time I was trying to talk to the manager the young clerk kept rudely interjecting and telling the manager what to tell me. I asked the clerk to please stop interjecting and let me please speak to the manager. He literally told me he did not have to and could stand there and continue telling the manager what to say. These employees definitely need a massive amount of training on how to speak to customers and manners in general (apparently parents are no longer teaching this at home). I will drive to Cary and shop at Bass Pro Shop from now on, I definitely am not giving this company another penny of my business!
Skeets Fish: Gary, in the shoe department is outstanding. He helped both my kids find shoes and fitting. An absolute star for this company!
Oak Miller: Friendly and helpful staff
Rob Dusablon: Very busy, but good
Asia Schmidt: I purchased a massage gun from this store and when I got home and opened the box, I noticed it was the wrong massage gun in the box. My husband went to return it and they gave him a different one, however we still had to return this one.Upon returning the item for a second time they told me they couldn’t give me a refund because I didn’t have the original receipt. Well, I didn’t have the original receipt because the clerk who did the 1st exchange didn’t give my husband the original receipt, he gave him the one that he used to do the exchange.Despite me providing the receipt they used to do the exchange and providing them with the same card, they still couldn’t give me my refund. They offered me a store credit with and it wasn’t even for the full amount. I paid $264.00 for the item and they offered me a store credit for $216.00. Basically, I’m out of $264.00 due to an error that one of their staff members made. I will not be doing business at this location again.
Therrick Redding: I dont know if it was appernce today. Either way i came into this looking to spend large sum of money. I asked for but the manger at time (5/27/2022 @12:30) did not really want to be bother they were really short with answers to the questions i was asking, and really couldn't walk away fas enough. I don't what was going with him, but you work in retail Good Customer Service is the key to that.
Tony Wyre: Clean store, love the variety of products, great prices on everything. Also, please give Jared a big raise! He is super friendly and makes every customer feel special. Will be returning!!
Mary Tunstall: Wide variety of products, somewhat pricey. I have purchased my tennis years there for over ten years. For tennis shoes, ask them if they price match.
TMH: I have visited this location a plethora of times and had a great experience. Today I exchanged some running shoes and had to order my size (8.5) from the Cary location. I confirmed with the Sales Associate multiple times that the shoes were to be SHIPPED. He claimed even though he noted it was a curbside purchase, they would me MAILED. This was not true and an outright lie. The Cary store could not correct the error and I had to cancel ther order and purchase online. THIS GUY IS THE WORSE!
Alex McGrew: No archery stuff because reasons... For a sporting goods store the cashier's have no hustle.
Karen Jenks: We forgot my son’s cleats at home and the entire staff of employees helped us find a new pair of cleats, pay and leave so fast that we made it to the game on time. Those guys were so great, super nice and very fast! Thank you thank you!
Sarai Sprewell (Gothickittikat): Had what I needed and people working there were polite and kind. Good experience overall
Benjamin Eller: Not the greatest prices. Could have a larger selection of fitness gear.
P Hernandez: Had what I wanted and needed. Not happy to see customers without masks and not practicing social distancing especially in line at the checkout. Employees were wearing masks.
Travis House: Supportive staff
Marc Hatcher: Didn't have whsat I was looking for in. The store even though on line it said it did.
Will Isaacs: I always leave here happier and with more great gear. The staff is amazing at this location. Great attitudes, very helpful...the kind of team you want to support.

Play It Again Sports: what do users think?
Whitney Smith: My son and I stopped by yesterday afternoon in search of soccer cleats, gear, and track spikes. Walked in and the woman and young man behind the counter did their very best to ignore us. Walked right past the front counter, holding eye contact with the young man for a few seconds, and nothing. No greeting, can I help you find anything…zilch. As we looked around, the young man appeared on the opposite side of the shoe rack, but still never spoke. The woman behind the counter offered a hearty greeting to some folks who came in after us. As we left to go spend my hard earned money at Dick’s (since nobody seemed to care to help or acknowledge us), they literally watched us walk out the door without a single word. No have a nice day, no thanks for coming in…just cold blank stares. Needless to say, we won’t be visiting again, and I’ll be sure to ask my fellow football, basketball, track, and soccer moms not to either.
Kenny rogister: This place is such a joke don't waste time going here
Pete Botjer: Sell your unused sports stuff and get some that you'll actually use. They have a lot of bikes. Swing by when your kids outgrow theirs.
Clay Womble: I Always find the right club here.
G.d. Jonsgaard: No guns. No ammo. Lib weenies run this place
mr sam: I look on ebay and I find the weight bench I was looking at half the price. I look on walmart and I find the hex bar 80 dollars less. If you don't know the value of this stuff these people are going to rip you off bad.
Katherine: As my first time here, the employees were excellent! I sold a machine to them, and they were so helpful with getting it out of my car. I wish them the best!
Navar Bennett: Nice small shop, I got the assistance and was out there quickly.
Donnie Brown: Customer service was great. The selection if equipment is amazing. I found the prices to be the same as big box stores but on some items prices were better at this store.
Erick Thompson: Friendly service and nice selection!
Randy Cohen: I didn't see what I was looking for but I enjoy seeing what they have. The staff is great and very friendly. I'll be back soon, always new stuff coming in.
Heather Saunders: Friendly and helpful staff, good selection for disc golf and an array of other sports as well.
Ryan Baldy: Charge way too much for frisbee golf discs. Even used ones I saw where mostly 10 bucks and over. I'm better off diving in the creek to find some than to come here
Matt Kucmyda: Great customer service. I called for stock and prices and they proactively offered to call me when they had it in stock. Can't get that everywhere.
Amanda O: I was in search for free weights so my husband can continue his physical therapy at home. We checked all over town and tried ordering on all the box store websites. We were both quite frustrated when I decided to give Play it Again Sports a call. They said they were getting a shipment of weights in an hour or so. I dropped by thinking it would be a fail but it was the total opposite. They were unloading so many items. Each staff member was so friendly and knew exactly what they had and where to find each item. They went way above and beyond during this crazy time when all the gyms are closing and everyone is searching for gym equipment. You have a customer for life. Thank you for your hard work and superior customer service
Antonio Burt: The pictures need to be updated. I would recommend calling before you drive there for items that are no longer available.
brian “blp” Phillips: For disc golf they are way over priced on all used discs. This place is a joke...Literally had a dx teebird with a chuck biyt2 out if it priced at 4.99 Really new mint is 8.99Like I said don't bother wasting your time here...... :(If I could give a negative star I would
William Feldman: This location is great!!!But these are franchised. Other locations are not as good
Kyle Kromer: Great store nice selection.
Shirley Burch: The clerk who was working was tremendous help. Able to get in, then out!
John Harris: I brought a set of gently used golf clubs that I don't use anymore to see if they could sell them. I was in the store and back out in 3 minutes. My clubs were "older than what they wanted". They suggested that I could throw them away if I didn't want them...?????
