Yvette Troublefield: I ordered delivery from the W Morgan St. location on Sunday night. Only half of my order was delivered to me. I tried calling the number on the website but all I got was a recording stating that the voicemail box is not receiving calls at this time. So I called the other location. They told me they would get in contact with the manager at the W Morgan St location. After time went by, I was told they weren’t able to locate the manager and to call back tomorrow. Also, if I couldn’t reach anyone at the W Morgan St. location, to call them at the N Hills location and ask to speak to Nate. On Monday, I tried calling the W Morgan St numerous times and still got the same automated message. I’ve also been trying to call the N Hills location and no one answers the phone. It’s now Wednesday, I just want a refund.
Talos Travis: Sub par food with bellow par customer service! The cashier was more worried about talking to woman that walked by than taking anyone’s order correctly. I can literally go anywhere to get a burger and fries. The horrible customer service and low sanitation score has made it easy for me to choose anywhere but cowBar from here on out!!!
Justin King: Worst customer service. I have been in this industry for 15 years and this place needs to retrain the cashier part of the job. Since it is an open kitchen like this customer service needs to be key and for wanting the customer to come back for more. Sorry if the food was better I would come back but on top of the cashier yelling at my colleague in a derogatory tone put a bad taste in my mouth and that could very well may be the steak n’ shake tasting fries with too much black pepper on them. But if I was the owner of this restaurant and by all I have helped open up several, I would retrain everyone on how to conduct better customer service and then I would work on the menu and maybe try some seasonings. Also $20 for unseasoned frozen patties and a side of fries is a bit much.

Worker in charge of the grill had no hair net but his pony tail was down to his waist in the back. His hair was sloshing around and I'm sure hair was landing on the grill. The workers in the food prep station had soda they were drinking on the line. They should have that stuff stored on a common table and after they get something to drink they should wash their hands and reglove. I saw none of that. Easy way to pass Covid and Hepatitis to the customers. They were not using hot water and sanitizer to wash knives that had food on them. One of the guys did not have gloves on doing prepared food prep. How they got a 94 from Wake County beats me...Visited on Saturday Aug. 13 around 12PM.

dan smith: I can’t quit this place. I have a ton of options for burgers but I keep coming back here. MoJoe’s is a first rate burger bar. The half pound smash and fried chicken (buffalo dredge) sandwich are my go to orders. Deliciously loaded with fresh produce and MoJoe’s sauce should be a controlled substance cuz it’s addictive. Also give the tots with pimento cheese a try, mmmm. There’s a good selection of beers, booze, and boozy shakes to wash it down so you’ll be able to find something you like. Feel free to ask the servers for suggestions, there’s a lot of the same faces every time I eat here and all of them are great. This is the casual dining destination on Glenwood South.

No bun, 'cause that's how I roll, but you can get a work of art like this ensconced in bready goodness if you like; I won't judge. There's boozy stuff if you want it, but personally I'm all about cow, 'cause that's how I roll.The waitstaff are usually hustling, but friendly, and handle modifications to items on the menu with grace. Be sure to tip 'em well, and don't hog that table—they're on a mission to put food into faces, as the lines often found outside can attest. Kelvin Wright: After visiting the Erwin Road location in Durham earlier this week, I needed a Smasburger fix, so I gave the Falls of Neuse location a try. As always, the burgers are top of the line. I'm cutting back on red meat, but when I have the taste for a burger, this franchise is my go-to. I got the Smashtots also, which were tasty along with Chicken Tenders with the very hot seasoning, which I guess are also known as Nashville Hot, and it was definitely spicy how I like it. Service was good and quick. The only knock would be litter by the beverage station and some floor areas, but they have signage that they might be understaffed, so taking that into consideration. D: This is probably the best one in the area. I don’t know what they do differently but the other ones aren’t able to cook the burgers or garnish them as good as this location. I would only say the bartenders or servers aren’t always as nice.Also the packaging for pickup is all plastic so the food doesn’t always stay warm/fresh. Might be better to add foil or use something else to conserve the heat and prevent also sogginess.

Matthew Grubb: So I've ordered food from here multiple times. And 3 times my order has been wrong. One instance being the burger had no topping that i asked for, which the topping were not additional cost on price but ultimately was not what i ordered. The other two have been on two separate occasions i ordered a double order of tots and both times i was sent a normal order and was still charged for a double order. Im not sure what is going on at this location but it is increasingly irritating to pay for something that is not given to you. The food is good, but thats the only positive I have currently. UPDATE: Got delivery again after 2 months and they completely messed up my order the only thing right was an extra side but $5 for 4 onion rings is a joke. The Philly sandwich was missing ingredients and the side it came with it was wrong. The side was homemade potato chips instead i got tortilla chips. Very disappointed with there serivce

Laurin Williams: The food at this restaurant was decent/as expected; however, the service bad enough to negate that. My bf and I were sat and waited at least 5 mins before our waiter came to ask what drinks we wanted. I asked what beers they have on tap since there was no drink menu at our table, and instead of just telling me he went to get a drink menu and dropped it off. We waited AT LEAST 10 minutes for him to come back (only when my bf flagged him down) to get our drink order. We ordered 2 waters and a bottle of bold rock cider. A good while later our food comes out and I’m still waiting on my beer. The waiter avoided coming by/near our table and stood near the kitchen looking bored for the next 15-20 minutes and then finally came back after my bf and I were done with our food, plopped my beer on the table and stayed “sorry for the wait on that.” I’m not understanding how there was a 20 minute wait on a bottled drink that didn’t even need to be poured. The restaurant was not busy at the time we came and our waiter only had one other table besides us. The Morrisville location was better IMO, I will not be back at this location.
