Got there at 11:10, gate is closed and no hours posted on the gate, called the store several times and no answer. My husband was NOT happy. If your guna change your hours it could at least be posted SOMEWHERE.

Stephanie Wyche: When my husband arrived at the store he was told by the employee that he would open back up in 5 minutes. My husband decided to walk around the mall for about 15-20 minutes. Once he returned to the store he was advised by the employee that he was CLOSED!!! Remind you that it was 15 minutes before closing. At that moment my husband called me and I called the store. I was advised by the employee that he had an emergency and that he closed down early. I then asked for the number to the corporate office. I was then told by the employee that he was trying to take his break because he had been there all day with no break. So did you have an emergency or needed a break 15 minutes before closing. After being placed on hold for over 10 minutes I was advised by the employee that he was on the phone with his manager and that they could not find a number, but could provide me with an email. That’s a little crazy that a company as famous as LIDS would not have a corporate office number. This happened on 3/12/2022.
Alicia Reid: HORRIBLE customer service! I placed a customized hat order in store the day before, and they mixed the words up and completely ruined the hat that I needed that day! When I brought it to the manager’s attention she told me it wouldn’t be ready until the next day because she had a bunch of hats to do before she could REDO mines or I could just get a refund. I was shocked at her response, like how do I have to be inconvenienced because they chose to make a mistake. Waste of $58 and time! I will NOT be returning to that store!

Brenda Duran: Worst experience ever! If I could give it zero stars I would! My husband dropped off 7 shirts to get embroidered. The employee said he would have them done that same day or at the latest the next day. My husband went back after 3 days only to get one of his shirts. The employee said he would have them done by the next day. My husband went yet again to pick up his shirts. This second time around he got two shirts. My husband went a third time and again only got two shirts. By this time it had been about three weeks since we had first gone and we were still missing two shirts. My husband and I went an additional FIVE times for our shirts and every time we were told we had to go back when the employee that helped us first was there because he had the shirts with him (why he had them with him instead of leaving them at the store, I still don't understand). After almost a month and half I finally went on a day that the employee that helped was there. The only thing he told me was that he didn't know where my shirts were. He offered to give me back my refund for the embroidery. I thought "yes of course I want my money back, but what about my $50 Oakley shirts". He just looked at me and said I can't do anything about that. He never once apologized or tried to make the situation better. And to top it off the manager would not help me. It took him more than 30 minutes to come and talk to me. He seemed mad and annoyed that I was there. I was only trying to pick up my order! If they didn't want to see me there so many times then why did they let my shirts runaway because apparently that's what happened, they grew legs and walked off. Worst customer service ever and so unprofessional! Would never ever ever recommend them.
Cat Long: Customer service was absolutely appalling. I walked in, picked out a hat, and wanted it customized. I was told it would take about 20 minutes to half an hour so, I left and came back. The hat was still not done and no one had bothered to get to it. Two hours later I was still standing there waiting for the hat and then to top it off they messed up the original one and said they would have to start over. When I asked for my money back they then became incredibly sarcastic. Needless to say I did get my money back and will NEVER buy another hat from this location ever again. It's a business ran by a bunch of children who don't want to actually work, they just want to socialize and play around.

Keith Golightly: Went to this store with plans to buy an American Hat Company straw hat as a birthday gift. They were very low on common sizes so I ended up getting a Rodeo King straw. Mr. Jose shaped it and did an incredible job!! I was being very picky with the shape and he was patient with me and did a great job seeing was I was envisioning for my hat. Also got a sick leather band to dress it with. I will definitely be coming back for a felt, when they’re supply is a little better.

Called and they said it was probably damaged by the sun when it was closer to the window and all sales are final. Acted as if they knew it was damaged but still put it on the sale rack in hopes someone would buy it. Unfortunately that was my son and he bought several items and didn't notice it until we got home. Love the store, but very disappointed. The guy said the owner had fussed at them for taking back damaged goods from the sale rack, they shouldn't sell damaged items! Proceed with caution!!

Orion Pax: Wonderful experience and they gained a customer for life today. I have sensory issues and cannot always tell when shoes fit. The salesperson (michael? I'm terrible with names and even asked so I'd make sure.) Took the time to explain the break-in process, how shoes should feel. And even check various things to make sure I have the right size. I definitely will go back for all my needs.

They did not have the hat in stock but they told me on their website they could order it and other places I could get it from ended up buying a shirt for me and my son. America's Top Coach: I have my first experience at the store earlier this week. It started with a phone call on Wednesday asking for directions. The young woman answered was so explicit in her directions she was better than GPS! I arrived at the store the next day after having been through hours at Macy’s, Belk and Kohl’s and have the worst experiences imaginable. The big stores were poorly stocked, The inventory was a mess and not organized and I could not find someone to help me in the entire store and the guy that I did simply pointed of where I should go! At Roughstock I had the exact opposite experience! The minute I walked in the door I was greeted by a young man who welcome me to the store and ask you what I was looking for and did I need help. When I asked him for help, he walked me over to the section I needed, give me a quick synopsis of the inventory, show me where the changing room was and told me if I needed any help at all, to give him a holler! That is 5-star service. As I was ready to check out there was nobody at the register and the owner himself spotted me it was there in two seconds and didn’t just grab my stuff to ring it up, he called and associate over in the entire time she was ringing me out he and I engage in conversation and I could not complement him enough and what a great staff and what a great store he had. I would highly recommend this place to anybody looking for Weston wear

Nick: I would give 10 stars if I could. Got here around lunchtime and found the door locked. DM'd their insta page and received a quick response that the owner had some extenuating circumstances but would be back. Came back and received excellent customer service. I have bought other hats and shirts from The Vault and have always had a great, personable experience. They are very knowledgeable about their inventory and brands and have everything priced very fair considering the quality and also the prime location of the business. Will always shop here and keep my money with a great quality small business!! Great job!!

I bought some HBCU merch for a great price and got a nice sticker to go with it. If you're looking for affordable sportswear, great service, and a charming atmosphere, I highly recommend it! I will totally be going back.
Michael Petta: Driving Route 1 from Key West, FL to Fort Kent, ME, we, a couple of New Englanders, stopped in Raleigh for lunch and a walk around the city, of which we've heard nothing but great things. My 16-year-old son and I happened upon The Vault and are glad we did. The collection of retro jerseys was impressive, representing teams from across the country and eras. Daniel (hope I spelled that right) was kind, attentive, and highly knowledgeable about sports, from the Brewers of the 80s to the Bucks of the 90s. On top of all that, they offer a military discount. Because I live in Boston and can't easily come back to the store, I will gladly shop with them online, especially before buying from one of the many giant box stores taking over the world.

Shawn Turner: Went into the store today 7/8/23 because I heard that this store was great, I was treated get a lot of ladies in the store. I asked about the water boots and they just pointed me to them. No one came over to help and wanted to answer question. They all stood up at the counter and wasn’t helpful to myself or some of the Hispanic customers. I bought the shoes after I googled my questions but then after my experience I just returned them. It’s sad that it appears that if someone is of color that they do t get help but others get full service, shown things and even walked around the store. I will never shop there again and also I will be telling others. It was my first time in the store and it was as an unforgettable experience. I did however, state to the cashier that rang my up that it was sad I had to google my own questions and help myself. Race shouldn’t matter and if we get cut we bleed the same color blood, even in the dark we are all the same.
Michael Ratley: One of the best shops for boots, staff is always helpful and knowledgeable on what I need. I had an issue with a pair of boots and they were quick to replace them. Always a great place to shop with an affordable price range.

I’ve visited twice and both on a Saturday. It’s a popular place but you can barely get down an isle and going around someone is nearly impossible. It’s just not a good shopping experience.

Shay Baggett: This place is just like the rest of the Urban Outfitters, which I would say is pretty good. I like how the store is set up and the staff there is super nice.
richard kerekes: Great and friendly staff. One of our items got left at the store. My wife was sad when we got home because the item she wanted to wear to work wasn’t there. We called the store and the manager, Michael Hotaling, was very helpful and friendly. Not only did they overnight ship it to our home, but they also sent a gift card along with the item. Great business and very well managed!

Kaycee Thompson: Everything you need to start the semester off right! As expected, prices are high and quality is good. There are some things that you could get for around $6 like stickers and magnets. On the upper level, they have a large selection of everything Wolfpack including tumblers, t-shirts, cutting boards, hats, lanyards, and even small last-minute grabs like sanitizer and bandaids near the front. They do have some clearance items, but nothing I was personally interested in. Downstairs there’s a Starbucks and the technology and school supplies. The technology section includes Apple products that are priced at Apple Store prices. They had unique notebooks and other stationary. I went after spring semester and before summer started though I won’t be starting classes until the fall, so there were only a handful of people there and I didn’t get to experience the book-buying process.

Antonia McPherson: Never Wasting my time in this store again. Your staff is abusing your clock for one. Came in purchase a hat from a light skin male who left to sit in the car with his wife for a hour. Then you have staff off work in the store worrying about taking inventory that goes to the customers. Oh not to mention left for a hour and make hat washed ready then they broke the machine. Took my refund and went somewhere else worse experience ever and I’ve been buying from this store for over 10 years that ended last month!! I’ll order from another company before I ever walk in that store again. FIRE THE WHOLE STAFF!

Anonymous Reviews: Terrible customer service. Employees didn’t acknowledge me or offer to help while in the store for more than 20 minutes. When I tried looking for my size and comparing sizes with shirts on a shelf, I was told to stop messing with the clothes. How else is one supposed to determine the best fit for them? The employees should hang the shirts up or re-fold them when customers are done looking, not complain. I’m not sure why they feel such little desire to help others and don’t wanna do their own job. God forbid someone picks up a shirt off a shelf. Never stepping foot in this store again there are many better sports apparel spots.
Mayerlin Alpizar: I walked in with the intention of buying a jersey and was never acknowledged. I went up to the worker to ask for help and was still not acknowledged while standing in front of him, but when two other girls walked in he immediately looked up and said hey to them. I said “excuse me could you help me with a jersey” and he replied “I’ll be with you in a few minutes” with a rude tone. I waited and then looked around to see if there was a pole/tool to help myself but he walked over and took it away before I spotted it. I just walked out because it was very clear he did not want to help us.

Sheena E: This store has a decent selection of apparel. I like shopping there overall. However my most recent experience wasn’t the most favorable. I brought a hat for my husband and paid the sticker price. When I got home, I removed the sticker and noticed the hat was actually cheaper and they put the other sticker on top to upcharge. I took the hat back because I wanted it at the lower price. Instead of offering it at the lower price the representative offered an idea of what could have caused it to be marked that way. I requested a refund.
Amanda Jones: To the rude employee at 11am in 8/24/19... Arguing with a customer is the best way to lose a customer. If you don’t carry my NFL team in store, tell me how I can get it. Can I order online?! Idk, you were too busy telling me my team was too horrible to carry in store. Playful banter is fun but being rude by saying “oh, you can’t find any Florida teams in a N.C. store?” in your sarcastic tone is never appreciated. Maybe you’re not a morning person, maybe you had a bad night but you’re in retail and unfortunately that means you have to give good customer service in order to keep your job and keep the customers happy. Leave your problems at the door. Greet the customers when they walk in. Ask if they need help. NO ONE spoke to me the entire time I was there. Then, during my transactions, (after my item was scanned and before you took my money) you helped another customer instead of saying, “I’ll be with you in a moment”Overall horrible experience and I will give my business to the store downstairs. I did not buy the item that was rang in because of the experience I had. You literally lost a paying customer.

Tarisha Burton: I just wanted to say I was very impressed with this store! I purchased a Detroit Pistons Cap from the website and had it shipped to the store. When I originally purchased this cap I was looking for it to get embroidered on the web page but it wasn't a option, so when I got to the store to pick up my cap I seen that you do it in the store and a very reasonable price! So the young man I think it was Gabe.....I think that was his name. He helped me out tremendously with the choosing for the embroidery! While multi tasking.....answering the phone, finishing up other projects and assistaning othe customer's at the same time! With him being tbe only person working in that busy store I kinda felt bad for him! But he went above and beyond to make sure my order was ready in a timely manner! Oh by the way my 15yr old thought his grills was in her words Hot! Very nice young man and it was refreshing to see that there was a happy employee that is will to do his job while doing other jobs at the same time! I will be back for a Brady jersey soon! Go Patriots do your job!
