Latesha Levins-Malone: When I walked in I was informed by who appeared to be a manager (guy with black shirt) that they were about to close and typically the orders need to be done online, but he said he would fixed what I would like. He had on gloves that he was touching multiple things with and started fixing my bowl. He used the spoons to scoop things out as well as his gloved hands that he touched other surfaces. One of the employees was walking around with her shirt halfway up her back almost showing her bra. A guy came in looking for Starbucks and the Manger (guy in black shirt) said this is not Starbucks, then he said its across the street. Then he and the other young ladies started talking about the guy in my presence. I felt like that was rude to do in front of me. Overall the bowl was ok but not really for my taste buds. The service was not pleasant at all and I ended up throwing my bowl away because I couldn't stop thinking about the gloves that touched other surfaces.

G. Candels: The food is good. However I believe it's extremely over priced. The salad doesn't even fill the container it's served in. The staff is very friendly. Convenient location.
Kasper Kubica: Some of the best (and only) fast casual in North Carolina. Seriously, you’ve got Cava, Chipotle, and then H+H. Pokeworks might qualify but their portion sizes are so small that it’s quite sad, not even worth mentioning. The food at H+H is always good and seems healthy, so it gives you that nice “clean eating” feeling. I wish the name were a bit more speakable like “happy as hale” or something like that.

Philip Lester: Excellent quality food that tastes amazing. The best/highest quality food I can get nearby and the manager does his best to do right by his customers.
Keepsake Memories: We tried their rice bowls while we were in Raleigh for work and fell in love with their Bueno Bowl!! The thai chicken crunch and smoothies were also good. It is a bit pricey but the quality was top notch and it's nice to have a healthy place to eat that's quick and on the go. Too bad they don't have places like this were we live in Eastern, NC.
Kelly BW: Hale- Yeah, not happy though. Being generous with 3 stars. Yes it tastes good and is fresh but, it's a little over priced for the portion, but I like it enough to keep ordering- maybe. My order is never exactly correct. Not once. This time my ahi tuna poke bowl was missing the sesame seeds and it appears they subbed red onion for scallions (?!!)- not okay. My "extra" radish consisted of a scant teaspoon of shredded radish and I didn't get chopsticks or a fork to eat with. I gotta say I feel like a poke bowl is hard to mess up, but they manage to do it every time.

Robert: I have been going to Happy + Hale pretty much weekly for the past 4 years and my go to meal is the protein bowl with greens. Great meal with 2 scoops of chicken. Since management has changed last summer, the quality and portions have gone down. Now they serve the protein bowl with half of the chicken, quality of chicken has gone down, and less greens for the same price. This was not a one time mix up of my order because the staff said there has been a change in the quantity. I have given Happy and Hale the benefit of the doubt but I no longer can. I have been willing to pay a premium for a premium bowl but not any more. If you want a long term customer to be a customer again, please go back to the quality and quantity you had before.

Arlene Rodriguez: The food is okay but the service is just awful. I don’t recommend placing an online order or delivery order because something is always wrong. I’ve paid for extra toppings and never got them. I’m usually forgiving if I’m ordering during the lunch rush but I’ve ordered at 11am with no line before and had toppings missing. The place used to be so good...seems like a hit or miss these days.

Andrew Falk: The food is one of few healthy options downtown but there is only so much incompetence one person can handle. Food ordered online is never prepared on time. Not worth the price or time taken to deal with these people. Never ordering again.

Only 1 of my last 4 orders has arrived correctly. 1 simply didn't arrive. 2 arrived with only 2 of the 3 meals I ordered. 1 arrived without dressing (which sounds minor, but eating raw kale without dressing is not fun!). Please step up your service!

dan smith: Blocks off the main road, you’re not likely to accidentally walk into Irregardless unless you’re looking for it but it has managed to survive serving Raleigh food for almost 50 years. After tasting the food here it’s obvious how they did it, they make good food here. My wife and I started with cocktails. The Depeche Mode is a creamy rum drink with tiki vibes and they make a good old fashioned if you ask nicely. The grilled peach salad was everything I want from a salad: not over dressed but dressed well, balanced flavors and multiple textures. They obviously know how to make a salad and they split the salad and brought it on 2 plates without us asking them to when we told them we were going to share it which was a nice surprise. We got salmon and a quinoa salad on sweet potato for our dinner entrees and both were delicious. I’m judgmental of restaurants that don’t have salt and pepper on the table if the seasoning is not perfect and some bites, for me, wanted more salt but I still loved my meal and I’m looking forward to coming back to try more dishes here and to see how the seasonal menu changes.

Felix Zhang: I’ve been meaning to leave a review because of how great this place is but haven’t had a chance until today! The staff is friendly and outgoing as always but todays highlight was Kim’s wrap skills! I was able to order a wrap with brown rice , wild grains, double steak and many other toppings. Kim not only curated a balanced wrap but she was able to fit everything in without any mess or rips and tears! I was highly impressed and enjoyed my meal.

Fuller Insurance - Santa Rosa Bch: We needed a refreshment and found Raleigh Raw Juice Bar around the corner in downtown Raleigh on a Sunday afternoon. A very cool place to relax, listen to great music, and sip on a fresh smoothie or have a freshly made low sugar bowl. We ordered the açaí bowl and it was fresh, cold, low sugar - lots of fruit and healthy add ins. The strawberry patch smoothie was delicious. If you find yourself in downtown Raleigh don’t miss out on Raleigh Raw Juice Bar.

Armando Martin: Great place for buying meal prep. They offer deals if you buy in bulk and the food has macros on it. You can order ahead or walk in and pick from the selection. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. I have been eating clean Eatz M-F through their meal prep ordering for almost 2 years now. I can’t say enough how great it’s been. Before I was spending 4+ hours on weekends cooking, measuring, etc on my bland meal prep and now i spend 15 mins in my car to drive to CleanEatz every 2 weeks to pick up 21 meals for 6 bucks and change per meal. I love it

I will say I prefer the Cary location over the Raleigh, because I always order sweet potato fries as my side and the Raleigh location ALWAYS serves me charred, black burned fries. This photo is actually the least burnt I've received my fries. They're mostly inedible and just a waste. I don't understand why this location always has super burned fries?? My fries are literally never burned at the Cary location. I guess I'm going to have to stick to the Cary location from now on no matter how far I have to drive because I'm sick of burned fries and I've probably bought a meal 10 times now from Raleigh and got burned fries. The staff is very accommodating and friendly, and the food superb 🏽! We started with the Lion’s Mane Rangoons and Spring Rolls. Both were done well and had really flavorful sauces that accompanied them. For main course we got the Peanut Noodles & the Risotto. The noodles were 🔥🔥🔥!! (Make sure you add the fried tofu). The risotto was cooked perfect and the added crab cake completed the dish. For dessert we had the blueberry dulce de leche cake and it didn’t disappoint. I did come in fully dressed in a dress and makeup and felt silly at first when I saw a handful of people come through in gym clothes, but the girl at the counter was super sweet and nice and helped me out without making me feel out of place. Place is super clean, staff was really nice and everything was reasonably priced. I'll definitely stop in again

The young lady completing my order was very rude, and when I mentioned her covering my bowl due to the presence of FLIES/GNATS over the food it really set her off.
