Jo Taylor: My son has seen Dr. Qiu a few times now and he has done amazing work! Every 3 months he needs 1 treatment to regain his emotional balance. In-between sessions he uses the herbal treatment pills ( the ones from the office are a stronger formulation than what you can buy online)It's amazing to me how much one treatment of Dr. Qiu does compared to treatments received by previous acupuncturist we have visited. Even though it's hard for me to explain exactly what my son is struggling with, Dr Qiu understands and is right on each time. It just takes a few needles in the right spots to give my son the treatment that he needs, compared to receiving many needles and multiple treatments at other acupuncturists.We have moved to Wake Forest in the mean time, but will continue to visit Dr. Qiu simply because he is worth it!
Sheryl Jordan: I have been to many acupuncture clinics over the past several decades. Without doubt Dr. Qiu is very knowledgeable. After only three sessions he has helped me with discomfort in my knees and arthritis in my thumbs that no other practitioner has been able to alleviate. To the person who complained that he left the room; that is what is done during acupuncture treatments. The patient has to wait an extended period of time for the needles to be effective. Dr. Qui's lovely background music is intended to help patients relax while lying on the table waiting for the needles to do their "magic." It would be uncomfortable for him to be sitting in the room for 20 minutes waiting to remove the needles.
Shirley Bissette: Dr.Qui is getting reviews that are good but he doesn't listen like he should . He is more interested in making money than my wellness. He only uses a few needles and heads out the room to wait on another client. You are lucky if he comes back until he is finished with other person.Also he pushes herbal supplements that you can buy cheaper on line.

Robin Walls: Dr. Qiu is extremely knowledgeable and skilled. I typically see a shift in the severity of any ailment he is treating me for within one or two appointments. He has helped me with things like sinus congestion, migraine pain, tremors, seizures, and hot flashes. When the medication the neurologist put me on made my condition worse, he got me back on track to healing. You will find Dr. Qiu does not say a whole lot, but what he does say is well worth listening to, as it will also help with the healing process. I feel immensely grateful. Thank you Dr. Qiu.

Jolanny Lopez: Where do I even start! My 8 year old got diagnosed with Crohns disease back in 2021. As you can imagine we went through such hard times, my son especially. Many doctors visits, many months on steroids and many talks about life long/long term medicine. As parents, my husband and I were shook. Elizabeth Stone: When the 3rd specialist told me that I didn’t look as sick as he thought I would based off my bloodwork my gut told me that something was truly wrong. My SED rate and C-Reactive Protein was 3 times higher higher than normal. I had a huge amount of swelling in my ankles, knees, elbows and shoulders. I was diagnosed with poly myalgia rheumatica and rheumatoid arthritis but my RA factor was negative. I was put on 30 mg of prednisone that went down and up depending on my symptoms. I was getting worse instead of better. I had a lot of food allergies but the doctors didn’t seem to address my concerns. I had gained 35 pounds and could barely move. In a desperate attempt to get better I made an appointment with Dr. Quinn. He took me seriously, looked deeper into my allergies and we completed another blood allergy test and the additional allergies proved to be a significant factor to my symptoms. After the new findings, I decided to quit all my RA meds. Two months later with acupuncture, holistic medications and diligence, I’m pain free and 16 pounds lighter. My SED rate is normal and my C-Reactive protein is mildly elevated. Acupuncture, holistic herbs, patience and Dr. Quinn’s concern has given me my future back. I’m forever grateful and thankful that I trusted my gut and tried Chinese Medicine over Western medicine. Don’t waffle on your health. M D: I don't know where to begin or how to find to the words to express the gratitude I have toward Dr. Quinn. When I first started seeing him I was in an emotional and physical crisis. My entire insides were inflamed and the perfect storm was actively causing me so many issues. I suffered severe migraines, neck pain, chronic/severe back pain (upper, mid and lower), I had severe digestive issues that included SIBO that lead to extreme gas, bloating, constipation and pain. I suffered with fatigue regardless of how much sleep I got, I had been newly diagnosed with Lupus and battled with severe depression because of the resent loss of my mother. My days were riddled with PAIN and difficulty doing basic things like walking and getting into my car. My NP, Wendell John, recommended Dr. Quinn to me and my life has never been the same! Laura Finley: After becoming acutely and critically I'll about 5 years ago, I was having a lot of residual health issues that were getting worse and bringing me to the point of seeing multiple specialists again and taking multiple medications with a lot of side effects. After a fairly lengthy conversation, he had several ideas about the cause(s) of my problem but, before coming up with a treatment plan, he ordered tests, the outcome of which confirmed his diagnosis. I initially visited with him every week where we would discuss what improvements, if any, I had made and he would make suggestions about what we needed to do next. I also had acupuncture treatments during every visit, which also helped. The holistic meds I took were essential in my treatment and greatly facilitated my eventual healing.I strongly recommend Dr. Takei for diagnosis and treatment of what ails you, especially if Western medicine isn't normally very effective with your particular issue. Not only is he right on the money with diagnosis and treatment, he is genuinely interested in you as a human being which comes across in his conversations/discussions with you on how to approach treatment. M D: I don't know where to begin or how to find to the words to express the gratitude I have toward Dr. Quinn. When I first started seeing him I was in an emotional and physical crisis. My entire insides were inflamed and the perfect storm was actively causing me so many issues. I suffered severe migraines, neck pain, chronic/severe back pain (upper, mid and lower), I had severe digestive issues that included SIBO that lead to extreme gas, bloating, constipation and pain.
