Anyone Anonymous: On Tuesday March 21st 2023 I went to this location with my family and none of us were greeted by the front attendant Mary. Mary and her coworker were speaking to a friend who had stopped by. The two of them ignored us for the entirety of our stay there and, in fact, I was the one who had to go over and speak to her first about my questions. The customer service was horrendous all because they ignored paying customers for their friend.

Debra Manduley: I wandered in this store yesterday having parked across from it in parking garage. WOW! Just so you know im an actual 1970’s teenager… and have kept a “bohemian vibe” since. This space was so similar to 70s youth stores, but without all that incense burning (thank goodness). The sales staff was AMAZING! (I am always impressed by young people who have a love of the 60s/70s music/vibe). An lovely young lady with gorgeous blue-green hair happily went in back to grab all the choices for Mexican surfer pullover in my size. As i wandered about, i was surprised at the excellently curated choices, quality and prices. If you’re a 70s kid or are channeling it, check this store out!

Wolf Angel 94: Wayyyy too expensive. The skirts are like $38 -$48 ...for ONE SKIRT. Shirts are expensive as well. Incense are nice , necklaces are nice but the prices are herendous. I went home that day and found the same stuff online for $10 or less. Tarot deck pouches are like $25- and up in this store Online the same baggies are $5- or less . Cool store but the prices are way too high.

Rachel Abdollahian: Today started out a bit rough but I’m happy to share that after visiting earthbound, I felt refreshed and faith in customer service was restored! The staff was incredibly helpful and super nice to my kids. I witnessed one of the employees deal with a tough situation involving someone who entered the store without a mask in a graceful and helpful manner instead of letting the frustration get the best of her. Will definitely return for the good vibes alone.
Devan Shirley: This store was a really cool place to check out. My girlfriend is into these stores and the sales people, Rachel and Lauren, helped me find some birthday presents for her. They took their time and was willing to show me every product in the store if I wanted them to. Definitely coming back!

Abigail Dawes: Went to this mall for the sole purpose of going to Earthbound because I loved their store in Charlotte so much. As soon as I walked into this store the atmosphere was completely different. The employees were rude and followed me around the entire time. They called mall security to escort me out even after I’d payed an excessive amount of money for low quality and fake items. The employees also refused to give me back my change in dollar bills and instead gave me rolls of nickels. Employees then insisted to security that we’d stolen items with no proof, when we were completely open to being searched. Interesting to see so many other people on here have had the same treatment. Would not recommend unless you want to feel targeted and your privacy violated.
Greg Wood: Interesting place, lots of neat things you don't see other places. Staff is very friendly and helpful, makes you feel welcome. My wife loves going here and I enjoy going with her and shopping here.

Laura Binnick: I was shopping with my daughter today in charming downtown Apex, and happened upon this gem of a store. My daughter thought it looked interesting from the street, and we followed the sign to the store up some stairs. Immediately I was transported to a chic boho/ rock star, yet down to earth atmosphere. The shop owner was amazingly friendly, helpful, and fun to talk to. Within minutes, she showed me around the store which has separate themes to each section in tribute to famous rock stars-Stevie Nicks and Dolly Parton. The brand selections were outstanding, affordable, and the owner and store assistant really knew their merchandise. While I tried on many different pieces, my daughter had to chance to select a vinyl record from their selection and it was played for her in the store! Madonna of course! This store is a treasure chest of great rock and boho pieces, band shirts, and rock star accessories. It also has trendy and classic pieces too! The owner is a former veteran and gives a meaningful tribute to the military with original jackets and shirts that have been artistically and tastefully enhanced. She also has Louis Vuitton labels creatively featured on purses and accessories, statement jewelry, and rhinestone bustier tops (think Madonna). It's a must visit and shop experience! You will feel like a real rock star in this shop! I will be a regular for sure at this store!

I’m happy to tell you he was wrong! Climb the stairs and ascend to a whole new way of shopping at Glam Soldier. They are genuinely happy to see you, chat with you, and help you find a one of a kind treasure that is as unique as you are with prices that are surprisingly lower then you’d expect. Each room is filled with custom made purses and belts with cool buckles, one of a kind vintage finds, antique jewelry, clothes that the owner crops, frays, distresses, bleaches, and custom fits to give them an edge. The thing that truly sets this store apart though is not what you can buy here. It is something that the owner and her staff do that truly sets them apart from the big box stores and Amazon, put simply they genuinely care about each of their customers. I’ve had days where I’ve shopped and days where I just browsed and the warmth is the same. Climb the staircase because happiness is waiting at the top.

The owners are most genuine down to earth people and they give you a such a warm welcome as if they've known you for years. They've curated a beautiful collection of quality brands and clothing. A perfect place to shop for special occasions/events. Feel free to ask them questions, they're happy to share their knowledge of the unique pieces and backstory.What a gem to have in Raleigh, we should feel lucky to have them. I will certainly return!
Achyut Shrestha: Great collection of high quality vintage clothes. The owners Andy and Isaac are cool people to meet, and both passionate about fine vintage clothing. Their place is always has a good party going on the "Raleigh First Fridays". Andy curates the old vintage clothes from all over the world, and has encyclopedic knowledge on the topic. Many top tier stars and celebrities frequent the store, however the owners are tightlipped about all their guests and visitors.

Morgan Williams: Great experience with my BHLDN consultant, Grace. She was personable, informative and attentive. However, after my appointment, my sister and I walked the floor of the store and I was extremely disappointed by the customer service. The other associates were dismissive and rude.
Ashley Carter (FabEllis): I visited this location with a friend today. Upon entering, I immediately saw three employees standing near the register (not assisting anyone). As we were looking around, not one employee greeted us nor asked if we needed assistance. I even saw another employee walk by me and she also did not greet me. We left because it was clear our business was not wanted there.
L S: I had the most positive experience with Rachel, store manager via telephone and in person, and with Netta, Bldhn in person at the store this afternoon. They both made me a forever customer of their brand. Anthropology is lucky to have them!!!!

From booking my appointment online to buying my dress, the experience was wonderful. I worked with Nedda and she was so helpful. Hannah Compiano: First time wedding dress shopping and I was helped by Elani. I drove three hours for this appointment and was not disappointed. She was INCREDIBLY nice, helpful, and knowledgeable. The price point here for wedding dresses is surprisingly affordable considering the phenomenal quality. There was a lot to look at and I felt prioritized but not pushed in any direction. I will absolutely be returning here to buy a dress. Elani was so personable and great it felt like I was hanging out with an old friend. Loved the selection, loved the experience, I will spend my money at this establishment after receiving Elani’s help this last week.

Farra Iaccarino: While I received great customer service during my appointment at BHLDN, I ordered my dress and was specifically told by the stylist that it was IN STOCK & READY TO SHIP. Four days after I place my order, I’m notified it’s back ordered and won’t ship until after my wedding. I’m a loyal and repeat customer of BHLDN and Anthropologie, but to fail like this and be told by customer service that I can have “20% off to apply to Anthropologie but not BHLDN” is horrible.

Ashley: I had a generally good experience with BHLDN. My only complaint about the store is that you have to walk through the Anthropologie retail section to get from the dressing room to the mirrors and your appointment guests. I also ordered a dress that was delivered to me without a tag. I didn’t even realize it until I saw some BHLDN dresses posted for resale that had the tag attached. The dress looked new, but the lack of tag probably would have been an issue if I needed to return. I also ordered earrings that were delivered in a plastic bag with the wrong item description. I’ve honestly bought cheaper jewelry on Etsy that was packaged beautifully, so I think BHLDN needs to improve on that. Update: I just had my first alterations appointment and thought to add one thing to this review. I was measured by two people and told to order one size up from what I actually ordered. I went with my gut and haven’t lost weight (I think I’ve actually gained a few pounds) and the size I ordered was the right fit. It’s not tight at all and my seamstress was impressed that no tailoring was needed through the waist and hips. I would have had to pay hundreds more in alterations if I had sized up as directed. Double check your measurements with the size charts before ordering.
Quay B: Store is SO CUTE. The BHLDN shop for weddings and other special events is at this location and it's really pretty. Staff was nice when I went in. Smaller than I remember Anthros being but could be bc this one is in North Hills.
Patricia Moore: I came here for a BHLDN bridal appointment and had such a wonderful experience. It was a rescheduled appointment after I came down with COVID when I had originally scheduled to drive down. They were so understanding and accommodating in getting me rescheduled. The staff was so friendly and welcoming upon my arrival, offering beverages to me and my guests. The bridal collection is so reasonably priced and gorgeous. I found my dress here and was able to order it online later after giving it some more thought. Then it shipped direct to my house within 5 days when it takes most bridal boutiques at least 6 months to get your dress in. Can't recommend this place enough. The bridal accessories are also worth checking out.

Haley Woodman: Unfortunately, this was a super unpleasant experience. It was my first time visiting the store, but the moment I walked in I was immediately met with dirty, judgmental looks from the staff. I walked up to one associate to ask a question, but she was on her cell phone. I waited to ask her a question, but as I was waiting she abruptly turned her back, walked away, and continued texting. I did get to speak with one attendant, she was kind, and helped us at the moment. As I shopped, I continued to get dirty looks as if I couldn’t afford any of the items there. I did watch 2 of the store clerks approach other women, offering their names and assistance, while continuing to be ignored myself. I was shopping for a work conference and could easily afford anything, however, the hostile environment prompted me to leave. So if you plan to visit the store in comfortable clothing on a cold day, prepare to be dismissed and ignored.

Stephanie Rivera: I usually don’t leave reviews for retail stores, but I just had such an amazing experience. I came in looking for a dress for my daughter’s birthday and Jess was so sweet and helpful! She reassured me that she didn’t mind helping get dresses hanging all the way in the back and also suggested ones she thought my 17 year old would like based off of her usual style. I ended up buying two! Sam was also so sweet at checkout and I was truly blown away by how much better the customer service was here than at Francesca’s and Vestique! Kamona Herring: Confusing prices! I was directedTo the clearance area to find a belt and picked out one with the help of Taylor. When we looked at the styles and prices I pointed out this one is marked $8. She instructed me to take it up front. The belt rang up for $34.00. I told the cashier it was in the clearance and it’s more eight dollars. She called Taylor up to the front for manager to look at it, the same Taylor that I looked at the belts originally with. It was really disappointing to stand in line for about 20 minutes with only two people in front of me just to say that about what’s gonna be the original price with a small discount.

Rachel Drommer: I have never been more impressed by a single associate in customer service than when I met Paige today, she I believe is the manager of this location that was on shift. Not only did she help 10 customers at a time; running the dressing room, remembering customers names, getting other sizes, checking prices, greeting customers but she did so with a smile on her face & was the sweetest employee. All the associates working today were helpful, kind, and patient. You don’t see that in relation that often anymore but this was impeccable. Paige, you rock and made my shopping experience fantastic! Thank you from the bottom of my heart for giving me hope in retail customer service these days, keep being you.

Barbara Shull: Horrible Experience! I ordered a lot of gifts for my college girlfriends which I needed to ship out before Christmas. I ordered these gifts on November 19, 2020. Every time I would check the status of my order it would just say “Processing”. I tried to call but only got voicemail. I tried to live chat and never got a response. I finally found the email address to the corporate office and sent an email. I finally received a response today that told me that my items were not available and that I would be refunded. I am so upset that I was allowed to put these items in my cart and purchase them only to find out they were not available. Nothing was communicated to me. If I would not have found the corporate email address I would have never found this out. I have been a loyal customer with Altar’d State for many years. I will no longer ever shop there again or give them my business as I find this customer service horrible and totally unacceptable. Very disappointing as I do like their merchandise but not worth the horrible customer service and lack of communication. I choose to spend my money at other stores. I just hope that many other people don’t find them in this same situation waiting for Christmas gifts that will never arrive. I was then offered a $200 Gift Card

Abby Lynn: i went in today looking for a dress for an awards dinner that my boyfriend was invited to. i didn’t find a dress there (or anywhere haha, i went to 7 stores before voda) due to the fact the color scheme i was looking for is a little out of season right now (not for lack of cute options in other colors!!! the clothes are amazing!!), but the employees worked so hard to help me. they pulled at least 8 dresses for me, all perfect for the type of event i was attending (but again, the colors just didn’t end up working) and multiple girls helped me look. i cannot say enough good things about my experience there, and i can’t wait to return to do some normal shopping soon. thank you all so much to all of the girls who helped me, you helped my shopping experience feel comfortable and easy, even when i had to face not finding a dress! i highly recommend this shop!!

Wish there was a Voda out in Greenville and up in Asheville, but it's definitely worth the trip to Raleigh! We will shop Voda on-line, but plan to return for the great in-store experience, too.

Elizabeth Riley: I have been shopping at Flourish Market since their early days of being open and have had a positive experience every time and loved the items I have gotten from them. The only unfortunate part about the store is that they do not offer very many plus size clothing options which limits their customer base. There are not many boutiques in the Raleigh area that provide trendy, high-quality plus sizes and it would be amazing to have someone like Flourish Market add that to their offerings.

Oh, and their online inventory is ridiculous so you can conveniently shop from home!
Jennifer Griffin: This is a great shop. Everyone working here is lovely, and so welcoming. They have a great selection of gifts and clothes in stock, and the inventory changes up a good bit, but there are some items that stay around across seasons. Great combo of different items through out the year, but some beloved items being available on a regular basis. Parking can be tricky, but the store will validate an hour of parking in The Dillion Deck if you can't find a place to park along the street.
