We needed documents notarized a specific way to fulfil requirements with another country for documentation we needed (life or death situation). UPS and other corporate notaries were unwilling to work within the parameters required stating they could only notarize a specific way. It was extremely frustrating. We are so thankful that On Time Signing was not only available at 10:30pm to fulfill our notary need, but she was able to notarize in the specific way specified by the supreme court of a country outside of the US.Thank you so much!

The store had not yet opened and I needed help on setting my phone up to give me verbal driving directions to Duke Hospital from Raleigh regarding a family emergency. Beau Taub: I've shipped domestic and global items from this store for the past 4+ years, both for business and personal. I've always had a great experience working with Naomi, Steve and the rest of the crew, and appreciated their experience-based knowledge.There have been times when I pre-packed the box and it was fine to ship per UPS corporate standards, based on their own crush tests and other criteria. There were also times when it was rightfully (and thankfully) pointed out that the way I packaged the items was not sufficient, and if there was any in-transit damage there would be a problem making a claim for insurance. To date I've never had an incident of an item arriving damaged that originated from this store.Yes, as someone else mentioned, they "sell boxes" but it's not arbitrary, and it's not an upsell. Shipping is not a delicate process with any company, and if you want your things to arrive as intended - intact - you should take the proper precautions. They know shipping (and printing), and they know what works and what doesn't. When they give you different packaging options, it's to ensure your stuff gets there as expected and you get the service you pay for.
Mahasin Gregory: The Owner Steve is a caring, compassionate, flexible down to earth family/ businessman. I needed this man when I loss my grandfather who was like a father to me and I took on the responsibility of doing the obituaries which was joyous and stressful at the same time. Steve and his crew not only exceeded my print quality expectations he also beat my completion deadline and stayed there later so that I could pick them up following the Wake. He was amazing an EVERYONE; MOST IMPORTANTLY MY GRANDMOTHER loved the obituaries. Thank you again, God bless you and your family! Looking forward to using you and the team in the future.

The Owner Steve, is a box salesman, always critical and condescending - and trying to upsell people by turning packaging into "brain surgery." It's kind of shocking to see a business owner be so openly rude to customers. My last visit saw a young lady leave in tears after he treated her like a child for not having enough tape on her box.From now on I will drive a little further to the nice folks at the UPS store at Harvest Plaza on Strickland Road.Steve is arrogant as you can see from many of the reviews before mine. I don't know what he is going through in life personally, so I won't judge him, and I will pray for him and hope that he can find peace in his life. I don't need to witness this negativity that is so common these days, so I won't be using his services.

Isabella Freeman: I have always received above and beyond customer service here- everyone is very knowledgeable, patient and hard working. I’ll go here to ship my packages over any other store.
Reyna Walters-Morgan: Although this store is the most convenient for me to get to, I’ll drive the longer distance to another location. I’ve had 3 items (two packages and one letter) that are missing/never arrived at the final destination. On the receipt for the letter that is missing, there is a tracking number, but when I tried it, it didn’t work. I went into the store and they notified me that the letter doesn’t have tracking attached and they have no idea why the tracking number is on the receipt. And the employee response was… nonchalant… about it. First time I assumed was a fluke. My husband dropped off the package and didn’t get a receipt. Shame on me, I should have dropped it myself. Second time, I got the receipt with the tracking number and the company is now conducting an investigation since the package is MIA. Third strike, a receipt with a tracking number that apparently doesn’t work… they’re out. Don’t ship from here!!!
steve monroe: The worst customer experience, do not use this store. I paid $12 to ship a small package (#1zX957750311308341) and told the person to leave package at door. UPS decided not only to not leave package at door, but decided not to leave note on the door saying package delivery was attempted and to go to local facility to obtain within 7 days or it will be .After being patient waiting for package to arrive, i finally checked tracking number and it said package is being returned. The "lovely" owner of the UPS store at 13200 Strickland Rd said it's totally my fault and will cost me to send package again, even though she neglected to tell me (the customer) that UPS can decide not to leave package (even if i told them to leave) and will not inform anyone at door that a package delivery was attempted and that it would be returned in 7 days. If i had requested for someone to sign at door, i would of checked tracking number sooner. The owner's response "I'm a UPS store, I am not part of UPS, go talk to UPS if you have concerns with how they handle, it's your fault for not tracking". Nice customer service Mrs UPS store #4089 owner over $12, well done, have a nice day.

Dan Migale: Don’t ever leave a package without a receipt! I dropped off a package there for UPS mail innovations and they could not provide proof of drop off or receipt. Guess what happened, package lost and not in the system and no tracking available. Completely my fault for trusting this location and not getting a receipt. Look at other reviews, this has happened before.

I think the other employee had to step away so she handled me and the 4-5 other customers all at the same time to prevent ANY of us from waiting. Amber Pitts: This is always my go-to for UPS package shipments. Most of the time it is for Amazon returns and then sometimes, I have my own pre-paid packages to mail. I visited this morning (11/19, 9ish am), and Veronica was the only one working at the time being. She had three customers before me, myself, and, two customers behind me. The current customer she was assisting was in need of pack and ship - UPS packs and ships your items, you pay a premium for this service. She was going as fast as she could and she kept us inform that she was sorry for the wait. As she was nearing finishing with this customer, another UPS associate came in to work, a younger gentlemen. He got straight to work and assisted the next customer in line. Both of the UPS associates worked in a timely manner and were very friendly to the customers. I ended up being helped by Veronica and she was so pleasant and friendly, given the somewhat chaotic environment due to the rush of customers all at once, first thing in the am. I just had two packages to drop off and then she kindly handed me a receipt upon apologizing again for the wait. I was in no rush and expect longer lines at UPS and the like, this time of year. Veronica and the other gentleman did a fantastic job this morning while assisting customers and keeping a friendly vibe the entire time. This is why this is my go-to UPS location and always will be!
Regina Miyojim: I am giving 2 stars because they usually do their service, but this is a warning to customers. The service I use most often at this location is package return. It is usually a straightforward transaction, I give the package and I get a return label (but you need to ask for it). Warning to all, this is the second time they *LOST MY PACKAGE*! Fortunately, or not, I learned from my first lost package experience, where I didn't get the drop-off receipt, the package disappeared and I lost my money. This time I kept the proof of their incompetence and I was able to complain. ALWAYS get your receipt!
Joseph Shrager: I brought my foreign national fiance to perform a notary, processing information critically important to her life. The notary signature requested itself, was simply attesting to an ineligibility to attain a SSN because she is not from USA. The Strickland Road location's notarial person -(6pm 6/7/21) immediately took a perceived harsh tone: "Sir who is this for?" "Miss do you speak English?", "Sir you cannot speak Chinese to her, cannot translate for her and cannot use a phone translator - its the rules" My fiance said, "a little English" (in fact she has proficiency) but this Notary in sharp uneasy voice responded (very fast) "Can you tell me what the form says?" When my nervous fiance did not give a satisfactory response, the store lady said, "I have the right to refuse this notary, and you need to find a translator or a 'Chinese notary'." In my opinion, this coarse seemingly uncaring demeanor (store person) effectively created the response that "justified" her (the store person's) notarial refusal. We were invited to leave and try another store. I don't think this store person has the skill-set for this.
Andrew Feller: Usually helpful unless you forgot to print up a return label and charge $2.25 plus tax for print and handling.Understandable some coverage for materials but that’s excessive.

Erin Stepp: I’ve found myself here quite a lot in the past few months, usually doing a return from Amazon. They are always super fast, pack whatever it is that I’m returning (last time was a pair of sweatpants that I brought in just holding no box) and they pack, scan and ship my items. All employees I have encountered have been pleasant and polite.

Leslie Hall: Don’t be fooled. While they claim the UPS name the store does not provide any UPS services other than marking up the rates and charging you for every piece of tape. No UPS supplies or boxes etc!!! Employee that helped me was not helpful and basically rude. They would do nothing to honor my corporate shipping rates or even let me use my account. Very poor service and deceiving business practices.

I had a rush project for my boss and they all dropped everything (I was the only one in there) and started working as a team to get all 96 pages printed, bound and out the door in time to catch my boss before he got on a plane.
