Brooke S: I have been coming here since 2019, today was the worse time ever. Unlike before, they type out the auto 18% tip on the check and they just take the card to swipe it off, this time the waitress holding the POS machine in front of us waiting for us to choose how many tip to leave. The minimum was 18%. Then I have realized they charge tip on tax was well. So 29.95 was AYCE w/o tax, 32.42 was AYCE w/ tax, then I paid 5.84 on tip which is 18% of 32.42z Why do I need to pay tip on the taxes? Tax is not a service you guys provided. And why there is a person staring at me for leaving tips? This is uncomfortable and I have never see other restaurants do this.

KennyKen Ken: This place was unexpectedly an ayce. I must've not read it well but for dinner, it turns into an ayce for $30 per person, which I think is great for the price, considering the sushi is included. I recommend their tempura (shrimp and sweet potato), it was great. the crab rangoons were great too. don't get the calamari. it had a weird taste to it, maybe a bad batch (?). I would also avoid the salmon skin sushi. The skin was too chewy and clearly old, because freshly made salmon skin would be crispy and not as tough. Overall, good place to eat.

Lydia Forehand: Great sushi! We got the all-you-can-eat dinner. It’s easy to order, and the orders come out relatively fast, unless you order a whole lot at a time. The Rhino roll is delicious. Despite what I’m seeing many reviews say, the food seems fresh and it is good for the most part. The crab rangoon (crab and cheese wonton) is also good. They offer “create your own” sushi for those who don’t like the many options, and you can put whatever in it. If you have the all-you-can-eat, try the green tea ice cream! Only downside is that it’s somewhat expensive, and you do get charged if you don’t finish. The service is alright, sometimes slow or curt, but overall good. Everyone seems nice. Overall, this is a great place and I have been back several times!

Alison Smitley: TLDR: Good comfort food, extremely friendly and attentive staff, clean bathrooms.Our family of four (with 2 young kiddos) came here for the first time on a whim for a low-key Friday night dinner. We have a tradition of eating burgers on Fridays and recently moved to this area of town so wanted to explore places we normally wouldn’t go. The last time I’d visited any DQ was out of town on vacation and it happened to be a horrible experience, so I had low expectations for this location. We walked in and were immediately greeted by multiple employees and they were so patient as our 3-year-old took forever to decide. No other customers were there when we arrived, but it got busy soon after. It took maybe 10 minutes to get our food but we were in no rush and happy to wait. One of the employees delivered the food right to our table and apologized for the delay. The bathrooms were clean, everyone was happy with what they ordered and it was a great surprise to the kiddos that they got a cone with their meal. We’ll likely be back often, especially for ice cream.

So boom we sit down, napkin holder has ice cream all over it and not attached, nearly every table was horrible with old food, ice cream, or drink marks. (It was clear when we got there) so trying to eat and not look around was hard. Now the food. Nothing had heat but two fries out of 4 combos. The wings were sun warm with cold sauce smh. I had been craving this place for that smh. The fry station heat lamp wasn’t even on…had a hand full of fries for a combo literally. Clean up and get these orders right..

Deanna: We brought our family and spent approximately $240 for our dinner. We needed 15 seats near each other. There was one table that had a couple of dirty plates on it, but the table was clean, so my daughter moved them to the next table to seat our children and was then going to hand them to the waitress. The waitress asked if there was a tip beside the plates and my daughter told her no. The waitress then had the nerve to say under her breath, "There better not have been". She assumed wrongly that she could not be heard and insinuated my daughter stole her tip. So instead of apologizing, she apparently thought it was a better idea to argue with my daughter about it. Needless to say, it upset my daughter even further. We are not the type of people to automatically scream RACISM, but truly, we feel like this was the case as the young lady was being discriminatory against us. She then took it upon herself to go to each employee she could find to plead her case and she did it in front of other patrons, seemingly trying her best to embarrass our family. The manager did not appear to have reprimanded her and we had to demand a different waitress, who might I add, did receive a hefty tip when we were finished dining. When we were leaving, my daughter asked the manager for the district managers phone number. She tried her best not to give it to us, as she felt she had handled our problem well, which she did not. Needless to say, that's the last time we will ever go back.

Carolyn: 2 Roosters by far have delicious ice cream. The waiting in line while customers sample every ice cream flavor, makes the experience very very unpleasant. Rooster #2 was the only one scooping and cashing out customers. It was hot outside and I drove 18 miles to get there...otherwise I would have left after waiting 20 minutes in line. 😡
Brittany Pleasant: The most amazing ice cream we've ever had!My husband and I love this ice cream so much, we skipped the wedding cake and had their ice cream at our wedding! Everything is always so fresh. You can't beat their menu, and their rotating monthly menus are always unique and tasty. The staff at every location is always friendly and attentive to questions.When we were planning our catering for the wedding we were able to do a tasting of all of the flavors, YUM! It was so fun to get to know more about the flavors and select the ones we wanted for our big day. They have multiple options for catering events, depending on the amount of people. We can't wait to have them again at future events like birthdays, reunions, and other weddings. They were a big hit and the perfect sweet treat!

Bailey Isabella: Line was long, thought it would be worth the wait I’ve heard great things about this place. My fiancé and I sampled a few things such as the raspberry peach pie (not a fan). We settled on splitting a single scoop which can be two flavors. We got the brownie rocky road and the slingshot coffee bourbon. We were both dissatisfied with the rocky road flavor we both bit into ice chunks multiple times and the chocolate had a weird plastic taste to it. We needed up throwing over half of it away both of us being turned off by the flavor. The staff looked overwhelmed and more worried about getting people out as fast as possible instead of making the experience enjoying for guests. I would have preferred to spend six dollars elsewhere for the price point and what you are actually getting it was as let down. Alianna Johnson: I hate to give less than 5 stars because this has always been our favorite local ice cream, but the last few months there has been a noticeable lack of quality control. We get take home pints and find that some have a decent amount of mix ins, but others have had crumbs. Our last pint of peppermint crack bar literally had NO crack bars in it. I know that there is not going to be uniformity with the way the ice cream is made, but this seems to be a new problem, and one I haven’t encountered with similar shops. I don’t mind paying $10 a pint, but it is disappointing when the best part of the ice cream is missing.

Of all the shops FRESH delivers some of the creamiest icecream around. They whip little air into their high quality milk producing a treat that’s a silkily rich mouthful. They have a few unique flavors like banana pudding and coconut almond crunch that you can’t find elsewhere. Where the competition wins? While the kids won’t complain (and may even prefer it) FRESH has a really sweet product. In tandem with its richness, this ice cream is intense. The owners seem to believe that more sugar and fat taste better than balance. And in this case I don’t agree. The flavors feel a little unrefined; though yummy you may leave feeling a little like you just shared a plate of spaghetti with Buddy the Elf. While it’s not my favorite shop in town, FRESH makes good ice cream at fair prices and will be among your triangle favorites. Enjoy!

Kiddo got non-dairy chocolate and it was so rich and delicious. Also love that they have a $3 mini option for a size when you just want a small portion. Yum yum yum.
Lori Murphy: This is near our children's school so we stop in often. Wonderfully unique locally sourced flavors and overall fantastic ice cream! You can taste before you try and that makes it really hard to choose. I always end up getting the Coffee Bourbon flavor but my kids regularly choose something different and are happy! (Because they try them all first!)

Judy Spells: Brought a large $9 sherbert lemonade because I can't have dairy. Sherbet lemonade was not good left a bad after taste in my mouth. Was not please with my purchase for that kind of money.

Kimberly Miller: This location completely took advantage of us. The employee who rang us up at the register marked up our ice cream (made up his own price). When questioned, the employee laughed and told us it was the correct price. He continued to laugh over and over again. Well, last time I checked, a single scoop ice cream in a cup AND a cone with a single scoop does not cost 19 dollars! (I did find online the cost of 3 scoops isn't even ten dollars). The employee just kept telling us the single scoop was 8 dollars each. His math didn't even make sense. I questioned the employee numerous times but the line behind us was growing so we paid and left. I called the store 3 times and left a message for a manager to call me. I also emailed this location. No one ever responded. Watch your wallet if you go to this location!

There were plenty of other young kids in there as well that shouldn’t have been listening to it. The guy behind the counter couldn’t care less. Not family friendly, I’ll never go back. Also paid $25 for 2 cones, one of which was kid sized. I’ll admit I did not check to make sure I was charged correctly.
