Kay Johnson: I was sent here by Sterling for a drug test for an employer. No where does it mention that they only do drug testing before 12pm. So not only did I go there twice, (first time they were at lunch) but I was turned away by a very disgruntled, miserable employee.
B: Don't waste your time - they have a habit of turning people away and making up excuses. Any Lab Test Now down the road is super friendly and efficient and can take Quest Diagnostic lab orders.
Kaylee Knight: This Quest is in a Walmart and has the tiniest stuffiest most humid waiting room I've ever seen. ONE person is working. Luckily they are nice, but overworked and overwhelmed.I went out of my way to make an apt for 1030. 4 people that showed up at least 20 minutes after me were seen. I wasn't seen until 1120. She was very apologetic and I don't blame the person working, but that wait time for an apt is absolutely ridiculous.

I go through all the motions of setting the appointment, going somewhere to print out the form because I don’t have a printer at home, drive all the way up there only to be met with a sign on the door saying that their services were unavailable. • Ulyssianah: The lady that was there Nov 3rd 2021, was NOT friendly. I asked for a form I needed for school and she was COMPLETELY NASTY. Before I could even explain what I needed she bombarded me saying she doesn’t have what I need and that she has other customers in line. “I wanted to help you but I don’t want to now, now I can’t do anything for you.” HORRIBLE representation for the company. I calmly and nicely asked her for it (I also have a recording) and she was totally rambunctious and very unprofessional. She went to the specimen she had collected from me, picked it up and still denied me access. I waited 1hr after my 845a appointment to be seen and I asked for the form during the appointment but she did not provide that so I had to come back to get it and she denied me access. I was very respectful and patient after waiting an hour and I had a HORRIBLE experience here over a form she could’ve presented with no issue.

Appointments backed up to who knows when.Pick another site that's not as backed up, takes walk ins, and staff that will at least give you the time of day.

jess anastes: I highly recommend Dr Pittman and the staff of CCIM. I've been a CCIM patient for 10 years. Unlike other doctors, he researched the root of my health issues and treated my GI, thyroid and reproductive systems simultaneously. Be prepared that the first visit can last for hours, which makes it cost more. In my case, they analyzed all systems up front. Be warned that insurance does not like that approach. Other doctors use a slow process of elimination (run one lab at a time, treat that, see if it works, if not run another lab). If you are tired of waiting for answers, visit Dr Pittman.
Bryan Turcsanyi: Dr. Pittman has been a blessing to me! I was infected with Lyme disease in 2015 and did not know I had the disease until 2017. I went to different doctors in my hometown which diagnosed me with Rock Mountain Spotted Fever instead. The doctors could not do much besides give me doxycycline. I continue to get worse due to the Lyme disease. We decided to look elsewhere and looked online finding Dr. Pittman in 2019 and decided to try him out. Dr. Pittman jumped right in and ran test on me to find out what exactly is going on. Dr. Pittman put me on regime of vitamins to build my immune system up prior to giving me treatment. In one year, I have seen a huge improvement such as more energy, less memory fog and other symptoms related to the Lyme Disease. I am not 100% as of yet, but I am having better days now than previously seeing him. One thing that stood out about Dr. Pittman is that he CARES. He will sit and discuss in details on what is going on and what he plans to do to improve your health. Also, Dr. Pittman's staff is very helpful and courteous, caring when dealing with them! I highly recommend him if you are seeking this type of medical assistance. Update 11/2/21 - I feel even better than the last time I wrote this a year ago. Again, Dr. Pittman is a caring physician and looks after your well being. Dr. Pittman doesn't just hand you pills and send you on your way. He will monitor all prescribed medication with blood work to evaluate on how your body is coping with the treatment. I have read reviews on what he charges and etc. First, this type of practice is not 100% coverage by insurance. But what amount of $$$ is worth your health...
Truth: Anyone who is Lyme literate is already in the evolved category. Thank you, Dr. Pittman.
Bre: Dr. Pittman gave me my life back! I was a super active 30 year old with great health markers until I crashed last summer. I was in patient at four hospitals, often in the ICU. The doctors couldn’t figure out what was wrong with me. I chased every possibility, consulting with so many specialists at the best hospitals in the country, for four months with no answers before someone told me to see Dr. Pittman. Dr. Pittman knew what was wrong and started treating me immediately. After only 2 months I’m the best I’ve been since before my crash and I can’t wait to see how much better I’ll get as I continue treatment. I’m so grateful I found him. Now my family members are leaving their doctors and coming to see him.

This doctor once cared and he eventually learned that being a doctor for patients of last-resort put him in the best position to manipulate them through fear .He conducts many evening “classes” to try to recruit new desperate patients, particularly trying to get children as patients and filling the parents with “hope.”He has been through many lawsuits and settlements and has been censured multiple times by the NC Professional Medical Ethics and Practices boards for practicing non-standard medicine in an unsafe practice.Employees receive compensation for getting positive reviews posted, even for completely fake postings.What a shame.
Chuda Chuda: Dear friends, please reconsider going to this clinic. This doctor has been on medical watch since the 80's. There are many other great doctors around this city, so avoid this guy. This is not the place to heal. In one review after another, his past patients are urging you to avoid this place, but as it is human nature to go against warnings (as if it's some sort of a thrill to find it all out for yourself) people keep entering his doors! We try to protect each other from bad doctors by leaving these reviews, but if the reviews aren't convincing you, maybe you should go so you can be the next overcharged, unessesary IV infused, individual. Carolyn G: This location is now closed on Fridays. I was able to make an appointment for a blood test 2 weeks ago and was given zero warning about the new hours. The sign on the door technically states that the new hours won't be in effect until April 13th, but no one was there today. Some warning from Quest next time would waste less of everyone's time.
Vanessa Hunter: Admittedly, I cut it close by arriving at 4:57 pm (they close at 5 pm) but after rushing thru traffic after work I arrived to find they closed the clinic early today. I asked an employee of the neighboring business and apparently this behavior is commonplace (they’ve apparently left up to 30 mins early). I’m so annoyed that I have to come back and possibly miss them again due to my work schedule!

Who is still dealing with hard copies in the 21st century? and who accepts hard copy in the COVID era?It took 40 minutes driving to get to the location then to go back to my doctor's office to have the lab done.
Swati Gupta Kasera: TERRIBLE FACILTY!!! THEY DESERVE ZERO (0)We went to the facility for preventive blood work of my kids. They applied insurance for one of my kid but not to the other one. Also, they sent the test results to the Doctor for only 1 kid. For other kid, the results were missing and they sent me the bill of $255. I called my insurance provider to check the same, they confirmed me that since it's annual and fully paid by insurance, we don't have to worry. Insurance paid, sent me the EOB and also to Quest.Even then, EVERY MONTH I GET A BILL FROM THE QUEST FOR ALREADY PAID SERVICE. NOW I'M GETTING CREDIT COLLECTION NOTICE FOR THE AMOUNT I DON'T OWE. I MADE SEVERAL CALLS TO QUEST, MY PROVIDER AND TO CREDIT AGENCY TO RESOLVE THE SAME. QUEST LOST THE EOB, NOT UPDATED THEIR SYSTEM AND NOT EVEN LISTENING TO MY INSURANCE PROVIDER.I told my Doctor not to ask anyone to go to Quest.

It was a long process (longer than I anticipated) due to my complicated insurance and LONG order of tests. But, she was very kind to me and very patient and got the job done. After calling my insurance agency to verify my insurance, I was able to sort things out and proceed. She even called my doctor/customer service line to get clarity on the tests. Rebecca Smith: How do I give this place 0 stars? The staff is extremely unprofessional. I went to this location to drop off an at-home lab. I arrived at 12:25 and the door was locked. I knocked for 5 minutes before someone came out. The woman told me she’s on her lunch break and refused to see me even though I was there before the 12:30 closing. Not only did she refuse to let me in, she was extremely rude and condescending. When I did have my labs done, the phlebotomists were complaining about how big of an order it was. It is clear that the people at this facility do not care about their patients and don’t enjoy their job or serving others. I recommend not trusting them to stick a needle in you.

Made my appointment for 1:45 and realized while I was waiting that was after their closed lunch break. When I walked in I was told to wait while 2 female employees talked and after the “covid suited”‘employee told me to sit and wait. I made an appointment and tried to explain I prepaid, she just told me to wait. Another Covid suiteD person came by and they proceeded to talk for for about 5 minutes. When I yelled to the back to find out how much longer it would be I was told 10minutes because she had another client. 15 minutes later I left. I will not got back there and I will reschedule at another location.

The staff was rude. the phlebotomist didn't "draw my blood", she stabbed the needle into my arm and caused a horrible knot and bruising that lasted for at least a week. (it's been a week and the bruise is still black) Horrible staff, horrible phlebotomist!) Find another location if you can. I've been to other Quests, and they have been fabulous- I am very disappointed with the staff here!

Karen Nicolas: I have been going to Revolution Chiropractic off and on for 10 years and religiously since Dr. Jason began practicing here. I cannot tell you enough good things about this system of Chiropractic. I'm 46 and when I was 36 my neck was so tight after years of living a normal, active life that I could hardly turn around to see cars around me while driving. I got headaches frequently that clearly stemmed from tension in my neck and shoulders. Around that time, my back even went out from carrying my kids on one hip and sneezing at the same time.I had been to other chiropractors here and there but none that cared enough to really fix me. I would go one month here or there and hope for some relief but gave up. Then Revolution Chiropractic explained to me that if I am adjusted 2-3 times a week for months, there is a good chance I will open up and straighten up and regain a healthy spine. Well, that happened and much more. I committed to coming all the time for a year. It took 3 months to start to see that it was working. Not only did my headaches stop but my whole body and feeling changed completely. I honestly can say that now at 46, I feel better and younger than I did at 36. I'm not afraid my spine will go out when I sneeze that's for sure. And I have had full mobility of my neck for 10 years. . It has been soooo worth it.

There is literally no sense of urgency and no care. It feels like going to the Walmart or DMV of the medical field. And they ask you to fill out info that you have to repeat to them several times so I’m not sure what the point of the forms is. Do better.

John Malach: I arrived with my daughter on time for 9:30 appt for flu test. We sat in waiting area patiently until patients arriving after us were called. Checked at front desk at 10:30 and they hadn’t marked us as arrived. It still took another 20 minutes to be seen. Once seen, it was as expected. I wouldn’t recommend.
Kiara Adams: I went to the one on E Millbrook was told they didn’t have anymore appointments for the day but the one on Glenwood did. The receptionist called and made an appointment for me for 11:15a and called so they knew that I was coming. I left there at 11:09a and got there at 11:23a. I went inside and told the receptionist at the Glenwood office why I was there. She told me it was a 2-3hr wait even after I told her another location made me appointment and called to tell them I was coming. She laughed in my face and said “I dont know why she did that, we don’t go by appointment”. When I asked for a supervisor or manager number because at this point it’s ridiculous. She acted as though she couldn’t find the card then gave me a card with a number that doesn’t work. The face that I’ve tried to be seen 2days in a row with this company and wasn’t able to is CRAZY! I will NEVER use them again. The receptionist at Glenwood by the name of Kiara needs better training. The fact that she laughed in my face was VERY unprofessional.

Georgette Ford: Visiting from out of state, and catching a severe case of pneumonia, has been one of the most uncomfortable things one could go through, but I do have to say that I had the most thorough and professional patient care at fast med from the reception to the medical assistant and the physician God forbid I would ever need to go back when traveling to North Carolina the 2 to 3 times a year but if I ever do, this will be the place that I go. Thank you so much I truly appreciate the amazing patient care.
michelle lee: Grandson was complaining of ear pain and I couldn't get him into his regular pediatrician. FastMed was pleasant, efficient and took the time to explain what was going and the after care treatment needed.

Then my medication couldn’t be found at any pharmacies down the street. So not only was this supposed to only take 20-30 minutes but I didn’t even get my medication and have to go backEdit: Cvs is now doing their job because they have no idea why they ordered a prescription for medicine that is out of stock, now the pharmacy clerk is calling around to see who has it in stock, ya’know the urgent care’s job,
