Meredith Muckerman: Such a special place with lots of cozy touches! Quiet, peaceful, and luxurious little oasis close to downtown Raleigh.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Quiet …More
Laurie O'Brien: What a beautiful boutique hotel. While the hotel is clean and simple, the attention to detail is incredible providing a luxurious experience. There was thought into every thing the hotel offered. To the flow of the space, the decor, the lighting, the bedding, the products, everything was done with intention. We had an incredible stay and loved the turnkey approach. It was clean, well stocked and a pure delight to stay there. Highly recommend to anyone coming through Raleigh or even a staycation for those who live there!Thank you for a memorable stay.
Sarah sampson: Really incredible place and so beautiful, the interior design is amazing. My mom and I stayed here the past weekend and we felt at home, incredible staff, beautiful house, and so peaceful. 1000000 % recommendRooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Blakely Garrity: My partner and I live in Raleigh but stayed here for a special weekend. The location is accessible to Dix Park, downtown restaurants and bars, food Hall, Chavis Park. The details of the space are impressive and we were welcomed with a thoughtful card.As two people who are from this area we love to see a local business doing so well and hope that it continues to thrive. If visiting Raleigh or looking for a “staycation” we definitely recommend Guest House!
Gmoney: Great location clean roomsRooms: 4/5|Service: 4/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Shayna Murphy: Can’t say enough good things about our stay here. We did a short staycation from Durham for our anniversary. The room was immaculate, almost wanted to cancel our plans to stay in. We were within a few blocks of our favorite restaurant and it was so easy to walk over and enjoy the great food in downtown. Amenities were great and although we didn’t need much, with how communicative the team was I’m sure we would have been well taken care of if anything came up. We will absolutely be back!
Lori Resnick: Our stay at the guest house was fabulous. It’s super clean, beautifully and simply decorated. The location, in a residential neighborhood right near the heart of the city was convenient. I enjoyed the beautiful linen sheets and luxurious shower with toiletries along with simple breakfast offerings of yogurt, granola, coffee and fruitRooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Ron Ruffner: What a wonderful place to stay in Raleigh. The only problem...we only stayed one night. We will definitely stay again. The house is well-appointed and comfortable. We loved the place!!! Of note, if you buy the little ghosts (we bought 2), which are awesome, pack them in your checked luggage. Airport security didn't like them, LOL. Great place, look no further for a place to stay in Raleigh.
Richard Lamb: Helpful, generous and knowledgeable staff. Great location for walking to the visitor center, downtown library, art gallery and many restaurants. Great fireworks show for New Years. Less than two minute walk to a food court with live weekend music at the Transfer Company. I even took an art lesson from artist Barb Cherry at Art Space, an art gallery five minutes from The Guest House.
Zakary Hartford: My wife and I stayed here for the weekend and absolutely loved it. The space is beautiful. It is evident that a lot of care and thought went into the design, appliances, and furniture in the beautiful space. The bed was really comfy and the whole place was spotless. They provide yogurt, fruit, and granola for breakfast and there are drinks and snacks available for purchase. The location is perfect and there are a ton of great coffee shops, restaurants, and attractions within walking distance. We will definitely be staying here next time we come to Raleigh, we loved it!

Yasmeen Moshiri: Everything about this house was charming and thoughtfully done. The service was exceptional and we were so appreciative of the extra care and attention to detail for our needs. It was a great location which made walking around Raleigh easy, and the recommendations were spot-on for places to eat and things to do. Already working on incorporating some of their design elements into my home! Cannot recommend enough.

Holiday Inn Raleigh Downtown: what do users think?
Topher Brooker: Great location near convention center, and room appeared to be clean. HOWEVER, these issues were huge.1.) No clean towels in the morning to provide us.2.) Broken elevator3.) Rude staff that hangs up the phone/is lazy4.) No breakfast5.) Anything we needed we had to go all the way down to the 1st floor to get it ourselves (we stayed on floor 10), also see #2 [broken elevator]Never staying here again
Debra Tatters: Great view of Raleigh from the 18th floor.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Great view …More

Jennyfer Kauth: Despite the great location, this hotel is run down and in a dire need for a remodel. Nothing good about it.Well...the water pressure is top.Other than that... mattress done,Ceiling flaky, wallpaper coming off, scary elevators.
Sean G: Conveniently located, but...thats probably the only reason this place is in business. Charging extra for parking (to the tune of 16.50, yikes) is eyebrow raising, but rooms are pretty desperately in need of a renovation... Picture attached of a chair that should have been thrown away and an AC unit older than I am.Front desk just doesn't answer the phones. At all.Holiday Inn is always hit or miss... This one is a miss.Rooms: In need of renovation, outdatedNearby activities: Excellent bars and restaurants less than five minute walks away
Agent Gomez PR: Please DO NOT STAY HERE! the upper rooms have really bad mold. The curtains on the back of them facing outside have mold on them from the cool air meeting the heat from the windows. It's bad mold too we changed rooms and the new room still had it. We were planing to extend but not anymore. The night shift lady was super nice but the 1st shift lady didn't care at all about it. She acted as though their was nothing she could do. Things why I'm writing this post. 150$ is too much money to put our health at risk. Please check the back side of your blinds b4 staying in the room
Jenni Tarango: All you need for a one night comfortable stay. Nothing special, could use a little updating.
Bill Franklin: Basically ok. Location is good. Room needs some obvious repairs.Hall carpet needs major cleaningNothing major that good house cleaning and a handyman with property manager could not handle.Rooms: 3/5|Service: 4/5|Location: 5/5 …More
吴锐恒(Ruiheng Edbalt Wu): Very convience and is close to the bus station. The surrounding is good, with good restaurants and bars.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Great view, Great value …More
Naji Salameh: I had my father in the hotel it’s very dirty and the ventilation in the bathroom is not working, I don’t know why is it considered a holiday inn ..Rooms: 1/5|Service: 1/5|Location: 1/5 …More
Dennis Haynes: This hotel needs a serious renovation. I was a platinum member with IHG and I have never stayed at a worst room. The receptionist was not very unprofessional. She didn’t give clear directions about parking or mention anything about the hotel during checking. She basically gave me the key and told me my room number and the elevator was on 2nd and 5th floors. When I got to the room I was surprised. The room had stains on the carpet. The desk chair was worn in several places and pealing up on the seat of the chair. I have seen chairs out out on the curb for trash pick up nicer then my hotel room desk chair. Their was rust on the lamp base, desk top had water large water stains, the tile in the bathroom wasn’t clean on the walls, you could seek the shower pipe sticking through the hole in the wall.I bet I will get the same canned response from the management that they give everyone. They can’t even write a original response. He will apologize for my dissatisfaction but hope I might stay there in the future to change my mind about the place. I will not stay here again. Noel Jennings, please learn how to cut and paste. We can all see your grammatical errors when you leave your response and we can see the extra commas, blank lines, or opening greeting twice.
David Bohn: Just plain bad. Only one working elevator, lobby smells, rooms outdated, smallest bathroom you’ve ever seen. Needs a major renovation. Or just knock the thing down and start over. Only reason it’s 2 stars is for the location. Go somewhere else.Rooms: 1/5|Service: 1/5|Location: 4/5 …More
Kathryn Reusch: The staff are wonderful and very accommodating. The hotel does not actually have a shuttle from the airport, despite what certain sites will tell you. There is breakfast, and it is pre-packaged donuts or muffins or oatmeal, with coffee or tea. There is a set of drink fridges and some snacks available for purchase. The rooms pretty clearly need a refresh, but they are clean and functional. The bathrooms are set up somewhat awkwardly so that you have to practically step into the tub to close the door, and the room is laid out and the mirrors are positioned so that there is not a lot of privacy for changing if you are sharing. Not bad, but needs an update.
Mollie Brown: At check in the two ladies working were busy talking to each other - we had to wait for their conversation to end before we were helped. We were in our room when the door opened and another guest walked in - talk about unsettling. They had given someone else the same room claiming we all had the same last name (were they not actually checking ID’s as they should have been?). We went to leave our room & needed to get back in - couldn’t because they had deactivated our key cards. Went to get new cards & they went in to how they de-magnetize easily - told them it wasn’t the key, it was them giving someone our room & them de-activating everyone’s cards.Really just not pleased with this whole check in/staff interaction - it felt like they weren’t paying attention & this incident was a direct result of their actions. There is only one working elevator for 20ish floors. The rooms, common spaces & furniture were covered in rips and stains.Overall the location and price point are the only thing this place had going for it. Would not return.
Cat: It’s okay. Old and outdated. The toilet and shower were in such a small space. Smelled like bleach in the hallways. Location was solid.Rooms: 3/5|Service: 3/5|Location: 4/5Hotel highlights Great value …More

Daniel Spitzer: My wife & I feel so fortunate to have found The Store.Host and architect John Reese has created a remarkable luxury home that is so well designed and comfortable that you will regret having to leave at the end of your stay. John was a wonderful host, excellent communication, and top tier recommendations. The location of the house is perfect walking distance to numerous restaurants and bars. We stayed for 3 nights in the room with the detached bathroom. John has thought of every little thing that could make the stay more welcoming and enjoyable. Can't say enough positives. Stop your search and book here, you won't regret it!Walkability: Parked our vehicle and walked 90% of our trip. Tiffany Firesheets: What can I say... The stay we had at The Store was amazing! John was the perfect host and very knowledgeable about great restaurants and good food. We were in walking distance of most anything we wanted to do. The Uber rides were also quick to and from The Store location. The amenities that were there were more than I could ask for, it was clean and so relaxing. I have recommended to friend and will be back.

Reagan Simpson: John is a gem.He is very knowledgeable about the area, including high points for entertainment and food. We followed his recs and weren’t disappointed. He is truly a wonderful host. He has created a unique place that was much appreciated.
Eve Isenberg: John was very accommodating and The Store is super cute. My daughter thought it was the best place we stayed out of the five places on our college peeping trip.
Matthew Daniels: The Store was an excellent overnight experience. John the innkeeper/owner gave us a full rundown of the eclectic culinary options Raleigh has to offer. The bed was plush and cozy. The 2 person showers were unique with blazing warm water and pressure power to spare! The interior was a delight with a modern meets eastern aesthetic that put a smile on even the most world weary traveler. I could go on but it’s onto the next haunt.
Heather Peck: Wonderful unique 2 bedroom hotel. The owner, John, lives on site and was so helpful with recommendations on where to eat. Very clean and thoughtful touches. You can tell John takes a lot of pride in his place!Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Quiet …More

Sarah DeAngelo: Where to begin? The Store has set expectations that no other over night venue can even compare to! The hospitality, attention to detail, and overall vibe of the house was beyond anything I could ever imagine. My husband and I got a night away from the kids and I am so glad we stayed there! John is so warm and welcoming, a fountain of knowledge, and has a recommendation for whatever it is you're looking for. He was so kind in making special accommodations for us and our schedule with our children. With the slow jazz playing as soon as you walk in, the beautiful koi pond, art, and plants in the living area, the atmosphere welcomes you to relax. In the king room, the bed is so comfortable, there are built in speakers throughout the bedroom, AMAZING haircare products in the bathroom, (which by the way, the bathroom also has connecting built in speakers AND a shower the size of a bedroom with TWO shower heads, a heat lamp, A BENCH IN THE SHOWER= mind blown), the room was a LITERAL dream come true. John revitalized this historic landmark and created a wonderland with his architectural style, and it truly shows in every detail of the home. We want to make a night out for our anniversary a yearly tradition, and I never want to stay anywhere else!
Kristina Jackson: For the short amount of time I was in Raleigh I couldn't have asked for a better experience in terms of accommodation!John was the perfect host with so many recommendations and insights about the city's history. Even though I didn't get to take advantage since a lot of businesses were closed on Monday/Tuesdays it was still very thoughtful. The queen room is the perfect size for one person and I was pleasantly surprised at how many amenities were available (there was even a fan for white noise that I 100% took advantage of).If The Store is available the next time I'm in town it'll definitely be my first choice. Thanks John for making my first trip to Raleigh even better!
Nicole Jackson: We loved our visit at THE STORE and instantly felt welcomed from the minute we arrived! John was a wonderful, knowledgeable host that was kind enough to provide us lots of recommendations for local eats and drinks. The space (both our room and the common areas) were designed beautifully, clean, and also well stocked to make our stay comfortable. I particularly loved all of the plants, unique pieces of artwork, and the koi pond in the backyard. The location is in a beautiful and quiet historic neighborhood, that is very walkable and close to many places to eat / bars. We were only about a 10 minute drive to the heart of the downtown (Foundation bar is a must!), and Ubers were cheap and quick to arrive. We can't wait to visit again!
Taylor Vanden Hoek: John is an exceptional host and can offer some great places to visit in Raleigh. The Store is comfortable, the location is great, all of our needs were covered, and the space makes me want to renovate my own place (thanks a lot). This will stay on my short list of places to stay.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More

Quality Inn Raleigh Downtown: what do users think?
Lu: My husband and I are like oil and water, complete opposites when it comes to what we like. We reserved this particular room due to the king size bed and the in room jacuzzi whirlpool tub and it did not disappoint. I am not a big fan of Quality Inn normally but this one was very clean and nice, a pleasant surprise. We will be staying here again when we pass through the area
Mike Pooler: So 5 star for the location from the convention center. But! The cockroaches make everything worse. I asked for the inspection reports and was denied. Chris Corn: Stayed here last week. Use to stay here a lot when it was a comfort inn. Avoid at all cost now. Woke up with bed bug bites all I’ve me. Went to take a shower and no hot water for showers. Washed up as best i could with cold water. Front desk said they were aware the hot water was out and apologized about the bits but that was it. Could not offer a discount because no manager on duty. Should have been a full refund and may still result in legal action for the injury and cost to fumigate my cloths and luggage and car before i would take anything into my house on return home

Sheraton Raleigh Hotel: what do users think?
Andrew Hobbs: Our toilet stopped flushing. Our keys stopped working literally every day. The hotel has leaks and the elevators are multiple years out of inspection with missing bolts in the panels and take up to 15 minutes to arrive. Out room had multiple broken tiles and the bathroom had mold. No stairs from the lobby so it’s a fire hazard. The restaurant was overpriced and bland. There was a homeless guy in the lobby asking people to rent him a room that the staff did nothing about. No fridge or microwave in any room and some of the ice machines don’t work, and since they are on random floors you will have to run around the whole hotel to get ice. The door to the room also wouldn’t close all the way unless you pull on it with all your weight so it could be potentially reopened without a key. Half the escalators don’t work. The room also had silverfish.
THE WHITE MEXICAN: KeeKee went above and beyond to help us secure everything we needed for our room late in the night shift thank you so much, had an amazing time here in the city.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
C Bee: I had breakfast Monday morning while waiting for my business partner to come and join me. I was blown away at how delicious the food was. I'm in the food and beverage industry, and I sometimes like to taste other chef's food. I had to ask who the chef was. The young lady told me Darrin made the breakfast. The grits were perfect, and the hotel was spot on for great customer service. Thanks so much Sheraton for the great hospitality!!
Audrey Pryor: Everyone was super polite and inviting. Very welcoming and close to lots of restaurants and other events going on in Raleigh. James Ge: Everything was great except for the hotel surroundings and transient open lobbyRooms, stayed on the club level, the room looked renovated according to the updated Sheraton brand, although the ceiling had some strange marks, bathroom amenities were goodLounge, the staff was very hospitable, and for an American club lounge the hot dishes were remarkably good - considering US dining times you’ll not find a space between 530pm - 630pm ish, come at seven the lounge is yours, with dishes being replenished even 10min before dinner is supposed to wrap up, there are dozens of non alcoholic beverages and plenty of snacksThe only off putting bit was the combination of lobby architecture - being accessible from two sides and a connected building, which led to some odd folks roaming around, maybe it’s a trade off for being in what appeared to be downtownIf you come here from Bonvoy to double check against the 3.x rating the hotel has received there, I completely disagree itIt’s a solid Sheraton with updated rooms on the club level, a good club lounge and friendly staff - and I say that as a long time ambassador status holderI’d stay here again, but a bit of lobby security wouldn’t hurt
Brice Pinkowski: Great location in the heart of Raleigh. Just certain parts of the room show its age, with warping floors and cracks in the corners. Despite these small things it is very clean and a comfortable place to stay.Rooms: 4/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Sam Sletten: Pros: Lovely front desk staff, good air conditioning.Cons: Rooms.Traveling as a group, of 3 rooms that we checked into 2 had to be changed. The first room's door had a security latch that was completely sawn through. The second room had not been cleaned after the previous occupant. All three rooms had either cheap or highly worn vinyl flooring that was coming undone. Hooks for the showers were old/warped and as a result occupants had to re-hang the shower liner. One request to replace a broken coffee maker was ignored.I am a regular guest at Sheraton Hotels and have never seen a property in this rough of condition. Would stay away until property undergoes another renovation.
Bojan Cukic: Whenever I need to stay close to the Raleigh convention center, I choose Sheraton. The hotel is clean, and the service is outstanding. Rooms could use an update, particularly bathrooms.Rooms: 4/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Quiet, Great value …More

R R: Staff has been great every stay here. They've gone above and beyond. The restaurant is good with a good Bourbon selection. Bartenders are knowledgeable about making drinks...at least the ones I order.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
coolguy 2lls: Every time I had a question. I was helped promptly. The breakfest buffet was also very delicious.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Lauren Tuck: Accidentally left my apple watch in my room when I checked out. Realized it a couple hours later and asked the front desk staff to ask if the housekeepers had found it, they said no. However I can see on find my phone that someone has it and took it home. I know for a fact that my watch was only ever left in my room so whoever cleaned my room stole my Apple watch.
J. Thompson: Good location for downtown Raleigh.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Jeff Burke: The Rye bar is a great place to grab a drink or several. The food is good. The bartenders are friendly and provide great service. As for the hotel, it has everything you need.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Luxury, Great value, High-tech …More
Shenita Y White: Great, convenient location and amenities for a conference. The staff are professional and exhibit Southern hospitality. The restaurant has good food served in large portions. And, being downtown, there are many other dining options in walking distance. The conference center it right across the street and accessible from within the hotel. Overall, my stay was excellent.
Rajesh Patel: Ellie at front desk is very unprofessional. She refused to give complimentary water. Manger on duty had a big attitude to pass In complimentary water bottle. It seemed they were doing a favor and as if they are paying from their pocket. She did not even checked the pms system to figure out if the water bottle was even given. This is at 11.30 at night. While checking in at 5 pm - they had no courtesy even. It is not about water bottle which cost a dollar. It is about the time at night when all walking distance store are closed. The Manager on duty is someone who need yo be taught the Marriott way of hospitality. This staff needs to be trained to speak with guest. The management need to check video for 11-30 to see how their front line staff deals with guests .
Stephen Spencer: This hotel has an excellent location that is walking distance to a number of restaurants and is across the street from the Raleigh convention center, the rooms were amazing and the food at the restaurant was good. I was in town for a conference and they were a great host hotel.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Christina Solano: Very updated and classy hotel. It’s beautiful and has a restaurant inside with a full bar. The location is walkable to many places including Red Hat Amphitheater. I want to give this place 5 stars but it wasn’t very quite in our room. My water bottle rattled on the nightstand on the 3rd floor. There was a vent or something in our room that was rattling. We put a bag and some things against it to make it stop. We were able to park on the street for free overnight Saturday to Sunday. I would consider staying here again.
Kevin Wang: Amazing hotel in downtown Raleigh.Room: I've stayed at the Raleigh Marriott City Center several times for work trips. The rooms feature high-end finishings including comfy mattresses and plush duvets, deluxe headboards, lounge chaise, smart TV, ample storage in drawers and closet, work chair and desk, with walk-in shower. The hotel is on the older side (e.g., air vents showing their age) but you would think the rooms are almost brand-new based on the renovations and amazing upkeep by staff and management. My only complaints with the room are (1) smoke detector has a blinking light, which I absolutely abhor as someone that sleeps in the dark) (2) room door has a sizable gap underneath, which let's in a lot of light and noise (especially if you're next to the elevator) - I've unfortunately always been placed in rooms right next to the elevator despite preferring the opposite.Facilities: The Raleigh City Center Marriott is a full-service hotel featuring it's own restaurant, Rye Bar and Southern Kitchen, which I've unfortunately never tried, well-stocked gym, and indoor pool and jacuzzi (see pictures). The pool is pretty short but usually not busy and has shower, towels, and restroom right next to it. The Raleigh City Center does have an executive M-lounge for platinum and above Marriott Bonvoy members (more on this below).Service: Hotel staff are very friendly all around. Platinum and above (Titanium + Ambassador) Marriott Bonvoy members have access to one of the best executive M lounges (pictured) I've ever been in. The lounge isn't large but features large-screen TVs, ample seating and lounge areas, booth / desks for work / breakfast. Roni, the evening lounge specialist, keeps tasty hors d'oeurves (love the multi-colored carrots) well-stocked and serves up delicious desert (chocolate cake they serve is divine!). Levi at the front desk is always super friendly. I've spoken with Edward Clayton, the manager, who is extremely nice and personable. It's easy to see the hotel is efficiently run and all associates are always professional.Location: Located downtown, the Raleigh City Center is right next to the convention center and the Kennedy Theatre / Martin Performing Arts Center.Photos are from February 2023Rooms: The rooms feature high-end finishings including comfy mattresses and plush duvets, deluxe headboards, lounge chaise, smart TV, ample storage in drawers and closet, work chair and desk, with walk-in shower. Mark Anthony Ramirez: Wonderful, friendly staff and very helpful.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Kayla Dillon: Always a wonderful experience. The staff is always super nice and accommodating.Rooms: Always clean and very nice.Walkability: Most of everything you need is walking distance or a short trip.Food & drinks: Hotel bar is amazing. Drinks are expensive for someone who isn't an alcohol drinker. Lol
Matt Hardister: My wife and I were in town for a concert at the Red Hat Amphitheater. This hotel was the perfect location. We walked to dinner and the concert. Rooms are nice and clean. The hotel itself is fantastic. Only issue was our room wasn't ready at check in, not a big deal, we grabbed a beer at the bar while we waited. Was told it was being inspected and I'd receive a call when it was all set. Waited 30 or so minutes and I went to check with the front desk. The girl was giving an entire run down of the place to the guests she was helping at the time. She told me the room was ready and apologized for not getting a call. She handed me the key, with zero info (like she had given guests before me), such as using the room key to operate the elevator. We still had a blast but communication is key, be consistent with each guest. I'd still recommend this place.
Dwayne: Good quiet clean rooms with Wi-Fi, quality monitors for viewing content, can log into your streaming service, barn-door bathroom is different but modern. Views are nice, we were on the 16th floor. We will return.
Charles Greene: A solid choice for a hotel.Rooms: 4/5|Service: 4/5|Location: 4/5Hotel highlights Great value …More

Super 8 by Wyndham Raleigh Downtown: what do users think?
RealPersonal ReviewsRaleigh: Rooms: Clean with lots of room for your belongings. Large desk with several USB plugs and outlets. No closet but room for luggage and hanging bar built in to desk and luggage center with plenty of room in two large cubbies and one drawer. Large vanity with sink to set up bathroom items with shelf underneath. Microwave and fridge are large for a hotel room.Nearby activities: Not a fancy area of town but close to several convenience stores, sams club, gas stations and the second busiest bus route in Raleigh is steps from the door. Downtown is minutes away by car or bus and even a nice walk if you choose.Walkability: You can walk to a few convenience stores and restaurants. The bus stop on one of the most frequent running routes has several stops you can see from the hotel and You can even walk downtown fairly easily on sidewalked streets.
Enrique Padilla: I made a reservation for 2 nights and I stayed only one because the room was dirty and smells really bad, I checked on the next day because I was staying in another hotel. Now when I checked on my card I was charged the 2 nights even though I checked out the very next day. I called the hotel and they are very rude and they are saying stayed 2 days. The place is so nasty that I feel dirty while I was there.
Tonya Ryan Sasser (Tonya Ryan): Rooms: CleanRooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Great value …More
charlene wilson: We checked in. Within minutes we made a store run, bought sheets and Lysol, then ended up just checking out. Cigarette burns (no smoking room) on the bedspreads, stained, dirty carpets and stairwell smelled like urine.Rooms: 2/5|Service: 3/5|Location: 2/5 …More
Shomari TV: Do not stay here and the neighborhood is very run downNo I did not like the location the room was smelling like cigarette my fiance has asthma and she was coughing all night I would not recommend nobody to stay at this hotel the manager attitude was very stink and she seems to be very racist And the place was not Clean CleanRooms: Room smells like cigarettes It's even though it's not smoking

Mamabear 4848: Not worth the price.Rooms: 2/5|Service: 2/5|Location: 2/5 …More
Rabbit Wabbit: Safety: Definitely be careful here. There are some drug dealers and smokers yelling and making all kinds of noise at night.Rooms: 3/5|Service: 3/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Tenille Brown: I wish I could give this place a -0. The worst hotel I ever checked into. I checked in and out in 15 min 🤢. I was in town for a basketball game and this hotel was close to the convention center. Crack heads running up to your car, the heavily smell if smoke in the room with cigarette holes in the blanket. The room looked disgusting I couldn’t get out there fast enough. The heavy set man at the front desk didn’t even bother to ask me why I was leaving. This happened last night. DO NOT STAY HERE. I’d sleep in my car first.
Kevbrion Wilson: Walked into the room a lamp was broken but light still work I didn't pay it no mind next day after check out 12:12 $100 was token from my account customer service sucks but rooms are very cleanRooms: The rooms were clean
barry kat: Smell of cannabis flowed I to room. Some people standing outside.Room was very clean.Didn't get to try breakfast, it ends at 9Rooms: Does smell like cannabis from other rooms. The room is very clean.Nearby activities: Excellent restaurant right next door.
KATHLEEN TAYLOR: Front desk staff are friendly and helpful.Rooms: 4/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 4/5Hotel highlights Great value …More
TC Holt: So I booked a room for my brother. His flight was canceled and we called the hotel immediately. The manager on duty said that we will have to pay for one room but they could give us the other 3 days. When speaking to the head manager after speaking to the on duty manager. The head manager a few days later said that we were not getting a refund. This place is a place with no integrity nor honor . They want to do us fill the rooms and they will not honor their word. After reading the reviews I see why they would not give a refund because they can't fill the rooms based upon the nastiness and lack of professionalism. DO NOT STAY HERE.

Kevin Russell: It's a Hilton brand, so you pretty much know what to expect. We had friendly service, a pretty large room, free parking. Location was very convenient! Very happy with our stay!Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Darryl Nordan: Great place under new management really friendly people.
Stephanie Reynolds: Really nice hotel, reason why I typically choose a Hilton when I have to stay somewhere. Place was very clean and all the staff were friendly. I was a little sad we could only stay the one night. We even got some cookies after we checked in, which is a nice touch. The breakfast was good for $10/person, a much better deal than trying to find a place to eat in Raleigh. I have to give a shout out to the lovely lady at the breakfast buffet this morning, she had a unique name and I can't remember it. One of the guests was in a wheelchair and came down for breakfast. She set up a little table, and made his plate and some coffee, that was soo sweet of her to go out of her way to do that I thought. I felt bad since most people don't tip after paying for breakfast, but she definitely deserves it!Great place to stay for a good deal, you won't be disappointed!
Dallas McClain: Very friendly staff from management to housekeeping. Very attentive.
Eddie D.: A rewarding experience the customer service was professional. Changes brought about by Covid is noticeable but accepting. I missed the courtesy breakfast, the $10 for breakfast was different. And the Room Service is different. However, I am definitely not divorcing my Holiday Inn and it's points perks.
Adrien Jones: Great experience nice front desk stay guy with dreads was very helpful from check in to check out!!! Rosy thanks for the 2 clean rooms!!!!!
Laurie Nilsen: Reasonable price. Great customer service at front desk. Day manager Laura was awesome after I had several issues with reservation line. Comfortable bed. Room was clean and in good repair
Nicci J: ❤❤
Jeremy Munn: called the hotel directly to book a room for an employee and paid for it over the phone only for the hotel to say at check in that the card given was to hold the room, not pay for it. the person that took my reservation never informed me of this. what was the point of taking my card if you are not going to charge it? the front desk clerk was completely clueless and unwillingly to make anything right. I had to drive over 30 minutes one way to insert my CC for 2 minutes (same one I gave them earlier in the day) so that my employee had a place to stay.
Cary Powe: Rooms were very clean, nice and affordable! I would highly recommend this hotel!
