Luke Johnson: Ever since I've gotten my first car, I've gotten my insurance through Erie insurance at Chapman Insurance Agency. I've been fortunate to have never been in an accident that I was at fault, but after recently being ran into by a Wake County Sherrif's Deputy, apparently the county doesn't have insurance so everything is handled on a claim through my insurance company and refunded after the claim is resolved.Now that it is my first time experiencing their customer service, I am completely dissapointed in the lack of help, horrible response times, and poor customer service. I was assigned an adjuster, and immediately they were unresponsive after setting up an appointment for a body shop estimate.Many issues arose throughout this repair process, and every time I would call or send an email, I would wait 3/5 days with no response. Email a follow up and wait, until ususally on the third email, after waiting upwards of two weeks they would respond. I changed Body shop locations, and when I was assigned a new Adjuster I hoped for better response times, but instead I go another week with no response, then another ten days for the follow up email.As of right now I am nearing three months since the accident took place, and I still don't have an appointment at a body shop...

Amber Summers Scott: David used to be amazing I’ve been/was with him almost 10 years….Then I realized I was being charged for a car I no longer even had ! for over 3 years I was charged for multiple cars.I was supposed to be given a credit (for only one year?!?) but then my policy was canceled with no warning. Never notified nothing!! therefore I was driving with no insurance which could’ve been very dangerous for my Cadillac not to mention in generalI have tried to reach him by phone email and contact form on his website over a week and cannot get an email or call.Don’t use this place
Lis: I was recommended this agency's services due to the low cost of auto policy insurance and I wanted to support a local business so I quickly enrolled with them. The original call with David was cordial; however, he forgot to fix some administrative errors on his end and I had to pay almost 3x the amount of my policy for one month plus other fees at the end. An apology was never given and they never advocated on my behalf with National General. Being a third-party vendor is a big no if you need effective, quick, and customer-friendly services. In here, as a customer, they'll leave you confused in the middle between them and National General. Hope this helps someone!

Official: This agent started off great then slowly declined in its customer service. I enjoyed ERIE itself, but Crismond in particular, I have become saddened by. I’ve been with this agent for almost 5 years now and since I got married and had a baby things have became tight on my end financially.I got behind on my insurance payments and the owner was cold. He texted me after I explained my situation to him stating that I needed to contact customer support. Thankfully the support team from ERIE worked with me. Not sure why my agent could not do the same.There was another lady in the office I spoke with previously who was rude. Cannot remember her name.Michelle was nice at first. Until she swore up and down that I did not know what I was talking about after I received clarity from the state of NC explaining that even if I am married I do not have to hold full coverage on my vehicle since it is paid off. And that it is not required by law to have full coverage in the state of NC. The state representative clarified that I would only need to maintain liability coverage at the very least. Michelle stated that whoever I spoke with is incorrect and I was not given valid information.After some months have passed, I received a letter in the mail with my “Amended Insurance” from Crismond now showing that I have liability coverage. I see the representative I spoke to was right after all Michelle.I never did receive an apology after my intelligence was insulted.The only reason I have not left this agent is because I truly have enjoyed having ERIE as my insurance provider. ERIE is a great insurance company. Sadly I can no longer speak the same for Crismond as an agent for ERIE.God Bless 🙏🏽
