Tina Daly: We've moved around a lot and have worked with over a half dozen interior decorators across numerous cities. When my family moved to Raleigh, we hired MA Allen to help us with our new home. They are professional, organized (weekly meetings and progress reports), and offered beautifully fresh and modern designs and ideas. They listened to what we wanted and delivered only the highest quality products (from names like Vanguard, Wesley Hall and Hickory Chair). Our happiness was their number one goal - They took very good care of us and we love the results!
Jackie Ramsey: Was recommended by a friend. Their design aesthetic ended up being very basic and the job took a lot longer than I was initially told. The lack of communication and response from them became a major issue. Much better designers out there in the Raleigh area.

They were so helpful in our early conversations with the folks hired by the landlord and advocated for us multiple times.Our office is perfect and beyond what we ever envisioned! Kathleen Pearson: When it was time to renovate our master bath, powder room and guest bath, there was no question about who we would ask to do the design work. We were so pleased with the work that Rima Nasser did seven years ago when she designed our kitchen, contacted TEW Design.We met with Rima and Stephanie Palm at the TEW studio. They listened to our wishes for the project and visited our home to see the space and take measurements. They presented their designs in print and video formats. It was wonderful to see examples of floor and shower tiles, cabinet styles and color and pictures of faucets, lights and mirrors. Bringing some tile samples home made the choices much easier. The final result is even better than we had envisioned.TEW Design is a professional, full-service design studio with women who listen well and are a delight to work with. Mary Coffey: We purchased a home in the area but were not scheduled to move in right away. I didn't want to move a lot of furniture from the west coast (our Pasadena bungalow stuff just didn't fit the mid-century modern of the new house). So I did something I had not done before -- hire TEW Design Studio help me figure out how to furnish the new house and to refurbish and refresh some of the features that either didn't suit our taste or seemed a bit old-fashioned. TEW Studio was recommended to us by our realtor, and they handled every aspect of the project beautifully. They always worked with our budget, and they worked to get a sense of our own specific aesthetic.They gave us many options when it came to key pieces of furniture, and they coordinated those things that we did intend to bring with us into their vision of the key spaces of the house (LR, DR, Master BR, Kitchen). Their selections for key pieces of furniture, for light fixtures, for paint colors, and floor treatments were spectacular. For that reason, on those few occasions when I was a little doubtful of what they proposed, I made the decision to defer to their design judgement (which was the whole point, right?). Not surprisingly, virtually every one of those instances proved they were right.We are thrilled with the work, which was done on time, on budget, and with very high quality of workmanship. The success of that first project encouraged us to begin a guest bathroom remodel, which is already looking amazing. Every day we wake up in spaces that are beautiful, comfortable, and really functional. I'm delighted with Rima and her team, and I love this new home.TService:Refurbishment

They designed a playroom for our two little girls while also making it a fun place for parents to hang out. Jenny and her team were AMAZING helping with design decisions like interior/exterior paint colors, bath and kitchen fixtures, custom cabinet design, tile, floor stains, etc. They also did a wonderful job helping source beautiful interiors, which really makes the investment pay off. Lynelle Clark: Lavish did a beautiful job on remodeling our kitchen and first floor guest suite. They gave us a new island we can all fit around and a bright, functional upgrade to our counters and backsplash in the kitchen. They took our small powder room and made a luxurious guest bathroom with shower and connected it to the bedroom with a pocket door. This bathroom is nicer than the one in our master!
