Ran zid: A cosy break from huge chain restaurants and bars this makes you feel at home from the first minute , the staff are excellent in getting you what you need in a very welcoming way. It's also one of the very very few places in raleigh where you can get irish/english/European bacon (yes its different) so my personal favorites are any of the burgers and the full Irish breakfast.Parking is easy , disabled access is good and the drink selection is extensive to say the least, so definitely check this place out.

GB Crush: I got egg on my shirt, so yes, a darn good brunch was had! Forget the over-cooked omelets you could have at some of those over-crowded brunchy joints. The eggs of my 'Full Irish' were perfectly runny, the hashrowns perfectly ready to soak up the yolk, and the breakfast sausage had that lovely crispness you want when you slice through the skin, but was oh so juicy and flavourful. It's a certifiable nap on a plate. Also their mini potato pancakes are to die for, crispy, just salty enough, and much to easy to share out of someone else's basket!Did I mention service is tops here? They may be understaffed according to the sign on their door, but everyone who came to the table was attentive, friendly, and more than willing to help. They were also more than happy to find answers to our allergen concerns! Staff like this are why regulars come back to a pub, and when you see a granny waving at a strapping hulk of a server because she knows him, you're in the right spot! What else do you get? Well you get a real pub with dim lighting in the back (perfect for a retreat from a hot summer's day), and you also get kids during the day (as you would expect for a proper pub). There's a descent selection on tap. The restrooms are two genderless toilet closets that are well cleaned and well kept (and have tiles missing from their wood wall trim, somehow perfect for the atmosphere). It's a very homey place and I'm sorry I only discovered it now, in the middle of the day. I'm definitely looking forward to coming back again and trying more on their extensive menu...and also doing some night drinking. So far though, its an 11/10.(The only knock I might have is the lack of rashers and puddings in the Irish breakfast -- but in this country it's hard sell.)Kid-friendliness: Welcomes kids as any real pub should. Tight spaces in the back does mean their screams of delight will echo and reverberate.Parking: Parking is a small challenge, especially immediately out front. The spaces are wide enough, there just aren't enough of them -right there-

Tommy Mills: My first time going and I really liked the place, The food was good and was a good portion for a decent price. The crowd was a good mix and made it fun, I'm sure I'll be back again.Food: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5Recommended dishes Fish & Chips …More
J.J. Meidl: O'Malley's Pub in Raleigh's Oak Park neighborhood is a hidden gem that delivered an exceptional breakfast experience. I ordered the delectable combination of hash browns, hamburger patty, sausage gravy, and over-medium egg-The Dinkel. The hash browns were crispy and golden, providing a delightful crunch with every bite. The hamburger patty was juicy and flavorful, cooked to perfection with a slight char on the outside. It added a substantial and satisfying element to the dish. The sausage gravy was rich and creamy, adding a touch of indulgence that tied all the flavors together. Finally, the over-medium egg was cooked flawlessly, with a silky yolk that added a velvety texture to the dish when mixed with the other components. If you find yourself in Raleigh, do not miss the opportunity to savor a delightful morning meal at O'Malley's Pub.

Reeze The Vampire: This place is *so close* to being perfect. Great atmosphere, tasty, well-priced food, and excellent service each of the 3-or-so times I've been. I only have to 2 issues, and they are pretty nitpicky, but I like being mean with my star rating, what can I say? When there is live music, I literally cannot hear anything and talking with coworkers or friends while here almost becomes a non-option. I love the music, can we get it turned down? Also, for an Irish pub, the Irish stuff seems lacking from the menu. It's got the basic Irish stuff and the stuff you'd expect at a bar, and it's all really yummy, but I'd like more Irish options, it's an Irish pub after all.
Tony Coulter: For what it is the food is good and the vibe I like.Food: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5 …More

Brad Gold (NCNYChief): **UPDATE** We have now lived in Raleigh for over 2 years and O'Malley's is one of our staples. We typically go there at least once a week and in fact went there last night. The staff is super friendly, they have great food, and live music all the time. Absolutely one of our favorite places here in Raleigh. We moved down about 8 weeks ago from NY and heard about this place about the first day we moved in. Was told the wings are good, and since my wife is from Buffalo, we figured we'd see. Well, the wings are amazing and approved by my wife (says a lot) and we have been back multiple times since then. We have tried many different dishes, and have not been disappointed at all. The prices are very reasonable and you may even have leftovers. There is outside seating and they're very aware of social distancing, masks, etc. There is even live music on occasion (not sure of the schedule, but it was always good music). My only small critique is that there isn't enough choice of stouts or porters other than a few. Would like to see more. But that is definitely me being a Karen there lol. Go here and you will not be disappointed.
Chris De La Feld: Great irish pub. Good menu with the classic dishes. Reasonable prices and a great deal on a ribeye steak for $22. Good selection of beer and whiskeys. Music every night but not always irish music.Recommended dishes Bangers and Mash, Fish & Chips, Shepherd's Pie …More

Teah: I enjoy coming here for brunch with friends. Having the option of light bites is great. Too often portion sizes are way too large to eat and TR offers the choice of something a little smaller. The atmosphere is fun and upbeat, great especially if you want to watch a "football" soccer game.Parking: Free and multiple spots in the complex available
Leslie Burch: atmosphere was exactly what a pub house should feel. Food is absolutely spot on. I had the corned beef and cabbage and I hurt myself eating all of it because it was so good. Service was fast, excellent and friendly. 10/10 would live here.Food: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5 …More
Kelly Fair: Always a winner. The food, the staff, and the atmosphere can't be beat. It's an authentic Irish pub owned by Irishmen, who brought a majority of the furniture and decor over from Ireland and serve the Irish chef's hometown recipes. They treat their staff right and it shows in the lack of turnover and also how the staff then treats customers. You can tell they all love working there. This place is 12/10 for the Irish experience.Vegetarian options: They always have veggie/vegan options though they may vary.Kid-friendliness: During the day and early evening it is very family/kid friendly, it doesn't turn into a more bar atmosphere until later at nightWheelchair accessibility: Standard handicap parking lot spots with curb cuts/ramps, no steps to get indoors.Dietary restrictions: I have brought many people with dietary restrictions or allergies over the years, and they are very professional handling whatever the restriction may be as long as you tell them when you arrive.

Debi & TJ Jensen: The food was absolutely wonderful and the service was spot on! Our waitress kept checking with us if we needed anything, and even noticed we finished a shared appetizer, so she offered and brought out some Irish Soda bread to snack on while waiting for our meals. Very personable! We sat outside since it was nice and we got to visit with some longtime friends that we seldom see since they’re in NC and we’re in ID!

Phil “Philly” Farrell: My first interaction with the wait staff didn't go well. But we were there for the band on the patio. We hung out, talked, and listened to the music. We stayed for a couple hours and the two staff members working the patio never asked us once if we wanted anything, although they cleared our empty glasses. Another person got served where we were sitting. So if you not familiar with this place, you should ask how things work.

Hibernian Irish Pub & Restaurant: what do users think?
Kyle Fetaline: Great vibe on the rooftop bar and was mostly shaded at dinner time. Flies were expected, but the ant army was unwelcome. One of the servers clearly put their thumb in the coleslaw, leaving a smudge trail on the plate. Our waitress disappeared after confirming food was delivered, never to be seen again.Drinks were good and menu prices were quite reasonable. Everyone enjoyed their food. Despite the flaws, I’ll give it another try someday.

I agree with another post saying slaw was meh, but I'll still order again. Hubby enjoyed the bangers (sausages) abd said the mashed potatoes were really good. Also came with delicious onion rings that I ate! Dipping trio appy was yum too!We dined on a Friday around 6pm before the rush. Perfect time for great service!

Ryan McGriff: Great location. Super cozy/classic UK pub vibes. Decent food. But service was extremely slow. After we got our drinks and food, we didn’t see another staff member till they brought the check. Could’ve really used some refills and additional drinks from the bar. The Bloody Mary w/ grilled cheese was huge; whole meal on its own. But it took like 15-20 min to receive it, so I can’t really say it was worth it.
Sairaj Nemmaniwar: Great experience. The outside sitting is really good.Food: 5/5|Service: 4/5|Atmosphere: 5/5Recommended dishes Wings …More
Karen Dawkins: We had an unexpected free evening and went to the Hibernian for dinner. The upstairs patio (not sure if there is elevator access) was a lot of fun, though the music is loud. The Monday burger special is an incredible value and quite delicious. The fish and chips was as hoped for, a light beer batter over tender fish. Great fries. Coleslaw was “meh.” Great spot in Glenwood South!
dan smith: Nice Irish Pub with great service and good food. The upstairs balcony has a great view of Glenwood while you’re eating and drinking. They have a great selection of Irish whiskey, plenty of beers on tap, a good Rueben, and a giant serving of fish and chips. Pro-tip: If you don’t eat like a starved lumberjack, you can order the fish sandwich plain. It’s cheaper than the fish and chips and probably still more fish and fries most folks will eat.

Joseph Aspley: Pats is a chill place with lots of regulars. You can play the slots. Service is good. Food is always good too.
J Hinkle: Could not find a restaurant on a Friday for date night but this pub looked open and well rated, so tried here. Wow, I've rarely felt less welcome in a restaurant. I expect it may be a locals only place. Very few people were in the restaurant, but we still waited 5-7 minutes for someone to get around to seating us. When we finally did, no menus and then getting water took a long time. After that the server didn't come back to us for 10 min, though we saw her walk somewhere in the other room. We left a small tip and quickly left instead of further insult.

Ashley Roy: Went here with some close friends and had a wonderful time! They had several great beer specials. I ordered the nachos, and they were easily the best nachos I’ve had in a long time. Melanie Rogers: This place has it all! I’ve never had a bad meal and the people are so friendly! It feels like family here!
DL 3562: My wife likes a salad or something there and dragged me out after I decided not to return years ago. The reason was I find their food bland and tavern-like. In no way shape or form could this be considered Irish by any stretch of the imagination. I've been to Ireland and frequented many pubs that are far more authentic. For starters the atmosphere in is that of a low budget Chili's type restaurant. Minimal decor. No ambiance. Certainly nothing that says "I'm in an Irish pub."2nd, and most importantly, the food isn't very good. Guinness is the only Irish beer on draft, and if I remember the only Irish beer there period. Weak sauce. American bar food dominates the menu: cheese fries, wings, tostada salad, crab cakes, steak, etc.I ordered the bangers and mash along with a cup of Irish stew. It's usually pretty easy to tell proper Irish bangers (sausages) from inferior American efforts you find at grocery stores. The former will usually have the texture of a hot dog inside....not resemble a bratwurst which is what I had. The mashed potatoes and green beans that came with it tasted like a microwave meal. At least the service was good. (Great job Chloe)The stew was OK and probably the only thing I would recommend. I would dump the Irish portion and focus on more bar food if I'm these guys. If you want an Irish experience check out Hibernian Pub just a few miles away on Falls of Neuse Rd. Authentic food and atmosphere!
Kristin King: Just don't bother. The live music was horrible.I literally left my entire entree on the table even ranch dressing couldn't make the chicken edible.Food: 1/5|Service: 1/5|Atmosphere: 1/5 …More

tyler jankuv: Place is super clean. Staff is super friendly. Kid friendly. Typical Irish bar food. Wings here 10/10.The Irish stew is perfect for those cold rainy days. Definitely will be returning.Recommended dishes Wings …More
Art Samberg: We had burgers and they were cooked well and tasted great. Highly recommend
Jim Goheen: "New" menu is a bit highbrow, and disjointed, for an Irish Pub. Missing the old menu, but a HUGE upgrade over the previous establishment.Food: 5/5|Service: 4/5|Atmosphere: 4/5Recommended dishes Nachos, Burgers …More

Rune: I've been to Ireland and went on a fish and chips tour of the country in search of fish and chips better than what I can get at pipers. Some come close but none did. The food here is great but do yourself a favor and get pipers fish and chipsBe sure to check what you ordered for take out because 100% of the time they will mess up your order. It's the price you'll have to pay for getting amazing food. I get take out from here a few times a month and they've never given me the correct order on the first try, always check your food inside of the place before you leave.Amazing food though, compliments to the chefs and the owners

Colleen Kehoe: One of our fav places to go! The food is always great, the staff is wonderful, and the outdoor deck is really nice when the weather is good. Love the cocktails too!Kid-friendliness: Easy place to bring kidsParking: As long as it isn't a Fri or Sat night the parking is plentiful!
R H: Pizza is really good. Slow to get served..there was a discussion as to who was serving us. Other tables seated after us were served 1st.Beware: 3.5% added to bill for using a credit card.
Matt Brubaker: Really quality food. Good atmosphere. Good service. Will go again.Just be aware:- Kids meals run $8.00 and doesn't include a drink. So figure $11.00 with a drink.- Using a credit card will incur an additional 3.5% fee on your bill.
Lydia Forehand: Decent. The fries were undercooked, bacon over cooked. Our waitress wasn’t very knowledgeable or polite. Ranch and other condiments tasted very watered down. All and all ok, but not great.Food: 3/5|Service: 3/5|Atmosphere: 4/5 …More

Landmark Tavern: what do users think?
Christopher Kearney: Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5More
Mike Mustari: Always love this spot!
Chelsy L: Great bar and beautiful outside patio. We went pretty late on a Saturday night and enjoyed our drinks
Raymond Myburgh: Nice outside patio.
Andrea Martin: Typical bar- nice outdoor space although a bit Smoky depending on who is out there- they. They have two TV’s and comfortable seating. The bartender was kind and efficient.
Rob Kent: Love this place. Constant solid service
DeepSpate Hex: Cool and more cool…you won’t be disappointed.
Brian Dulin: Really friendly
Brad Saverino: This bar really isn’t my style. It’s a little more upscale and quiet then I would prefer. The crowed is a little nicer dressed. The back patio was very nice.
K Ferguson: It was a relaxing environment
Trent: LOVE this place. It's huge inside and outside.
Chad Jones: Amazing atmosphere, great people, patrons and bartenders alike. Even the pupper was allowed on the patio! Highly reccomend this establishment. Will definitely be back
Matthew Turpin: My favorite bar in downtown Raleigh!!
Skip Graham: All the greats have passed through here, and it's hard to think about how many are now gone either in life or to other places. I still enjoy sitting down for a draft or out back on the deck. But lately it's more like visiting a place I used know. The energy and the hustle still roiling as always, but now in goes around me instead of through me. Landmark, I love ya. Always will.
Christina Urban: This is my favorite bar in downtown Raleigh. The beer is cheap and they have a good selection. It’s really the kind of grungy bar that counters the fancy cocktail bars and breweries in this area
John A: Great locals spot for tasty cocktails.Beautiful bar imported from NYC I believe the bartender told us.
Christopher Benson: Great place to sit out back in the spring air and consume affordable drinks
Brooks Saylor: Excellent atmosphere. Favorite bar in Raleigh
Ted Gautsch: A cool pub in an unexpected place. This long and narrow bar certainly comes with a lot of charm, and an impressive amount of indoor seating. I would say it definitely fits into the neighborhood and appears to be a popular local hangout. Even on a chilly day, the outdoor seating is very comfortable, feel free to take advantage of the propane heaters. The drinks are excellent, and the customer service is good, it's definitely a great place to stop for drinks.Cheers!
Shavona Brown: My favorite spot to get a nice drink and meet awesome new people..always go here❗💞🤞
Derick Pierce: Landmark is the last option on Hargett st to go to! 🤷🏾‍♂️
