Twinherns: We arrived there with a party of 5. They said the wait was going to be 30 minutes. We waited over double that time (about 1 hr 15 mins), and soon enough had to ask the host what the deal was. She claimed that those who have made late reservations get to go ahead of all of those in the waiting queue. Never was that stated to any of us beforehand, nor was the wait time, including those with late reservations, impacted to be a better estimated wait time. We finally got seated a few minutes later after saying I would go eat elsewhere and telling her how to run the wait queue properly. However, the cook had such amazing service, and the food was top-notch!

I went to the mall location yesterday and had the worse experience one of the waiters refused to serve me for over 20 minutes. After waiting I asked to speak to manager. It was brought to my attention I was wrongly accused of fussing this waiter out . I am totally offended . It was very embarrassing. This waiter did not know how to separate his personal opinion with business .

TJ Styers: The tuna dumpling appetizer and Angry Dragon roll are two of my favorites! Tried over 12 different rolls and they're all pretty amazing. Service has always been top notch when I've visited but Liam is the man. The plating style and decorations add a little flare which brightens the overall experience. Full bar is always a plus but I like the Sho Chiku Bai Nigori Sake.

Kt Russo: We sat outdoors and awaited a waiter. It took quite a while for anyone to come to the table and whenever we ran out of water or needed something the waiter was not available or was indoors. We ordered appetizers and one did not come til after dinner which was odd as we were never updated on that. The food was delicious though and we will most likely go back for take out. I don’t recommend dining in.

Camerons Culinarium: TOP NOTCH! From the service, to presentation, to the most important part, the flavor. They have a really unique menu, with your basics, and then some really upscale twists on classics. I had the truffle salmon appetizer, and it was so fresh, and the flavors combined with each other perfectly. I had the Girl On Fire roll, and the presentation alone was enough to sell me, but the freshness and combination of everything together in this roll was next level. No soy sauce or wasabi necessary. Just eat it as is and you will not be disappointed. The service was super fast and friendly. I came in at lunch time and was able to sit right down. I will definitely be back, and couldn't recommend this place enough.

life Happens (Jim Butts): Well, all I can say is what a terribly disappointing lunch. I understand everything is expensive now but it’s just so aggravating to spend $14 and get something that you don’t even enjoy. Ordered hibachi steak and although the taste of the meat was good, every piece was tough and half of the pieces had gristle through it, rendering it virtually uneatable. I can say the rice was OK, but it’s pretty hard to mess up Rice. I think this is simply a case of a restaurant that chooses to squeeze every last penny out of its customers, even if it means using the cheapest products It can buy, and unfortunately it shows I did give them two stars instead of one because the staff was pleasant, and the food was provided promptly.

bill burroughs: I got 2 plates. One with hibachi chicken and one with chicken and shrimp. This came with rice and vegetables. The chicken in both orders was totally dry and chewy. It clearly had been left sitting on the grill too long. There was no hibachi or any type sauce that would give it flavor or keep it moist. It did not look like the posted pictures. The rice had no flavor of any kind and the white sauce that came in packets was as thin as water. Had to discard both the orders after a few bites. This place may need more oversight from an owner to ensure tasty food is well prepared and served.

Breeana Smith: Don’t waste your time going here. I ordered the hibachi chicken for lunch and got my food within 3 minutes (which should’ve been a red flag). I tasted my food when I got back to work and it was extremely cold and was not seasoned at all. The “white sauce” was in a packet and was watery and didn’t taste like anything either. I called to tell them what happened and asked if I could be refunded the $10.83 but the lady said I’d have to bring the FOOD BACK for a discount. I will not be returning here, please go elsewhere for quality hibachi.

Parker Lang: I ordered steak and shrimp, when I arrived the order was for steak and chicken. The workers then picked my chicken off plate and added shrimp and lightly warmed up my already well done steak. On the way out, I was charged $1 for 2 ginger sauces. I personally think 1 white sauce, 1 ginger should be included. This experience wasn’t my fault, and I wasn’t rude about it. The place felt super cheap to me and the food was overcooked/ok at best.

I know it's a covid thing, but the self service ordering was super fast and convenient. the food was really good for the price, it didn't blow my mind or anything but for a $10-ish Hibachi meal it was really excellent. I have zero complaints. Also, this spot has the best yum yum sauce I have had outside of making it myself.
Briana J: I was in the mood for Hibachi, so I decided to check Tenko Japan out on a whim. I ordered the teriyaki chicken entrée with extra zucchini - and it was delicious. My chicken was cooked and seasoned perfectly! I will admit that I was a bit confused by the ordering process (you order through the screens up front) when I arrived but I've got the hang of it now and will definitely be back in the future 😊

My biggest issue is that I paid $15 for the smallest plate of hibachi I have ever gotten from a restaurant. It was such a sad plate! Nikki d: I took a shot and ordered delivery for this restaurant, and I am so glad that I did! I have been searching years for quality and clean-tasting Japanese Hibachi since moving to Raleigh/Cary, and I’m so glad to have finally found it. I’ve had a dozen other restaurants’ nigiri, but the Ebi here are big, quality, and meaty. I could have made an entire meal from just the nigiri! The tamago had a sweet hint of mirin which so many restaurants skimp on. The teriyaki filet is a generous portion with super tender meat that had the perfect flavor, the sauce was light but flavorful and just sweet enough. The rice was soft and fluffy without being even a bit undercooked, the veg were quality and plentiful - cooked as tender as the steak. They gave delicious sauces including an extra white sauce when I asked, and a teriyaki sauce. I’m glad to have found such a quality, delicious new favorite restaurant!
John Williams: Freshest cleanest high quality ingredients. This is the first place I ever tried sushi and it is the benchmark that I hold all other places to. You walk in and the place is so clean with Such a spacious dining area. The staff is extremely nice and give amazing service. Then as soon as you get the food you can tell that they only serve the best. The ginger dressing is so light and bright and just the right amount of tangy. The broth for the soup is so savory with a slight spice and umami kick. All the vegetable are crisp and you can tell they are so fresh. They have a huge variety of entrees that you are sure to find something you love. I always get specialty rolls and they taste so clean and fresh. The flavors all work together in beautiful harmony. Some places rely on heavy sauce on their rolls to get the flavor but at saki house is all about the ingredients. It is probably the best sushi in Raleigh. I try to go once a week because I feel like a million bucks after I have a meal there. You have to try it. You will love it
Foodie “s1forlife” m: Always so good! Usually always get the love boat for 2. Did it again. Was for my moms 85th birthday and she wanted sushi from Saki House. I got it to go. She and I loved it as usual as we only get it on special occasions. So yummy!!! My birthday is next month so that will be my birthday dinner to share with her. Friendly staff too!

We ordered Hibachi Filet Mignon , Dynamite Sushi Rolls and Mixed Vegetable Sushi Rolls.Carrots in all were too hard to eat as was the broccoli. Highly suspicious that steak was actually Filet Mignon. Sushi rolls were mushy and were replaced with California Rolls equally as mushy. No soy sauce to be found. Beer was warm and Dr. Pepper was totally flat.Wish we'd gone to Olive Garden!!!

Only a few things to say” If I had the palette of a Labrador the food may have been fine and if I had to serve that food I probably would have had the same attitude as our server.”This was a very important evening for us. Denise Ball: Very delicious food. I had hibachi salmon starting with miso soup. My friend had lots of different sushi. Tea was the perfect choice for a drink.Kid-friendliness: High chairs and noise, no an issue.

Dione Hall: The service was not the best tonight I'm celebrating my daughter birthday. I told the host whoever take your order it was daughter birthday she barely acknowledged nor did she mention it so it could be recognized. She wouldn't speak up so she could be heard. At the end when it was time to pay. She ask me if all my money was there and then spread my money out to tell me gratuity wasn't added. How rude, you don't ask for a tip. Lawrence Jones: I went during lunchtime for takeout. From what I saw, the restaurant looked clean. The food was delicious.The service was less than pleasing. I was treated as if I was not welcomed. The person who took my order was not service friendly at all. First off, he told me the wait time as if that would discourage me from placing an order. Then, as I proceeded to order, the gentleman did not give eye contact, did not thank me for my service. Handed me my order and just walked away. I (the customer) had to say have a great day. If it weren't for the good food, I would never come back to this establishment.
