Terra Mae: DO NOT GO HERE TO BUY ALCOHOL LATE AT NIGHT. THEY STOP SELLING ALCOHOL EARLY.. Drove 5 min to this gas station as it is one of a few of the 24 hr gas stations by me to buy some white claws before it was 2 a.m. I could have went to any other, but I reguarly WENT to this station. I chose wrong. I got there in time only to be told by the cashier (whom I have tipped before) that the "register said it was past two o'clock" and somehow the register wouldn't let her sell alcohol anymore? Even though she refused to even try. I also know this gas station's beer cave light turns off after 2 a.m. however, it was still on. I won't be going here again. I hope management sees this. I hope they fix their register to actually abide by North Carolina law. ✌If that even is the case. She refused to let anyone purchase any alcohol at 1:57, not me or any of the other 3 customers regardless of the fact that all of our phones had the same time. We also showed her. Another lady also said she won't be coming back who also lives nearby and is a regular customer. If you make a point to obey the law? Actually obey it. Don't go here to buy alcohol late at night. Their register apparently shuts off sometime before 2 a.m (and it is also sometime before 1:54 because a gentleman ahead of me tried to purchase at that time and she refused him as well), so you are risking wasting a trip.

El plaGa: I was scammed the employee put my gas on wrong pump and wouldn't stop the pump to put it on the one I payed for and told me he would refund me and told me my money would go back to my card I asked for the refund receipt and he gave me one come to find out it was a duplicate receipt and he didn't refund me then he said they used my gas after he already confirmed that I was refunded and told me it's my loss because they already pumped my gas sounds like a scam to me why wouldn't you stop the pump if I told you I was on pump 10 and not 1 this is totally upsurb and this company will no longer be getting my business.

Sharita Meadows: I came into this store for gas and chocolate. The item that I purchase stated it was 2.49. When I got to the register the item rung up 3.49 and I noticed after I paid. The lady stated that they do lot do refunds and theirs no sign that says they don’t do so. She assistant manager (Angelica) wasTold by the store manager that the price is the price regardless of what it says on the counter, and said “I don’t know what else to tell you” highly unprofessional and I won’t be returning. I strongly urge if you go there to check prices before you check out.

Tim Cahoon: Horrible. I have to be really annoyed to write up a business this way, and I’m really annoyed. This store always has a longer wait than necessary, which in and of itself doesn’t constitute poor customer service. However, this location also has a manager who walks around doing nothing while the wait line is wrapped around the aisles. During my last visit, the girl who actually was behind the counter was tied up with a merchandiser signing for some stock, and as usual there were about six or so people waiting to check out. Another customer asked the clerk if anyone else was working, and she responded that she didn’t know what the manager was doing at the moment. That means they don’t even have a system worked out or an agreement that the clerk running a register can call on the manager to help if the wait line is too long. That’s how how retail is supposed to be managed. Customers should come first, so it’s frustrating to hand over money to a business that clearly doesn’t place any value on you. As a side note, the one time I was in their restroom it was disgusting, and it’s typical to hear loud, surely unapproved-by-corporate music playing on the speaker system. That’s a great location for a store, and I’m certain that given the current job climate the The Pantry Inc can find someone to do a better job running the place. Being located only 20 minutes away in Cary, NC, they certainly must be aware that this store is problematic and the cause of many online complaints.

I called up there and asked if they could leave it behind the register so I could pick it up after work. The rude older black lady who is always mean mugging says “We CaNt Do ThAT. ItS nOt OuR rEsPoNsIbIlITy.” Worst gas station in Raleigh. I can’t go back because then I’d be late for work. I work in Customer Service and this is a 0/5 for me.

Last year, May 11, during the gas “shortage”/scare, this station was the last in the area with gas available. If their posted hours would match their operating hours, I’d give 5 stars.

I got acknowledge but that clerk stayed on his phone and did not respond to my request. For two to three minutes he would look up from his phone see me waiting then go back to his phone...I left several cups of coffee by the machines and walked out...who is the grownup in charge of this store?

Russ M: Do not give your business to this Circle K at all. The whole parking lot, gas pumps and store is swarming with homeless people. They will not let you pump your gas, follow you into the store and put your safety at risk. The soda fountain never works due to the homeless people. Employees or the Raleigh Police don't care. Boycott this store until they get their act together. Raleigh Police get most of the blame.

The line should move steady and fast at a nice flow and pace. This can not be accomplished with this one man here. Who move slow as molasses! I walk to this store or Uber and it’s always an inconvenience for me at this convenient store! You need more workers or a new worker because this ain’t it!

Brittany Smart: Me and my family were traveling from Fayetteville, NC for a dentist appt in Raleigh. We went to Lake Johnson for a walk and to view the trail; we were exhausted. We stopped here to get drinks to hydrate..of course I have 4 small children who choose juice over water. So we bought about 6 drinks. I chose a strawberry lime aloe Vera drink (that actually my son picked up first but changed his mind..I thought it sound yummy so I grabbed it for us to taste) Followed by two Gatorades, two Snapple drinks, (one strawberry kiwi, one Snapple Apple) and a fruit punch brisk. When we got to the car of course we immediately popped our drinks open. To my surprise there’s a substantial amount of MOLD around the rim of my drink and some had fallen in! (God forbid my son had this one; he wouldn’t have thunk nothing of it and drank it down) I immediately closed the cap to go back into the store to show the clerk and warn her to check the rest this items stock dates. She apologized and then told me to put the drink on the counter and chose a replacement of my liking (even told me to take two!) I was pleased and grabbed two more Snapple drinks! One Snapple Apple and one Snapple strawberry kiwi, my fav. Popped my drink open and drink almost the whole thing dying from thirst. We get home (Fayetteville) after a long ride. My bf complained of a severe headache and I had a bit of upset tummy. So, out of curiosity, we checked our other drinks expiration. EVERYTHING EXPIRED! Down to the cracker snacks I got; the Munchies jalapeño cheddar crackers, I bought FOUR packs. All say May 18, 2021. But the best part is all the Snapple’s read May 4, 2021! I still have one bottle that wasn’t trashed. I also have all the expired crackers. I’m very displeased with this company putting my family in danger due to poor work ethics. No reason everything I bought should be expired! I’m sure plenty other families stopped at this store and digested this mess. It is unsanitary and unethical, ESPECIALLY during this time with Covid etc.. Very unsanitary. Very unprofessional. Very UNETHICAL. Shameful.

Also, despite the fact that several of their pump handles are not covered in the usual baggy to show lack of gas and there are signs on each of those pumps saying, "Regular Gas Only," they are out. Don't waste your time.

melissa mcnair: My teenager tried to get gas after work out in her debt card and the pump wasn’t working so she canceled and went to walk inside. The worker turned off the outside lights and locked the doors while she walked to the door. This is a 24hr store! So she went to the circle k next door sees the man unlock the door and turn lights on and then can’t get gas because they had taken out a $101 hold on her account even though she pumped none! When I call no one will answer!

Jacob W: Never once have the cash or credit cost of diesel match what the pump reflects. The cost is usually 15 to 20 cents more than they show. Staff always says we need to update that....gave them the benefit of the doubt 3 times now. Always been wrong. Will never be going here again.
