Anna McNeary: We went with CE for our DIY backyard wedding. I’m picky about aesthetics and also wanted to place a single rental order with one company, so I spent some time looking around at different companies to find the best balance of wide selection and affordability. Curated events has beautiful furniture, linens and tableware in a range of price points and styles. We were able to rent everything from them, from tent to champagne flutes to coffee percolator. Alyssa was our point of contact and helped us look around their showroom to make some initial choices, and was so helpful and patient as we worked to finalize our order. I’ll also say that their setup and breakdown teams were efficient, hardworking and knowledgable. I’d definitely recommend them as a great option for anyone getting married in the Triangle!
Kyle & Taylor Marker: Alyssa at CE was a joy to work with! She was so friendly and informative during our visit, and was quick to answer any questions that arose leading up to our April 2023 wedding. We had our event at 1705 East and they dropped the linens off on Friday, and picked them up on Monday, so that we didn't have to worry about a thing. Highly recommend using CE Rentals for your wedding or next event!

Katherine Abel: Very disappointed with this company. Put a deposit of $3400 on a tent over six months in advance. Wedding was cancelled. Would not return any of the deposit money even though they had a six month notice and opportunity to rent it to someone else (which I assume they will since I was told clear tents are in demand). I understand the contract states non-refundable deposit but CE will now pocket the $3400 for doing absolutely nothing.

We got everything we were hoping for and the service was phenomenal - they handled changes to the order very quickly and everything arrived as planned. Loved their selection and wish I’d rented from them sooner since a lot of great items were already booked. In the photo, we rented the table clothes, napkins, cutlery, glassware and plates from CE.

Alia Capone: Curated Events has a wide array of options in a wide range of prices for linens, flatware, glassware, and dinnerware! It was fun going to the warehouse and putting together possible place settings with the various options. They are a trusted company in the Triangle and came highly recommended from our wedding planner. We used the company for linens and dinnerware/glassware/flatware. Alyssa was easy to work with, prompt in her communication, and great in-person when we went to sample items at the warehouse! The tables and place settings looked so elegant on our wedding day! Would recommend to anyone getting married in the Triangle!

Sheva Tate: HORRIBLE customer service! We received chiavari chairs that were broken, wobbly and completely shot. I had several guests that almost fell out of their chairs and several guests who had to stand while dining because their chair was so unsturdy. At $7.75 per chair, I expected a quality product and I did not receive that. I even had photos of broken chairs and was not offered a partial refund. In the future, I would actually have my guests stand before I'd ever use this company again. THE WORST PRODUCT AND THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!
Paige Whitcomb: Working with CE Rental for our September 2021 wedding was an amazing experience! We first had a rentals meeting with Alyssa the summer of 2020 when we were planning and she was so helpful in showing us all the options CE Rental has to offer and also was wonderful in being accommodating of our budget. When we had to postpone from 2020 to 2021 due to COVID-19, Alyssa was kind and gracious in switching our rentals around so that we still had what we needed. Leading up to the wedding day, we made many changes and she was always so flexible and patient in working with us. Being able to have our rentals delivered and picked up was a game-changer as well because it made the weekend so much less stressful as we knew they had everything all taken care of. Ed Heidi Marconi: Well yet another corporation where protocol is prioritized over the customer…. Had to cancel reservation due to medical emergency and they said the payment for reservation is NON refundable due to policy… So much for customer service… smh!!

Even if you need to make adjustments like we did, they are able to accommodate with ease. Emails, phone calls went unanswered, delivery was 2 days late (not Ian related) The venue had to contact an emergency # for delivery 4 hours prior to a wedding. Ember Seaman: WORST. CUSTOMER. SERVICE. EVER.We contacted them months in advance for an outdoor party. After weeks/months of calling and either getting no answer or someone telling me "Ashley will call you back" (she never did) I FINALLY called and got her on the phone. We arranged a time to look at our outdoor spot. She measured and we agreed on lighting and furniture. She said she'd have an invoice by end of day, Aug 18. By Sept 1, we still had nothing. I had multiple people calling to leave messages or see if anyone would actually answer the phone, which is extremely rare. I texted Ashley, but she rarely actually answers that either, so I got no reponse, again. I finally sent one of my employees to drive out and pay the invoice in person because they couldn't seem to send it, or answer a phone.When my guy got there, they told him that we could still rent the furniture and string lights, but they can't deliver them or put them up anymore because now they're booked.The invoice was over $4,000 for one outdoor seating set and some string lights. I can buy lights and furniture for cheaper and actually keep it, but the reason I was hiring is so that someone could deliver, install and take it down.If they'd ever gotten back at all, I could have had our party booked well in advance, which is why I started months ago.Instead, the party is in 2 weeks and they wasted my time for months, so I have nothing set up. I have no idea how they're still in business.
Kennedy Jones: We used Party Reflections for all of our linen and flatware rentals at our wedding in June of 2022. They were super helpful when we had our original meeting with them back in August of 2021 and made sure we had all aspects covered. I had ideas of what colors I wanted, and they very quickly were able to point me in the right direction. Our tables looked incredible day of and their products really made our vision come together!

Amanda M.: I was supposed to get married May of 2020. However, that was when COVID hit and shut everything down. So my original plans 100+ people changed to 15, and I was no longer in need of table clothes or services from party reflections. I explained the situation to them, and they refused to give me my deposit back (lucky, I didn’t pay the full amount) even with the situation being totally out of my control. They explained that the credit was good for one year and I could sell it to a friend. So in June, we had a party (I honestly didn’t need table covers) so I decided to use the credit I had, instead of letting it go to waste. Communication with the staff was over email (I sent probably 10 emails trying to figure out when I need to pick up the linens and when to return them, she wasn’t very informative). I told her what I need and when I needed it by. When I asked her about delivery she said they were all booked and orders under 200 don’t qualify for delivery anyway. They are closed on the weekend, so we had to go all the way to Raleigh on Friday to pick them up. My mother in law picked them up and says that they were rude and not very helpful. The linen was very nice, probably the best part about the whole situation (still their prices are very high). We used it for our event on Sunday and went to return them Monday. The lady working Monday was on the phone and mouthed and pointed to me where to return the linen. No thank you and no receipt. Very poor customer service. I would not do business with them again and I wouldn’t recommend. It was a tough year with COVID, we all struggled but kindness and understanding go along way.
Kristen Purvis: We were driving down 440 E in Raleigh today (near Exit 3) around 6pm, got stuck in a traffic jam. As the traffic slowly inched along, we noticed there was a small piece of wood in the road...this is what was causing the huge backup. Then, all of sudden, the passenger in the large Party Reflections truck in front of us hopped out of the truck and moved the piece of wood - and therefore reopened the entire lane! He is an unsung hero and I wanted to let them know that people like him restore my faith in humanity. If I ever need to book a big party...I will definitely be using these guys just based on this very brief (but very enlightening) interaction - obviously they hire high quality people who get the job done right! Thank you for thinking of the others behind you and not just driving off to leave everyone else to build up the traffic jam - you guys are awesome.

Megan Burns: Up until a week before my wedding, I would have given them a 4 star rating. I DO NOT RECOMMEND EVER WORKING WITH THIS COMPANY!! Party Reflections had been recommended to us by our caterer. We found them to have a large selection of tablecloth and dinnerware options and were friendly. Once we had a final number of guests, we did have a little trouble trying to adjust quantities to make sure we weren’t incurring extra expenses. My mom continued to find mistakes in the contract that resulted in multiple drafts being made before we could sign it. A week before the wedding, they were calling my parents to nail down a delivery day/time, even though my planner already had a confirmation email from party reflections about delivery expectations. They had worked with our venue before, so they knew it’s policy about allowing only same-day delivery/pickup. 72 hours before the wedding, they added on an additional $600 fee for this unknown “inconvenience” to bring the delivery total to almost $1000. My parents, wedding planner, and caterers all spoke with them about how unprofessional this was and the extra fee needed to be removed, but the “best” they could do is knock off $200. We ended up forgoing the delivery fee, which left us with less than 48 hours to scramble together a plan for pickup/delivery to them. So Party Reflections: shame on you for trying to make some extra cash off us right at the weekend of my wedding. Shame on you for causing my parents unnecessary stress and worry on this special occasion. Our family was the wrong family to try this with because instead of making any money off us for delivery fees, you have created a terrible reputation for yourselves.
Hunter Burns: Would not work with us. Our planner said upfront the rentals needed to be delivered the day of the wedding and party reflections waited until a week before to say they didn’t know and were going to charge an extra $600 inconvenience fee in addition to the delivery fee we agreed to. After confronting them about the charge they said they will give us a deal to take $200 off the inconvenience fee. They have worked with this venue before and knew the venue’s policy on only allowing same day deliveries.
Tara Ruffier: Jillian L. was assigned to our wedding and she was absolutely amazing to work with for our wedding. She was super responsive, paid great attention to detail and was so patient with us through the wedding planning process. The rental order is the one thing that will change the most over the course of your engagement as you book other vendors (ie, venue, caterer, decor) , guest counts change, your design vision grows, and with over 10 different changes and requests, Jillian was on top of each one and on the day of the wedding everything was delivered (on time) and accounted for. The delivery team worked with my venue on arrival and pickup times so that it was convenient for everyone. I would recommend Party Reflections to anyone wanting a stress - free rental.

Natalie Sajovec: Party Reflections is the perfect wedding rental company! We had our wedding at the Merrimon-Wynne, and they seemed to know our venue like the back of their hands. Working with our coordinator, Amanda Blair by Design, they knew exactly the right number of tables, chairs, linens, place settings, etc. that we would need to accommodate the entire wedding day. They had such a wide variety of options, which made it easy to match with our colors and complement the overall look of the day. And on top of all that, we ended up having a rainy wedding day, but that wasn't a problem at all - they were able to switch out our market lights for a small tent the week of. They were so flexible and professional throughout the entire process, and very responsive to emails as well. We can't recommend them highly enough!

Shereen Elgamal: We rented all our needs for a backyard wedding from J&J and the experience was so positive that I have recommended them to two people this past week. James was so welcoming and positive when we stopped by to discuss our needs and get an estimate. He was then very patient and prompt in responding to our phone calls and emails with subsequent questions. It was a Saturday wedding and the crew arrived early on Friday to set up the tent, which gave us plenty of time to organize and decorate. After laying everything on the ground, they were extremely accommodating as I suggested moving the tent a bit to the back, then a bit to the right. The neighbors didn't even know that a tent was being set up as the crew was extremely quiet. They were easy to talk to and very polite. I contacted James later on Friday requesting an additional item, which was delivered first thing Saturday morning. Taking the tent down was as simple and seamless as setting it up and we truly enjoyed working with this company and their crew members. I have worked with several vendors in preparation for this wedding and J & J Tent and Party Rental truly put "care" in "Customer Care". We are very pleased with this experience and we now know whom to approach with our tent and part rentals.

Alex Lydick: Wonderful company that was super accommodating to our event planning needs. We rented a tent to throw a wedding reception during the first week of May this year. The entire booking process with J&J was so easy and painless. The man who helped me in picking our the Tent, Tables, and Chairs, was very well informed and guided us in picking out everything we needed to make sure our event went off without a hitch! They have plenty of options on their website and provide nearly everything you need to plan an event! They even allowed us to make additions to our reservation (a whole second tent and extra tables) a few days before our event due to a rain forecast without any hassle.Set-up was also easy, they came out the day before the event to put up the tent and place the tables and chairs and came back the day after the event to break everything down and pack up. Would highly recommend this company if you ever need to rent a tent for an outdoor event!

Beth Beasley: J and J helped to make our outdoor low country boil a huge success! Jim and Rick were a huge help, answered all of our many questions, offered great ideas and suggestions, and in general, did a fabulous job communicating and then delivering and setting everything up. We rented everything from J&J - a 20x30 tent, a marquis tent, lighting, tables, tablecloths, heaters and even pipe and drape to transform our garage. Our guests had a fabulous time and couldn't stop talking about how great things looked. All credit goes to J&J for the ideas and set up. They also were early to pick up the items and were simply great to work with. We'd highly recommend J&J and we'll definitely use them again for our future needs.

HLC: Great customer service! Needed something for the kids at the last minute and they came to the rescue!
Michelle Hightower: We rented a bounce house for a birthday party and everything went smoothly. We had an illness on the originally scheduled date, but were able to reschedule easily for a few weeks later. I spoke with Xavier, who was very understanding, and we had no issues on the rescheduled date.
