The repair required multiple trips to our home and hours on the phone between Busse’s and the lock manufacturer.Busse’s (Gabe was the locksmith) stuck with it the whole way over 2 months and got the repair done right. They also brought the bill in at a very fair rate for us, especially considering how many hours they had to have had in the repair. Great customer service turning a frustrating situation into a win.Gabe was a pleasure to work with and we really appreciated his perseverance with a complex repair/replacement. We would definitely use them again.

Jesus Fernando: Called this place to buy a key and get it cut for my truck. I told the lady I just needed to buy key and get it cut. No need to program it. I told them Im a technician and have all the equipment to program it myself. They refused to sell me a key other than a door key if I didnt pay their programming fee. The lady was pretty rude but whatever, I called another place and they cut me a new key no problem. I would not recommend this place

They do an awesome job, quickly get you in and go above and beyond, taking the time to explain all aspects of the process to you. Great prices, incredible service, they are definitely the best in the triangle. Recently got another car and went to them for a key, again they went above and beyond. They're definitely the best.

Jaime Oesterling: Came in to have a fob and some house keys duplicated. They got all of them done in much less time than I thought it would take and made extra sure my new fob was appropriately programmed. They were super lovely people and even taught me a bit about my car key that I didn't know, like how there is a battery in it that need to be replaced every once in a while for the fob to work properly. Additionally, as someone easily overstimulated, the store was well lit without loud music and plenty of space to space out between customers while you wait. Would 100% go back for all my key needs.

I have an Hyundai Accent 2011 and a roommate tosses the spare key in the trash.I went to the dealer and after a few attempts, they managed to make the key, they ordered the remote. It costed $ 291.02, I got it but neither Hyundai dealership could program it. I returned the remote.At Key Harbor they sold me the remote and programmed it for $ 165.00 within 30 minutes.I called ahead, they knew what I was talking about. They were really professional. And helped me save money by returning the remote to the dealer and buying it from them....I completely recommend them!

Nicki Washington: I originally had additional deadbolts installed in my new home by one of those 888-number companies that work as "dispatchers." The hole drilled was not clean, the quality work was poor, and eventually, the lock would not turn without force (especially from outside with a key). They would not address this for me.I found Greg and A Carolina Locksmith yesterday (Tues) via searching and checking reviews. He was here fixing everything today (Wed). He did NOT disappoint. I appreciated not only his quick ability to fit me in his schedule, but also his explanation about what was done poorly, what should've happened (including how a locksmith *should* greet you at the door), and then walking me through some other questions I had about additional options I was interested in.I *highly* recommend Greg and the A Carolina Locksmith team. It matters when you have service from companies that stand behind their service.

Sierra Smith: They charged me $180 for unlocking the bottom lock on my front door, it wasn't even the dead bolt. They obviously overcharged me because I know that's less than $100 job and it took him less than 3 minutes to unlock it. Not to mention it only took him 15 minutes to come out to me. The young man didn't even have on a company shirt, super unprofessional.And then he had the audacity to ask for a tip because he said all the money goes to his boss. Which obviously wasn't the case because his boss robbed me for a job anyways. The only positive thing I can say is he got there quickly, but he wasn't far anyways. If I wasn't in a rush to go to work then I would of called someone else. Really messed up to take advantage of people.

Appointment was at 10 and the tech didn’t show until 10:30. I was quoted $60-80 total to remove a storage room lock. I was charged $127 for 5 mins worth of work and feel completely cheated. I was quoted $60-80 over the phone for the service. When I spoke with the office they were extremely rude, not understanding or willing to help out just saying they will put my complaint on file. Basically saying they aren’t going todo anything. The biggest thing is they say service can range from $20-$200 but don’t have a price break down of general services and don’t stand by there quote or customers. Ralph Wallace: My only issue was there wasn't a cost sheet available for me to know how much the end product would cost. Once engaged, the technology worked quite well, and sufficiently impressed an old school technologist like me. Having made copies of keys myself using the old devices, this is where I'll come to get all of my keys made in the future.
Shereen Rahseparian: If I could give 0 stars I would. They quoted me 20 mins. The technician quoted me 30 mins. An hour later he showed up. He started to open it and I asked how much it would be because they said he would quote me the cost before opening it. He said 29.99 service fee and 89.99 to open. I asked even though he said 30 mins and it was an hour and I've had food in the car And he was rude and said he had other jobs before me (He told me he was finishing up one job before me when he quoted me 30 mins). And that I didn't have to have him open it... I could call someone else and have them come out. He looked super high as a random side note. Then I called back to try and get another technician and ended up getting disconnected and decided to go with a better company at that point.
