For starters I wasn't asked my name & she didn't give hers. She got an attitude because I told her she wasn't going to be fishing in my arm. After her attempt to tell me what fishing was, she dropped one of my tubes of blood on the floor & proceeded to slam the other tubes down into the holding tray. Fishing is what she did. She stuck me, then I could feel when she went in & also moved the needle around, TWICE. I just happen to be a nurse. I draw blood daily. The audacity to try to tell me what you're doing to me-the person in the chair & then the attitude because I voice that. SMH.I will go back but she will never render service to me again.

Andrea Martin: So, I’m not sure of the managers name but they definitely do NOT need her there! She was extremely rude and was not willing to help at all! The other staff were nice but she was NOT! I went there to get tested for COVID and paid $270 to get the results for the same day, but I never got them sent to my email as I suggested! I literally drove back just to get my results (If you are traveling make sure your flight doesn’t get canceled because they do not care!) They told me to pay $270 again 2 days later due to my flight being canceled. I do NOT recommend this place unless they change the manager to someone more professional because she was extremely RUDE! I do NOT recommend this place for COVID testing!!!

CW: Um 😐 in the picture I am sharing I don’t know what on earth happened here because I never ever bruise like this especially not for blood drawn. I been in hospital days with IV and I never bruise. 1 hour later after blood drawn I started bruising it’s been many days and instead of getting better it looks worse. I did tell the lady that no one ever did that location where she put the needle and that it was very painful. She looked at me like she could care one bit if I was in pain or not and completely ignored me. I guess you have no say just be quiet and appreciate that they “helping” you. If she would have been a bit more considerate I wouldn’t be here upset. I am worry now that she hurt a vein or something. Unfortunately I wouldn’t go back, I’m scared now.

BB Girl: My name is Robin and I'm a former employee of the company and I enjoyed the clinic that I worked in. I always went above and beyond and when I resigned from my position I still made myself accessible for my replacement in order for Mako to maintain that client that wanted to replace them with LabCorp. The clinic staff as well as the Mako supervisor would call me to find out how I did something. I answered and helped with ease while no longer being employed because I liked the company as well as the clinic staff. However, I was recently DISAPPOINTED when I reached out several times for Human Resource to get an employment verification letter that stated my start and end date. Human Resource NEVER officially returned my email, so I had to reach out to someone else in the company. I was grateful for her quick response only to my disappointment that she informed me that HR informed her that they only provide employment verification for CURRENT employees. I personally have never heard of that from a company. The companies that I have reached out to either provided a letter or there was an employment verification number for future employers, loan officers etc. to verify information that you but on your paperwork.

Miles Karp: Pre-registered for a PCR COVID-19 test only to arrive at the site to find it abandoned. I called Meiko customer service and a very rude customer service person told me that I needed to call the public health department because the site had been changed even though I pre-registered last night. Mako is providing a great disservice to this community. Zero out of five stars, absolutely terrible. These people have absolutely no business being a vendor for something as important as testing the community for contagious diseases

I won’t be using Mako Medical again. Collection sites and testing done by Radeas Labs is much better and so much faster. Radaes has results within 9 hours of collection!!!!

The managers are unprofessional, messy and gets people fired for no reason. They refused to give us bonuses despite us asking many times. They don't appreciate their employees. Everyone is job scared and walks on eggshells because their jobs are constantly threatened. I was out sick with covid and the company refused to pay me for a full five days. They only paid me for three days despite what their policy is. This company makes their own rules regarding their employees. You constantly get group messages from the manager threatening your job and refusing to call the person out she had a problem with. They hired me as a Mon-Fri screener and tried to get me to work Sats despite Sats not being required. If I could give this company -1000 I would.

Gavin Crawford: I visited this provider in Oct 2022 and paid the copayment on that day. However, this May 2023, I suddenly received a bill from this Nextcare, requesting me to pay the bill. This is a in-network provider of blue cross blue shield insurance, which I hold. The bill should be sent to Blue Cross not me. I contacted Blue Cross, and they said they denied the claim submitted by this provider because the claim lacked of sufficient information. They requested Nextcare to resubmit the claim with additional information. But, Nextcare did not resubmit the claim and they sent me a bill this May, 6 month after the service date. This is unbelievable.Furthermore, the bill Nextcare sent to me has wrong doctor name . The doctor name on the bill is Amanda Johnson, who is a female. But, I clearly remember that the doctor I visited was a male. I think this doctor name on the bill is fake. Nextcare just puts a fake name on the bill and it is like a scam. So I called Nextcare customer service and they put me on hold for 1 hour and transferred me three times. After the 1.5 hour call with Nextcare, they still could not give me a reasonable response why the name on the bill is fake. They let me leave a voice message. This is terrible.I would never come here again or any othe rNextcare urgent care center. One more thing to mention is that I waited 3 hours before getting the urgent care service after I stepped into this facility in Oct 2022.
Heather Needham: Be prepared to wait and wait and wait some more. I had a follow-up appointment scheduled for 7/29/2022 at 3 PM. I was in the parking lot and had checked in before 3 PM. I waited in the waiting room for an hour. No exaggeration. Finally, someone came to get me and put me in a room to be seen. I have now been sitting in the patient room for over 45 minutes. Still no one. What is the point of an appointment if it still takes over an hour and 45 minutes to be seen? Any communication/update would have been appreciated. Would have rated 1-star but the staff I've interacted with here have been pleasant. In addition, they will not bother to protect by giving you a lead apron to wear during an x-ray because "our machines aren't strong enough here." I highly recommend going somewhere else.

MJ Worldwide: NeighborHealth is faith based healthcare and you can feel the difference. The staff members are kind and they work together to provide “wrap around services.” You can come here with or without insurance. They help all people regardless of their ability to pay. This is probably the first time I ever felt comfortable being 100% honest with a medical professional. They use all the same tools: my chart, texts, etc. The biggest difference is their welcoming demeanor. Looking forward to patronizing this healthcare center for years to come.

ER: The wait times here for the pediatric side of things is INSANE. I have been here quite a few times and have waited over 30 minutes each time. I always schedule early so I can get my child to school after. I am currently sitting here and our appointment was 40 minutes ago. Still waiting to be seen. This is a reschedule because the last time we showed up they didn’t even have the shot and no one notified us beforehand and we showed up for an appointment after driving here only to be told that we needed to reschedule. (This was 2 weeks ago) I would also like to mention the multiple times I have called and couldn’t get an answer. I’m not sure if there is incompetency here or if this place is hilariously understaffed. I like the doctor here but, will unfortunately be looking elsewhere for care for my children as this place is clearly unorganized and understaffed.

This is my first doctor and finding one on my on and I’m starting to feel as if this is not going to be my home. However I do love my doctor and the fact he prays with me, but not the fact that I’m being charged for visits that never happened and that i was manipulated into a 88$ fee on top of everything else on my first visit for basically telling my business. He asked me to speak with their therapist or “meet” her and I was charged 88$. My prescription has been changed without telling my doc why I called about it, It was only to ask a question regarding so. I emailed asking for a manager and called only to be told now she has no line and can’t speak to her when I was told I was being transferred to her two days ago. I’m just starting to not feel so positive about this anymore because I need to trust my doctors.

Abbey Wendell: I had a far less than good experience at another OB out of state that I was seeing, this was my first pregnancy so it was really hard for me to not have an OB I could trust or could answer my concerns/questions, and I never enjoyed any of my appointments. It was truly a sad and border line traumatic experience. I was in the process of moving back to NC and was so discouraged about my healthcare during my pregnancy that I didn’t even want to see any Dr. anymore. I truly believe God led me to Neighbor Health Center. They received me into their care when I was 38 weeks pregnant and I had the BEST experience at a Dr’s office that I’ve ever had in my life. They answered all of my concerns and questions, they congratulated me, they were so happy for us and invested into my baby and my health, and they even made sure everything was set and ready at my hospital for me to give birth. I couldn’t have had a better experience. 10/10 recommend Neighbor Health for their experienced Drs and nurses, their great receptionists, their attentiveness to their patients in office and over the phone, their professionalism, and most of all their kindness to me and my family. It’s a place I feel no anxiousness or pressure in at all. Thanking God for the people at Neighbor Health.

This time the same nurses were curt and impersonal, perhaps they are burnt out. :( I imagine it would be fine for adults, but today they didn't seem to have the patience needed to give good care for young children.July, '22: I was nervous about getting care for my young children from a minute clinic, but we had a wonderful experience. Julianne and the other clinician—I missed her name—answered everyone of my many questions and made sure I was assured before leaving. Thanks for a great experience

I absolutely see why this CVS got 2.4 stars. This is my last visit for sure.
Jonn Perry: CVS pharmacy has gotten worse since my last review. They have start messing up my prescription on a semi-regular basis. It is usually giving me a 30 day supply instead of 90 days but charging me for 90 day supply. They have also given me the wrong mg on my blood pressure medication the last few times. I've pretty much given up on this place and have to start drive out of my way for the good of my health.
Amber Hommel: The store on Battle Bridge Road isn't my normal store I was just in the area and ran in quickly the lady at the front greeted me Hello asked if she could me I said no I found the isle that the item I needed should have been on but unfortunately they were out of the plastic forks I needed seems the EVERYWHERE was out so I was walking towards the door and again the lady asks to help me I really wish I could have gotten her name but she wore glasses with blonde/ brown hair but that lady really went ABOVE AND BEYOND TO HELP ME TODAY!! I WAS SO IMPRESSED AND THANKFUL BECAUSE UNFORTUNATELY YOU JUST DONT GET THAT KIND OF CUSTOMER SERVICE ANYMORE SO I WANTED TO MAKE SURE I LEFT A 5 STAR REVIEW FOR THAT WONDERFUL LADY WHO COULD HAVE JUST LET ME WALK OUT THE DOOR BUT SHE WENT OUT OF HER WAY TO MAKE MY DAY JUST A LITTLE BIT EASIER AND BETTER! Lisa Haertel: Worst CVS ever!!! I've been a CVS customer for my prescriptions for over 5 years. I just moved up here this past year and have had my prescriptions sent to this location. DONT DO IT!! I have had nothing but problems getting prescriptions or someone on the phone from the pharmacy. I have transferred all my prescriptions out to a different pharmacy since all the hassle. Its not just one time or a certain medication. Its all the prescriptions EVERY.TIME

Benjamin Miller: CVS please staff better. Called for the pharmacy to back out a prescription for a patient and was hung up on twice before I could even talk to someone. The first hold was about 7 minutes, the second was about 15 minutes. Very unprofessional. I do not advise prescribers to send acute prescriptions to this pharmacy or their medications may get filled and sit there. I know this isn't the staff's fault.
Corrina Turner: Horrible pharmacy. The lady pharmacist is always helpful but the male pharmacist is rude and very unhelpful. I took my daughter to get a covid test yesterday morning. The results lab contacted me and told me they could not process test because her sample was not labeled. I went back to the pharmacist today after holding on the phone for 30 mins. The male pharmacist was unhelpful and told me I should schedule somewhere else. No apology until I advised him his response was very unprofessional. He didn’t ask her name nor stop what he was doing ... he just spoke to me from across the room very rudely. He offered no solution after their error except go elsewhere to schedule a rapid test. My daughters school will not accept rapid tests... so I am back to square one. I will not be giving this cvs any of my business moving forward. 8 year relationship gone over his horrible service.
Stephen Ross: I don't know if it is a problem in all CVS locations or just this one but they have products on the shelf that they won't sell. I came in for a specific product, picked it from the shelf, went to checkout, and the cashier took the product away and said "sorry, we don't sell this right now." I asked what he meant and he said it's not in the system.
Lifeof JNT: Worst CVS EVER!!!!! Any time I have to pick up my prescription it is always a problem. They give you the run around. The head pharmacist acts if she does not know what to do. Wouldn’t recommend this pharmacy!!!!!
Brinx ;*: Do not leave UPS packages with this CVS. I run a small business. I take packages to them weekly. Upon bringing in packages I noticed a package of mine that set for 2 weeks. I'm glad I looked at the packages on the shelf. The cashier refused to give me my package after I showed my ID comparing the names. I don't know if they are looking through them or what but my package was highlighted. Upon speaking to management they had no explanation of why it was highlighted or not sent out. Unacceptable when they are a vendor for ups.
Bibek Main: Do not go to this location to get your covid vaccine. The staff giving the vaccine work at a pace of a sloth. For the appointment @ 1:30pm we had to wait until 2:50pm

Michael Laney: Garbage, waited in line for 30 minutes while people in front of line clearly stayed in line to wait for their prescriptions, then get to the front and are told to park because it would be 15 more minutes, then go inside, it's not ready told to wait a few more minutes. Never had a good experience here and only came this time due to normal pharmacy being out of stock and required per the insurance. Would be nice if you could use neighborhood pharmacist without penalties.

Rachel Sosna: Don’t get Covid testing done here. Multiple test times were available and weren’t busy at all. My boyfriend and I needed our negative test results for our cruise and had to get a test done 2 days prior. The testing said it would be done in 1-2 days it’s been to days and we are currently on our way to the port considering we don’t have symptoms and are both fully vaccinated but are still patiently waiting for our results. No reason why they should be delayed. My parents also got tested at a different location and received their result in 24hrs. I also read a review that they were missing info on someone else’s test and didn’t run it. Not sure what’s with this location but I live right by them and the close early constantly wish I would have gone to another location.
Andrew Sauk: I have had nothing but good experiences here. I have visited the Minute Clinic several times in the past month and had excellent treatment. When at the pharmacy counter I was assisted with finding something on the shelves. The staff have always been polite and helpful.

I got tested from this site via drive thru. They took my insurance and ID and completed the test. Next day I get a call from one of their Nurse practitioner saying that I can't get my results because the system said "paitent information missing". As someone who works in healthcare I was stunned that they allowed me to get tested without even after taking down my information incorrectly!!I ended up going to Any Clinic and paid for the same test and got result in an hour.One of the reasons why healthcare is so messed up in this country!!!
DV Phil: After trying to support a locally owned pharmacy in Louisburg, it's nice to visit CVS. A clean, bright, open space. with large aisles and a friendly and knowledgeable staff.I see why my partner has been going there since she moved nearby.

It is not the staff's fault there are not enough employees. I needed a blood glucose meter urgently. I found a brand on my list and printed a voucher to get a free one. The voucher wasn't working and I was ready to throw in the towel and buy one. The pharmacist took over the process and within the hour I had my free meter. Thanks.
Melissa Birdsong: 50/50 with CVD and COVID testing. I made an appointment online and received two reminders even as recent as 30 minutes before the appointment I drove to the 6840 Glenwood avenue location only to be turned away because they were short-staffed I did not receive a phone call or email and was just told sorry and referred to other clinics at least 20 miles away It was just unprofessional not to receive a warning. If I were the manager there I would have personally notified any potential customers for the day however this did not happen. Then I was told that it was canceled at a corporate level which I feel is untrue because if this were the case I would have never been able to schedule the appointment online nor would I have received reminder emails 30 minutes prior. A specifically asked if someone could go ahead and assist me with processing of the test and I was turned down once again! Where is your pride and professionalism?
J Sully: I've been going here for many years and am basing this rating on a long history. One day a couple of months ago, they filled a prescription for me very quickly right before they closed because it was urgent. It prevented an ER visit. There were several times today that I had to interact with them and part of it was due to a change in insurance. I also got two prescriptions filled. The second one was flagged by the pharmacist because they caught a mistake that the WakMed Brier Creek ER doctors made because both of the medications should not be taken together. There's no telling what kind of trouble we would have had if they had not caught the mistake.

The process is seamless — make an appt online, check in online, and get in fairly quickly. I prefer coming here over seeing my primary care doctor when a health issue needs addressed ASAP.Avoid Emergency departments, unless you are dying, and go to an urgen care center. I recommend this one.

I am waiting for them to send it over and a manager contacted the location and he was given a completely false time of my TB placement I was lucky enough to have the paperwork that stated when I was due back for my reading which is today after 10:17 or tomorrow before 10:17 not 2pm like they stated

Marla Hatton: Pharmacy did not pick up the phone on hold for over an hour. Drove to the store took over an hour at the pharmacy. Called to complain Asst Store Manager refused to help me. Told me to write a comment in comment section. Worst customer service I have ever experienced.
Todd A.: This location is a joke. No staff at the front most of the time you have to wait for someone to show up. Pharmacy is always out of basic prescriptions and the staff back there seem not to want to be there. I moved my prescriptions to Walgreens and will never go back to a CVS.
Stephanie Bridges: I'm giving the ladies at the pharmacy 5 stars because they deserve it! I went in today around 1:15pm and all team members were working as hard as they could. From phone calls to trying to help customers with orders, they're doing the best they can. I couldn't imagine being in their shoes. Keep up the good work ladies!

I get a text that an Rx is done, go to pick it up, and realize that have not run it the proper way so after sitting in line in the drive through for 30 minutes I am asked to pull around and wait again. Recently, got my Rx home and realized it was not mine. Name on the bag was mine, but the Rx inside was for someone else and a completely different Rx than I needed.
Jewelle Boone: I've been on hold for 50 minutes because I need to transfer a prescription . Now I think I have to stay on hold while they take a lunch break from 1:30 until 2:00. Makes me wish I was back in Greenville NC where Andrew at the Arlington Blvd location would have done this in less than five minutes.

Danny Guidot: Had a scheduled vaccine for my son. Showed up on time, checked in, no one was here. Finally someone called the store number and found out the vaccine people just didn’t show up but no one bothered to cancel all our appointments or let us know. We were here almost an hour.
Leonard Barrier: I presented a coupon for a free trial offer of a prescribed drug. After a week, I received a call from CVS saying I did not qualify because I was over 65 and on Medicare. I called the Manufacturer to find out that I did meet all the requirements for the free trial. CVS lied to me probably hoping I would go away.Today I moved my business to Walgreens.
Blake Carlson: Went to the minute clinic to have a medical diagnosis. After the Nurse Practitioner just sat there at a computer and simply typed in my symptoms, with ZERO examination over a simple rash, I was given a prescription for a MISDIAGNOSIS and a bill for over $300 as it was out of network.This is the epitome of our predatory healthcare system and the mockery its become. Good luck getting proper healthcare here or even a semblance of effort from the so called medical professionals who are employed there. My entire family are in healthcare, so I have nothing but respect for the providers who put in effort and care for their patients. Consider yourself warned. The minute clinic is a money mill and not patient care.

Cheri Small: I went to the minute clinic over an allergy driven sinus infection. I waited 2 and a half hours to have a 2 minute conversation about how antibiotics are not given unless I have had sinus surgery in the past. Basically go home and self medicate for 10 days and see what happens. 😳 What made me mad was that the PA could have said that 2 hours earlier and not wasted my time while she went to lunch. Never again. Customer service and common decency continues to fail at that CVS.

Jesse Moore: This is my local pharmacy, and I have never had any issues swinging by and picking up my prescriptions. You can check your prescription statuses online very easily. Always received courteous service at the drive thru.
