I felt so inspired and wanted to buy all of the plants. I will absolutely be coming back here when I tear my yard up again. Everyone we spoke to was very knowledgeable and kind. I was very impressed by the varieties they carried and the infographic chalk boards throughout. They offer many services including Wedding arrangements and renting out a space which was very cool. Inside the shop at the top of the hill there is a bar. They have dried lavender buds, braclets, and small gifts ideas. I was very happy we stopped by ❤️

Sarah Midolo: Atlantic has some of the most gorgeous, well cared for, and fairly priced house plants in the Raleigh area. They have both more common and rarer houseplants - all of the plants I have bought from Atlantic have thrived, with no pest or root issues. They often have good deals (BOGO dormant orchids, different philo discounts) and always have a kind, welcoming staff and environment. AND there is a bar inside with craft beers for only $3! It truly has a little bit of everything for everyone.

Kaycee Craig: Such a cute place. The mimosa bar is tops! Great variety of options. Prices are a little high but expected for a boutique shop. They have a “nurse it back to health” section for some discounted options. Bought a Venus Flytrap plant from there recently.

Beth Flynn: I've been here quite a few times and I've never had an issue but this time around it seems I purchased a plant with some kind of disease. When I asked for advice a day or 2 after purchase, I was told to go back and buy some spray and hope for the best. Keep your fingers crossed for my plant! Inspect your plants closely before buying! Especially the underside of leaves as I did not ☹️

It was only one bartender working and it was pretty busy in the bar area. I give the bartender credit it was definitely more champagne than juice but that was ok with me. We walked around outdoors afterward to look at plants. Cool vibes didn't even know they had a bar in there.

Lots of friends and neighbors have said we have the best back yard in Raleigh. Turftenders installed our landscape lighting, and has serviced and repaired our irrigation system. Graham Tompson: Turftenders did an amazing job on our project from start to finish. They deservedly won the sizable job at our home after we were not comfortable with the initial feeling we got from several of their competitors. In the estimate and design phase, we really enjoyed working with Turftender's design team. They were responsive to our inquiry, on time for the appointment, open but helpful during the walkthrough, and timely and accurate in creating a design & estimate...even through a 2nd round of feedback when we realized our desire had exceeded our budget by a little bit. Entering the execution phase, their team was on-time and in-contact throughout the job. They were respectful of my neighbors (parking) and kept the job site clean between work days. Their craftsmanship is evident in that all the products look good and function well, and even when they made small mistakes (everyone does) they returned to address them appropriately (almost always they noticing them before I did). The job was complex, involving grading, plant selection and installation, masonry, drainage, lighting, and hardscaping. The crew was friendly with my Great Dane and with my family. Throughout our three week project (with more than a week of delays due to rain and snow) their execution project manager was in daily contact with me, and involved me in the near term planning. They were responsive and fair in pricing when we decided to change something we had originally requested at the start of the project. I'll admit their total project quote wasn't the cheapest, but I do not regret the price because I got even more than what I paid for. I'm uploading these pics (there were several major parts of the project that I didn't post pictures of) and writing this extended review because I recognize not all organizations are as professional and competent as Turftenders. Thank you, and we hope there are opportunities to do business with you again in the future.

They started and completed the project on time and created exactly what I was looking for. Commodity Management: These guys have this down to a tee. It’s essentially a drive thru mulch facility. I was thrown off at first, trying to park and go inside the office. Nope. Just pull your truck up, pick a pile, get loaded up, go to the window and pay. Really efficient. The lady at the window was super nice, the boss/manager thanked me for my business TWICE, the young attendant explained more to me about mulch than any big box store worker could have. From the first inquiry call to delivery, everyone was absolutely amazing, kind, friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable! Todd Fischer: Great Mulch and Excellent ServiceI ordered 6 yards of triple shredded this morning and they said they could get it to me today. Their supplier was running behind so it backed up their deliveries all day. I think it was Lauren that called and let me know the delay but eventually worked it out to get the mulch delivered after closing time. Colin the driver was great despite having to work late.I have to add that the quality of the mulch was nearly perfect. I've ordered from other places before and the mulch had trash in it or wasn't finely shredded. I didn't see a single piece of trash or even chunks of wood. These two kids rode by on hover boards while I was spreading it and one said to the other, "wow, that mulch looks good." Can't make this stuff up.If I could put 6 stars I would. Great job 👍
