Jourdan Wehn: I came to Noushi for microblading removal. First, Noushi canceled last minute. Okay - fine. I got rescheduled for another day. I understand things come up, but I now realize that was the first red flag. I had already gone through several rounds of saline removal and was told this would most likely get rid of it completely. I was ecstatic! Unfortunately, the complete opposite happened. Noushi commented during the procedure she was targeting the black pigment in my brows. However, my brows were red, no black pigment left. Weird, but she’s the expert I guess? Another red flag. The laser turned the pigment much darker and set me back to where I started years ago. I was devastated. My eyebrow hair also stayed white for about 3 months! I wasn’t expecting it to last that long. I spoke with Noushi on the phone 3 weeks later and she suggested I come in right away for another laser removal…. although it had only been a few weeks and my brows were still healing. Another red flag. This review is purely to share my experience and potentially warn others who may be coming here for microblading removal. So far, the patch has worked well for me mostly because I had multiple laser tattoo removal sessions before starting the PFD patch. The patch can be pretty pricey though, but worth it since I've visibly seen the ink come off of my tattoo after each session.

I've had so many dermatologists, lasers, and treatments, but all were short-term solutions that never solved the problem. Noushi created a plan on my first visit. The girl that did my injections was Sarah H and she was apologizing saying she is sorry for telling me false info. Store manager didn’t seem to care and said they would offer me $100 off another syringe but that I needed to buy an entire new one for $700. Makes no sense that they threw away $350 worth of product I paid for but didn’t receive and they don’t want to refund me. They want me to spend more money at their store and not even give me a discount in the amount they threw away. I got cheated out of my last two treatments because I went over the contract period but covid happened and they kept scheduling my appointments past 12 weeks which isn’t recommended so my hair still grows back constantly. Cassie Malloy: Avoid Ideal Image. For being a paying customer, they treat you as an inconvenience. I’ve had several issues with them since I purchased (in advance) Ultherapy and this was the final straw. I won’t use them again, in any state. I was called at 5:40 on Friday night for an 8am Saturday appointment. The voicemail said that I needed to be reevaluated by a NP before my appointment and to please come early to do so. I was also told to leave extra time for parking. I drove 2 hours and arrived 45 mins early for my appointment. I was told to wait in my car until they were ready for me. No one came. I entered the building at 8am and was told that there was no wifi so the nurse doing my procedure had to call the NP on her phone. No one had my files from Nashville nor could they access them. I wasted 30 mins talking to the NP who ultimately couldn’t clear me because she couldn’t access the original clearance document from my doctor. The nurse then told me that she wouldn’t have time to complete my entire treatment because of the time that was used to talk to the NP.

Carla M: UPDATE: 1/30/23 I did end up calling BWS and spoke with a manager. After a quick conversation, my "issue" was resolved to my satisfaction. We all know stuff happens, and what's most important to me is that it gets adequately addressed, which it was in this case. Therefore, in light of this new information, I added a star.I went to Blue Water Spa this past Thursday 1/26/23 to get the HydraBliss (supposed to be a one hour appointment) and Lymphatic (supposed to add 15 mins onto HydraBliss) facials. I did have a nice experience, and the staff and office were very nice and clean, respectively; and, as far as service and cleanliness goes, they get an A+.However, the following is the reason I gave three stars - I would also like to state that I did not attempt to contact them about this as I am not looking for any type of refund, or anything like that, I just wish what was supposed to happen, happened.-My appointment was scheduled for 2:45pm, and I arrived early(about 2:20pm) to complete the new patient paperwork.-At 2:50, the person who did my facial came and got me and tookme back to the room. She took a few mins to explain somethings, and then gave me around 5 mins to undress and getsituated.-Facial started about 3:00pm - I enjoyed everything, and it wasvery nice and relaxing; and my person was very nice.-After everything was done, my person left the room, I gotdressed, and I met her up at the place where you pay.-I looked at my e-receipt when I got home, and it was sent to me at 3:56pm.-Since I was taken back at 2:50, the HydraBliss facial should havetaken me to 3:50pm, and the lymphatic facial should have takenme 4:05pm, which means I should have still been laying on theplinth, not already in my car driving back home.-So, I paid $299 for the HydraBliss that is supposed to take 60mins, and I paid $25 for the Lymphatic that is supposed totake/add on 15 mins (TOTAL 75 mins for just the facials), butthe TOTAL time spent from the second my person took meback to when I received my e-receipt was 56 mins.-I estimated that about 10 mins (maybe 7) was spent walking back to room, having a quick chat with my person, and getting getting undressed and laying down, getting dressed again, and then paying.-This means my TWO facials were no longer than 49 mins, therefore, I paid $344 (not including tax/tip) for 49 mins or less of service (most likely less since I had already paid).Needless to say, I will not be going back here anytime soon as the spa services, in my experience, are basically just a scam. Maybe I should have said something at the time, but I didn't, because who wants to be that person...
