Kimberly was very pleasant, kind, and knowledgeable. She walked me through my choices of size of washers that would be best for me and with getting necessary coins needed. The employee viewed the email I received verifying the promotional offer. I then washed and dried 2 large loads of laundry and WaveMaxx paid for all of it. Again, the staff working there were very friendly and helpful. I will definitely be a returning customer. All-around positive experience!

朱丽莎老师: I’ve used multiple TWH locations. This is the dirtiest in Raleigh (although not as dirty as the one in Durham), even early in the morning after the cleaner has “cleaned”’it. Some of the machines has weird dried brown liquid on the glass doors and dripping down the machine, so I has to pass over multiple washers to find one clean enough. The floor was full of dust and dirt particles even after she swept.It also doesn’t have multiple tables and chairs to sit on with your laptop and charge like the other locations do.I’d only ever come back to this location if I was visiting the Little Blue Bakehouse, which is on the other side of this plaza.$1.25 for dryers. Various prices for each machine size. I used the very small ones, which are $3.25ish and take about half a load.

Grim Judgment: $2.75 a load with a top loader, $0.25$3 per load basically. A bit pricy seeing as how you won't get your clothes totally dry by the end of a high heat dry cycle, so keep that in mind if you don't have a working dryer at home.Also, their top loaders will sometimes eat a quarter for no apparent reason, but it was only one.Not bad if you live real close, else consider finding somewhere else.

TLP: True Love Project: No employees present nor anyone to answer their phone during operating hours. Their wash machine took $8.50 of money and would not start. Their prices are continually going up too. I have been washing my clothes here for years and they need much better customer service and employment staffing.

The woman there now, Im assuming "maria" is SUPER RUDE and unprofessional.So I had been having breathing trouble for a few days, but life persists.....So I dropped my Laundry off after work (about 5pm) went up the road to run a few errands and ended up having a severe asthma attack. The ambulance took me to the hospital where I was sedated and admitted.Upon waking up the next day I was still exhausted .... (Struggling for Breath can wear ya down) and bed bound at wake med I went back to sleep.Far far from mind were my clothes, at the wash house..all alone and at the mercy of the attendant. I finally had a friend go there 3 days later to no avail. She didnt see my clothes and "Maria" and her lacking basic english skills was not able to ..or maybe willing to is a better fit.....not willing to help. I was released the next day and the following day, day 5, was well enough to go look for my wardrobe. Again Maria no english, No clothes, no understand, no care it seems I was aggravating her... interrupting her sweeping. Perdón Maria. I call the 800 number. The lady calls , guess who.....MARIA!! Who proceeds to tell her she has no idea what clothes were asking about.So all in all, it seems like the attendant, the same attendant that has removed my clothes from washers and dryers SEVERAL times, placing them in a metal cart out in the open for all of Raleigh to take from, Id bet while I was suffocating, she took my clothes out of the wash...and dried them while I was being admitted. When I didnt come round she took what was left of them in the office and probably "donated " them to her and her family members.I have a really dope sense of style and my wardrobe was bought and collected over more than a decade....some of it was priceless due to sentimental atrachment.So I hope whoever got my threads wears them with swagger..and I wish the wash house would consider termination of the employee who OBVIOUSLY has been horrible to other customers if you READ THE REVIEWS.Because I dont know how to say this jn spanish, but a person should have enough work ethic to hang onto what is obviously an important part of someone's possessions, keeping safe sometimes while ,God Forbid, someone be in the hospital trying to recover from what would end up being a fight to breathe...a fight to live. THIS WAY YOU WILL ALWAYS HAVE TO LOAD MORE MONEY ON YOUR CARD THAN YOU WILL END UP USING. ITS FIXED TO RIP YOU OFF.. IF YOUR CLOTHES ARE NOT DRY, YOU CANNOT ADD $.50 TO FINISH.. YOU MUST LOAD ANOTHER $5.00 ONTO YOUR CARD AND IT COSTS $0.75 TO START THE DRYER AGAIN.. GO DOWN THE STREET. THERE ARE PLENTY MORE OPTIONS.

The card machine broke and wouldnt release the card. I called the phone # provided. No answer. Sent a text no answer. Nobody on staff in the store.

Sydney R: I like that you don’t have to bring coins and you simply load up a card with money on it. The machines and cheap (to me) and they work well. My only issue was the smell. It smelled like sewage in the place and it gave me a headache due to being so strong. Sometimes you wait until your nose adjusts to a smell but my nose never adjusted to it.

Leonardo Klausmann: There is no attendant here but I have never needed one because all the machines work well. You do not need to bring quarters because you put money via credit card or cash on a special magnetic card which you then insert into the machines. I like this because I don't have to bring the exact amount I need in cash and it saves time considering that the machines are a little pricey.
