Anthony: Longtime loyal patron. I’ve been coming here consistently enough and for enough years to have observed the significant post-covid decline into low mediocrity. Staff are almost always observably confused, overwhelmed, and / or stoned, even during off-peak hours. They used to give you four pita with whatever you bought—now they only give you two itty bitty ones, and that’s only if you ask for it explicitly. Like, come on: I’m getting a meal which consists primarily of DIPS. You should be giving me enough pita to clear the plate without ever needing a utensil, without my asking. No one on Earth wants to eat straight hummus with a fork. Every time I ask for a couple extra grape leaves, they look at me like I just landed from another planet, as if it’s some profound imposition.Food used to be the best. Now it’s just okay. This place used to be kind of secret, but is now overrun with a 99% W.A.S.P. crowd. They’ve adjusted their prices to fit that, too. Egregiously exorbitant prices, barely competent service and utterly forgettable food make Neomonde a no-go for me from now on.

G O: The white lady with long hair (ponytail) working the cash register is the epitome of the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. No greeting at all, no comment, she didn’t even acknowledge my presence. After I paid she handed me my food again without saying anything. So rude. Love Life: This is a small fast food place. There is no indoor dining, there are tables and chairs outside where you can eat.I ordered a lamb gyro and fries.The gyro was okay nothing special about it. They didn't put peppers on mine like I ordered.The fries were cooked on point. Fried on the outside and nice and soft inside. I added seasoning salt to mine.Service was fast.Prices were reasonable for area.I probably won't eat there again. Not with all the other food options around. For five dollars more you can go to a sit down restaurant and get better food.

Mike Alston: We waited 10 minutes before our waiter came to place our drink order. We found out she was alone so we were okay with the wait. However, we had a party of seven and requested separate checks. We were told that they could only split the table three ways. We suggested that they treat the visit as seven separate tables and the manager refused saying they had a new system that wouldn't allow them to do so. We found this unacceptable and left. I have been to that Aladdin's many times and brought my friends thinking we would have a great experience but was embarrassed by the refusal to work around a new system. 😕 I won't ever return.

Reuel Heyden: I will never eat here, I would never recommend eat here. They are adjacent to a few other restaurants and after ordering out with the family near by decided we would sit outside to eat a bite at some tables and chairs that were open. With 7 or 8 tables and chairs no one was seated outside at that time. As we sat and started to eat, staff from the restaurant immediately came outside to tell me their management sent them out to kick us out of the chairs as they were theirs and we were non-paying sitters outside. It is simply their bad, rude and ugly management that I have had first had experience.You treat people how you want to be treated and if I treated the manager the way he treated me I would kick him out anywhere without a second thought, and be glad for it.I won’t speak to the food, but good food means little if the service is poor or the customer is treated badly. I would rather eat at a mediocre restaurant that has great service than a place with excellent food and extremely bad customer service. Be warned when you eat here that is that type of management or ownership allowed.

Kevin Caul: The food is really good and I’ve been coming here for 10+ yrs…here’s my issue: I told the lady at the register (who knows me as a customer) that I ordered an extra sauce so she charged me for it and I paid. After I had already paid she said I actually got two extra sauces and rang up an additional $1.35 for a tiny side of sauce. I have no issue paying for what I order…but aside from the price being ridiculous for one sauce, if I had a 10 yr regular customer in this same situation I would just give them the sauce and move on…not sure I’ll be back for a while…the management should watch the video “give them the pickle” and think about their customer service.

heather eide: Great food, terrible service. I was the only one there, and the lady who was working there (Hispanic middle age) barely spoke English, and had an attitude. She seemed irritated and unhappy to serve me, and didn't speak a word to me, even when I asked her what was popular to eat there. For such good food, I suggest you get employees that actually want to be there, and that don't have an attitude.

Dr. Tamara Thomas: Avoid this location. This restaurant is consistent. Absolute worst service ever. The food quality is the only reason we have visited up to 3 times per month. However, at some point the owners must address the poor service. The way the female staffer interact with customers is absolutely horrifying. Their attitudes, the way they actually dish out the food, the way they speak at you… I would love to personally connect with the owner as this service has consistently gone on for well over 1 year. In the interim, there are other locations and I am willing to spend the gas for better overall service. Avoid this location.

Two ladies rushed to fix my gyro sandwich they added two small slices of gyro and covered it up with cucumber sauce and slung it on the counter. I started to just ask them for my $ back. I usually go here on Saturdays but I’m going somewhere else from now on.

She kept charging me extra stuff IDK for what and my bowl only cost $9.49 I paid $16.77
