Lynetta Spells: Kiara was amazing. She helped me as soon as I walked in. Anytime I needed assistance Kiara and the other staff member were outside the door ready to help. I have been struggling with bras for a while and the ladies helped me with every question I had :) I wish we had more people like Kiara .. thank you so much for your help
Martha Stafford: Good service. The saleslady that assisted me was patient as I tried on many, many bras. She assisted without being obnoxious or hovering. Only slight negative is a few things were not in stock, or limited colors. I went to the store to avoid the ordering/shipping/returning issues.

Dianna Hummel: I have always hated buying bras (worse than bathing suits IMO). I recently lost a decent amount of weight and my old bras weren't fitting like they had before. At the suggestion of a friend I went into the Soma at Crabtree and Natasha greeted me. She was very professional and explained what a fitting would entail. I have never had a bra fitting before and I am over 30. She suggested 2 sizes and the first one fit like a glove. I have never been this size before in my entire adult life and got a tad misty eyed - they got me a tissue. (Not a big deal, but it meant a lot at the time)Hands down these bras are top quality, I could immediately feel the difference. I can't wait to wash and wear my bras! I have never said that before in my life. I will definitely be shopping there for future intimate apparel and appreciated Natasha's (and the other staff's) kindness and excellent customer service.

Last year, I was fitted & they did an excellent job.I came back this year to get a few more, and decided to buy a wash for them to keep the bras lasting longer. Regina accidentally forgot to put the wash in the bag and called me immediately, but I had already left with kids in tow. I live 45 minutes away so it's not easy for me to get back there. She mailed me the wash, refunded me for more than the wash cost & also included a coupon in the package she mailed I can use next time. She went above and beyond to correct her mistake, and I am very grateful for it. Thank you!

C V: I came in for new shoes after the Capital location was a complete disappointment in terms of service and staff. That was NOT the case at this location. As soon as I walked in, I was immediately greeted at the front by a woman with a cast on her leg, sitting in a rolling office chair behind the register. Still, she asked me if I was looking for anything, specifically. I took the opportunity to ask for any shoes with a zipper in an 8 or 9 and without any hesitation, she rolled her way to the shoe section with me. I picked out a few shoes I liked, which, unfortunately, was out of stock in my size. Her other coworker came back from lunch and also came over to help! When I thought I would have had to wear my nail-glued shoes for one more night, they found another shoe with a zipper that wasn’t on display in a size 9. It was a perfect fit and of course, I bought it. I can’t say how thankful I am for those two ladies at this location. I tipped them extra $ just for the effort - the lady was rolling around in an office chair back and forth looking for a size 9 shoe for me for crying out loud 😭🙏🏽 1000% grateful. Will only shop at this Priscilla’s location going forward.

LittleTreeX: I can understand the sentiment of an "all sales final" policy due to the nature of products being sold. However, not allowing exchanges on defective products that die after 1 charge within 5 days is poor customer service. This is an expensive product that I now have to deal with manufacturer on at my own shipping expense. My advice, go find what you want in store, and then just purchase direct from the manufacturer anyways. If they aren't standing behind the product locally, what's the point of dealing with them locally?

Ivanna Partida: A complete scam and waste of money! I spent $180 on a dancer pole kit under the impression that I would be able to perform acrobatic movements. The sales associate told me it was a spinning pole and failed to mention it was a novelty item. When I installed the kit it was made of very cheap quality when I could have got a better deal from Amazon. They do not accept returns or exchanges even after false information. If you are considering pole dancing do your research and buy elsewhere!!

Pete Rocks: The Capital Boulevard location is a dump. The girls there are rude and non helpful. All 3 smell like Marijuana in were acting stupid.The choices of items were very limited and very much over priced. It was a waste of time going it the store. I brought a few flavored lubricants and ran for the door. I will never go back.I seen most of what they had you can get online at Amazon for half the price.

C V: TERRIBLE SERVICE. I went in for new shoes because my pair had broken the night before and I needed new ones for the following night. My bf went with me and brought up one of the shoes I was interested in and asked if they had the shoe in either an 8 or a 9. All she said was “no.” So I asked him to ask for a different pair and the lady at the register finally came to the back and said “no” again. Then I asked if she had an 8 or a 9 in ANY shoe and she said “yes, but I would have to check.” Okay, so then please check. At that point, I just left. The lady working here clearly does not care for service nor selling anything.
Sara Hardy: Black girl with braids was very rude. They require masks and hers was all the way down below her chin. She just sat at the register on her phone the whole time and had a snappy attitude. Please get better employees.

Jesse T: Amazing store; definitely LGBTQ+ friendly and this is especially important for me (since I'm nonbinary). My wife and I did most of our adult shopping online so this was the first time we ever tried a physical location. Sarah made our first experience at Adam and Eve comfortable and welcoming. She answered all questions we had with friendliness and professionalism. I couldn't recommend this location enough! The store is clean, brightly lit and there is a large selection of products to choose from. Thank you so much for making our first experience a good one Sarah. We are definitely coming back :)

Kat Weaver: Alexander “Lex” was incredibly helpful and attentive. Showed me several items that I probably would not have found on my own. Lex set up a collection of things for me to consider in a secluded sitting area where I had privacy which was much appreciated; so good that I ended up leaving with three great toys. I’ve never had that kind of thoughtful attention from a sales person and would definitely go back in the future.

Associate called manager and they said there was nothing they could do, but she made up a statement out of thin air, that if I spent over a hundred dollars they could honor it. I showed them the site with pictures of their store clearly saying come in and receive it, and the add said nothing about spending 100$. Only plus is helpful staff!

Julie took the time to measure and fit me on a very busy, packed store, saturday and treated me like I was the only one in the store. As a business owner I know this is a direct reflection of their leadership. Stuff roles downhill. Really just sick of the environment. Two people look like they were going to purchase something. Looked at the length of the line, put their merchandise down and walked out. If they want the store to flourish, customer service has to be their first priority.

I want to give CRABTREE VICTORIA SECRET 5 Stars for the outstanding customer service and the time they take with each customer I also want to give Julie Robinson an extra accommodation for the time you take and personal attention you gave me with me not feeling a bit rushed. This is a very brief summary of what happened.First associate told me I would need to search the store for bathrobes that they were scattered throughout. She was dismissive and not interested in helping me find the correct size .My second interaction was in the ladies fitting room with another associate . I had the doorbell light on for a good period of time all the while she spoke with two other customers in the hallway about their personal lives. I peeked my head out and asked her if she could get a smaller size . She postured as if I was wasting her time and was dismissive. My response to her was if she was busy that I didn’t mind asking someone else for help . She begrudgingly went to look , came back and handed me jacket saying there werent any on the floor . - never offered to have it ordered from the store or check with other stores in the area .The final straw was when I began to walk out and the alarm went off . The sales associate hollered in front of 4 children and numerous strangers did I have perfume or “ period Panties “ in my bag ? Irregardless of what I had in my bag it had a sensor tag on it that needed to come off . I was humiliated by this associate in front of complete strangers, given a lecture of how periods are something that all women have until I stopped her in her tracks before it got heated . I was shopping for lingerie not for unsolicited advice or a lecture . Perhaps a refresher inservice with the employees in this store on professionalism , discretion , humility , service is in order . It’s certainly something that needs to brought to the attention of corporate as there is definitely an issue with leadership in that store .

Fawn Thayer: I went into to do an exchange and the lady in the fitting room was super friendly/helpful. The cashier, Bibi was really personable and enthusiastic. She had great customer service skills. I will definitely be going back.
