The assistant manager Lubov Skiba is exceptional, professional and so very helpful and she is the reason I keep coming back to Tumi. Just 2 weeks ago I purchased a continental, dual access carry on suitcase. After my very first trip (just carrying on/not checking the suitcase) the handle broke off. Immediately after returning from the airport, I took the broken suitcase to the store and without any questions asked, Lubov replaced it with a new one. This was especially helpful as I am traveling again in 2 days! She recognized there was a screw missing in the construction and even apologized for the inconvenience I experienced. Lubov is amazing and exhibits the highest level of customer service of any establishment! A very loyal Tumi customer, WRS

Tom Levitan: I left a Tumi suitcase for repair of the handle at the downtown Portland, Oregon store. Once repaired, the Portland store sent it to my local store at Southpoint and I returned the loaner bag and SP sent it back to Portland. Very pleased with service at rboth stores! This was a 7 year old bag - no cost for repair, loaner or shipping!

Victoria Mulcahy: Been waiting to go here for some time now and it was definitely worth the wait! It's the best store to go to if you're looking to get organized. Great customer service, great product selection, and just a fun time all around. 10 out of 10 would recommend!
Carol King: They had rearranged things since my last visit. They've cut back on the travel products they carry. When I went to check out their computers were down and were able to ring me up as a mobile order. They were unable to email my receipt.

While some staff members were accommodating, others were less so. However, on other visits, I encountered staff members who seemed disinterested in helping me or could not answer my questions.The Container Store offers a good selection of organizational products, but its customer service can be hit or miss. It's really sad they are closing different locations and if the customer service at this store is any reflection of why they are closing it is totally understandable. Jaclyn Hamilton: I love my Saks fifth avenue. However, Triangle is going under and changing their style to accommodate the unfortunate direction the mall is heading. I had several items in my arms, including a saks bag since I just bought a pair of shoes. I walked around to get service. Finally a lady was talking with another customer. I waited very patient to ask for a fitting room, which I waited till she was done speaking to other lady. The sales lady stated I'll be with you in a minute. Now I get that you are helping another customer, but all I needed was a dressing room. I felt she was focus on that one lady because she seem to spend more than I would be at the time. I just felt the lady was unaccommodating and a little judgmental. She didn't even check on me to see if everything was working out. Needless to say, I bought what worked and left.I will stick to the online shopping instead of going back to the store.

The men’s section is truly awful, stocking only giant logo brands and plastic shoes. The women’s selection is better, but the layout of long rails, with clothes crammed in makes it feel like bargain hunting experience at a thrift shop. On our last few visits the staff have been inattentive and on their phones. Not worth the 45 minute drive anymore

Ashley Miller: Just came in today on a time crunch before work to grab some foundation and powder from the MAC counter, and there was only one associate working there. She was an older blonde lady wearing black Prada glasses with humongous eyelashes with a foreign accent. She was placing eyelashes on another customer so my daughter and I figured it shouldn’t take too long, we matched our colors and couldn’t find anyone other than her working so I approached her and asked where tog ran the product, as I was on this time crunch before work. She told me she was only placing lashes and it would be five minutes. She had taken a break from the previous clients lash strips to come ask what we needed, I had told her two of the shades of things we needed (I didn’t have the third matched yet), so she grabbed them and placed them by her with her client and went back to the lash client. I matched the third product and waited patiently while my daughter was picking out a lip color. Another associate showed up to clock in (long dark hair and bold cute makeup, black shirt and a double nose hoop ring in and light grey acid washed looking jeans) and she helped get my daughters two products and started ringing up the sales (they were separate orders). The the first blonde associate came up to her at the register and made her let her ring in one of the orders so she could get credit for the sale. The girl with the dark hair let her and bowed out with Grace, however, if I were her, I would have not let the blonde because she was too busy taking 15 minutes to put lashes on the other client to finish helping us and cash us out. I’d really like to leave this review in hope the blonde doesn’t keep doing this to other associates and the dark haired girl gets more credit. I work in the service industry and I know how annoyed I get when I just get to work and someone immediately asks me for something and I haven’t even fully gotten ready for my job, but she was so sweet and nice and gladly helped us immediately with no attitude or annoyed demeanor. Kudos to the dark haired girl, and shame on the blonde.

The lady who helped me pick out a perfume was so sweet that she even gave me free samples and put my things in a cute display box. Will recommend going and dealing with her and her only wish I got her name. I would've included it here. She was amazing and made my experience so much better.

The lady was at the register talking to 2 other associates and apparently I interrupted the personal conversation because I wanted to pay for my item. I then had the nerve to bring her an item without the proper tag on it and said to me “how am I supposed to ring this up?” I really don’t think that’s the customers problem and i would think between the 3 of them, they could figure out what to do. She told me I need to go back and find one with a tag and then come back. Her tone and the manners in which she spoke to me was very unnecessary. Needless to say, I walked out of the store and I will not go back. And you wonder why department stores are failing?

KW: I recently joined the cyclist life style, so I made a pit stop at REI Six Forks to pick up some equipment for my new bike. I was greeted with a smile and received white glove treatment. Kira assisted me along the way with product recommendations as she is an avid cyclist. She was amazing, and I appreciate the time she took to explain the purpose/value of certain equipment. I appreciate the excellent service at this location and will be back in the near future.
Brian Ratti: Probably the worst REI location for mens clothing. Looking for mens hiking shirts, I managed to find less than 10 total, excluding the REI. Same issue with shorts.

You guys were all so welcoming and warm which was very much needed for the time I was experiencing. Reid especially did an amazing job setting me up for success in order to live comfortably out of my car. He was very thoughtful and kept my best interests in mind when showing me around the store and picking out what I would and would not need. I’ve been to many REI stores and am a member, I can full heartedly say that this team fully exemplifies what I have come to benchmark as the REI experience and why I will only ever go to this outdoor store. You all showed me a kindness during a dark time in my life which I will never forget. Thanks again for providing both the products and knowledge I needed to be safe on the road.

Summer Hedges: We picked up a roof box that we ordered online. The team members encouraged us to park at the loading dock, helped us open the box, inspect for any issues, and walked us through installation and gave us a lot of tips for use. So friendly and helpful, even on a busy weekend day. If we had to figure it out on our own, I am sure it would take 3 times as long! This will enable us to take an awesome trip with our pups later this month!

Lifting Covered: I’m sharing my experience in case it helps others. I’m sure it didn’t help that. This is the first time I’ve ever been into this mixed use development area and it was nice weather on a Saturday, hence very crowded.I ordered a bike rack to pick up from this location. It took me some effort to figure out where to park, and my only option was the parking garage. For pick up, you need to stand in line for the regular checkout counter. When it was my turn, the associate was able to locate the rack and because of the size it was on a dolly. I asked if I am able to bring my car because I parked in the garage. The situation was new for them so they said I should be able to park in the curbside pick up spot and not get towedIf you do this, be prepared to go back inside to get your item, load it and then bring the dolly back to them. Next time I’ll either do curbside or go to another location that’s more easily accessible.
Ca'ren Hudson: I came in for what I called my “hiking starter pack” and each and every employee I talked to was beyond helpful. Want to give a special shout-out to Cameron, Morgan & Beck who helped me find my pack and my shoes. I can’t wait to keep coming back!

She has a wonderful personality and you can tell she loves her job and the products she sells. Lexi, the employee that took our order over the phone, was absolutely the sweetest. She was equally as kind and knowledgeable. I HIGHLY recommend this particular Lovesac location (Crabtree Valley Mall). Everyone was so great to work with and truly know their products. And you can tell they actually stand behind what they sell!

christy welborn: Went to the showroom to see the furniture up close. The sales person was very helpful and knowledgeable. She helped to guide me in picking out a good set for my needs and then had everything set, so I only needed to make a call to place my order. I called to place my order an hour before closing and my salesperson was very helpful and pleasant. Good shopping experience.

Brandon Zeller: The build/purchase functions on the Lovesac website never worked, so we drove 1.5 hours to the nearest store. The store was a closet-sized space in a noisy mall. It was very difficult to imagine relaxing in new furniture there. It was being run by a couple of young people who confidently told us things that turned out not to be true. First, they said they only had a few covers available (it turned out there was a whole other book of available covers). Then they quoted us a price that was $200 higher than the price posted on their website.In the end, we were able to order what we wanted, but Lovesac seemed to want to make it as difficult as possible to do so. Hopefully, the quality of the products will make up for the service was lacking.
Kea Allen: While I was super excited to visit the store and potentially buy a new sofa, the representatives there didn't seem like they were interested. They were all hanging out and sitting/ eating on one of the couches and seemed perturbed about me coming in. When I asked about pricing on a sofa they quoted an astronomical price on the screen without going through what anything meant. I went to the website later and priced out the same exact thing in store for about half what I was quoted in store. Overall, while I would have loved to purchase a sofa there and heard great things about them, the service really pushed me to purchase elsewhere.
