Jones Grant Luxury Apartments: what do users think?
Eugenie U: Great apartment complex and leasing office staff are the best!
Rachel: I lived at Jones Grant for 1 year 6 months. I had a great experience. I only moved due to relocation. Beautiful well kept community.* I have updated my review as I have moved out over 90 days ago & have yet to receive my security deposit back. I have called multiple times & each time I’m told I will receive a call back & have not**update: I’ve now currently been moved out the property FIVE months & still they have not sent my security deposit. The community suggested the check was sent twice & maybe there was an issue with my mail ( I knew this wasn’t true) however, I requested the check be sent to the office. I still have not received my security deposit back.
S H: Thank you Jennifer for your professionalism, knowledge of the community and the surrounding areas which led to a decision to move into this well kept, quaint community! We fell in love not only the apartment we viewed but also your welcoming personality and made it feel like our new home! The amenities were well kept and clean and I could tell you and your coworkers loved the community. Again, thanks for answering my numerous questions with a smile. We toured many places before deciding on Jones Grant, however I feel ultimately this is going to be a great place to call home 🙂
Samiyah Chester: Positive:Professionalism,Quality,Responsiveness,ValueI love living here management is great, it’s close to everything I need ! I highly recommend this place !
Aaminah Shalabi: Nice photos!
MAX3D2: Positive:Professionalism,Quality
Christina Maddaluna: DO NOT RENT HERE! The management is terrible and make sure to read your lease! They snuck in a construction addendum and while living here the entire building was under construction and at one point I didn’t have a window. (It was replaced with a plastic covering in the winter) I was given less than a weeks noticed before all this started! The walls are paper thin and you can hear everything. Also the surrounding area is very sketchy and a place you do not want to be walking around at night. So many better options!
Ashtyn Smith: Highly dissatisfied with the management at Jones Grant. I lived at Jones Grant apartments for two years. The first year was great, but all went down from there. Several staff changes occurred at the leasing office resulting in undertrained, disrespectful staff. Our apartment was under construction for endless months without any communication as to why the construction was taking place or a timeline for the construction. During this time frame we did not have any access to our balcony and all of our windows were covered. The construction resulted in debris entering our apartment, damages to our walls that were never fixed, and endless hours of noise that inhibiting my ability to work from home. During this time we were expected to continue to pay our monthly rental rate without a discount despite not being able to access our balcony or windows.Over six months after moving out, I just received a notice to my new address that I owe over $400 in move out fees that I not previously notified about. The fees include "damage charges to stove top" however I am certain that the stove top was in pristine condition at the time of move out.Moral of the story, even if the construction is not an issue anymore, I highly recommend you look elsewhere for an apartment.
Delight Williams: t his is a very quiet community and decent. I love the space in my apartment. I love how no one is Assigned to a parking spot and they have plenty of parking spaces available for everyone and their visitor. so I a mired this place.
The Vo: Great luxury Community, gym and pool and luxur at main building, if only every building was connected.
Spiritual Chill: I love the grant! Amazing staff! If you’re single you will love it here!Very close to everything so don’t even stress!!!
Bhris Taylor: I love this place, it’s very relaxing to live at and it’s so close to everything . It’s very convenient
Brandon Pollock: The Jones Grant staff is very professional and provide a high level of service. They always go above and beyond to give you their best. The community is very well maintained and close to many restaurants/grocery stores/downtown. - From a verified resident on ApartmentRatings
Victor A: I love the location, amenities and design of these apartments. They have huge windows which are awesome. Sadly I have to give them a 1 star review. Mostly because their management of this place is horrible. They give forever to get back to you for whatever reason. And what I hated most was the instruction they had to do for about 6 or more months. Not once did they try to appease the residents for this inconvenience. Not even some leasing office sponsored food/snacks/drinks or something to say sorry for all the mess. Because I don’t think they would even think about lowering the rent for a month or two.The base price is reasonable but then they add all these fees that add up. They won’t allow any other internet provider besides att. And to top it off most of not ALL of the amenities where closed for moths. The gym, the pool, the clubhouse all closed due to COVID. But honestly I think it was so they didn’t have to deal with any of the maintenance for these things. I pod for all these amenities and barely got to use them.I would NOT recommend moving here for longer than a year.
Don’t Live At Jones Grant: TL;DR - untrustworthy apartment charging $299 for a nonexistent issue.Jones grant is attempting to charge $299.50 for a stove top replacement. This is a very untrustworthy apartment and that’s why we moved out. We over cleaned the apartment to avoid these fees but still received a charge that we weren’t notified about until I checked the account for our deposit refund.Attached is the move out checklist which states there were scratches on the stove top prior to moving In. Additionally attached is a photo from the day we moved out.The entire apartment complex of Jones grant is replacing all the windows on the apartments because the windows were installed wrong, allowing moisture and water to leak into every BEDROOM for 3+ years. Also I don’t think I saw anyone who worked inside the leasing department besides the day I moved in and the day I moved out for the entire year. Don’t live here unless you want to pay hundreds of dollars to move out.
Manuela Jones: Do not recommend. Lack of communication and care for its residents. They use Covid as an excuse. Clubhouse stayed closed even after things opened back up. Also construction wasn’t the problem, the problem was how things were handled..notifying residents 3 days before to move all outside furniture and not disclosing how long it would take. Very unprofessional. We just switched apartments and it’s a completely different vibe! We are so much happier here!If you are moving out, make sure they do a walk through with you! Have the paper you filled out when you moved in with you. Now that we moved out they are trying to charge us $300 to replace a stove top out of nowhere! I took pics of everything before moving out, everything worked, left the place clean! Because I didn’t trust this place and of course they are trying to charge us for something. (I guess they have to get the money they lost from construction from somewhere). My experience at Jones Grant was nothing but stressful. Thought I’d save you some time and look elsewhere.
Tales of an OG MOG: I L🌼VE my apartment! It is gorgeous! The staff (esp. Symone) go above & beyond to make your stay comfortable & pleasant. It's a dog lovers heaven. My neighbors all have dogs & they are so friendly. The building is well-kept, clean and safe. Yes, there is construction but the workers laugh & sing & whistle all day~they are very pleasant, & just doing their jobs. I enjoy their banter 😂 It's very peaceful & so convenient to Trader Joe's, Wegmans, CAVA, Starbucks, & so much more. I'm totally diggin' it 💜 Blessed
Ameet Kumar: I have been living here for almost 3 years. I loved it initially, had great management. But since they have started construction, it has been a huge inconvenience. Workers would enter apartment repeatedly with a notice of 48 hours but still no body would like some strangers to enter frequently. Communication is poor. Due to construction, there is lot of noise during day time which would make work from home undoable. If workers have to enter in your apartment then they may move your furniture but don't have courtesy to move it back to original place. Very unprofessional. Also due to construction there is no access to balcony. We have lost some of parking space due to construction. So many issues. But hey, management still wants you to pay full rent despite all of this inconvenience. I had recommended Jones Grant to lot of friends before but unfortunately at this time not recommending. Look else where.
Kate The Great xo: Great community and locate! Super friendly office staff. They are very accommodating. Yes, the construction sucks but I still love living at Jones Grant.
Emanuel Hernández: Bonitos apartamentos con piscina y amabilidad
Avinash Sooriyarachchi: Wish I could give zero stars. This is by far the worst place I have lived in. Unprofessional, inconsiderate and dishonest. We paid a premium to live in one of the units that we were told is away from any noise concerns. Until recently the only problems were random non-tenant owned vehicles that parked in the parking lot that smelled like cannabis, constant need for maintenance requests due to poor quality of appliances and general lack of security. But as of a little over 4 months after we extended the lease in the middle of the covid pandemic, they started construction to fix the entire outside of the apartments we were living in *while we were in them*. We were definitely not told this when we extended the lease and had not been notified even with email before they started blocking the parking lot with a nice wake up call from construction equipment. Now they have completely ripped out the windows and balcony and all there is a thin sheet of plastic insulating us from the coldest time of the year in North Carolina and deafening construction machinery noise. Living in and working from home during the covid pandemic with this noise is traumatizing and physically unhealthy not just due to the noise but the dust that has made way to our apartment. They charged a $300 pet fee for our dog only to have an entire apartment that traumatizes the 14 week old puppy. In addition to this we always hear of instances of theft of material from trunks of cars in the parking lot and cars being hit and run in the parking lot with no intervention or concern from the management. I've lived in apartments that cost a quarter of this when I was in college and they were like hotels compared to this place. I've always had a good impression with following the rule of thumb of 'What you get is what you pay for' but this is definitely not an example of that. Even with the traumatizing construction going on there has been no talk of even reducing the rent to account for the appalling living conditions. Also there's no parking and at the same time there are abandoned vehicles on blocks in the lot. No security cameras anywhere either. I will actively discourage anyone I know to ever even consider this place

Luxury Apartments at Foxwood: what do users think?
William Leath: Hjmd
Christina Ayscue: "I am new to the community and I absolutely love my apartment. The community is quiet for the most part and the property management is wonderful. Micky is absolutely amazing!!! She has taken care of me from start to finish! I am more than grateful to have her to help. I also have had experiences with Jamie and she was equally wonderful. I definitely will be here for a long while."- Rating: 5
Jonathan Rivera: Micky helped me with a lease take over, answered all my questions. She was very knowledgeable and patient. Highly recommend!
Shanay Porter: Micky was great! Fast and quick move in! Absolutely a great experience working with her and will definitely refer others!
Cesar Barrera: My mom has lived at foxwood since they first opened, through 3 management companies it’s been rocky, I just want to thank Mickey and her team for helping my mom find a place she can call home. They’re always so patient with her and so respectful. Good job team”
Abel Tesfa: As a resident, had a great experience with the maintenance team and maintenance worker, Aldo. Helped fixed the issue quickly and effectively.
DeVonte Parham: Anna…. was amazing!!! From the moment i walked in with no appointment all the way through the extensive knowledge of the property really made me feel very comfortable and fall in love with the community. Shoutout to Anna for the amazing service.10 out of 10, would recommend!
Yas: Luis and aldo were very helpful. Went out of their way to get my refrigerator, ice and water maker back running. Truly appreciate it guys. Quick service
Jaye Tee: GREAT apartments! Mr. John the maintenance man was super nice!!!!
Shirley Townsend: Clean and nice apartments! Shout out to Mr. John
Terrell Plott: Mr. John was very helpful . We weren’t expecting much since it was Memorial Day but thankfully we ran into Mr. John and he gave us information about the property .
Fee Fee: Micky Was wonderful, she’s helped me to her full ability since day one! I RECOMMEND FOXWOOD
Shelli Wolford: I had a great experience from the first visit to the actual move in. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The apartment was spotless when I moved in, and the agent explained all the amenities and Hooked my phone up.
Ulises Gutierrez: These apartments are nice inside and out. I enjoy living here, but the only complain is all these rules that I’ve never had to deal with at other apt’s. I kid you not you will get an email every single day with something they are complaining about or adding new “ policies” that are definitely not even mentioned when you move in or in the contract.🙂 The pool is seriously so small for the amount of apartments they have.
This is B&B: So far really love being here it’s still surreal but I’m definitely recommending my friends to come live in these apartments! It’s such a peace and safe place to be at, that is for sure!
Katrina Stirn: I toured the Luxury Apartments at Foxwood on May 28, 2021 and I was very impressed by the beautiful one-bedroom apartment that I viewed, the gym (it is enormous with a hydro massage chair!) the resort style pool, and the staff, and in particular Andrea, the resident specialist who gave me my tour. Andrea was probably the most efficient and reliable leasing agent I have met in a long time. Although I did not meet the manager, Kristin, my initial phone call was with her and she was very pleasant and welcoming. I was so impressed by my tour and Andrea that I made my decision right then to apply for a 1 BR unit. If you are looking to rent a beautiful apartment with a professional and friendly leasing staff, I would highly recommend looking at the Luxury Apartments at Foxwood.Update 4/25/23:After living here since Oct. 2021 I can say overall I would recommend Foxwood apartments; location is convenient to 540, 401 and Capital Blvd, shopping and restaurants; staff is personable and professional; 1 BR apartments are very spacious and priced competitively for what you get (amenities including Valet Trash, W&D, keyless/remote entry, smart thermostat, etc.) and overall a quiet community from my personal experience. Cons: typical of some other communities: some tenants don't abide by the trash policies (leave trash out too long; stack bags on top of bags); don't pick up after their dogs, don't respect quiet hours (talking loudly in parking lot late at night; playing music from parked cars), and leave trash on the property. Gym and club house is a good size, however pool is small for a community this size. Highmark has started having resident events and has increased communication with tenants, which is appreciated, however, getting through to the office is still difficult for me.
Anna Hart: I love living here! Such a friendly and upscale vibe, very comfortable and has wonderful amentities
Diane bahena: So far I have lover my experience here at Foxwood. I love how the club house staff has events to keep the community involved. Doing little spa packages and even for pets they have treats.
Shane Martin: I moved from out of state and was quite concerned about not being able to see anything first. Anna setup a tour with my friend for me and she went above and beyond to make this a smooth move. Just moved in yesterday and everything was quick and easy. Internet was setup by AT&T only 24 hours later. Best moving experience I’ve had thus far. Thanks, Anna!
Chris Powell: My wife and I have been here for a few months now. Like most places, there are some pros and cons. But, we’ve definitely grown to like it so far. Parking can be an issue, and when we first moved in, weed was in the air a lot. Not cool if you’re not into that. But they have really cracked down on holding residents accountable. Things have definitely gotten better in a very short amount of time.
Anna Sheets: The staff here has always gone above and beyond to take care of its residents! Anytime I have had a question, or needed assistance they have responded with the utmost care and professionalism to ensure my family is taken care of.

Bacarra Apartments: what do users think?
Daniel Yadushlivy: Been here for 3 years and yesterday my gfs car gets broken into and there is ANOTHER broken car that was reported STOLEN and BROKEN INTO. the property manager lisa morris didn't even have the sense of urgency to call or do anything AFTER the assistant manger told me this is the 7TH call they got today about this.Absolutely no effort to even install a tiny cheap amazon camera this keeps happening AND NOTHING IS BEING DONE I don’t feel safe here cars are being broken into and management refuses to talk even though she is in the building. MAKE IT MAKE SENSE
Ercan Çetinkaya: 🏻
zoe gonzalez: Nice place to live but they are roaches everywhere, they need to do something about it
Nahibony Mejia: THIS PLACE IS A SCAM!!!! DO NOT APPLY HERE!!!!!! THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY FOR APPLICATION AND THEN WILL NOT RESPOND TO CALLS OR EMAILS AFTER YOU APPLY!!!!!! STAY FAR AWAY!!!!!! IT HAS BEEN ALMOST A MONTH AND THEY STILL WILL NOT CONTACT ME!!!
varun shah: Management and staff are poor no skills, can't handle service requests location and place is nice. But be cautious if you want to stay here its not worth if you have any issue and you raise service request but be ready to have patience if its not fixed as management have no skill labour who can fix in one shot.
Iyisha Cummings: 𝙸 𝚕𝚘𝚟𝚎 𝚒𝚝 𝚑𝚎𝚛𝚎 𝚖𝚎 𝚊𝚗𝚍 𝚖𝚢 𝚖𝚘𝚖 𝚕𝚘𝚟𝚎 𝚒𝚝
Paloma Sanchez: Now that I have been here at Bacarra over a year, I feel confident in writing my honest review. They are very unkept here they don’t really enforce their own rules especially when it comes to trash or bicycle areas. Same bikes have been locked up there with flat tires, rust & even have weeds growing around them. Not a good look at all, the stairs are always so dirty from trash bags being dragged down the stairs by the trash folks. Now it’s July, I put in 3 maintenance requests over the past 2 months ago & yet no one has called, emailed or came to check any of these things out. My dishwasher has been filled with water for over a month, it’s very aggravating. The office for some reason took their phone number off here & now it makes you call some 888 #. I finally got in touch with a man working in the office & he informed me that out of 500 units about 100 of them were without AC & that is their main priority right now. I don’t know how to feel about any of this.
Habbob: The Horror stories are true. I wanted to love these apartments so badly, but my interaction with the move-in process was so traumatizing, that I cannot live here.I was accosted and screamed at by Alicia. Very unprofessional and I can tell she's the one who's gaslighting tenants.During my walk-through many items were broken, damaged, or stained. Even though I was told they had been working on the unit all week. Windows were broken, tub faucets didn't work, paint and cabinetry were damaged. And perhaps worst of all, they said they could not guarantee a mold-free environment.IT'S TRUE GUYS! this place is INFESTED!!!
kailyn castellano: worst apartment complex i’ve ever lived at. Management is unprofessional and doesn’t seem to know how to operate the complex properly while there are so many residents with complaints and issues.
Tyler Evans: Lived there for three years and enjoyed it. Courtney was always there to help with whatever I needed! Great location and fairly priced.
Karen Lawrence: Ghetto! Residents continue to throw sacks of garbage off their balconies. Two garbage bags visible from my property today. Not the first time. On site management ineffective. Must deal with corporate, Carroll Management, or City of Raleigh to get anything done!
Kelsey Lewis: This is a honest review and I am typically a very flexible person. However, this review has been long overdue. This is absolutely a terrible apartment complex. The amenities they broadcast do not reflect what is actually available. The 24 hour gym in the clubhouse is poorly maintained. None of the machines work effectively. The dog parks a filled with fences and nobody maintains them. Next, the breezeways are poorly maintained. Trash juices has soiled the concrete and nobody comes to pressure wash the breezeway at least once a month. Soiled cement is what you first see when you walk to your apartment. I attribute that mostly to “valet trash,” which you pay for monthly. However, the “valet trash” do not do their job. They come sporadically and pick and choose which apartments they pick up trash from. Furthermore, they only pick up one bag of trash, but the complex require you to place cardboard in plastic bags that should be separate from your actual trash. When they do come, they only pick up one bag of trash that is in the trash can the give to you. But if cardboard is in a trash bag and you have one bag of trash and one bag of cardboard, they won’t pick up both bags. They will skip your apartment entirely. How is that fair? We pay for services that are not being used. They want to fine people who deviate from poorly developed instructions. When you take your own trash out, the main dumpsters overflow with trash. It’s essentially a dump site. No differentiation between trash and recycling. Terrible for the environment. When you speak with the leasing office about complaints or concerns, you’re met with brute force of attitudes or no replies. It’s unprofessional and unfair to charge over 1700 dollars in rent for an apartment that does not live up to its advertisements. Check out the pictures from this morning at 6am.
Ashton Ni: Submitted two maintenace requests and didn't hear anything from them for three weeks now.Update: maintenance came in 2 months.
Cary Good: This is the condition of the Bacarra Apartments located in 6411 Farm Gate Rd, Raleigh, NC 27606. I was ensured by the staff that the reviews about a dirty property, mold issues, poor management, communication issues, and many more were by disgruntled residents. As you can see in the photos below the apartment doesn’t even look clean. There were urine stains on the toilet seat when we got the keys and checked it out. When I went to management about this issue I was informed that they do not change toilet seats when new residents move in, only when the toilet seat is broken. Management upgraded none of the appliances, and there's wear and tear on almost everything in the apartment. From the mirrors to chipped floor pieces, a pencil lodged between the floor on the island's backside. Upon relaying these issues to management, I was bombarded with argumentative hostility. In addition, the key cards given to me for the use of the amenities here didn't even work. I am waiting to hear back from the property manager Lisa as I feel this isn’t a place I feel comfortable or safe in. If I could give zero stars I would and this is only the first day.I had a similar review posted yesterday and it was deleted.
Ivette Kerr: I lived there nice apartments, no bugs problem. I recommend.
Homeagain Jiggity Jig: This is an apartment complex just off Interstate 40 in Raleigh. It is a newer apartment complex. They have several different buildings. There's a pool and a workout room in common areas. They have various sized apartments with 1 or more bedrooms. They are a bit pricey in my opinion. You can check them out if you're in the market for a rental apartment and compare them with other Apartments in the Raleigh area.
Gordillo Carlos: Buenos residentes en el AREA
KayKay C: Very poor management. unprofessional and unorganized. worst apartment complex i’ve ever lived in. I would definitely not recommend.
Pradeep Nakka: Worst service and careless management
Renee Rosales: Apartment was nice. Maintenance requests were handled well. But I cannot get my full security deposit back after leaving in May after being told I would get the full amount back. Many calls, no response or calls back majority of the time. This is August and still have to call regularly to check on it. I'm told it was an IT issue
Peyton Clark: I lived there and it was fine the pools are sometimes dirty but the daily food trucks are pretty nice.

SkyHouse Raleigh: what do users think?
M C: staff is amazing, cameron, daniel, aubrey, robert and all others are first class professionals.amenities are top rate. appliances are high quality - could barely hear the dishwasher, as opposed to 401 oberlin where it was noisy and had to be cleaned multiple times when i was there. washer and dryer in unit were the large front loading type.rooftop was awesome, views of the city outstanding.only downside was the city noise and lights. i was on the 6th floor, on the south side, so i did experience the city energy, but that's to be expected.no longer live there as i moved out of state, but entire experience was superior.- mike c.
Kristopher Concepcion: Great staff and well built units!
Loren Bullock: The best part of living here is the doormen—especially Robert. He remembers names, recalls faces, and always has the most friendly attitude.
Shellaine Coakley: Amazing apartment community to live in. The unit was very comfortable and the amenities amazing. Let me not get into the view of Downtown Raleigh. Breathtaking is an understatement. The building is just steps away from restaurants and clubs.Service excellence at its best. It all starts with the management team. Lisette is the sweetest. Very warm and welcoming. Gracie who rocks at organizing the best community activities. Sip and paint, game nights, movie nights just to name a few. Seriously make it make sense! The concierge team made me feel like family. Emmanuel, Robert, Alex Carmen just to name a few always taking a moment to converse with me. If I missed your name please forgive me. Tristan thanks for your help on move out day. Shout out to the maintenance crew.I will miss this amazing gem in Downtown Raleigh and will gladly share the memories I made here. As a travel nurse I would recommend this as a great short-term rental option.Thank you for making me feel at home away from home.Shelly
Leigh Samantha: Ungodly expensive. Elevators smell like wet dog and urine. Absolutely not worth the price.
Julian Jacobs: Great place to live! Close to everything in downtown
InFAVORofSTYLE: I have been a resident at Skyhouse for almost 3 years. I have enjoyed my experience thus far and would highly recommend living here. This a great place to call "home". The staff always greet you with a smile and are very helpful to my needs, and are quick to attend to any problems that arise . The grounds and facilities are kept clean. The workout rooms are open 24//7 are rarely crowded and the pool area is lovely.
Sarah Lehman: Good location if you’re looking to live downtown, staff is very friendly, and resident events each month are fun and a great way to meet other people that live here
Jaleel Kuteh: I love it here and you will too! Close to everything, great amenities, and awesome staff.
Zay: I had lived at the complex for awhile and have never had a problem. The maintenance staff is always quick to take care of any issue and the office staff is always very helpful, and not only that the concierge is a great resource and one of my favorite things about the complex, I would highly recommend this complex to anyone looking for a great place to live.
Zach Bowen: Living at Skyhouse has really been a pleasure. Here are things to look forward to if you are making this place your homeThe staff - if I had to describe them in one word… amazing! The concierge team makes this the most pleasant place to live. Every time I come home I feel like I’m being welcomed by family. The ladies in the office make this a great community as they are always helpful and go above and beyond organizing fun events for the residents. Also the maintenance team is super prompt and super friendly. This building is also constantly being cleaned and it is kept in very good shape which doesn’t go unnoticedThe amenities - let’s just say all my friends only want to hang out at my place lol the rooftop is super chill and a great place to meet neighbors and make friends. Awesome roof deck to grill out and chill by the fire pit. The gym has everything you need and the pool is very nice and well kept. The views from anywhere in the building are beautiful. It’s a really great way to see the cityThe convenience - I basically never drive anywhere. There are so many nice bars and restaurants in walking distance. Skyhouse even helps you discover what’s around by posting places on their social media! There are always events happening in Moore square park across the street or on any of the blocks close by. Also you can DoorDash or Uber eats literally anything to this location lolOverall a great place to live! 10/10 would recommend
Ashley Caples: I absolutely love living in this apartment building! The view from my apartment is simply breathtaking - I never tire of looking out over the city skyline. But that's not the only thing that makes this building special. The SkyDeck is an amazing feature that really sets it apart. With a fire pit, corn hole, and plenty of space to relax and unwind, it's the perfect place to spend time with friends and family or just enjoy some quiet time alone. And the best part is, the views from up there are even better than they are from my apartment! But what really makes this building stand out is how safe I feel here. From the moment I step inside, I know that I'm in a secure environment. The fob key system ensures that only residents and authorized visitors can enter the building, and the fact that you have to scan the key to access specific floors in the elevator provides an extra layer of security. Plus, the staff here is amazing - always friendly and helpful whenever I need anything. All in all, I couldn't be happier with my decision to make this apartment building my home.
SAHAJ MARWAH: I moved here last year from nyc metro and I had never been to Raleigh before in my life. I instantly fell in love with the city and its vibe. Skyhouse Raleigh had a big part to play in that. They were really welcoming and friendly. The building has really nice amenities and amazing views as you can see in the photos haha. I am a big fan of their monthly events like yoga, kickboxing, holiday parties, trivia nights etc and always look forward to them. Highly recommended.
Ryan Bristow: I’ve been living at Skyhouse since September 2022, and I can honestly say Skyhouse is one, if not the BEST apartment complexes Raleigh has to offer. The staff really do care about the residents. The staff goes above and beyond to make the residents feel safe and secure. They are very attentive to detail and are available to address any questions and concerns. The concierges are literally the GOATS! They are always on point and never miss a beat.I’ve lived in other complexes in Raleigh on Glenwood and there has always been a problem with car theft because of a lack of security. Skyhouse has secure parking with closed gating, security cameras, and only resident access on the weekends. I never have to worry about whether I locked my car at night. Not to mention every guest must go through the concierge before being let into the complex. The amenities at the sky house are top-tier! I’m really excited to hit up the rooftop pool this summer. If you have a pet like me, you’re in luck with a friendly dog park all within a short walking distance. If you like to go and have fun, there is literally something to do in every direction. So long story short, if you are new to Raleigh and looking for a place to live this is the place to be!
Rep5590: I moved into Skyhouse Raleigh 3 years ago and it has been my favorite place I’ve lived. The building is in a prime location downtown and has some of the best views in Raleigh. Skyhouse has everything I need with great amenities and it feels convenient to live here. The staff are also very friendly and never fail to make me welcome.
Sabrina Shah: My experience at Skyhouse Raleigh so far has been amazing — my puppy loves it too. The views are unbeatable, there is an incredible gym facility, we do yoga on the skydeck, all the events are super fun. But what really makes Skyhouse so special is the wonderful and friendly staff. They have quickly become my friends, and they are truly the most warm, welcoming and helpful folks. I would 100% recommend Skyhouse. It’s the best option for downtown living ☺️
Corey Jones: “A HOT NEW BOMBSHELL HAS ENTERED THE VILLA!” The bombshell isn't me (others may disagree lol), but it's Skyhouse Raleigh! Being at Skyhouse has been one of the best experiences ever! Located right in heart of Downtown Raleigh, you have so much access to amazing local eateries, state historical sites, cute coffee shops, and we are only a 5 minute drive from the bars on Glenwood (or a 20 min walk for those crazier nights). On top of that, the views from the apartment units are absolutely insane and such a SLAY, which is by far one of my favorite aspects of living here. My roommate and I especially love the floor-to-ceiling windows in the rooms and living rooms (depending on your unit of course). However, the best aspects of this apartment is for sure the top floor amenities. The gym, the SkyDeck, the Club Room, and the pool are all on the top floor (23 floors above the ground) with mouth-dropping views. Emphasis on the SkyDeck and pool!! Both of them have immaculate views where you can over-look the whole Raleigh skyline. The gym and Club Room are inside, of course, but they also have floor-to-ceiling windows that allow you to look over the city as well. Also, I don’t know if it’s just me, but the walls in this building are pretty thick. I have not had any noise issues which is pretty rare in apartments especially ones located in a city. On top of that, the residents here are all so nice! I have made some pretty great friends which makes this place even better! Lastly, the whole faculty and staff here are so kind and make an effort to get to know the tenants! If you have any questions, concerns, or just want to talk, they are always an open ear which I definitely appreciate. I have lived in many gorgeous apartment in cities such as Miami, Atlanta, and Tampa, but the Skyhouse Apartments in Downtown Raleigh has by far been my favorite place to live. Overall, this place is a 10/10!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! LOVE IT HERE!!!! TOTAL SLAY!
Nick Losh: Skyhouse is a fantastic place to stay! Amenities, property management, the apartments themselves, and overall quality of living is a 5 out of 5 experience. Can’t recommend enough!
Aniya Bradsher: I was a resident here for about a year and a half. All I have to say skyhouse has been 10/10 the best apartment complex I’ve stayed in Raleigh, NC. All of the staff are absolutely wonderful from the ladies in the leasing office, to Justin, Ms. Terry and Robert always taking care of me, to the maintenance crew just being top tier. I have absolutely no complaints. Even when I wanted to renew my lease but due to personal accommodations and preferences in floor plan I decided to move up the street to another high rise. However, to compare the two experiences nothing can touch Kane realty/skyhouse their hospitality is just different which makes your living experience so much greater than all the rest of the apartments in downtown. I am so grateful to have been a resident. Also, the views here are amazing. Truly felt like home. Thanks so much for everything! 🙏🏾Update: I absolutely just could not stay away. I ended up moving back to skyhouse, and I love everything about this place. I finally feel at home and over the moon to see the same exact staff, with a few new faces again. Everyone was so welcoming and my move in was seamless. They accommodated me in every possible way and I am so grateful for every single person that works within the Skyhouse community, your efforts do not go unnoticed. This is hands down the best apartment complex in Raleigh, NC. Skyhouse is 10/10 a place that I would recommend making your home. You will not regret it.
Jeanette Minor: I love skyhouse! It’s a great apartment community and the location is wonderful.
Kylie Johnson: I’ve been here for ~6 months and I love it here! This is the best complex I’ve ever lived in, great amenities & location + the views from the roof are amazing (see photo, it’s not edited at all). I feel safe in this building thanks to the concierge/security and all the employees are super friendly and helpful and give great recommendations. They also plan cool events for residents (like yoga + wine, movie nights, trivia nights, popcorn in the lobby, etc) so you can get to know people in the building.

Meridian at Sutton Square: what do users think?
Maria Valeria Acosta Ramirez: I am a resident of this place, and last Saturday I suffered an attack of racism and discrimination by a neighboring resident, which I thought was disrespectful, the lady was very rude and rude to me and my husband, I hope the Meridian gets some solution and try to make us all feel safe within the facilities of said residence, since since that event neither my husband nor I have been able to be calm again, and we flatly refuse to continue using the facilities of the place, we hope that the In the short time that we have left living here we can be calm and safe because the truth is that we are very afraid of scenarios of this magnitude continuing to repeat themselves.
Khaliyah Donaldson: This is my favorite apartment the scenery, atmosphere, and hospitality has always been nothing but superior for me until recently. I pay my rent almost 15 days before the due date and never have any issues. The office decided to raise my rent at renewal and made me wait over 30 days for a denied negotiation.I have faith things will get better…
Kevin McDonald: We moved in 2 months ago and it has been great. Staff is all very friendly. We have especially enjoyed the events helped by Kendria and Apartment Life, as we are new to North Carolina and helps us get to know more of the residents.
Lindsay Sprague: Living here is a decision I haven’t second guessed! my favorite thing…the 3 events a month put on by Kendria! It’s a great chance to meet neighbors and relax. I think that is through apartment life and it’s a great part of living here. Very safe, the team knows good service-Ashlin made signing and moving in a breeze, Stephanie is always available if needed, Dale is a maintenance expert for sure! So far everything is great!
Lacey Garrison: After living here for 3 years, I can easily say that the Meridian has been our favorite place to live. We unfortunately are moving as our growing family needs more space (house/yard), but wish we could continue living here for much longer. The office staff are very friendly and actually helpful, which surprisingly is hard to come by in most complexes these days. They go above and beyond, are quick to offer to help in any way they can and are always pleasant to interact with. The maintenance supervisor Dale is very quick to respond, any issue we had was addressed in a matter of a few hours and he is always polite, kind and professional. The location is optimal, close to shopping, restaurants, north hills, downtown and much more. This was the first place I've lived where there was always more than enough parking and it's all close. The pool is beautiful and never crowded. Dale gets it inspected and open at the beginning of April every year which is much earlier than anywhere else I've lived, and they keep it open through October, giving residents as much time as possible to enjoy it which we really appreciated. Our unit is very comfortably sized and has nice features. We've only had an issue with sound from upstairs neighbors once which was addressed promptly and adequately by management. The common areas are always maintained and overall, the complex has a very peaceful feel.We have come to love living here and have established relationships with many residents, a lot of whom have lived here even longer than us which I believe is a testament to the quality of life the Meridian supports. Overall, we have nothing negative to say except that we are sad to leave but already have plans to return to visit our neighbors soon! would recommend the Meridian at Sutton Square to anyone that is looking for a safe, high quality, quiet and welcoming community to live in.
Chris Farrow: We absolutely love it here. The units are well designed, the staff is wonderful. It has been a great empty nester transition. I have recommended it to a number of my friends. I believe it’s the best kept secret in Raleigh.
Robert Dean: I was the very first resident to move in and I have no intention of leaving any time soon! I have to admit it’s only gotten better and the staff is the best it’s ever been!
angela morrow: The Management staff and maintenance team out amazing. I have only been a resident for 2 weeks but so far so good. I hope this is the norm.
Chuck Hester: I love living at Meridian at Sutton Square. The staff is friendly, and in particular two things make a difference:1. Maintenance - Dale is the best, and very responsive2. Kendria Burrows, the Apartment Life Coordinator goes above and beyond creating fun events for the residents.Truly a great place to live!
Stacie Forrest: I moved here last summer. Erin, the Manager, was super friendly and easy to work with. Lots of amenities and all very well kept. Kendria, the apartment life coordinator, has planned fun activities where residents can get together and get to know each other. Neighbors are extremely nice. Very quiet here. Work orders have been taken care of quickly by Dale - he is responsive and friendly. Truly love it here!
Jay K: I’d lives here for 4 years, just moved out. if you want to waste money and to get horrible move out statement, this is the place. They charge you what even not on the lease agreement & contract when you move out. When I first moved in, the management team was nice but after the new management, IT IS TERRIBLE & POOR.Kayla who is one of the manager, she walks the hall way without face coverings, very rude and never response nicely. (Even they require the face coverings for their residents) I wish I can rate this place ZERO STAR.
Luke Gentry: Great place if you want your rent jacked up, 0 help from anyone that works there and astronomical rate increases year over year.Find a real apartment complex where they hire qualified people to truly help serve you. Here you will find nothing but angry staff, broken everything (toilet, dish washer and a washer and dryer that ruins your clothes).Wish I had 4 hands to give this location 4 thumbs down.
Bruce Johnson: The management team were attentive to my maintenance needs. The communication between all involved was great. Issues were resolved the same day, or the next day. With my permission, maintenance came while I was away. The work was completed, area left clean, and a work order note was left indicating who and what had been done. Very pleased. - From a verified resident on ApartmentRatings
Nin: Love that the location is walking distance to grocery stores, coffee shops, restaurants, and fitness clubs. Great amenities - pool, grills, clubhouse, gym, and business center. Complimentary coffee from the espresso machine in the lobby anytime you want. Everything's kept clean. The leasing team is very helpful and accommodating; 2020 was a challenging year and they worked hard to make a lot of positive changes to the community. The maintenance team is top notch. A great place to live!
Mary Catherine Whitley: The staff is amazing, the property is super clean, great location to restaurants and shops! The Best part about this community is the pool and all There great amenities!!
Kaitlyn Holway: Kayla the assistant manager has been amazing the entire time we have lived at meridian at sutton square. The maintenance team has also been great and very quick.
Matt Martin: Good place with good staff. Enjoyed my time there and felt like complex did me fairly on move out.
Young In Attucks: After living here for a year, I can say that this was one of the best apartment communities I've ever lived in. Unfortunately, covid hit about midway through our lease so we only got to enjoy the amenities and prior to March/mid April)Pros: pool is cleaned regularly. I lived on the 3rd floor overlooking the pool and I constantly saw them running the cleaner throughout the mornings. Maintenance was fantastic. So friendly, so prompt ..hands down, best maintenance guy! Didn't have to call the leasing office often but when I did, they always answered and were friendly.Parking wasn't an issue for me but I lived in the 700 building. Resident activities: they plan such great events to allow residents to get together. This was one feature I LOVED about this community. Even during covid, they tried so hard to keep people engaged!Cons: (no real cons...mainly annoyances) package system was somewhat annoying. Yes, you can hear your neighbors above but I was lucky enough to have pretty respectful neighbors who didn't stomp. Some stairways or doorways would smell like dog urine.Overall, we enjoyed our time here and would recommend living here.
cole johnston: The office staff is amazing and so helpful! They genuinely care about their residents and try their very best to resolve all issues in a timely manner! Kiley Ballard goes above and beyond to make everyone feel like they are truly at home and is so friendly to everyone.
Catherine: I was visiting a friend who is a new resident to this facility. After respectfully and quietly enjoying 1-2 drinks at the pool, we were escorted out by the Raleigh police because we had more than 2 guests. My friend who is the resident was never told of this rule, and the fact that this facility felt the need to call the police to escort a few young girls out is absolutely disrespectful and unnecessary. I will not be recommending this facility to any of my friends looking to move to this area.
Rick Rabideau: The apartment manager and her team work hard to be responsive and create a sense of community. They sponsor several social events each month that are fun and allow you to get to know your neighbors. I only had to talk to the manager twice over the course of the year about minor things and both were satisfactorily addressed immediately. There is a really nice pool, well equipped gym and an exercise room with stationary bikes. All that and the location is great. You’re close to restaurants, grocery stores, triangle town center and many other amenities.Overall it’s a great community and a great place to live.

Hue: what do users think?
Kyriakos Vontas: Location location location! The HUE sits in a very convenient spot in downtown. A nice walk to Glenwood and steps away from the center. The staff is friendly accommodating. Jazmine and Christine are full of energy and make this place feel like home. Expect several community events every month, excellent management and some pretty nice views.
Dylan Galusha: I’ve been here for 3 months now, and I absolutely love living at the Hue! The property managers and maintenance staff here are phenomenal! Always so attentive to the needs of the tenants and they go above and beyond to help each of us out. You also can’t beat the location either. I would recommend this building to anyone!
robin bunkert: The apartment is super cute, but the bed is a full and a bit small for 2 people, and it's loud with traffic outside. If you're a city fan, this place is awesome for you.Otherwise, it's a great place and pet friendly! Also, pool onside. I'm sure if you have a room on that side, it's much more peaceful...
Caneila Ford: As I write this review I am exploring the neighborhood that this complex is located in. Unfortunately after making an appointment for a self guided tour of the property for 5:30, I was told by the property manager that my family and I were unable to look at the unit we selected because we came in at 5:43. However, we spent 10 minutes trying to figure out how their self guided tours worked then gave up and decided to go to the office to inquire. When we walked in there was no one inside except a small child, then the property manager walked out and informed us that the system shut down and that it had done so at 5:30 which was odd because that would indicate that everything would either shut down as soon as we got to the door of the unit or would shut down once we were inside. She then proceeded to inform us that the remaining 15 minutes would not be enough time to view the apartment. As if they are renting mansions, it really does not take 30 minutes to view 1200 square feet.I can only imagine what the residents have to go through while dealing with this lack of professionalism. I will be looking else where for my daughter’s apartment while attending school in Raleigh.
Dylan Bryan: The Hue is great! I've lived here for almost 2 years because it is the best place to live downtown. Conveniently located to anything you would need downtown. Great place to live with a dog!The staff is always super helpful and friendly. Jazmine and Cristina are excellent property managers. Fernando is the best maintenance technician that always responds really fast whenever there is any issue in my apartment.
Michelle Blair: I’ve been at The HUE since moving to Raleigh in 2021. I love the downtown activity and ability to walk to so many places. The facility is well maintained and I love sitting on my very large patio during the summer and taking advantage of the pool and grills. The community also has great socials that they host for the residents.
Matt Darby: Fernando, the head of maintenance at the Hue, does a phenomenal job. He kind, extremely hard working, and efficient. For anyone that is looking for an apartment in downtown Raleigh that values a responsive, skilled, and hardworking maintenance team -- the Hue is the place to be.
Michael Zelaznik: Great place to live. Walking distance to everything downtown and super dog friendly. The staff is great and maintenance is wonderful.
david white: The staff is very responsive and friendly. I have enjoyed my time here!
Brooks Owens: Amazing place with the best people. Fernando, Cristina, and Jazmine are incredible, they really care about you (you are not just an apartment #) and help you if you need anything. The staff really goes above and beyond! You can't beat the location, I really enjoy being able to walk everywhere and enjoy all that the Raleigh downtown area has to offer. If you are looking for a place to call home downtown, this is the place!
Abby Hafer: Love our apartment! The location is great; love being able to walk to restaurants, bars, parks and events in downtown. A huge plus is the friendly staff. Cristina, Jazmine and Fernando are very accommodating and work hard on making the premises better!
David Hume: Fernando is the best maintenance guy around! He is always so nice and friendly. All of the office staff is awesome too they are so nice!
B K: This is a great place to live. The staff is super sweet & very helpful and caring. Moved here from out of town with a million questions, but they handed them with patience & grace. Can't beat the location, restaurant & bars steps from your door. So happy with our decision to call this 🏡 home.
Doug Kline: Really enjoying living here. The apartments are nice, the amenities are good. But the staff make it really great. They are genuinely friendly and professional. If something is wrong they fix it. The events they host through the month are fun and give a sense of community. Highly recommended.
matthew phillips: I've lived here for a couple years so far and it is great, Jazmine and Cristina in the office are always super helpful, and Fernando is probably the best mantinence manager ever. Highly recommend!
nicole hinton: Such a great atmosphere and the staff made me feel very welcomed.. I went to look for a one bed room and the lady Jaz was really nice I’m not from around here and she was very knowledgeable on things around the area . Overall I love this property and the location!
Martin Guerra Rivero: MAA Hue is in the center of Raleigh with wonderful and amazing sights to see! They have beautiful and colorful apartments that stand out! The staff is amazing especially Ms.Cristina who has helped so many people with the best attitude towards us! I want to thank her and congratulate her!
Maui Kama: Great customer service! Maintenance is quick and professional!
Nilvia Figueroa: Gorgeous property and great staff with outstanding customer service. My son stood there and we were very impressed with this property. Impecable grounds! Thank you to Fernando we can tell he is dedicated employee.
Odalys Orsini: This property is a great place to call home, anytime something is needed the maintenance team specially Fernando is great at taking care of any issues. The staff is friendly, kind and very responsive.

Hanover Lake Boone: what do users think?
Tania Morado: Location is great, but a lot of reoccurring issues with the appliances. The dryer is soo loud and whenever I've spoked to maintenance they said there's nothing they can do about it. My biggest issue is there is a fee to "reserve" the main common area which apparently means nothing since it's no different than if I were to go use the area on my own. Why charge a fee if you can't even stock up the toilet paper in the bathrooms or have the AC on.
charles pickett: Visited The Reverie and I was very impressed with how clean the property is and how friendly the staff is. I did not have an appointment and Kimberly took me for a tour with no issues. She was very thorough, friendly, and knowledgeable. I love the events the community has and the convenience of living in Raleigh. I will definitely be leasing here in the future!
Kay's Korner: We have really enjoyed our time here. The staff are great - I love the building security. They have a beautiful pool area and gym. The grounds are well kept minus a few parking lights that need to be replaced.A few things to note - they do not have window screens so if you enjoy fresh air consider an option to keep the bugs out if you lift the window. The water pressure could be better…but I’m use to strong pressure. It’s close and central to everything - Rex hospital is next door. A little pricey- but a great community - mostly professionals from what I can see! Definitely consider making this your home.
stacey nathanson: I just had the most wonderful experience with Jordan. I found the reverie online and I don’t live in North Carolina currently and wanted to virtually see a tour of the complex and apartment. Jordan took care of my needs by getting me a same-day appointment walked me through the property, and the apartment of my choice with care and even did measurements for me. I have never experienced such a phenomenal long distance Apartment tour!! I am looking forward to coming to see it in person and becoming a tenant in the near future! Thank you so much Jordan!
Abby Hixson: I have lived in several apartments and can honestly say this complex has the best Customer Service when it comes to maintenance requests and needs. A couple of weekends ago I had a maintenance emergency on a Saturday night and within just a few minutes out reaching out Stanley reached out to me to help. I wanted to applaud not only his sense of urgency but his positive attitude and helpfulness he had. I could not have asked for a better experience during a not so great situation! I have loved loving here and am thankful for a staff that cares about the well being of their tenants.
Juan Guzman: Pretty nice complex
S Sowers: Absolutely perfect location in Raleigh and the staff is incredible! The outdoor amenities are also very nice, especially the pool and courtyard. However the apartments themselves are not good value for what you’re paying.Important to note that we were the first to move into our unit, but our AC has broken numerous times, our bathroom door has never been able to lock, our front door lock gets stuck often, the kitchen cabinets/ drawers are abnormally thin width wise (like you can’t fit a standard silverware display in them) and incredibly cheap. The shelves within the cabinets will often break since they are held up by flimsy plastic pieces that either snap in half or will fall out. You can hear everything, and I mean EVERYTHING, your neighbors are doing. I’ve lived in 5 different apartments and have never had this bad of noise travel. And there is very limited parking. These things are definitely manageable but I’d overall you’re not getting great value for what you pay for.
Noah Swor: My GF toured the complex and fell in love with it and the staff was so helpful. During the process of signing, Jordan was an absolute rockstar and made it such a seamless experience. Very excited to live at The Reverie!
Seven Reloaded: Just visited not to long ago, the property was GORGEOUS! and Kim's awesomeness was the icing on the cake! She was really knowledgeable of the property and area!
Danielle Dourson: As a Raleigh native, I must say this is one of the best communities I have visited! I came in for a tour yesterday and was instantly greeted by the incredible staff. They took the time to listen to my needs and made me feel welcome and at home from beginning to end. Not to mention, the community is beautiful! I can't wait to call The Reverie home!
Jessica Mitchell: If you’re looking for rental complex in the Raleigh area I highly recommend checking out The Reverie! The staff is awesome and super helpful! Not to mention the fun community events they host for residents! 10/10 recommend!
Samantha Hicks: I stopped in for a tour recently and was absolutely stunned by this Community, as well as staff. Everyone was so friendly and all of my questions were answered with no hesitation! I highly recommend The Reverie for your first stop to tour, because there is no need to tour anywhere else!
Cole Brewer: I had the best tour at the Reverie! The leasing was super nice and she was very thorough! The location and amenities of this property are incredible. My favorite amenity has to be the pool; the cabanas and outdoor shower are great features. I'm excited to learn more and eventually move in!
Will Moore: It was a great experience touring the Reverie. I was treated with respect, shown everything I wanted to see, and was impressed with what they had to offer.Ultimately, I did not end up moving to Raleigh, but if I did, I would have lived here
Lauren Vinson: This property continues to blow my mind. The staff goes above and beyond with the creative and entertaining events and activities held on the property. Both Tressa Jeffreys and Whitaker Burns never hesitate to get back with me in a timely manner and are so knowledgeable about any topic that may arise regarding the property and it’s facilities. 10/10 recommend.
Kelly Mercer: If 6 stars were an option, I would have chosen that. There are not enough words to adequately describe my incredible experience with living at The Reverie. I moved into my apartment in February and it was by far the most seamless, professional, and thorough move in I have ever experienced. Not only are the apartments absolutely stunning, the amenities and the events the staff coordinates have been incredible. I have truly never lived somewhere like this place. I have to brag on the staff because you have to give credit where it’s due and The Reverie would not be the same without them. Tressa is by far the most reliable and helpful property manager I have met. She goes over and beyond in answering any questions I have. She is a true leader and it’s obvious when you meet her entire team. Whitaker is truly a walking ray of sunshine. Every single time I walk into the leasing office, he is there with such a positive and welcoming attitude and makes it a point to speak to everyone and ask how there day is. It’s little things like this that makes the Reverie stand out. Stanley, the maintenance man is the most attentive, trustworthy, and dependable person I have met. I know that if I needed anything, I could call him in the middle of the night and he would do everything in his power to accommodate a request. I have lived in several different apartment complexes but this is the first one where I have felt like the team truly cares. I feel so safe and comfortable living here! They want to make your experience perfect and they do such a phenomenal job in communicating. I’m not exactly sure how any negative reviews could be true because my experience has been quite the opposite. I could not recommend this place enough!
Cathy Zachary: I moved here in February, and I love my apartment. New and beautiful interiors, well maintained buildings and grounds, super management staff and great location. Very happy with my choice!
Cam Lewis: I have a business relationship with The Reverie and they continuously surprise me with their professionalism and team work. They are always quick to respond and help out. If I could give them 10 stars I would! This property is very upscale and their management reflects that as well. Very impressive!
Autumn Smith: I called to ask for the price of a unit and was blatantly lied to. I found a slightly bigger place for less elsewhere.
Rene Wirth: Beautiful property and amazing staff!
Graham Crispin: Another over-hyped overpriced Apartment complex.

Peace Raleigh Apartments: what do users think?
Tony Menachery: I’m a resident. Their towing company towed my guest’s car improperly. Basically the policy they give to guests doesn't align with what they tell the towing company. They aren't holding the towing company accountable and it's costing me money. Wouldn't recommend. If any residents have had similar issues, feel free to reach out to me.
Parker Lowe: Nice place with nice people. Amenities and appliances are top notch all while having Publix just an elevator ride away. A huge shoutout to Kimani for making my move from out of state to Peace Raleigh as seamless as possible!
Jeremiah King: I was on the hunt and looking for the right place that felt right in all respects. As long as I can remember, I wanted to live downtown Raleigh and boy has it changed over the years! Old hardware shop turned into a Irish landmark, my first time I had to defend myself against a dog at Mary Lou's now an awesome outdoor oriented bar space next to where you used to get the 2nd best hot dogs at night because the 1st, The Roasted Grill, closed after the lunch rush. Peace.... That is what I found, Peace Raleigh Apartments on-top of the old Rollin's Cleaners I took my dry cleaning to for years. I was met by Kimani and looked no further. Kimani was gracious and attentive to my desired view and aesthetics I was seeking. The sales experience was a breeze, Kimani ensured every question or perceived issue was dealt with quickly with transparency. He is an amazing ambassador for this amazing Kane building. Now enter the move in experience, not only was Kimani there to make sure I was taken care of, Frank (The Fix it ALL Guy!!) was amazing as well. He ensured we were taken care of in the loading docks and was also very responsive to my needs. Between Frank and Kimani.... I honestly do not know what I would have done without them. Shortly after moving in we had to put down our dog and the staff responded with care and also dropped off a card in our grieving period.I have not rented since I first moved up to Raleigh (910!!), and to be honest, it will be very hard to pull me out of this building now. The spaces are amazing, the attention to detail is 1st class, the view of the "backside of the Raleigh landmark city view" is amazing. Kane has outdone himself yet again with this property. Oh... did I mention you would live on top of a grocery store? I never drive anymore.... LOVE LOVE LOVE.Kimani and Frank, THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart. God bless you both.
Morgan Boutwell: I am so excited to join the Peace community soon! I can already tell this is going to be a great place to call home and I can’t thank Whitaker Burns enough for helping me get my perfect apartment!
Felix Morton: Kimani was amazing in helping my wife and I better understand the Raleigh area, and determine what we felt would meet our needs. He was extremely patient, gave great recommendations, and answered every question we had about the complex and area. 10/10 recommend working with Kimani if you’re interested in Peace Raleigh Apartments!
Chandler Frazier: When looking for housing options in Raleigh, NC, Whitaker is my go-to Leasing Specialist with Kane Realty. Whitaker took the time out of his day to provide an in-depth tour of Peace Raleigh Apartments when I was lacking an appointment. Whitaker's personality never fails to shine and he clearly takes pride in his work. His enthusiasm for his profession, paired with fantastic properties, makes it an easy sell to year-over-year. Thanks Whitaker!
chris thomas: I could not be happier. Whitaker was amazing. I was sold on the walkthrough. Everything has been easy sailing on my move in... Highly recommend.
Robert Dry III: Peace apartments is the best place to live in downtown Raleigh. It is in a great location and has awesome amenities. The leasing team is super responsive and helpful and always go above and beyond to help you. I worked with Kimani when trying to renew my lease here and he responded to my emails almost immediately every single time and answered all questions I had… even after hours. Can’t recommend Peace Apartments enough!
Michelle: Kimani provided a fantastic tour and has been very helpful in the leasing process. He is friendly and knowledgeable, and has provided an overall great experience!
Danielle Pocket: As a new resident, my experience with Peace Apartments has been phenomenal so far. Whitaker Burns offered an energetic and informative tour that sold me on the building almost immediately, and his communication throughout my move was impeccable. I love the building and everyone I have met so far, and have no complaints whatsoever.
Cristy Butler: Whitaker was the perfect host! Loved the property, looking forward to moving soon!
Janet Jackson: Beautiful place! Amenities are out standing! Leasing agent Kimani was outstanding! Very professional with a great personality! He was able to answer all my questions and concerns!
Alexa McMullen: I’m going in to my second leasing term with Peace after moving to Raleigh and I have only great things to say about this property! Kayla and Whitaker are super helpful, kind, and friendly, and the property is always clean and very safe. Highly recommend!
Vibhu Yadav: I have lived here for 2 years. I will list the downsides of living here.1. There was a recent theft of an item. The package was ripped apart and items were stolen. After writing an email to their leadership, I was made aware that the investigation was unsuccessful because the security camera was being blocked by another package. They even suggested that I should use my rental insurance to file a claim. It’s a tiny room for the whole apartment. Be prepared to spend umpteen hours searching for yours. It's a really bad system.2. The elevators smell bad. There is a general lack of sense of cleaning in the building.3.. Not all elevators run all the time. Most of the time only 1 is working on the either side. You will spend a few good minutes everyday waiting for the elevators.4. Lack of a concierge. With the money you are paying to live in a downtown, a concierge is a must. The food delivery folks are always confused how to deliver to your door. And you always have to be on alert when they are here. The address will actually take you to the Publix’s parking garage and confuse everyone.5. There are two separate apps, one is to control the doors and the other to unlock the apartment. You cannot issue a temporary key because you still need the other app first to let someone in first. In my opinion it fails to fulfill the purpose.6. There is a lack of guest parking. People going to Glenwood clubs use our guest parking. There is no system for actual guests to park their vehicles.7. People take the bonnet of their cars under the exit barricade of the resident parking and get it to open and then park in the resident's spots. The garage is unsafe at night.8. No one replies to your emails at the office.9. The apartments adds $750 to $1000 on top of your rent when you do month to month after your lease ends.10. The appliances are old models and not energy efficient. Better appliances are only available on the top floor.
11. The coffee machine is never working when you want to grab a cup12. The trash chute buttons to open and close the chute have not been working for 15 monthsPros1. You have a Publix downstairs. Thats it.This place is just another roof on your head. It's not worth it.
Laura Graziano: I am so excited to move into this cool community! There are two things that sold me on this building: 1.) The gym. THEEEE. GYMMMM. WOW! Actual Crossfit equipment- yay! 2.) Whitaker Burns- he has made me feel included and welcome and I don't move in for another two weeks. He has created all sorts of fun things for the community and has made me super excited to move in!
Steven Alfonso: The whole team is great warm and friendly! Norbeli is my favorite she goes above and beyond to create an amazing experience!
Alfred Galeno: The building is beautiful and kept in good shape. The team here is a pleasure to work with and have the residents best interests in mind! Thanks Norbeli, Whitaker, Kayla and Amanda!
Eugenia: I relocated to Raleigh from Florida which would’ve been a complete disaster without the guidance and attentiveness of Gracie. She accommodated our move-in hours and welcomed us with open arms. All staff we’ve encountered are kind and devoted to keeping the complex in great shape. The building itself is quite nice with wonderful amenities. Their location is walking distance from all restaurants and bars which is a plus!
catty cox: Beautiful. Can not wait to live here!
Benjamin Gromicko: I moved my family of five recently from Boulder Colorado to Raleigh North Carolina. Didn’t know where to go. And when I walked into Peace, we met Gracie. And now we are fully moved in. And every step of the way, Gracie and Norbelli have helped us. And that means so much to me. Couldn’t have done it without her and her help and help from the team. Love everyone else on staff too. Can’t wait for this new adventure.
Alessandra Andrade: My experience living here has been phenomenal! Before I moved here, Norbeli was a great help and now living here for a few months now, ALL the lady’s working here like Gracie and Sue are the sweetest and best! So helpful and positive !

The Seasons at Umstead Apartment Homes: what do users think?
Evelyn M Williams: From my last review, again, The Seasons is not a bad place to live and I know not everyone can be satisfied. But to be happy 90% of the time is better than the 10%, and I am good at 90%. The portal is good and running shortly after my original post. No changes to mail would have just liked options, however, I understand. Thank you for the condolences and thank you reaching back out to me.
Calvin Nunn: Management is very racist! Toward Blacks
EM Williams: My biggest biggest biggest complaint.Changing how the mail is delivered and charging $10 for a service, I neither wanted or requested.Management informed me that the post office mandated this change…(hello, it is Governmental, look it up). DUE to this governmental agency informing Umstead, that they must use this specific service AND to please charge your renters $10 extra a month…My first grandsons photos were lost, he passed away at 47 days. It is taking time to process his death, then to lose his pictures. Due to the no package delivery on file at the USPO, they were sent back to sender however, no notification is required since the return was mandated here and everything was sent to the recyclables. We spent days calling, emailing, visiting to find these photos making his loss even greater. The USPO is partially funded by deliveries, why cut off their funding? And WHY would they inform one small company, to make this change. Funny, though the person I spoke to when moving in, stated it was something optional that was coming…I said ok well I did not want it, she said that’s why it is optional.Must be the new management and why she is no longer there…Other than the above, I have enjoyed time at Umstead, the second year here, rent was raised from 1100 to 1500. I liked the application app to pay on line, however, it had been over a year and it still was not working. They never offered us statements, but you would find bulk invitations to the ‘holiday’ parties; on every door. The information given when calling, “it will be soon”, “it is coming”, then state: if you take your monthly base, add in the services, etc… umm hello? We were told mid April 2023…still waiting….check back again for working status…
Joseph Cobb: We have not had an online platform to pay our rent in 6+ months. We are given empty promises that their website will be fixed "soon" or "surely next month," but no actual results are ever shown. We're halfway through May and a flyer has been up for weeks that the pool is open, but the gates remain locked and chained. The gym is still closed due to a long overdue renovation and no employee seems to know when it will be open. We have been told that it will be open the next day, but that was a lie. Now their response is that the gym will be open sometime this month. If the gym is anything like their website, then it will never be open. We are paying almost $2000 a month for things we can't even use. This place has become a bad joke.
Michael Bathe: Wonderful place and great staff
Julie Welch: Pictures were very good. You can even get a remote tour if out of state.
Jamie Banwell: Updating my review - moved in in Sept 2016 - loved the management staff up until new staff/management took over during the pandemic. Not sure if it was a new company or just new staff, but the prior staff have all left and new management and office staff are not responsive. The maintenance guys are still pretty wonderful (well the ones that have been here for years - the new guys not so much as they leave messes when they come in for work). Great location, good amenities when they’re in service (new management changes access without notification and is slow to repair), reasonable rent considering, but the management and office staff need improvement.
Sande Satoskar: This was the first place I lived after moving from Chicago in 1999. Years after I had a family and many houses in the area. I found myself single again at a point of time and Seasons was my first choice. I love it's remoteness (Umstead Park is a quick walk) yet closeness (Glenwood Ave is a stones throw from our front yard). They have gone through a few management changes. The new management is good. Their biggest problem is that their Resident portal has been down for 6 months and you cannot pay rent online. Apartment are nice though.
Mark: I have been living here since 2020 and it’s been an ok experience. Most people I have met here are fairly nice and the maintenance crew is pretty quick to fix things. However I am having the issue of my neighbors above me being extremely loud all hours of the day and night. At this point I’m losing sleep because my neighbors are yelling and stomping around at all hours sometimes it’s so loud it shakes the furniture in my apartment. At first I asked my neighbors to please be considerate in which they ignored so I contacted to the front office to follow up. This started at the end of spring 2022. It’s now almost the winter of 2022 and I have talked to everyone in the front office multiple times including Crystal, Michael and Lisa and even the new staff. I’m being told that my neighbors were ask to be quiet. However they are breaking the lease agreement as quiet hours are past 10pm. I’ve probably called the front office and gone up there in person over 9 or 10 times now or even more yet the front office still has not put a stop to this and it’s made me reconsider renewing my lease.
Jo Yurcaba: I lived at the Seasons with my dog from Oct. 2021-Oct. 2022. I rented one of the loft apartments sight unseen because I had to move on short notice and the online reviews were really good. Having lived there, I now believe the reviews are a bit inflated, but overall I still had a good experience and would recommend it depending on what you're looking for/are OK with. The biggest pros:- The loft apartments are beautiful and great for people who work from home and want separate office space.- The community is very pet friendly and you have easy access directly into Umstead park on this nice little trail through the townhome community across the street.- Very quiet. Only had one issue with a party and noise.- Office staff are really nice and clearly care about residents.- Massive closet that was like half the size of the bedroom.- Laundry in the unit, with a big laundry room with shelves for storage.- I always had access to parking, but I also worked from home. It can get crazy if you have to leave every day and come back at rush hour. The biggest cons:- Roach/water bug problems in some of the buildings. In my first week in my apartment, I saw nearly a dozen big roaches, or as some people call them, "water bugs." When I complained about this, the Seasons said they would send pest control, but that the bugs are very common in NC and I'm just bound to see them. But I've lived in NC nearly all my life, and rarely had an issue with them. When I did, pest control always solved the problem. Unfortunately, the pest control that Seasons provides is insufficient. They don't spray the whole perimeter of the space like most pest control places. The issue was bad enough for me that I had to hire my own independent pest control — another $34/month on top of the rent — which finally fixed the problem and allowed me to sleep at night. (My dog would wake me up when there was a roach in the bedroom.) I recommend putting your trash out NIGHTLY. That said: a few people who lived in different buildings said they only saw one or two inside ever, so this might depend on your building.- My rent was around $1570/month once you factor in all the fees (pet, valet trash, and the package service they make you pay for). Once you add their very high water/sewer prices, my total rent was usually around $1615/month.- So the water/sewer: They say they bill based on usage, but I am one person and my water bill was always like $40/month. In previous places when I lived with a roommate, it was never higher than $20. The Seasons charges like a $10 service fee, but $30 is still ridiculously high.- Some apartments (mine included) have old A/C units. My electricity bill in the summer was always around $120 even while trying to be conservative with the A/C, and the unit struggled to cool the entire apartment.- They make you pay rent online with a system that charges a $2.95/month processing fee (went up from $1.95).- They were going to increase my rent about $80 after only a year, and it was already at the top of my budget. With all their fees and the water bill factored in, I would've been paying over $1700/month.Overall, I loved my loft apartment at the Seasons once I managed the bug issue. But it was already at the top of my price range with all of the fees factored in, and I didn't think the increase would've been worth it.
Connor Slocum: Super nice staff and cool place to live
Ben Miles: We have loved our year at The Seasons at Umstead. The staff is friendly and quick to respond to any needs that we had. The complex is maintained very well and any repairs that we needed were repaired in a timely manner.
Kuntamukkala Satyanarayana: Good atmosphere, good maintenance
FESSHA SADEMO: Very Decent place for living, with very fast and responsive maintenance service in need.
Joseph Garcia: The best and most professional for my this place is one of I kind and if you looking for the best ask for cristal at The Seasons at Umstead
Zina Pinheiro: They help us at the front desk, they fix our house when there is a problem. and the condo is so safe and beautiful. I love it here!
Eric Green: The community is inviting! The staff is amazing! I experienced a financial downturn this pass year and the staff has been so patient and understanding throughout the whole period! I couldn’t have asked for a better management team!
Dilor Jimenez: Positive:Professionalism,ResponsivenessHappy to have lived in this community. We need a bigger apartment and that's probably why we should get out of here, but it's been a wonderful few years. Maintenance is a great team. God bless you.
The Republican Lopez: My Daughter applied for an Apartment here, got denied without reasons, an charged 330 dollars. This is a robbery. I understand the $75. Application fee and 175 administration fee, but where is the rest $80 for? What a bunch of dishonest Scums.
Amani Bynes: I absolutely ADORE this place… I’ve never been so satisfied and “at home” living in an apartment. From the quality, to the amenities, to the staff, to the maintenance, to the appearance, I mean literally everything. If you’re reading reviews, COME SEE IT IN PERSON. You’ll love it as much as me if not more 💗💗💗
Emmanuel McClain: Everything about this place is beautiful. The hospitality is amazing and so are the hard working ladies that run the leasing office. Even though my time was not long , I enjoy being apart of this Community. Highly Recommend!!!
