Amei conhecer o lugar.
Talin Kelly Brown: The camp is beautiful and the cabins are nice. Unfortunately the close proximity to the airport means loud planes overhead every hour or so.

North Carolina State Fairgrounds Campground: what do users think?
Rose E: Very odd from beginning to end..there were spots open no reservations..but you are in middle if a parking lot that is not camping in my opinion...then picked my spot parked camper had to call a number tell them what site you are at they come to you to collect payment waited about 40 minutes guy finally came he was nice but really.....
roger slone: I would give it a 5 if it were not for the terrible dusty road going in. The location is greatb for visiting the attractions nearby.Noteworthy details: It is not a hotel it is a campground.
Barbara Witham: Basic campground with full hookups.Security on site. Trash pickupFirst Come, first served. No reservations. $35 per night. 2 week limit. Many open sites. We stayed 5 days and found a lot to do in the immediate area. We have bicycles and they were welcomed in the closed fairgrounds so we had fun exploring the grounds. We went to 3 public gardens that were nearby, and today we are sunning and swimming at the local public pool. The cg is quiet. Everyone keeps to themselves and many stay just a night out two. You see all kinds of campers here; new and school bus conversions, and really old junk campers.NO BATH HOUSE, no dog park but plenty of places to walk with your dog.Only minor issues were the sites need mowing and the road in and out is very bumpy. There is a dump station for $10.39' toy hauler, extended cab pick up. Plenty of room. Very flat sites. No hills. Easy in and outNearby activities: 3 free public gardens1 public pool ($6 pp senior rate)Plenty of restaurants nearby with all nationalities of foodYou might catch a horse show at the fairground next door to the campground. There's a gun show this weekend and a Flea Market.Safety: Well lighted, quiet, 24 hr security. Felt very comfortable hereWalkability: You can drive across the street and walk through the fairground.
Jimmy Regan: Awesome
Evelyn Outlaw: Awesome place to set up camp for a few days and tour the city. Beautiful, clean grounds. Full hook-ups for a nominal fee. It's quiet and centrally located to downtown, NC State, and PNC Arena where the Canes play. And you also are right there where all the fairground events are held. Great value for the money!Nearby activities: Close to downtown, NC State, and PNC ArenaWalkability: Able to walk to the fairground events, including the weekend flea markets
Lynne W: What a great find. Full hookups for $35 near everything in Raleigh. There are so few places to park an RV here and this is near perfect. No reservations yet so call to see if there is room. You pick a space and they come collect their money. Will accept charges as well as cash. No frills or amenities but quiet and peaceful.Location: 5/5 …More
Pete Austin: This is a pretty nice campground, even more so as a fairground. See the pictures and video that I added. Far more room than I have seen in other places. Plenty of room for larger rigs. We are 47'. They have 50 and 30amp, water and sewer. No problems getting in - no tight turns or low trees. When we pulled in, we were met by a very lovely security guard who was helpful and friendly.Pro tips:1. Make sure that you are on Youth Center Drive. Otherwise Maps will try to get you to turn off of Trinity. That will likely take you through the fairground itself - a bad choice.2. Do not stop at the guard booth. There is nobody there. You should see a phone number on the booth. Find a spot and call the number, security will come to you to take your money.
Wilbur Kelly: Outstanding!
Leeann Montalbano: Pros:-first come, first serve-lots of spots-easy check in process-great location and easy to get to downtownCons:-potholes leading into the space are not fun-the spots are all roughly the same size. It would have been nice to have some longer ones for bigger rigs.-no picnic tables or seating at the sites-no fire rings-same price as most of the state parks we've stayed in without nearly as many amenities
Debi Hill: It is a perfect place to RV when u want to walk across the street to the PNC arena for hockey games. Cost the same as a parking pass and no traffic to deal with after the game!Location: 5/5 …More
Jennifer “Fer” Grindle: Peaceful friendly and only $38 a night
Harry Mintzer: Great place to stay. 50 amp full hookup
merridith berberian: Quiet but pricey. Nice place. Can only stay 14 days in a 30 day period but you can ask to stay longer (work, medical, etc.)Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Thomas Stout: Staying at RV Park. Quiet and great level parking full hook up and 50 Amp service.Nearby activities: Near N.C. State.Safety: Security patrolWalkability: Safe walking area's
Natalie Acheson: This is an excellent location, nice size sites, full-hookups and easy to maneuver for big rigs. First come first serve during the winter, spring months, plenty of spaces and very well run. For $35/night it's an excellent place to stay!Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Great value …More

Holly Point Campground State Recreation Area: what do users think?
Abbey Starks: Bathrooms are very well maintained even with rain and mud all around! Beautiful sites and lake views.Restrooms: Clean including roomy showers and flush toilets
Barbara Woodsome: I just love camping at Holly point. It is so nice clean bathrooms very clean. I keep going back every year.!!
Dawn Gogin: Awesome campground that we stay at every time we visit family. Large clean sites and beautiful lake.
Kevin McKenna: Nice quiet hide away. The o ly drawbacks are, no pump out at camp sites. 30 amp limit and tree coverage is 80-100%.Satellite reception is poor.It is quiet and beautiful
Dawn Ciaccio: Very nice campground! The sites are big and some are more private than alot of campgrounds. The grounds are very clean and no issues with the restrooms. We got in at 8pm so went straight to our site. Park Ranger came by the next morning, he was very nice, briefly went over the few rules and went in his way. Given 4 stars for a few things. You can hear constant highway traffic (loop 3. Not sure about the other areas). Not a big deal and no fault of the campground but sounds strange when being so far in the woods. There is NO WiFi. There is no camp store for firewood.
Elizabeth Coughlan: Best location at the park, the staff at the entrance station is particularly incredible.
Ron Viles: Wonderful park for camping. Entire park is clean and so are the restrooms. Park has lake access, so if your up for a swim go for it. Cant wait to come again after the closure in January for upgrades. Keep up the great work NC Park staff.Restrooms: Restrooms adequate and cleaned regularly. Cant wait to see them after the closure in Jan 2023.
Don Sweet: Great for what we needed it for, fishing, running, plenty of shade
Elliot G: Lots of space between sites. Sites are level and well equipped. Barh houses are clean and water is HOT. Beaches, fishing, boating access. Its pretty great.
Kevin Rumsey: Relaxing
Kaylee Aleshire: Great location, clean campsites. We stayed 2 nights in site 131. The site was a little oddly set up for a larger tent being that the table couldn't be moved and the fire pit was centered on the site but we made it work. We were fairly close to the restrooms but not too close. Many sites along the water. Very shade covered area. Bathhouse had 4 showers that were kept clean. We drove to the boat landing and swimming area, they seemed very clean and well cared for. Drove through the other loops in the campground which also seemed nice.
Lynn & Glenn Carroll (The Carrolls): So many great comments, hints and suggestions in previous reviews, but just add how helpful the park staff were in booking our recent stay. Our campsite and stay were perfect!First time we had seen double sites, and the handicapped sites were well thought out. Campground was clean and well maintained.A great intro. to NC Parks!🤠
Monica: Morning view. Beautiful place. Very clean.
jeremiah Bastian: I really enjoyed the place the atmosphere was more woods and less lake Aside from me catching a misdemeanor from my dog being a nuisance it was OKI would recommend it for the family probably in the Spring
T Barbee: Excellent, well maintained, campground for overnight and longer stays !!!
Chris Langenbrunner: Just one loop open. Great spots, well maintained and spaced far apart on this loop. This is our 2nd year at Hollypoint prior to Christmas. Site 103. Can see water. Be prepared for a bit of road noise and airport flyway. Also some sort of helicopter training treetop along lakeshore was interesting. Stayed 14 nights.
Teresa Wales: Beautiful park with lots of space between RV sites.
Vernon Terry: Super great
Chris Smith: We had an amazing night at this campground! Brought our pups and slept next to the lake. Facilities are well kept and maintained, there was some vehicle noise from a nearby road but really not bad later at night going to bed. Plenty of room for more than one vehicle or if you want group camping. There was a park ranger that would patrol every once in a while which gave us some peace of mind there was someone keeping an eye out. The grounds were well kept and they have a boat ramp that we may bring our boat next time to spend some time on the lake. Their website also offered a map of the grounds just in case you want something to look at online before you go to help pick out a spot. Overall we will be back!
Fran Boyd: Great campground and fantastic getaway.
Dale Francum: Nice campground if you get a good site. Definitely avoid 131 in Loop 4. There is a walking path, 25-30 feet, from the end of the gravel pad to site 117's parking space. Definitely an issue for privacy. Meanwhile the parking space for 131 is up a path, 100+ feet away

70-East Mobile Acres-RV Park: what do users think?
Haunting of Desire featuring John Woodard: We've been living here for a year now and have no complaints. We like it 🙂 just realized they've been charging a $35 "convince" fee to pay the rent every month. I didn't realize I was renting from ticket Master
Juan Custodio: Quiet clean with easy access
Gail Augustine: The manager is really nice and if there is an issue with anything, they are quick to respond and take care of it. It's quite, safe and the grounds are well kept.
Stormie Tingle: Manager never answers her phone or does her job!
Elizabeth Ewing: I have been here for about 3 weeks now and I have to say that it is very clean, large sites, quite and the manager will and has gone above the call of duty. The pictures that are the aerial one's really don't capture the feel and beautiful trees within the park. Thank you and keep doing what you are doing.
John Marchetti: When we called, she asked if we could text her as she was driving. Then she forgot to get back with us until we texted her again. We asked about the amenities and the price and we have yet to hear back from her two days later.
Nancy J Tucci: It is an RV Park and MH. It's on the high side for monthly fees. Everything is included such as the electric. They have wifi but if you live far from the office you will have trouble. The staff is very very nice and welcoming. They have a few good things going on in the fall and I believe in the summer too.
ALETHA SANDERS: New management is very helpful and accomodating. They were so helpful getting our trip planned and set up. When we first arrived the site wasn't exactly perfect for our camper, but with one phone call we were set up perfectly with no wait! Wealth of knowledge about the surrounding area as well. Friendly management and the community was safe, clean, and the people are very nice.
Regina S: My husband is here for work, RV park is clean and well kept. Yes there were some unsavory folks in the mobile homes, but Mrs. Peggy ran them off. Quiet at night, I felt safe walking my dogs and hanging out by myself during the day. Definately would recommend.
Chelsie Voss: We put down a deposit for a spot 2 weeks before arrival. When we got there, the spot we were told we were getting had another camper parked there. No one was at the office and no one answered the number posted on the front door. We attempted to just park in another spot but the water was off. After being there for over an hour with no answer, we had to find another campground and ended up being a lot further away. We came here for a family emergency after a tragic accident and this made the situation so much worse. My husband ended up texting the phone number and finally got a response hours later. We got our deposit back and they offered a free two weeks. I won't be using it as it is apparent they are unorganized and untrustworthy.
Fisherwoman Jackson: Great place. Happy 😊 to be here.
Jeremy Rijos: Manager was kind and very sweet easy to talk to and very helpful price is very fair and would recommend to friends when coming to nc keep up the good workService: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
James Jacobs: The new management hasn clue about how to run a campground and are rude they should just turn it back into a trailer park.
Melissa K. Mooney: Clean park and reasonable rates
