J simino: I went to this dealer to look at a car. I was on a motorcycle and was just cruising the lot to see if the vehicle I was interested in was there and when someone who works there saw me, probably assumed I was some punk kid, and just waved me off. They didn’t come over to see why I was there or ask if I was interested in a particular car. They just flicked their finger as if to shew me away. They didn’t know I had 15k cash in my pocket. I’m kinda glad though. I prefer not to do a business deal with anyone that doesn’t bother take the time to walk over and just be nice. There is too much competition out there to accept rude behavior.

Ben Ealy: My wife and I purchased a 2010 Toyota Sienna XLE from PAB back in May of 2022 to fit our growing family (1 little baby and 2 large dogs) The car was an exceptionally clean and well optioned 1 owner southern kept van. It drove great and they were super easy to work with. 0 pressure and 0 pushing us to buy. The car was a little high mileage but it was just so well kept we decided to go for it. Moriah Scotto: Had a tough time finding a car after my Jeep bit the dust, and had been l i v i n g on CarGurus when I came across a few cars that I liked. Found one I loved, sent an inquiry and within the hour I had a call and text from Tom about the car. Test drove the same day, no pressure whatsoever to buy, but he was thoughtful, answered all of my questions and let me take my time.He made some good jokes and walked me through the process, no anxiety! bizamg: I can't thank Tom and the crew at Prestige enough. Simple story, they had a car that I was in the market for. And not just the car itself, the color combination I was looking for. The car was posted on Sunday 10-10-21. I immediately reached out to them. I was contacted the next morning by Tom. These cars usually sell quick. And to just get a response was great. I had prearranged financing, so all I needed was a number. I could not go there on Monday was I was already working when I got the call. I told Tom I would be there the next day. I live 300 miles from Raleigh.The next morning I jump in the car and head there. Upon arriving I see the car and meet up with Tom. He grabbed the key fob and a tag and we were off. It was exactly what I wanted and it was exactly as described. Very clean and very mechanically sound.But here's the kicker...In the time between our last communication Tom received another offer on the car. An all cash offer 5k above my purchase price, sight unseen. But for Tom to have the integrity to hold on the offer because he knew I was going to be there in the morning is very rare. Most Salesmen would have either called me or sent an email saying "Hey we got another offer and decided to sell the car, sorry for any inconvenience". He picked up on, from our brief conversations, that I wanted this car.Again, I really appreciate the honesty and integrity that I was shown. The drive home through the mountains was icing on the cake!

Narcisa Pricope: We purchased an Audi from here (worked with Ryan) and while on the up-front they were nice, as soon as we got home and had some issues with the car (which we did right away), they became difficult to get a hold of and schedule an appointment under their 'warranty' program. Due to a system failure (EGR-valve related), the car gets half the mileage it was advertised and the Ac only works intermittently. All that for a 2011 car that cost $15,000. Plus, having been trying to reach them for a while, I get snotty comments and am called "dear" in a very disrespectful tone. I would not do business with them again and I'd rate them 0 stars if that was an option.

Rick Burch: I purchased a beautiful BMW Z4 from Larry and Ryan of Motorcar Investments 2 weeks ago. The car was detailed and sent through the shop for a thorough inspection and serviced to include new front brakes. I purchased the car as-is and signed paperwork indicating such at closing. A couple of days later a fault light appeared on the dash and I called Larry about it. He said bring it right back to let them look at it. They found an electrical pressure switch/sensor had gone bad and replaced it at no charge to me! Their cost was nearly $400. They provided me a paid invoice from European Motors who did the work. This is amazing goodwill from a company that wasn't obligated in any way to fix my car after the sale. These guys are fantastic and I will buy from them again! High end cars sold by a top notch company!! Thank you Larry and Ryan!

Not only do they have a great current inventory of vehicles but they also have numerous contacts in the car industry so that they can find the exact car you want. It doesn't even have to be a highline car that they will search for either. For instance, I wrecked my BMW Z3 on a Friday and needed something fast and affordable so I wouldn't have to waste so much money on a rental. After looking over the internet, not being able to find the car I wanted; I finally came to my senses and went and spoke with Ryan and Larry who located plenty of cars at my price point and milage I wanted. These guys are down to earth and treat their customers like family, which in my opinion is the exact thing you should be looking for when you purchase a car!

Peter Brancato: Being a car dealer ourselves, we do business with all the other franchise dealers in Raleigh any Cary, over 30 different franchise dealers and many of them being Leith.I haven't had a experience with any other franchise dealers that ended up being this bad. Maserati would be considered one of the higher caliber and higher class dealers here in Raleigh. One would expect the service to be as least as good as Leith Honda, maybe a bit better.they ended up being a total let down.My specific experience is with the service department. From the beginning the service advisor was simply rude and very blunt. For example, when I picked up the 2018 maserati GT that we dropped off for service warranty work, the check engine light came on 10 minutes after leaving, that's fine, electronics go bad as expected.i called in and said that I needed to make a appointment scheduled to get the car in. The service advisors response was "well you can't just bring it back in today". The tone was very rude. Yea, I totally understand that, I was not expecting that nor did we insinuate we wanted to bring it in today. We just wanted to get a appointment on the calendar. Maybe a response like "yea, let me see what days are available on the calendar". A basic, simple trained response would have been great for a person put directly into a customer service role.2 weeks later we take the car back in. I tell them it has a p0442 evap leak code. It's common on these cars and it happens very often, even when it is a 2018 with 18k miles on it. Not to mention the valve cover gaskets on both banks failed and were leaking oil onto the exhaust causing heavy smoke to billow from the hood while driving. Along with this was a fully failed headliner that was sagging on your head. I wasn't really upset about that because it was all covered under warranty (except for the electronic park brake button which broke and fell into the center console - they didn't have a fix so they charged me $350 to glue the part back in place). Then I get the charge for $280 for thr diag on the evap code which was already diaged - I get it that's fine but also although a higher than normal diag fee compared to other dealers. Everything was fixed and I was ready to move on.We sold the vehicle to our customer. He says the check engine light came on 3 days later. I told him to take it to Maserati down in Florida and have them check it out. They may have mis diagnosed the car and may need to replace the evap purge valve. They look into the car and it turns out that Maserati of Raleigh forgot to tighten all the bolts on the part they fixed. For such a expensive car and that next.level of luxury, I was let down by this experience. I haven't really had too much to complain about at other Leith dealers, but this experience was simply bad.

Anyone in sales should know that if your prices are not comparable to what a competitor is offering then no one is buying from you. We told Clay that we wouldn't be purchasing because he wasn't offering us anywhere near as much on our trade as another dealership. That's not the issue though.I understand that's business and we ended up purchasing a vehicle elsewhere that met our budget and needs. My issue is after we told him no deal he insinuated we had a problem with him personally. You are in the car sales business, you should know if the money isn't right I'm not buying anything. Insinuating I have a personal problem with you and taking a business situation personally is unprofessional in my opinion. Sales is a tough gig I get it. But to then hold our keys hostage so we couldn't leave after we walked away is unprofessional. We told you no deal and that should have been that. So glad we went to Leith instead where we were treated well instead of like personal enemies.

Was told the car was being serviced for the issue however my check engine light is still on after a year! Before you buy anything from them HAVE A MECHANIC WITH YOU! These people are scam artists. If I get this paperwork back and it shows nothing was ever serviced on my car AFTER they had my car in their possession for two days I am going to pursue legal action. And MIKE was VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. And since I know he is going to read this MAKE SURE YOU HAVE THE CARFAX READY WHEN YALL CONTACT ME TOO.

Junior James: I purchased a jag XJL on June 5th. It broke down on June 25. I bought the warranty the same day I purchased the car. Triangle nor the warranty company wants to fix my car. I put in shop and the Jag shop told me triangle did a quick fix to sell the car.

He was very professional Casual and Patient, I had requested a video and some documents, without delay He got it too me almost instantly, he was willing to work with me and answer all my questions. Reason I give it a 4 star just was Location is a bit Tough to exit out but Thats not really their fault, that's just me. They do have a Tint shop near by if anyone is interested for that so its a cool little one stop shop kinda thing, though I do Love how Turning Right will have ample neighborhood routes for you to Test drive your Car of choice.
