Billy Atwell: Really impressed. I was getting my car fixed down the street, and had a lot of stress tension in my neck and shoulders. I looked them up and scheduled an appointment. You get every minute you pay for. A lot of places shave off five minutes on the front and in the backend of the massage. Not here. The room and table was average; nothing exceptional. But the quality of the massage certainly was!
Murtaza Haidermota: I have been to many practitioners but whenever I'm in Raleigh I go here. I worked as a nurse and so I lifted heavy patients and would sometimes feel pain after work.Vladimir has a great technique. You will love it....best of all you will be pain free and totally relaxed. The owner has written books on massage technique and teaches courses at his practice. If you have any pain from a strain I would absolutely recommend going here first.Always on time, professional, and very reasonable.

That’s fine… however if you’re going to charge as much as you do $100 for 60 minutes, it better be really good. It was not. Finished in less than 45 minutes. Also, masseuse left the room four times, two of those called out by another employee yelling.Then was asked before leaving to tip additional which I certainly did not. I would not recommend this place on any levels…

NOT at all like the ones I used to go to in Vegas when I lived there for 5 years.Do NOT expect any "special" services if you know what I mean.The therapists are licensed professionals, just like at Massage Envy.The table shower is usually a secret signal that a special service can be had, but NO! Not at this location.The massages here are great, as you would expect at a legit massage place. The massages in Vegas were horrible, but the extra services were great.So, to sum up, if you want a good "legit" massage, I recommend Asian Body Massage.If you want the extra services, go elsewhere.

The woman who ended up being my masseuse, Tao, was super professional. If I needed an increase or decrease in pressure, she obliged without question.As for the price: it was as expected. $70 for an hour. The "Table Shower" portion was more than listed on the website, but the pictures on google said $30, so I was prepared for that.Excellent service. I will likely be making another visit.

Brent Jahnke: Elizabeth A. is an amazing masseuse. My 90 minute deep tissue massage was fantastic. As a larger man, I find that many masseuses can’t provide me firm enough pressure. This is NOT a problem with Elizabeth A. Her touch is powerful and therapeutic.

I wasn’t able to relax at all during my massage because the person in the room next to me was talking the ENTIRE 90 minutes. I was not even compensated or given a discount for the inconvenience. I will be avoiding all chain Massage Envy’s going forward.

By law tips are only if the customer would like to leave a tip. I left a tip of $5 the lady costly kept telling me this for 2 people. And when I responded yes this for 2 people ,she started speaking to another employee in her native language talking about me . Tips are not required but I was hassled over a tip and disrespected in their native language even though they did not know I understood everything they said.That is very unprofessional for a business

This isn't a relaxing massage place like you see in movies, this is the hurtful kind like you see in comedies...Docking a star simply because this was our first massage type experience and we didn't know what to expect, the staff weren't very helpful either, only the reviews here helped.So, we enter, ask about being seen as a couple, and wait about 20 minutes for a table massage. We are escorted to a room, left alone, and have no idea what do beyond taking our shoes off and laying face down.The two massage folks come in and get to work. This isn't a massage, it is them working their elbow into your muscles. It hurt in a good kinda of way, but the next day and I am still feeling where the lady jammed her elbow into my back. Not sure if this expected or not. Docking a star for this as well.Overall I can't recommend this place, the staff isn't helpful so if you are a first timer go elsewhere. Honestly, if I knew my wife and I were gonna hurt the next day we never would have went.

My massage therapist took the time first to understand what I need and walk me through the process. I did not feel rushed and appreciated the opportunity to feel grounded before the session began. I am no stranger to Thai or deep tissue, but I loved the blend of Thai techniques and relaxing strokes, and I felt terrific after the session. Everyone at the location was very courteous and professional. Loved my time here!

M B: Very disappointed that they did not explain anywhere on their website or during the appointment making process that they do not accept any clients that are less than 12 weeks pregnant. I was honest about MAYBE being pregnant (less than 4 weeks if so) and my appointment was denied in person, after budgeting, paying, and scheduling time off to have a massage with my mom for our birthdays. I was offered a refund or credit, but I opted for refund because I’ll be trying to get pregnant and will have to wait an additional 2 months before I can use their service if so. Please put this on your site/during the appointment making process for clients. I was very excited for this due to the reviews and even though it was handled decently in person, I really wish I hadn’t spent the time or money in the first place.

Atmosphere was clean and calm. I booked online and there was a reasonable amount of availability about a week out. For the price I paid the quality of the massage was awesome, I will definitely be back!!! Highly recommend - if all of the massage therapists are trained in the same vein as Abi then they really know what they’re doing!

Markiara Staten: Showed up for an appointment my bf booked(12 pm). I walked in the door at 12:07. The lady didn’t greet me, just asked did I have an appointment, I stated yes at 12. She looked at the clock as said “Can’t see you , next appointment at 12:15. Next time be on time” very aggressive and rude.It was confused because my session would have lasted longer than 15 mins and nobody was there. I also live in VA , so this area was unfamiliar to me, causing a small delay. I sat outside and still no one walked in for an appointment at 12:15 . The next person walked in at 12:25.I Walked in and I asked was that the 12:15 appointment, she didn’t respond the customer said yes I am. She proceeded to provide his services although he was late.The door also states “appointment & walk-ins welcome”. So again I’m still confused on why she refused to provide service to me
Rob “The RevOps Hitman” Turley: They are a fantastic staff and I visit regularly because it helps with my shoulder and back pain after my surgery so I'm a regular. They know what they're doing and help me manage my pain regularly. 👍🏻Just be sure to call ahead to make an appointment, though they only take same-day appointments, so keep that in mind. They do accept walk-ins, but they generally don't have someone available right away to take you or a booked out, so just call a few hours ahead from your visit. 😄

Alicianne “Courtney” Everette: I absolutely love this place. I've visited twice this week because of some tension in my neck and shoulder. My massuse was so great the first time, I rebooked her. It is not absolute silence, the walls are thin. You can hear the door open and light chatter but nothing distrubing. Everything seemed clean though the rooms were slightly warm.

Rajesh Rajagopal: Friendly massage therapists, but since they speak literally 0 English, I had a tough time understanding them. Because of this, one therapist named Coco made it very very confusing while talking to me. I couldn’t tell if she was kicking me out or wanted me to come for a massage early the next day. Google translate didn’t work since she couldn’t type in Chinese characters into the iPhone. If only they knew English I wouldn’t have driven myself crazy that night 😀

Shirley Jennings: I didn't like the place. It was not what I am use to. First, they couldn't find our appointment but still was asking us to pay. The massage was terrible and I was hurting afterwards. The bed was the hardest, most uncomfortable bed I've ever felt. My Masseuse was also working the front door. So, she kept stopping my massage to go attend to the customer coming in the front. It was unbelievable!
